ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.

AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change.
This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up.
Key responsibilities
Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions.
Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed.
Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route.
Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance.
Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on.
Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training.
Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next.
Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count.
Minimum qualifications
Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion.
Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions.
Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly.
Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it.
A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it.
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away.
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase.
Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume.
How this role works with the team
You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!
OKX Statement:
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
The salary range for this position is $143,111 - $178,888
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Japan is one of the most sophisticated enterprise technology markets in the world, and one where partners, not vendors, typically own the customer relationship. The Head of Partnerships, Japan will build and lead the team that makes Anthropic's partner ecosystem the primary route to Japanese enterprise.
You will set the partner strategy for Japan, develop the team that executes it, and own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and attach rate for the country. You will personally lead our most strategic partner relationships at the executive level while coaching your team to do the same across the GSI, regional SI, and reseller landscape.
This is a player-coach role for an experienced partner leader who has built and scaled partner businesses in Japan before, ideally for a US technology company entering or growing in the market. You will work day to day with the Japan sales leadership and the in-region Applied AI team, represent Japan within Anthropic's International Partnerships organisation, and carry the voice of Japanese partners and customers into our global product and go-to-market decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead and build the team
Hire, develop and retain a high-performing Japan partner team spanning GSI, regional SI and reseller coverage, sized and structured to the market opportunity
Set clear goals, territories and partner portfolios for each team member, and hold the team accountable to pipeline, revenue and attach-rate outcomes
Establish the team's operating cadence: one-on-ones, weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, partner QBRs and quarterly business planning
Coach the team on executive engagement, joint business planning and co-selling in Japanese enterprise accounts, and model those behaviours personally
Set and own the Japan partner strategy
Define which partner segments, partners and motions Anthropic prioritises in Japan, and in what sequence, based on revenue potential, customer reach and strategic fit
Design the partner coverage model across our partner landscape (NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, Accenture and others), and where we go deep vs. broad.
Localise Anthropic's global partner program for Japan, including tiers, incentives, enablement paths and rules of engagement, and feed Japan requirements back into the global program design
Own the annual and quarterly partner business plan for Japan and report on it to International Partnerships leadership
Lead our most strategic partnerships
Own the executive relationships with Anthropic's most consequential partners in Japan, from joint business planning through to board-level sponsorship on both sides
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including resale, co-development and revenue-sharing constructs, working with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk
Lead the creation of joint solutions and industry offerings with partner practices in manufacturing, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences and the public sector
Own partner pipeline, revenue and attach rate
Carry the Japan partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, and the partner attach-rate target, for the team
Run a disciplined forecast with the team and with Japan sales leadership, ensuring partner deals are registered, progressed and closed with predictability
Decide where to deploy partner investments (market development funds, enablement, co-marketing, headcount) for the highest return
Build the reporting and systems hygiene that gives International Partnerships and Anthropic leadership a clear, trusted view of the Japan partner business
Represent Japan and drive cross-functional execution
Act as the single point of accountability for the partner business in Japan with Japan sales leadership, the Applied AI organisation, Marketing, Legal and Product
Ensure Japanese partner and customer requirements, including language, data residency, security and sovereignty needs, are understood and prioritised by global product and engineering teams
Partner with the Japan sales leader to embed partners into account planning and co-selling for the country's priority accounts
Resolve channel conflict between direct sales, SIs and resellers, and set the rules of engagement that keep the ecosystem healthy as it grows
Be the face of Anthropic's partner ecosystem in Japan
Represent Anthropic at partner executive forums, industry conferences and analyst engagements related to the partner ecosystem
Sponsor the development of Japanese customer success stories, delivered with partners, that resonate with Japanese enterprise buyers
Build Anthropic's reputation as the partner-first AI company in Japan through the way your team shows up every day
Minimum qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology, with a substantial portion leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan
People leadership experience over partner or alliance teams, with a track record of hiring, developing and retaining strong performers
Direct experience building a partner business in Japan for a US or global technology company, ideally through a period of rapid growth or market entry (hyperscaler, enterprise SaaS, data or AI platform)
Proven ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets at a country or regional level, with the forecasting discipline to match
Established executive relationships with Japan's major system integrators, consulting firms, and a reputation they would vouch for
Experience negotiating complex partnership structures: resale agreements, joint solution development, and revenue-sharing or incentive models
Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, personally owning strategic relationships while building a team that scales beyond you
Comfort shaping strategy in ambiguity and turning it into an operating plan, while working closely with global teams in other time zones
Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, and the cultural fluency to move between Japanese enterprise norms and a fast-moving US company
Based in Tokyo
Preferred qualifications
15 to 20+ years in enterprise technology leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan and 5+ years of people leadership over partner or alliance teams
Experience with AI, data or cloud platform partnerships specifically, including partner-built solutions and marketplace motions
Experience on the partner side, inside a Japanese SI or distributor, and an understanding of how those organisations make decisions
Experience localising a global partner program for Japan and influencing its design
Experience working alongside professional services or applied AI teams to deliver partner-led customer outcomes
