Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is hiring a Security Engineer to help design and secure a modern, cloud-first environment built around identity, automation, and Zero Trust. In this role, you will own security across endpoints, SaaS platforms, and access controls, using scripting and AI to build scalable, efficient security operations for a distributed workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Architect the Modern Perimeter: Lead security strategy for a 100% remote/hybrid workforce where Identity is the new perimeter.
- Automation & Scripting: Take full ownership of our Conditional Access policies and security workflows. You will be expected to write and maintain scripts to automate onboarding, offboarding, and real-time posture enforcement.
- AI as a Force Multiplier: Proactively use AI and LLMs to enhance your technical output, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex security puzzles faster than traditional methods.
- Logical Problem Solving: Approach security from a first-principles perspective. Since we don't have a traditional stack, you must be able to think logically to build guardrails that don't exist yet.
- Endpoint & SaaS Security: Oversee device management (macOS/Windows) and the security configuration of our SaaS ecosystem (Rippling, Office 365, Salesforce).
- Zero Trust & Identity: Implement and refine Zero Trust access, DLP policies, and SSO enforcement across all vendor platforms.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure our cloud-native operations remain aligned with SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
Who You Are
- A Modern Security Engineer: You understand that security today is about protecting data and identity, not firewalls and servers.
- Logic-Driven: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and building elegant, logical solutions.
- Scripting Savvy: You are highly proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and see manual tasks as a failure of automation.
- AI-Forward: You are already using AI tools to help you code, document, and troubleshoot. You know how to use these tools to do the work of a much larger team.
- Independent: With no internal apps or physical infra to manage, you are comfortable owning the entire IT security lifecycle end-to-end.
Key Technologies You’ll Work With
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Conditional Access Policies
- Modern Identity
- SaaS Operations
- AI Tools
- MDM
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ROLE
Health is one of the most searched, shared and talked-about topics online. Millions of people scroll every day looking for answers about their sleep, their stress or their kids' fever. And yet, no brand owns that conversation. We want Alan to be the health voice people actually want to follow.
As Social Media & Content Specialist , you'll be the owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
You'll join the Brand team and work side by side with an experienced content editorial team
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content.
- Content creation. Create and ship social-first content yourself, every week: short videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, statics and copy-led LinkedIn posts. You write the hooks, the scripts and the captions, you edit the videos and you design the visuals. You adapt each piece to its platform rather than posting the same thing everywhere.
- Alan's voice on social. Define how Alan sounds on social: credible on health, but human, useful and sometimes funny. Spot the news, trends and formats worth jumping on, and react at the right moment, in the right tone.
- Alan's big moments. Plan and run the social side of brand campaigns, product launches and events, from the idea to the publication, so that every major moment gets the reach it deserves.
- Community. Reply to comments and messages, moderate, spark conversations, and collaborate with Alan experts (doctors, psychologists…), employees and creators to grow an engaged audience.
- Performance. Follow the analytics, run regular test-and-learn on formats, hooks and timing, and share a simple monthly review with the team. Work with Growth and Data to track what social brings to Alan (traffic, awareness, audience quality).
- AI in the creative and distribution process. Use AI tools to create more, faster and better, and help us shape how AI fits into our content production and distribution workflow, with the support of our engineers.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You create. You still open the tools yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, AI tools…) and love making content. You don't brief others to do it for you.
- You live and breathe social. You get the trends, the memes and the codes of each platform, and you know when (and when not) to jump in.
- You have taste and a pen. You write sharp, punchy copy and can tell a strong idea from a weak one.
- You take ownership. You go and get the information you need, make decisions, ship at the right moment and follow through.
- You're data-minded. You care about what a post changed, not just the likes, and use the numbers to decide what's next.
- You're scrappy and curious. You make great content, and you're always testing new formats, platform features and tools.
- You collaborate. You make it easy and fun for people across Alan to contribute to social, and you're energised by a blank page.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
You may be a great fit if you’ve:
- 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned
- A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy)
- Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- French fluent level, with flawless written French: most of the content will be in French
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish or Dutch is a plus, given Alan's presence in Spain and Belgium
- Based in France
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function for the DACH region. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across DACH.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and German
WE'D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- Like working in a fast pace environment
- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Munich or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

We offer a competitive salary, equity and benefits. Your offer will reflect your experience, skills and the scope of the role.

Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.
- Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer’s broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, assess opportunity stage, and forecast your book of business for leadership.

- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity) and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.
- Willingness to travel to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations and on-site demos.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You can also speak Spanish and/or Italian.
- You’re based in Munich, Berlin, Zurich or London, so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2+ days a week in the office.

About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring
Must-haves
3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing both short-form and long-form work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects..
Hands-on experience generating video with Higgsfield AI, with examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted footage used in finished edits.
Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with other AI tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI features, Topaz).
Experience with brand, DTC, beauty, wellness or transformation/before-and-after content.
Thumbnail design skills for YouTube.
Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
Comfort reading organic analytics (retention curves, watch time, saves, shares) and editing toward them.
Experience with Frame.io and ClickUp or similar review and project tools.
Use Higgsfield AI to generate and extend shots, B-roll, product visuals, scene transitions and stylized effects that would be slow or costly to film.
Blend AI-generated assets seamlessly with live footage so the final piece feels on-brand, not obviously synthetic.

This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across France and Southern EMEA.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and French
WE'D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- Like working in a fast pace environment
- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Paris or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.
