We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to build the strategy and operating model behind how Runway shows up on social. Our audience spans filmmakers, artists, developers, researchers and enterprise teams, and each of them comes to our channels for something different. Your job is to give every channel a clear role and make sure our biggest moments, from model launches and research releases to film festivals and conferences, land with real distribution behind them.
You'll bring a strong point of view on where Runway should show up and how. You'll help our researchers, engineers, creatives and executives share the work closest to them with credibility and authenticity, and you'll treat our community of creators as collaborators in telling the story. You'll be hands-on where it matters, but this role is defined by strategic leadership and operational ownership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set Runway's social strategy, raise the creative bar and build the calendar around a steady, always-on presence that leads into our biggest launches
- Define a distinct role for each channel across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging community platforms
- Decide when Runway, a researcher, an executive, a creator, a customer or a partner should lead the story, then build the distribution plan around it
- Partner with Research, Product, Comms and Brand to turn model launches, research papers and product updates into native, credible social moments
- Help Runway researchers, engineers and executives post about their work, with clear guidance, coaching and coordinated amplification
- Work with our Community team, partners and our broader creator community to put the work made with Runway at the center of our channels
- Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to sharpen the work over time
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Social runs on data-driven goals across reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift and audience insight
- Runway has a clear social point of view and a defined role for each channel
- Social is a strategic driver of visibility, creative adoption and demand, not an internal posting service
- Runway's researchers, engineers and executives have an easy, trusted way to share their work, and the strongest posts get coordinated amplification
- Creators see Runway's channels as the best place for their work to be seen
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in strategic social or related marketing programs; 2+ years at a top-tier technology, consumer, media or entertainment company is a plus
- A track record of building social strategy and the operating model behind it: prioritization, agency and contractor management, workflows, measurement and executive alignment
- Excellent editorial judgment and an instinct for what feels credible and native on each platform, especially X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Fluency across disparate cultures: film, art and creators, AI and startups, venture capital and Silicon Valley; comfort translating technical research for a broad audience
- Comfort with performance and brand measurement, including how to separate correlation from impact and how to run disciplined tests
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools, including Runway, and curiosity about where they're headed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with each launch
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
THE ROLE
Our B2B team in Almaty is growing fast and closes most of the company's enterprise revenue. We are hiring a GTM Recruiter to keep that team growing at the same pace and at the same bar.
This is a full-cycle, hands-on recruiting seat for go-to-market roles: Account Executives, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Solutions roles for the Kazakhstan office, with some searches for our international GTM teams. You report to the B2B Director, run your own desk end to end, and are measured on hires that pass probation, not on activity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles: kickoff with the hiring manager, sourcing, screening calls, take-home coordination, final rounds, references, offer and close.
- Run the first screen yourself: dig into real numbers (quota, attainment, deal sizes), separate personal results from team results, test spoken English, and recommend a clear yes or no with reasons.
- Build pipelines of top commercial talent through direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, creative outreach), not just inbound.
- Keep the process moving at startup speed: same-day feedback, take-home sent the day of a good screen, candidates never waiting on us.
- Be the hiring manager's partner: calibrate on profiles weekly, bring market and compensation intelligence, push back when the bar is at risk.
- Keep our ATS accurate: stages, feedback, sources and offers up to date so reporting reflects reality.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A recruiter whose recent work is hiring salespeople or other commercial roles (AE, SDR, account management, business development), with numbers you can state: hires per quarter, time to fill, offer acceptance.
- Experience in a fast-growing tech, marketplace, fintech or agency environment where volume and bar both mattered.
- Fluent English: you interview English-speaking candidates and work with US-based hiring managers daily.
- Sharp judgement on people: you read between the lines of a CV, you notice when a story does not add up, and you can explain your reasoning in two sentences.
- Excellent written and spoken communication; candidates and hiring managers should enjoy working with you.
- Comfortable with an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter and AI assistants in your daily work.
- Enthusiasm and commitment for an intense, high-ownership role; you want to be measured on outcomes.
HOW WE WORK
- On-site in our Almaty office, full time.
- Our GTM team works on US hours to stay close to the market and the US team; this role keeps the same schedule.
- Competitive salary in USD.

Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and join a global community with technical training, mentorship, and regular networking opportunities to accelerate your growth.
Through a structured three-year program, you will balance real team deliverables with study towards your ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification, dedicating 20% of your time (around six hours per week) to your professional studies. Each placement will be supported by a dedicated Rotation Manager alongside guidance from senior Finance leadership.
You will gain broad exposure across six core finance pillars: Financial Control and Revenue & Billing in year one; Tax and Treasury in year two; and Strategic Finance and Finance Transformation in year three. Depending on business and ACCA requirements, you may also gain exposure to adjacent areas such as Product Control, Procurement, or Internal Audit.
How You’ll Make An Impact

- Work with colleagues across Finance to respond to queries, share information and deliver tasks to agreed deadlines.
- Look for practical ways to improve processes, documentation and the use of finance systems and data.
- Apply what you learn through ACCA study to real finance work, building technical, analytical and communication skills over time.
Eligibility Requirements
This role is offered as a government-funded Level 7 ACCA apprenticeship. Appointment is conditional on the successful candidate meeting the government’s apprenticeship funding and eligibility requirements at the start of training, as confirmed by our approved training provider. Under current England funding rules, Level 7 funding is generally available to applicants aged 16–21, with limited exceptions for eligible applicants aged 22–24 who have an EHCP or have been, or are, in care.
This role is offered as an early-careers opportunity and we are not able to offer this role on a privately funded basis. Further information about the Apprenticeship funding can be found here.
- Academic Qualifications: You will have either:
- A degree qualification
OR
- You have completed a Level 4 AAT qualification before the September start date
+ 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and 3 GCSEs including a pass in English and Maths
Visa sponsorship: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
What We’re Looking For
- Academic Ambition: You are eager to begin your journey toward becoming a Chartered Accountant via the ACCA pathway.
- Analytical Mindset: You have a natural comfort with numbers and a high attention to detail.
- Resilience: The ability to work toward tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Any prior exposure to accounting systems (like Workday) is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker—we will train you!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a "team player" attitude.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with finance systems such as Workday is helpful, but not essential.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As Manager, Events & Experiential Marketing, you’ll lead a portfolio of high-impact experiences for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s customers, prospects, partners and people.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll own complex, high-priority programs from strategy through to delivery, measurement and reconciliation, while managing and developing early-career marketers and coaching colleagues across the business.
Working closely with the Director of Events & Experiential Marketing, you’ll translate marketing and commercial priorities into annual plans, quarterly commitments and measurable results. You’ll be accountable for the delivery, budget and quality of your work, helping to strengthen the team’s capabilities and raise the standard of our work.
This role is offered on an 18-month fixed-term basis as maternity leave cover.
How you’ll make an impact
Portfolio planning and delivery
- Turn business priorities into a focused annual plan and quarterly commitments, directly contributing to relevant team OKRs and helping to make prioritization calls across audience, scope, resources and timing
- Act as the subject matter expert for experiences such as SXSW London, the Checkout Advisory Board, Commercial Kickoff, Thrive, owned roadshows and more
- Personally lead the most complex programs from business case and experience design through execution, measurement and closeout, coordinating suppliers and internal partners
- Set clear responsibilities, milestones and review points. Anticipate risks, resolve escalations and maintain pace without compromising accuracy or the audience experience
Budget management and performance
- Manage the portfolio’s allocated budget, shape investment cases and recommend spending across programs based on expected value and evidence of returns
- Define the right program measures of success across brand, audience engagement, customer and prospect relationships, commercial contribution, content performance and operational excellence
- Use reporting and post-event reviews to decide what to improve, scale or stop
- Ground decisions in customer insight and stakeholder feedback, connecting events and their content to wider campaigns and commercial follow-through.
Lead and develop people
- Manage and develop Marketing Graduates through clear goals, coaching, feedback, meaningful ownership and structured opportunities to build their marketing capabilities
- Coach team members and project partners to think strategically, make sound decisions and connect their work to wider marketing and business outcomes
- Balance personal delivery with team execution: step into complex work when your expertise is needed, while ensuring the team retains ownership and grows through the work
Cross-functional influence and expertise
- Align senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial and partner functions, securing agreement on objectives, investment and delivery expectations
- Represent Events & Experiential Marketing in various forums, communicating recommendations clearly and resolving competing priorities constructively
- Set the quality bar for the portfolio and help others meet it; introduce relevant industry practices and share learning to strengthen the team’s craft
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a similar role (7+ years), preferably in a B2B or event agency setting
- Deep events and experiential marketing expertise, demonstrated through leadership across complex, high-priority programs with sound operational judgement
- Strong commercial understanding, with experience managing substantial budgets, assessing ROI and using data to guide decisions.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective people management and coaching, with the ability to develop early-career talent and build capability across project teams.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders and creating clarity when requirements are ambiguous.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, marketing automation, CRM, analytics and AI, including Salesforce, Pardot, Looker, Cvent, Google Workspace, Claude and Glean.

Location: Remote
About the Team
At Netlify, we’re a remote-first, globally distributed company with 120+ employees working across 13 countries around the world. Together, we’re building the platform for building and shipping web apps, with a mission to help anyone bring their ideas to the web.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in bringing in the people who will shape Netlify’s next stage of growth. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to help them make thoughtful, high-quality hiring decisions and will be deeply embedded in understanding this evolving job market and what makes not only great talent, but folks who align with Netlify’s mission. With our team, you’ll recruit across a wide variety of teams and talent markets, owning the full recruiting lifecycle and partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Finance and other functions. Rather than specializing in one area, you’ll build context quickly, learn what great talent looks like across different parts of the business, and help us find and hire exceptional people.
We’ve already built a number of our own tools and workflows on Netlify to make our day-to-day work better, and we’re continuing to experiment with how AI can create even more leverage. With our team, you’ll be using the same platform you’re helping grow the team behind by shipping tools that improve your own work, experimenting with new ways of working, and contributing to how we continue to evolve how we hire.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across a broad mix of functions - GTM, G&A, and R&D - from intake through accepted offer, without needing a sourcer, coordinator, or ops partner to be effective
Run search kickoffs, define and calibrate candidate profiles in partnership with hiring managers, and establish your own search strategy rather than waiting for one to be handed to you
Independently develop proactive sourcing approaches for each search and build pipelines of passive talent while continuing to cultivate talent for difficult-to-fill roles and future hiring needs
Conduct recruiter screens and develop a clear, evidenced point of view on candidates - sending hiring managers slates with real recommendations
Own weekly search meetings with hiring managers: bring funnel data, market feedback, and a perspective on what's working and what isn't; diagnose problems and propose changes rather than just reporting that pipeline is light
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers as you partner with them on their searches, bringing market insight, recruiting expertise, and thoughtful pushback when it will lead to a stronger hiring decision
Partner across the People Team on talent strategy, workforce and organizational planning with HR Business Partners, and with People Operations on scalable solutions and processes.
Manage offers and candidate closing end-to-end, while delivering a responsive, thoughtful, and high-touch candidate experience throughout every stage of the process - including for candidates we ultimately don't hire
Use recruiting metrics such as funnel conversion, time to fill, time to hire, sourcing performance, and candidate feedback to identify patterns, inform decisions, and continuously improve how we hire
Design and build AI-assisted and vibe-coded recruiting workflows, evaluate them critically, and identify new opportunities to create leverage - without waiting to be assigned an automation project
What You'll Bring
Enough full-cycle recruiting reps to operate independently from day one - you've had several years of experience personally run intake, sourced, screened, managed HM relationships, and closed candidates across multiple simultaneous searches
A track record of encountering unfamiliar roles or functions and figuring out how to recruit them effectively, rather than defaulting to a narrow specialty
A history of sourcing and engaging passive candidates, ideally at companies where the logo wasn't doing most of the recruiting for you - you've had to create interest, not just harvest it
Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers by running search meetings, interpret and pushing back on feedback, recognizing when calibration is off, and owning the relationship
Experience using funnel data to change your behavior - when four candidates get rejected, your instinct is to investigate why, not to source a fifth
You can execute quickly across a high volume of searches while maintaining a high bar for quality, balancing speed with the judgment needed to find the right talent for highly specialized roles.
Experience working with imperfect infrastructure - you've operated without a dedicated sourcer, coordinator, or mature ops team and made it work
A history of noticing broken or inefficient workflows and doing something about them, whether through AI tools, automation, process changes, or creative problem-solving - you've improved something without being told to
Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to keep multiple searches, stakeholders, candidates, and decisions moving in a distributed environment without sacrificing the details or the human experience
Proficiency with an ATS and the broader recruiting toolset (we use Greenhouse), and comfort experimenting with AI-powered tools to meaningfully improve recruiting quality or throughput
We don't require educational qualifications for the role - we're interested in the experience, judgment, and skills you've developed through your work.
This Role is a Great Fit If
You care deeply about the people behind every application and recognize that looking for a new role is a meaningful decision in someone’s life. You lead with empathy, communicate openly, and follow through on what you say you’ll do. Whether someone joins Netlify or not, you want them to feel that their time was respected, they were treated with care, and they had a thoughtful experience with us.
You're energized by functional variety. An unfamiliar finance role or a senior engineering search doesn't become "that's not my specialty." You get curious, ask good questions, and figure it out
You work well in an environment that resets every few months. Priorities shift, reqs change, and that doesn't throw you - you reorient and keep moving
You can move fluidly between sourcing, candidate conversations, hiring-manager partnership, data, and operational details while keeping communication clear in a remote, async environment
You approach recruiting as a strategic partnership with the business by understanding what teams need, bringing a strong recruiting perspective, and helping hiring leaders make decisions that strengthen their teams.
You're the kind of recruiter who, when something isn't working, investigates rather than simply escalating. When you're recruiting for something unfamiliar, you ask the right questions, build context quickly, and develop a point of view before moving the search forward
You've noticed inefficient systems before and done something about them. You don't need to arrive with a portfolio of automations, but you have a pattern of seeing a problem, getting curious, and experimenting your way to something better
Our applications will close on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 5pm CST

Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
