Healthcare Operations Coordinator
Neolytix | Chicago, IL (On-site) | Full-Time
About Neolytix
Neolytix is a healthcare management services organization supporting 270+ provider groups across revenue cycle management, credentialing & enrollment, patient access, and payer analytics. Our Chicago office is the US hub of a global delivery team spanning three countries.
The Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our Chicago office — coordinating across provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-touch role where you’ll work directly with company leadership and clients, so strong communication and a bias toward getting things done matter more than any single technical skill.
What You’ll Do
Support provider enrollment and credentialing workflows, including follow-ups with payers, tracking application status, and resolving issues to keep timelines on track.
Assist with payer contract communications — drafting correspondence, organizing documentation, and coordinating between internal teams and payer contacts.
Serve as a point of contact for local clients, including scheduling check-ins, preparing meeting materials, and occasionally visiting client sites in the Chicagoland area.
Handle office operations for our Chicago location: supplies, scheduling, travel coordination, expense tracking, employee coordination for US-based staff, and support for marketing events and industry conferences.
Maintain organized records across enrollment cases, payer interactions, and client communications so nothing falls through the cracks.
Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility into operational workflows (Power BI experience a plus; we’ll invest in building your skills here).
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA a plus).
1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination — healthcare industry exposure preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously in a small-team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus.
Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
Direct mentorship from senior leadership across healthcare operations, payer strategy, and analytics.
A clear growth path — this role is designed to deepen into payer analytics and client strategy as you develop.
A small, high-impact team where your contributions are visible from day one

Work closely with first-line stakeholders to collect, chase and quality-check risk information, escalating gaps and delays promptly.
Support internal audit and regulatory requests by preparing documentation and audit-ready evidence.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools and maintenance of documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in risk, GRC, compliance, audit support or a related operational role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Working knowledge of risk registers, risk reporting and control documentation, with the ability to apply concepts pragmatically.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to run several recurring cycles in parallel and keep each to deadline.
Confident coordinating across functions and seniority levels, including remotely, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience preparing clear risk reports and presentations.

About Tabby:
Tabby
is the GCC's leading shopping and payments platform, giving millions of people across Saudi Arabia and the UAE more control in the way they spend, save and earn. Headquartered in Riyadh, we've grown into one of the largest fintech companies to come out of the Arab world, working with +65,000 sellers, from global names like Apple, IKEA, Adidas and Shein to the region's leading retail groups.
We're now building a local team on the ground in Kuwait, with a renewed presence in the market coming soon. This is a rare chance to join us at the start of a local launch, shaping how we show up for Kuwaiti shoppers and sellers from day one, backed by the scale, technology and track record we've built across the region.
If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on
Senior Risk Manager
to help build Tabby’s risk capabilities in Kuwait, with combined responsibility for enterprise and credit risk. As one of our first local hires, you will establish the governance, policies, risk appetite and reporting required for launch, while providing credit risk oversight as the portfolio grows. You will work closely with Kuwait leadership and Group Risk, as well as Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations, to ensure we scale responsibly and meet local regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining Tabby’s local risk management framework for Kuwait, covering enterprise and credit risk and aligning it with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Developing the local risk strategy, risk appetite statement, policies, limits, governance forums and management reporting required for launch and ongoing operations by aligning with Group standard and adapted to local requirements
Owning the enterprise risk process, including risk identification and assessment, the risk register, key risk indicators, emerging-risk reviews, residual risk positions and remediation tracking.
Providing independent risk challenges on new products, partnerships, customer journeys, operating models and other material business initiatives.
Leading local credit risk oversight across the customer lifecycle, including underwriting and eligibility rules, credit limits, affordability, collections outcomes and portfolio quality, focusing on local regulatory requirements.
Partnering with Group Risk and Product teams to calibrate credit strategies for Kuwait and assess model, policy and limit changes.
Establishing clear early-warning indicators, thresholds and reporting to support timely, data-informed risk decisions.
Preparing risk assessments, reporting and recommendations for local leadership, risk committees, the Board and regulators, as applicable.
Supporting licensing activities, regulatory submissions, examinations and information requests in partnership with Compliance, Legal and other control functions as well as acting as primary risk contact for Internal Audit
Coordinating risk input into business continuity, outsourcing and third-party risk, operational incidents and control assessments.
Promoting a practical risk culture and helping teams understand how risks should be identified, assessed, escalated and managed as well as ensuring material risks and control gaps are escalated and addressed at the right level.
Helping shape the future Kuwait risk organisation and supporting hiring as the business scales.
You should apply if
You have strong risk management experience within banking, fintech, consumer lending, payments or another regulated financial-services environment.
You bring meaningful hands-on experience across both enterprise risk and credit risk, rather than exposure limited to governance or oversight.
You have built or materially improved risk frameworks, policies, risk appetite, governance structures, reporting and control processes.
You understand consumer credit risk across underwriting, credit policy, portfolio monitoring, collections performance and loss drivers..
You understand enterprise risk disciplines including risk and control assessments, KRIs, incident and issue management, operational resilience, third-party risk and emerging risks.
You understand the Kuwait regulatory environment; experience engaging with the Central Bank of Kuwait or another GCC financial-services regulator.
You can operate independently in a new-market environment and are comfortable building the essentials yourself before a wider team is in place.
You can balance strong governance with practical, proportionate execution and constructively challenge senior stakeholders when required.
You communicate complex risk topics clearly and can prepare decision-ready materials for leadership, governance forums and regulators.
You work effectively across Product, Data, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Internal Audit.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics or a related field; FRM, PRM, CFA or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
You are professionally fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a founding Professional Services Consultant who is Ramp’s deepest product expert, a hands-on builder, and a strategic thought partner to the finance teams we serve. You work as an extension of the customer's team: you're embedded in their strategy, you understand where their finance organization is headed, and you do the execution work to get it there. You map their current-state workflows, design the future state, and configure Ramp to match it.
You’re dialed into the roadmap, driving transformation across their platform and finance orgs. You get customers live fast, and in some cases stay on as their ongoing partner, optimizing their Ramp environment and advising strategically as the business grows.
You'll work across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success during activation, and Account Managers beyond implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN CUSTOMER DELIVERY
- Discovery and process mapping — Run workshops to analyze current-state finance workflows across spend, procurement, AP, expense, travel, and close. Diagnose where time and money are actually leaking, and define the optimal Ramp solution.
- Solution design — Design and document the end-to-end solution: persona-based workflow design, approval and policy architecture, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation that a customer admin can maintain after go-live.
- Hands-on configuration — Execute the core functional workstream. Configure Ramp to match the approved design: policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL and dimension mapping, entity and multi-currency structures, roles and permissions.
- Integrations and data — Work with customer IT, accounting, and security teams to scope and validate ERP and HRIS integrations, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp's APIs where standard connectors don't reach, and clear security reviews.
- Agentic workflow enablement — Configure and tune Ramp's agentic finance capabilities for each customer's context: agent behavior, policy logic, prompt and rule design, exception handling. Help the customer's team understand what to hand to an agent and what to keep.
- Training and enablement — Build and deliver the enablement program: admin certification, end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and the documentation and in-product guidance that make it durable. Enablement is a deliverable, not a slide at the end.
- Quality assurance and hypercare — Own QA: build test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve defects, and run post-go-live hypercare until the customer is stable.
- Adoption support — Consult on organizational change management alongside the CSM, and drive the functional adoption work that makes value stick after the project closes.
IMPROVE HOW WE DELIVER
- Document implementation approaches, customer needs, and lessons learned so the team can reuse what works
- Help the Senior Manager, Professional Services refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and workflows based on delivery experience
- Use customer feedback and delivery data to spot patterns, improve execution, and share practical recommendations
- Contribute to enablement materials and share product and implementation knowledge with teammates
PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY
- Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Ramp product suite, roadmap, APIs, and the third-party ecosystem it integrates with
- Build the reusable assets that make the practice faster: configuration accelerators, templates, internal tooling, scripts, and best-practice guides — including AI-built tooling of your own
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Support to make the handoff from presales to implementation to steady state seamless
- Bring patterns back to Product and Engineering: what customers keep asking for, what keeps breaking, what the product should do natively instead of being configured around
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp and a self proclaimed product expert, ability to not only consult on workflows but execute the build in product.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role — with a track record delivering SaaS implementations at mid-market and enterprise scale
- Hands-on builder — You configure, troubleshoot, and ship yourself.
- Finance systems and process knowledge — Real working understanding of finance operations: the close, AP and expense workflows, approval and policy design, GL and chart-of-accounts structure, and how an ERP actually gets used. Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI to accelerate delivery: to build configurations, generate documentation and training material, analyze customer data, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. Experience with AI workflow configuration — agent customization, prompt engineering, tuning — is a strong plus.
- Enablement and training ability — You can teach. You've built training programs, run rooms of skeptical users, and produced documentation people actually use.
- Multi-project discipline — You can prioritize across several concurrent engagements and hit committed dates on all of them.
- Excellent communication — You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions, and you write well enough that your deliverables go to a CFO without an edit pass.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior experience implementing spend management, procure-to-pay, expense, or corporate card platforms
- Accounting or finance background (CPA, FP&A, controllership, or accounting operations)
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows for customers at scale
- Familiarity with project management essentials and tooling (scope, schedule, budget; Smartsheet, Asana, Linear, Monday)
- Big 4 or systems integrator consulting background
- Experience in high-growth environments where the methodology was still being written
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for critical project milestones
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for technically-minded product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
The Core Experience team shapes how people create in Figma—from foundational tools like Auto Layout and Text to the interactions that make working on the canvas feel intuitive and precise. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change the way people build products. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep interaction design craft, and curiosity about complex systems. Working closely with engineering, product, research, and designers across Figma, you’ll set direction and stay hands-on, turning ambitious ideas into experiences people use every day.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead the design of core editor experiences, including foundational concepts like Auto Layout, Text, and canvas interactions, from identifying opportunities through prototyping, shipping, and iteration
Help us define and champion a clear vision for how the editor should evolve, translating that vision into concrete proposals, design principles, and priorities with product and engineering partners
Explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together, prototyping ways for people to move between generating, editing, and refining their work while retaining creative control
Ground decisions in user research, product data, and close observation of how people create, using that evidence to test assumptions and refine your point of view
Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in product design, including leading complex software projects from early exploration through launch and iteration
A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, including examples of making sophisticated workflows easier to understand and use
The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems in complex systems, and shaping them into simple solutions with clear goals
Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for creativity and collaboration
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience designing creative tools, editors, canvas interfaces, or other products with rich, direct manipulation interactions
A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
Experience with code-based prototyping, front-end development, or workflows that connect design and implementation
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
