Almaty, Kazakhstan · Growth Engineering
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Run growth experiments for Notion’s Startups and SMB programs. You’ll turn promising ideas into measurable customer and revenue growth, moving from a signal in the data to a live experiment and a clear readout. Unlike a narrowly scoped growth role, you’ll work across acquisition, product experiences, AI-enabled systems, and operations—partnering with Ecosystem Growth, Storytelling, Product, and Engineering. On a typical week, you might query behavior data, prototype an in-product flow, launch a campaign workflow, and decide whether the signal is strong enough to scale.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Establish Startups and SMBs as a proving ground for growth ideas that can expand Notion’s acquisition, activation, and revenue.
- By your 90th day, map the relevant funnel, data sources, and existing growth bets with partners, then ship and evaluate your first experiment from hypothesis to customer-facing launch.
- By your 90th day, use AI as a practical collaborator by building an AI-assisted workflow for audience research, campaign iteration, quality checks, or analysis—with clear human judgment and data guardrails.
- By the end of your first year, build and iterate a portfolio of growth programs, using SQL and customer research to identify overlooked opportunities and decide where to invest next.
- By the end of your first year, turn the strongest experiments into reusable programs, playbooks, and measurement systems that other teams can run—and raise the bar for how Notion evaluates growth opportunities.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- A track record of shipping growth or operations projects, with a clear account of what you personally built and what changed as a result. This matters because the role owns the path from idea to measurable outcome.
- Strong SQL and analytical judgment: you can work through messy data, test assumptions, and distinguish a promising signal from a misleading result.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns or automated workflows in tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- The ability to turn an ambiguous goal into a practical plan, unblock yourself where possible, and communicate clearly when you need help from another team.
- Curiosity and learning agility, including a willingness to use AI as a real collaborator and to build better workflows as you learn what works.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year.

- Okta certifications (Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant)
- Experience managing identity or SaaS configuration as code (e.g. Terraform)
- Experience with AWS IAM or cloud identity
- Experience at a high-growth startup
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.

Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build one of n8n’s most predictable Enterprise sales teams. You’ll develop high-performing Enterprise AEs, instill forecast and pipeline discipline, and create a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
To make that happen, you’ll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win:
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews, raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance.
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes your numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics.
- Create a repeatable operating model with clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms, so execution doesn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal.
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team quickly, establishing career paths and succession plans as we grow.
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR YOUR TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run your Enterprise territory with focus, balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong.
- Set the strategy for the team’s most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen.
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical and business wins.
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution.
- Orchestrate executive engagement across your accounts, aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals.
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: You have 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: You have deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record of coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection.
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: You’ve run a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive.
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals.
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes.
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback.
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum.
- 🇬🇧 UK location: You’re based in the UK and happy being on-site with customers once per week on average
- 🇬🇧 English: You’re a native or bilingual speaker of English.
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: You have experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions.
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion.
Nice-to-haves
- Additional languages: You're fluent in French or Spanish.
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: You’ve worked in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving, and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down.
- 📊 Operational excellence: You have strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution.
Why join us?
You’ll take a team of Enterprise AEs and turn it into a repeatable engine, in one of the fastest-growing open-source companies in Europe. The playbooks you build and the people you hire will shape how n8n sells to the world’s biggest technical organizations. You’ll work directly with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, so your voice carries well beyond your own team. n8n is a remote-first company with a passionate community of builders, a culture of autonomy and experimentation, and a very high bar for talent. If you want to build something that lasts while the company scales, apply now and help us make n8n the default way enterprises automate.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

We are seeking an experienced English into Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. -Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.

What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)

- Support quota, territory, and compensation-related processes as they apply to SE & SA roles
- Collaborate with SE leadership and Enablement on onboarding, ramp tracking, and playbook rollout
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Customer Support Ops, Finance, and Business Systems on cross-functional programs that touch the SE & SA workflow
- Lead projects from conception to release, including project plans, business requirement documents, and change management
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, including AI-driven workflows, that reduce manual work for SEs, SAs and sellers
- Provide inputs (technical risk, POC status, SE engagement) to pipeline inspection and forecast calls, and support forecast hygiene across the sales org
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM operations function
- Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company

- Track record building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting inputs for distributed, multi-region teams
- Experience defining and documenting scalable processes, such as capacity planning, POC workflows, and cross-team handoffs
