ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company

Proven track record of solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems with minimal direction and driving alignment without relying on formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document architecture and explain complex technical decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with console development, living-room interfaces, focus-based navigation, or performance-constrained native clients.
Experience with schema-backed declarative UI, domain-specific languages, JSON Schema, component expansion, data binding, hydration, or client-side rendering engines.
Experience building or integrating client SDKs, content management or merchandising systems, personalization platforms, experimentation frameworks, or design systems.

Experience developing platform adapters or renderers for iOS, Android, web, or other native client environments.
Familiarity with content and layout separation, runtime content sources, telemetry provenance, accessibility, localization, and safe fallback behavior.
Experience with developer tooling, visual preview systems, contract testing, schema validation, or automated cross-platform regression testing.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What the Role Is
We are looking for an E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team. As Finance Manager for our E-commerce business, you'll own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop — topline through gross margin. You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data, and work directly with the Director of Strategic Finance to turn analysis into decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean team: you'll set the approach, build the models and processes, and be front and center with company executives. If you've owned a full P&L picture and take pride in delivering clean, decision-ready work, you'll thrive here.
Who You Are
Deep ecommerce finance fluency
— you know the metrics and mechanics cold (AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, and gross margin vs. contribution margin), ideally from a high-volume ecommerce or consumer-tech business
Advanced financial modeling skills
— expert in Excel / Google Sheets, scenario analysis, and managing large datasets to a clean, reliable answer
Strong independent ownership and problem-solving
— you can take an ambiguous problem, define the approach, and drive to a clear answer without day-to-day direction
Executive- and board-ready communication
— you present financial insights clearly and directly to senior leaders, connecting the numbers to what's happening in the business, including strong data visualization
A high bar for accuracy and quality control
— you build checks into your models and decks, reconcile outputs, and catch errors before they reach stakeholders
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Prior experience owning pricing and promotional decisions, with a focus on ROI and financial impact
You have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in finance workflows, with clear examples of automating reporting, accelerating analysis, or improving how you model
Experience with financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar
5–8 years of experience, ideally in an FP&A role at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company, with 1–2 years at the Manager level preferred or equivalent ownership and scope in a lean, cross-functional finance environment
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
How You Will Make An Impact
Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and value-added recommendations from both an operational and strategic viewpoint
Own the monthly financial business review for the Ecommerce business, delivering insights on sales, margins, and trends
Own Ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, and Accounting
Lead pricing and promotional analysis, including ROI evaluation and optimization
Analyze Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs to assess financial impact and track accruals
Deliver SKU- and department-level reporting from revenue through margin
Ensure the data integrity of key ecommerce metrics in partnership with Data and Engineering
Build financial reporting that leadership relies on — dynamic dashboards, KPI and operational reporting, business analyses, and clear executive-level explanations of variances
Take ownership of establishing and managing new financial processes and reporting frameworks to close gaps and improve operational transparency
Leverage financial systems to give business leaders visibility to track against financial targets
Contribute to monthly and quarterly board presentations, the annual planning process, and long-range planning (5-Year Plan)
Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements across ecommerce FP&A workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing speed and consistency
Why This Role
You own ecommerce finance — topline through margin — for one of the largest parts of the business, not a slice of it
Your analysis reaches executives and the board and directly shapes decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment
High autonomy on a lean team: you define the approach in ambiguity rather than inheriting a fully built playbook
Babylist is pushing the frontier of AI, and you'll have a real mandate to reshape how FP&A works, not just experiment at the edges
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$128,413 to $171,229 + target bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team responsible for the accounting for Hasbro's global network of licensees across categories such as merchandising, publishing, digital gaming, casino, and location-based entertainment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, you will own core royalty accounting, close, and control activities — and, just as importantly, help build a stronger, more efficient way of running them.
This is a role for a strong accountant who is not content to run the process as-is. We are actively modernizing how royalty accounting works — strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and raising the bar on accuracy and efficiency — and you will be a driving force in that effort. Success in this role means seeing a manual, repetitive, or fragile process and making it better, pairing that instinct with disciplined, reliable execution.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
What You Will Do as a Senior Accountant:
Own royalty accounting, close, and reconciliations — prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring royalty revenue and associated balances are recorded completely, accurately, and on time.
Strengthen controls and process — build, improve, and stand behind the controls and checks that keep royalty accounting accurate and well-documented, closing gaps and making the process more reliable quarter over quarter.
Drive continuous improvement and lean process change — actively identify manual, repetitive, or fragile steps and redesign, automate, or streamline them; measure the impact and make the improvement stick.
Account for licensee guarantees and overages — ensure minimum guarantees, overages, and related true-ups are tracked, calculated, and recorded accurately, and that issues are surfaced and resolved.
Partner across the business — work closely with the offshore royalty operations team, Finance, Legal, and business partners to keep royalty accounting aligned to operational reality and to move issues to resolution.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, and help ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Read and apply contract terms — review licensing agreements and amendments to ensure royalty accounting reflects the terms of the deal, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum 3 years of public accounting and/or public company experience; Big Four experience preferred.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement — demonstrated success identifying a manual or inefficient process and redesigning, automating, or streamlining it, with measurable results.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley concepts.
Comfort and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts; knowledge of the licensing industry or royalty accounting is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine preferred.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:
Shape e-commerce and GTM strategy -
define the customer problem, identify priority segments, and shape the value proposition, market sequencing, channel approach, and commercial roadmap.

build dashboards, decision-ready reporting, and review rhythms that turn data into recommendations, owners, and measurable performance improvements.
Lead cross-functional orchestration and change -

Strong hands-on analytical capability including working with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools, spreadsheets, KPI modelling, segmentation, funnel diagnostics, and AI-enabled analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving with the ability to bring clarity to complexity, test assumptions, and make practical recommendations from incomplete information.
Experience with experimentation and optimization including A/B testing, test design, measurement, and using results to improve customer journeys and commercial performance.
Strong e-commerce and customer-lifecycle understanding including digital storefronts, merchandising, offers and promotions, acquisition, conversion, checkout, basket value, repeat purchase, and personalized customer experiences.
Proven ability to connect strategy to execution translating insight into clear choices, roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.

You'll own Open-to-Buy and inventory planning for your departments, making sure the right products are available at the right time to hit customer demand and business targets. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role: you'll spend most of your time working directly in our planning systems, managing forecasts, inventory flow, and vendor projections, while partnering closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain on the daily and weekly running of the business.
Who You Are
You've owned Open-to-Buy at the department or category level
and are comfortable managing day-to-day tradeoffs across sales, inventory, and margin.
You're proficient in retail math, forecasting, and inventory planning
concepts and best practices.
You're an Excel power user
who can analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
You understand vendor dynamics
and are comfortable owning vendor forecasts, projections, and ongoing communication.
You bring 6-8 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
You're comfortable spending ~80% of your time working directly in planning systems, maintaining forecasts, inventory positions, and projections.
You're highly tactical and execution-focused, able to juggle multiple moving pieces and priorities at once.
You're a strong communicator who partners effectively with Merchandising and Supply Chain on day-to-day execution.
You're adaptable, organized, and proactive, able to pivot quickly as the business changes and to spot ways to improve existing processes.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy being close to the business.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own Open-to-Buy for your departments, managing sales, inventory, margin, and turn targets through disciplined execution.
Maintain and update forecasts in the planning system, keeping them accurate and aligned with current trends and business needs.
Execute replenishment and order writing for your categories, managing the end-to-end order pipeline so inventory flows in line with forecasts, targets, and capacity constraints.
Partner with Merchandising on day-to-day business decisions, supporting assortment execution and inventory strategies.
Own vendor forecasting and projections, leading regular planning meetings with vendors to review forecasts, flow, and risks.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain on inbound timing, inventory flow, and near-term execution needs.
Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance, flag risks and opportunities, and adjust plans as needed.
Support pre-season planning by building bottom-up forecasts aligned to assortment strategies and budget goals.
Prioritize top-volume and top-registered SKUs to maximize revenue, in-stock performance, and customer experience.
Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy, streamline execution, and cut manual work across day-to-day planning.
Identify opportunities for process, system, or workflow improvements and bring recommendations to Planning leadership.
Why This Role
You'll own Open-to-Buy end-to-end for your departments. This is real decision-making authority over sales, inventory, and margin, not a support seat feeding someone else's plan.
This is a hands-on-the-business role. You'll live in the planning systems and see the direct line between your forecasts and what's actually in stock for customers.
Babylist is growing fast, and planning is where that growth gets managed in real time. You'll feel both the pace and the impact.
The planning function is leaning into AI-enabled tools, so you'll help shape how modern planning runs here rather than just executing a legacy process.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$115,400 to $153,965 + bonus and meaningful equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
