Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.

Hybrid - 3 days per week in our Boston office
BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organizations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
As we grow our US business, we’re building our SDR team in Boston and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organizations in the US. This isn’t about maximizing email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalize outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer- but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic US accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid- market or enterprise accounts
- Strong sales track record against your targets
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalization and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Boston office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales- giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.

You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s US enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Location: Remote — Europe or US East Coast (Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida only)
🎯 Your main goal will be to build n8n's global revenue enablement engine — installing one enterprise selling methodology across every region, compressing ramp for every revenue team worldwide, and turning our community-led momentum into repeatable 7–8 figure enterprise revenue.
You'll report directly to our senior commercial leadership, inherit a small enablement team with basic onboarding in place, and have the mandate (and explicit VP trajectory) to build the function from the ground up: for a remote-first company selling across EMEA, the US, and beyond.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
METHODOLOGY & ENTERPRISE SELLING EXCELLENCE
- Own the global install of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework): selection, rollout, certification, and continuous reinforcement across every rep and manager, in every region.
- Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook: teach sellers to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified 7-figure pipeline.
- Partner with PMM and Product to arm the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
RAMP, ONBOARDING & MANAGER DEVELOPMENT
- Build one global onboarding engine, pre-boarding through certification to first-deal support, and compress time-to-quota for hiring waves in every region.
- Develop frontline sales managers: coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor that make the methodology stick.
- Define enablement's scorecard in revenue terms: ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy, not course completions.
BUILDING THE GLOBAL FUNCTION
- Lead and grow the enablement team (starting with 1–2 ICs) across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement.
- Stand up the enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with RevOps.
- Operate as a trusted peer to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets: in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🚀 Hypergrowth pedigree: You built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise.
- 📈 €xm→€1bn scaling: You grew the function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity. You've solved ramp at volume, not maintained steady-state.
- 🧠 Methodology implementation owner: You've run a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck.
- ⏱️ Ramp engineer: You've built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression.
- 📊 Revenue-outcome mindset: You measure enablement in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🎖️ Methodology-firm pedigree: Force Management, or similar as a consultant or a certified in-house champion.
- 💼 Carried a bag: You sold enterprise deals yourself, so reps and leaders trust you in deal conversations.
- 🌱 PLG-to-enterprise: You've enabled teams converting community/self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue.
- 🤖 AI narrative: You've positioned AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings and think of an AI first solution to solving problems.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into an LMS. You'll build the global enablement function at the exact moment we scale from community-led momentum into 7–8 figure enterprise deals - the moment enablement leaders at MongoDB or HashiCorp will tell you was the best of their career. You'll install the methodology worldwide, set one ramp standard across regions, develop managers on every continent we sell in, and grow the team, with a direct line to senior commercial leadership and an explicit path to VP. You'll join a fast-growing, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Marketing Manager (Fixed-term 18 months)
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods around the world. From restaurant food to retail, we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything — and we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for a
Marketing Manager
to join our local Marketing team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. You’ll report to the
Head of Marketing
and play a key role in driving growth across all our business lines — from restaurants and retail to new verticals. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy: managing local partnerships, building campaigns that resonate with customers, and driving meaningful community engagement. This is your chance to shape how Wolt shows up locally — building brand love and loyalty, one campaign at a time.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Wolt’s local marketing initiatives — bringing our brand to life across cities, communities, and digital channels. You’ll turn insights into creative campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that strengthen our local presence and drive growth across all business lines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to blend strategic thinking with creative execution, while collaborating closely with local teams and regional marketing partners to make an impact that truly resonates.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Lead and manage local marketing campaigns from concept to execution — ensuring they’re engaging, effective, and true to Wolt’s brand.
Build strong relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create marketing initiatives that drive visibility and mutual growth.
Develop and implement the local social media strategy, crafting authentic, relevant, and community-driven content.
Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative, high-impact content that connects with our audience.
Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships with community brands.
Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — translating insights into actionable improvements.
Support campaign planning for new city or area launches, helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.
Our humble expectations
Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, partnerships, events, influencer).
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams.
Strong analytical mindset — confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement.
Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.

To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:

Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.

🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.

✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements, primarily across Europe.

Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

As Director of SMB Sales, EMEA, you'll lead a team of frontline managers and Account Executives responsible for helping growing businesses adopt Figma's Organization and Enterprise plans. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Sales, you'll play a critical role in scaling a high-volume, specialized sales motion while partnering closely with leaders across the Americas and JAPAC to drive consistency, share best practices, and evolve how we serve SMB customers globally. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of one of Figma's fastest-growing businesses, leading a talented team while influencing strategy across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Product. At Figma, we value leaders who think creatively, challenge the status quo, and build teams that consistently raise the bar for customer experience and business impact.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our EMEA hubs.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of frontline managers and Account Executives, building a high-performing culture focused on coaching, accountability, and customer impact.
Scale the EMEA SMB business by driving operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, inspection, and execution against revenue goals.
Partner with SMB leaders across the Americas and JAPAC to build a globally consistent sales motion, sharing best practices and raising execution standards across regions.
Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional sales leaders while building a strong internal pipeline of future Mid-Market leaders and second-line managers.
Coach managers through forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, deal strategy, call coaching, and performance management to improve both team execution and customer outcomes.
Use data to identify opportunities, test new strategies, and continuously improve the SMB sales motion, including territory design, pipeline generation, productivity, and conversion.
Partner closely with Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Customer Experience, and Product to influence the evolution of the SMB business and improve how we serve customers globally.
Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customer opportunities while representing the voice of EMEA in the continued evolution of Figma's global SMB strategy.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience leading SaaS sales organizations, including at least 4 years in sales management. You’ve managed frontline leaders and spent at least 2 years in a second-line leadership role.
You’ve led distributed sales teams across multiple countries and understand the differences between EMEA markets. Comfortable balancing long-term strategy with the realities of day-to-day execution.
Built and scaled teams of Sales Managers and Account Executives in a high-growth company. Ideally, you also have experience with SMB or Commercial SaaS sales, particularly in a product-led growth business.
You know how to coach leaders, develop talent, and create inclusive teams that perform consistently. You’ve exceeded revenue targets while improving forecasting and building dependable sales processes.
Confident using data to make decisions and have worked closely with Marketing, Operations, Enablement, Product, and other go-to-market teams.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
Additional European language fluency (e.g. French, German, Spanish)
Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC/MEDDICC sales methodology

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own the forward-looking financial plan for the top and mid funnel of n8n’s commercial engine, helping Marketing leadership make sharper investment decisions across both our PLG and SLG motions.
To do so, you’ll turn demand, funnel, and marketing investment decisions into an integrated financial view that leadership can act on:
OWN MARKETING PLANNING & FORECASTING
- Drive n8n’s annual planning and regular forecasting process for Marketing end to end, from top-down targets and cross-functional alignment through regional segmentation, budget ownership, and consolidation into the company plan.
- Partner with Marketing budget owners across demand generation, brand, community and DevRel, product marketing, and events to set budgets, forecast spend, and sharpen investment trade-offs.
- Own program spend with the same rigor as headcount, including agency and media contracts, event and sponsorship commitments, phasing, seasonality, and in-year reallocations.
MODEL FUNNEL & CHANNEL ECONOMICS
- Model demand creation, signup and MQL volume, activation, qualified opportunity, conversion, and velocity with Marketing Ops and RevOps across both PLG and SLG motions.
- Translate funnel and channel levers into the demand assumptions behind n8n’s integrated top-line model and quantify the financial impact and trade-offs of changing them.
- Assess CAC and payback, conversion, pipeline contribution, and expected versus realized ROI using attribution, incrementality testing, and other causal methods where appropriate.
BUILD A RIGOROUS MARKETING INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK
- Establish a repeatable process for material marketing bets covering hypothesis, baseline, expected return, confidence range, leading indicators, scale-or-stop triggers, and post-investment review.
- Build and defend investment cases for brand, community, content, events, and other spend that does not attribute cleanly to closed revenue.
- Use internal evidence, external benchmarks, and post-investment learnings to drive in-year reallocations toward the highest-impact opportunities.
TURN DATA INTO DECISIONS
- Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to keep the financial view aligned with n8n’s attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks.
- Own the financial metric definitions behind Marketing reporting and ensure teams are operating from a consistent view of performance.
- Turn financial reporting and variance analysis into tangible insights and recommendations for Marketing leadership, executives, and board-level audiences when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📊 FP&A experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment.
- 🗂️ Complex planning experience: You have led complex, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end to end.
- 🤝 Marketing business partnering: You have deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve/PLG funnel or an enterprise/SLG demand generation motion, plus a strong working understanding of the other.
- 📈 Funnel and channel economics: You are fluent in CAC and CAC payback by channel and motion, blended versus paid CAC, CLV/CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel conversion, and velocity.
- 🧭 Judgment on unattributable spend: You have built and defended investment cases for brand, community, content, or similar spend that will never attribute cleanly to a closed deal.
- 💶 Program spend ownership: You are comfortable owning a budget weighted toward program spend, including commitments, phasing, agency costs, vendor economics, and reallocations.
- 🧮 Financial modeling: You build sophisticated, integrated financial models that remain robust as assumptions, scenarios, and operating inputs change.
- 🗣️ Executive communication: You translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and are comfortable presenting to Marketing leadership, executives, and board audiences when needed.
- 🤖 AI- and automation-first mindset: You naturally use AI and automation platforms such as n8n to improve the quality, speed, and repeatability of your planning, reporting, and analysis.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🔄 PLG + SLG fluency: You have deep experience across both product-led and sales-led demand motions rather than primarily one.
- 🧑💻 Developer-focused environment: You have worked at a community-led, open-source, or developer-focused product company.
- 🧪 Incrementality & experimentation: You have exposure to incrementality testing, holdout design, or marketing mix modeling.
- 🛠️ Marketing & RevOps tooling: You have experience consuming data from tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, attribution platforms, and Salesforce.
- 📋 Planning platforms: You have worked with financial or headcount planning platforms such as Pigment in complex, multi-entity, or multi-stakeholder environments.
- 🧑🔬 Data self-sufficiency: You are comfortable using SQL and building your own views in tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Hex rather than waiting on a Data team.
- ⚙️ Relevant SaaS domain experience: You have worked in workflow automation, developer tools, or infrastructure SaaS.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll own the financial view of one of the most important joins in our growth engine: where community, product-led adoption, and enterprise demand generation meet. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership and counterpart FP&A Managers covering the PLG and SLG bottom of funnel, giving you visibility across the full commercial plan and real influence over how we allocate one of our largest discretionary investments.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company where finance is expected to help shape decisions, not simply report on them. As n8n expands the opportunity around AI agent orchestration and helps businesses unlock measurable ROI through automation, you’ll help build the planning discipline, investment frameworks, and automation-first finance practices that support our next stage of growth.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
