Revit is one of the brands in the Belkins group of companies. In 3 years, we’ve grown to a team of 25+ people located all over the world, and so far we’ve made a positive impact on more than 150 clients who trusted our team with their growth and outbound (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling).
At Revit, we show up every day because we love selling ideas, creating new business relationships, solving challenges that might seem impossible, and getting results where others couldn’t — so that like-minded clients who trust us with their outbound and growth can become our years-long partners.
With more extensive support from the other companies in the Belkins group, our 2027 goal is to grow 2x in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping quality high across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients who match our values and value proposition.
Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
This is not a place for everyone, but if you’re looking for a world-class culture and an opportunity to grow, build your career, and make an impact, you’re likely to enjoy being part of Revit and building the future together with us!
What you’ll do:
Making 3 AEs better every week.
You’ll do call reviews, give feedback, sit in on deals, and jump in to close when it matters.
Owning the number.
You’ll handle MRR, forecasts, and monthly plans, and know where we stand and why before anyone asks.
Building the system.
You’ll build a sales process that’s clear enough for a new AE to follow, with data that shows exactly where deals get stuck.
Growing the close rate.
You’ll find where we lose deals between the first call and the signature, and fix it.
Designing KPIs and incentives
that reward the results we actually want.
Being marketing’s closest partner.
You’ll shape ICPs and messaging together, so a bigger pipeline turns into revenue, not just a fuller calendar.
Scaling the team
as we grow, including bringing in fractional AEs when it makes sense.
What you bring:
A sales leader who wants to own our growth. You’re still hands-on and still on calls, and you can build a team and a process around you.
Sales leadership:
1–2+ years leading a team of 3–4+ people, with numbers that show what changed while you led it.
Digital marketing services:
agency-side experience, not a SaaS/product or software development company.
US market:
you’ve sold to US clients and know how they buy.
Close rate:
ideally 15%+, or a clear story behind your numbers.
Revenue ownership:
planning, forecasting, and explaining MRR.
Sales process:
you’ve built or run a structured process and improved it with data.
High pace:
you get things done and are driven by results.
Good communicator:
you listen well, give specific answers, and build relationships quickly.
Curious:
you ask a lot of questions about the buyer, the market, and the product.
Proactive:
you spot patterns and problems, and suggest ideas without being told what to do.
English:
C1/C2.
Bonus points:
Experience with or inside an outbound / lead generation agency.
You’ve led 2x growth before.
At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you’re most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join
Cloud Signals
, the team behind the systems that measure, bill, and talk to our customers across the dbt platform and, more and more, the combined Fivetran + dbt product.
Cloud Signals owns:
Billing and usage metering:
turning product activity into accurate, auditable usage and billing data, and leading the integration of Fivetran and dbt billing into one consolidated system.
Vortex, our telemetry and event pipeline:
high-volume event ingestion that feeds the warehouse, product analytics, and downstream systems.
The Notification System:
the shared service that sends transactional and product notifications (email, in-app, Slack) for teams across the platform.
Usage and admin reporting:
giving customers clear visibility into consumption as we move toward consumption-based pricing.
These systems are on the critical path for revenue and customer trust. As a Staff engineer you’ll set technical direction across them, take on the hardest cross-team problems, and help raise the bar for engineering across the area.
This is a full-time remote position.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python and TypeScript for backend services and APIs (Rust, Go, or Java experience also welcome)
Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
Event streaming and messaging systems (Kafka or similar) for high-throughput telemetry and usage pipelines
AWS (plus exposure to GCP or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes
Terraform for infrastructure as code
Datadog for observability, alerting, and on-call
Third-party billing and payment platforms, plus internal and public REST APIs
AI coding assistants and agents (e.g., Claude Code) as part of everyday development
What You’ll Do
Own the technical direction for Cloud Signals’ systems: set architecture, write and socialize design docs, and turn ambiguous business goals (consolidated billing, consumption pricing, telemetry expansion) into clear, staged technical plans.
Lead the design and delivery of the Fivetran + dbt billing integration: data models, usage pipelines, reconciliation, and migration strategy, so that every customer is billed correctly and on time.
Evolve Vortex into a reliable, cost-efficient, scalable event platform: onboard new event types, cut operational dependencies and cost, and make sure data lands in the warehouse correctly and observably.
Grow the Notification System into a dependable shared service that other teams can adopt easily.
Work closely with Product, Finance, RevOps, Data, and partner engineering teams across both companies, often filling gaps in specs and prototyping to test ideas before you commit to a direction.
Raise operational excellence: define SLOs, improve alerting and runbooks, take part in on-call, and lead incident response and blameless postmortems for business-critical systems.
Mentor engineers at every level, give thoughtful code and design reviews, and set an example for engineering practices, including effective, responsible use of AI tools in the SDLC.
Work across teams, departments, and time zones as a technical partner to engineering leadership on roadmap, staffing, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years building and operating production software, with a track record of technical leadership on large, cross-team projects
Deep experience designing distributed systems and backend services, with a strong focus on correctness, idempotency, and data integrity
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and streaming or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) at high volume
Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling, plus experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
Proven ability to design, build, and consume APIs and integrate with third-party systems
Production experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
A strong operational mindset: observability (Datadog or similar), SLOs, on-call, incident management, and leading systems through migrations without downtime
The ability to spot design flaws in existing systems and lead incremental improvements while still shipping
Excellent written and verbal communication: you write clear design docs, align stakeholders with different priorities, and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical partners
Fluency with AI code assistants and coding agents for building features, fixing bugs, testing, and investigation, and with conversational AI (Claude, ChatGPT, internal chatbots) for researching, writing, and reviewing SDLC artifacts like TDDs, PRDs, postmortems, test plans, and proposals
Bonus Skills
Experience with billing, metering, or usage-based pricing systems (e.g., Metronome, Stripe, or in-house rating and invoicing)
Experience building telemetry or analytics pipelines (e.g., Snowplow, Iceberg, lakehouse architectures)
Experience building notification or messaging platforms (email, in-app, webhooks) at scale
Experience with data processing (ETL/ELT), dbt, or other modern data stack tools
Experience leading platform consolidation or system integration after a merger or acquisition
Perks and Benefits
100% employer-paid medical insurance
*
Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off.

team, you will help grow the Grafana plugin ecosystem. Plugins are how Grafana connects to almost any data source, panel type or app, and the catalog has more than 300 of them from Grafana Labs, commercial partners and the open source community.
We own the full plugin lifecycle. Developers build plugins with our tooling, publish them to the catalog, and users discover, install and update them in Grafana and Grafana Cloud. We are also building the
Grafana Marketplace
, which lets partners and independent developers sell their plugins to Grafana users. It is in pilot today and you will help us take it from there.

Automating and improving the review process that every published plugin goes through
Supporting the operations and reliability of plugin installs and delivery in Grafana Cloud
Talking to plugin developers and partners and turning their feedback into roadmap items
Coming up with suggestions for process improvements
Working closely with the rest of the Grafana Division
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You know how to transform ideas into working code, you are able to design a solution, get feedback and deliver large projects.
You are a self-driven individual who understands the power of feedback loops in making roadmap decisions and driving our product forward.
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action, and willing to take on any challenge
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs.
You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy collaboration
You are comfortable working in a remote-first company
Requirements:
Solid experience with Golang & Typescript
Experience with React and building user-facing web applications
Experience with Kubernetes & microservices
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks
Bonus Points For:
You have built or published a Grafana plugin
You have worked on a marketplace, app store or package registry, or on billing and licensing
You have built developer tooling such as CLIs, SDKs or CI pipelines used by other engineers
You have strong experience working with a Product Manager or external stakeholders

ABOUT US

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid search acquisition on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) for one of our consumer apps. You will run the channel from end to end and be the person accountable for how it grows.
This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole paid search acquisition process: strategy, account structure, keywords and queries, bidding, budget allocation, ad and landing page testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has scaled Google and Microsoft Ads at volume, who has promoted mobile and web apps profitably, who knows how to grow under strict platform policies, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end to end: take full ownership of paid search acquisition across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing): planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Promote the app: run both web and app acquisition campaigns, including Google App Campaigns for installs, in-app events, subscriptions and purchases on iOS and Android, and optimize toward in-app value rather than installs alone.
- Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, keyword and match-type strategy, negative keywords, conversion events and value-based bidding (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversion Value).
- Run and scale Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and App campaigns on Google, and Search, Performance Max and Audience campaigns on Microsoft Ads.
- Decide budget allocation across Google and Microsoft and between brand, non-brand and competitor campaigns, and find new scaling levers: queries, geos, devices, audiences and campaign types.
- Run a structured, high-velocity testing process on ad copy, assets, landing pages and bidding strategies, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion tracking, enhanced and offline conversions, conversion value import, Consent Mode, attribution and MMP data, including iOS privacy-driven measurement (SKAdNetwork / ATT).
- Own policy and account health: keep ads, keywords and landing pages within Google and Microsoft policies, handle disapprovals, appeals, suspensions and advertiser verification, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch. Maintain ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly, including auction, query-mix and competitor changes, and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation (scripts, the Google Ads API, rules) to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on paid search / user acquisition experience.
- Proven experience promoting both web conversion campaigns and mobile apps on Google: App Campaigns for installs and in-app event / value optimization, App Store and Google Play funnels, and iOS and Android measurement.
- Strong hands-on Google Ads experience scaling accounts profitably across Search, Performance Max and App campaigns.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Ads (Bing) experience, adapting campaigns to Microsoft rather than only importing them from Google.
- Deep knowledge of smart and value-based bidding, keyword and match-type strategy, and search term mining.
- Hands-on conversion tracking setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced and offline conversions, and Consent Mode.
- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular or similar) and with SKAdNetwork / ATT-era measurement.
- Direct, hands-on ownership of paid search budgets of $1M+/month.
- Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based optimization.
- Policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, suspensions, advertiser verification and how to recover and prevent them.
- Strong testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Daily use of Claude or other AI tools for campaign builds, analysis and reporting.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end to end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Apple Search Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, the Google Ads API or automated bidding and reporting tools.
- Experience with AI or consumer-subscription products.
- Experience with web-to-app subscription funnels.
- Experience working under strict platform policy (subscription disclosure, ROSCA-type rules).

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker's Platform Engineering team builds and operates the cloud-native platform behind Docker's products. Inside the company, teams across Engineering and the business rely on a growing set of internal applications, and each one is built, deployed, and run a little differently.
We're looking for a Senior Engineer to give those applications a common foundation and then build the custom tools the business needs on top of it. You'll create a framework that makes it easy to build and deploy internal tools, including slack bots, web apps, workflows, etc, with authentication, hosting, observability, and alerting in place. You'll use it to build internally-facing tools to support cross-org efforts: roadmapping, headcount management, business reporting, etc. You'll decide when to build, when to buy, and when to integrate an existing product. You'll help shape how internal systems fit together across the company.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own projects from scoping through rollout and adoption, working with platform leads, engineering teams, and business teams such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU'LL DO
INTERNAL APP FRAMEWORK
- Build and maintain a framework that makes it fast to create and deploy internal applications and services, with defaults for authentication, hosting, CI/CD, logging, observability, and alerting
- Provide templates, documentation, and examples so teams can ship their own tools without starting from scratch
- Set the standards for how internal apps are built, secured, and run, and make the standard path the easiest one
- Leverage existing systems and sources of truth to build cross-connects where they don’t exist
CUSTOM BUSINESS TOOLING
- Work across teams and organizations to understand where tools, processes, or systems are falling short, and turn those gaps into proposals that platform leads can prioritize
- Scope and deliver apps and tooling to address identified gaps
- Ship early versions quickly, learn from how people use them, and improve them over time
- Own the tools you build through rollout, adoption, and ongoing support
BUILD, BUY, OR INTEGRATE
- Evaluate whether a need is best met by building, buying, or integrating an existing product, and recommend one with the tradeoffs
- Connect tools to the systems the company already uses, such as identity, data sources, and Slack, so they work together
- Help shape the architecture of internal systems, so they stay consistent and maintainable as the company grows
RELIABILITY AND AI
- Build operational basics into the framework, so every internal app gets incident management, SLO, and alerting defaults automatically
- Use AI tooling to speed up delivery and to automate workflows where it adds value
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED
- 6+ years of software engineering, including building and shipping internal tools or full-stack web applications
- Strong full-stack skills: a backend language such as Go, Python, or TypeScript, and a modern frontend framework
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, templates, or platforms that other engineers build on
- Experience deploying to the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containers and CI/CD, and working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Sound judgment on build, buy, and integrate decisions, and experience integrating third-party SaaS products and APIs
- Experience working directly with non-engineering stakeholders to turn a need into a working tool
- Experience with AI-assisted development or LLM-powered automation
- Clear written communication and comfort working asynchronously on a remote team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Cross-functional experience in program management
- Experience with internal tool or developer portal platforms
- Web design experience
- Familiarity with observability and incident tooling (incident.io http://incident.io, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)
- Experience at a developer tooling or SaaS company at scale, and familiarity with compliance and security standards
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
_______________________________________________________________________
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
United States: $160,900 – $260,700 base
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.
______________________________________________________________________

📍
Location & ways of working
: This role is based in Barcelona and follows our hybrid working model, typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. This is not a remote position, so please apply only if you are currently based in Barcelona or willing to relocate and can commit to this hybrid setup.

Propose ideas to improve acquisition and channel visibility.
Content & growth:
Propose content and copy ideas for different channels, social media, blog, web, lead magnets, case studies, and coordinate their production.
Create light content autonomously when needed: posts, copies, message adaptations.
Track campaign performance and provide basic data analysis to inform decisions.
What you'll need
🤝
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events or project management: agency or in-house.
Fluent in English and Spanish: real working level, not just CV-level.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting real deadlines.
Someone with ownership: you identify what needs to move and you move it, without waiting to be told.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to propose content with your own point of view.
Nice to have

Experience in event organisation, trade shows or brand activations.

Presence at leading international eyewear trade shows: MIDO Milan, Vision Expo Las Vegas, Silmo PARIS and more.
A small, fast-moving team where you learn by doing, not by watching.
An environment that embraces AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops and seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.

About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement

Staff Software Engineer, Data Governance & Trust
San Mateo, CA
About the role
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help shape and deliver the technical foundation for Data Governance and Trust across our data and AI ecosystem.
Our ambition is to make data understandable, reliable, reusable, and appropriately governed for the people, applications, and AI systems that depend on it. Achieving this requires shared platform capabilities, clear ownership, and governance practices embedded into how teams build and operate data products.
In this role, you will establish technical direction, lead initiatives across teams, and remain hands-on in architecture and implementation. You will connect metadata, lineage, data quality, semantic context, and policy controls into practical capabilities that help teams use data with confidence.
You will also be a trusted technical representative for the Data Governance and Trust group. We are looking for someone who can lead productive discussions, explain complex tradeoffs, navigate difficult conversations, and build alignment across engineering, business, governance, security, and privacy stakeholders.
This is an individual contributor leadership role with impact across teams.
What you will do
Set technical direction and deliver shared capabilities
Shape the architecture and technical roadmap for Data Governance and Trust in partnership with engineering leadership, product partners, domain teams, and governance stakeholders.
Lead initiatives from discovery and ambiguous requirements through design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation.
Design and build services, integrations, APIs, and automation that connect metadata, ownership, classification, lineage, quality signals, and policy information across the data ecosystem.
Establish reusable engineering patterns that embed trust requirements into data publishing, discovery, access, consumption, change, and retirement.
Stay hands-on through prototypes, production code, design reviews, and the resolution of complex technical problems.
Lead conversations and build alignment
Serve as a technical spokesperson for the group in architecture discussions, planning forums, domain engagements, and leadership reviews.
Facilitate discussions among stakeholders with different priorities, surface disagreements constructively, and guide decisions toward clear outcomes.
Explain technical choices, business implications, risks, and costs to both engineering and nontechnical audiences.
Challenge assumptions respectfully, incorporate feedback, and help teams reach workable agreements on standards, ownership, and implementation.
Document decisions, clarify responsibilities and dependencies, and follow through on commitments across teams.
Build relationships that enable adoption through credibility, collaboration, and influence.
Make governance practical and sustainable
Partner with governance, security, privacy, and domain stakeholders to translate agreed requirements into implementable controls and traceable evidence.
Help domain teams define data contracts, quality expectations, ownership responsibilities, and lifecycle practices supported by shared platform capabilities.
Connect quality and reliability signals to accountable owners, consumer communications, and remediation workflows.
Evaluate build, buy, and integration choices based on interoperability, usability, reliability, operating cost, and long-term flexibility.
Measure success through improvements in approved data use, adoption, reliability, reuse, and operational effort.
Prepare the foundation for AI consumption
Develop ways to make business meaning, provenance, quality status, and permitted-use information available to applications and AI through supported interfaces.
Partner with AI and platform teams on governed access to data and context, including traceability and defined behavior when required trust information is missing.
Support shared semantic definitions and metadata models while preserving clear accountability within business domains.
Strengthen the team
Mentor engineers in system design, technical judgment, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
Raise engineering standards for reliability, maintainability, testing, observability, and documentation.
Help engineers take broader ownership and communicate their recommendations effectively.
What you bring
A track record of designing, building, and operating production software or data platforms, with demonstrated impact across multiple teams.
Deep knowledge of metadata management, data governance, lineage, data quality, privacy engineering, access controls, or closely related platform domains, grounded in practical delivery.
Hands-on expertise building or extending metadata and catalog platforms such as Atlan, Alation, DataHub, OpenMetadata, or comparable systems.
A practical understanding of federated ownership models, data stewardship, semantic models, business glossaries, or certified metrics.
The ability to work across warehouse, lakehouse, streaming, and data transformation environments.
Demonstrated delivery of data contracts, automated lineage, quality checks, or policy as code.
Sound judgment in translating ambiguous business or policy requirements into clear technical designs and delivered outcomes.
Proven ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct reporting authority.
Skill in leading difficult technical or organizational conversations, resolving competing priorities, and securing clear decisions and commitments.
Strong written and verbal communication, including architecture proposals, decision documents, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
A collaborative approach grounded in listening, respectful challenge, and shared accountability.
A commitment to mentoring engineers, supported by examples of improving the effectiveness of the teams around you.
What would be valuable
Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in a language such as Python, Java, or Go, and practical SQL experience.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud data infrastructure, including sound judgment about reliability, consistency, security, and failure handling.
Experience implementing controls that generate operational evidence.
Delivering governed data or context services for analytics, applications, machine learning, or AI agents.
Leading platform adoption, modernization, or migration across organizational boundaries.
Representing technical work through internal forums, technical writing, communities of practice, or external presentations.
What success looks like
Partner teams understand the technical direction, the decisions required, and their responsibilities.
Cross-team discussions produce documented decisions, accountable owners, and sustained follow-through.
Priority workflows demonstrate connected governance capabilities in production, supported by clear operating ownership.
Producers and consumers can access relevant meaning, ownership, lineage, quality, and permitted-use information within their workflows.
Shared patterns reduce repeated implementation work and manual coordination.
Engineers across the group grow in technical judgment, communication, and leadership.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most infrastructure engineers never get to build a cloud from the metal up. At Render, you will. Developers and businesses around the world run their apps on Render, and we are building our own bare metal footprint to give them better performance and economics. You'll help take our first colocation site from an empty cage to production workloads, then scale that foundation as we expand our physical presence to thousands of hosts over the coming years.
You'll join a small, experienced team with real ownership. You'll partner closely with network engineering and our Kubernetes platform team, and the decisions you make now will become the template for every site that follows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take our first colocation site from empty cage to production workloads, then scale what you build as we grow to more sites and thousands of hosts
- Design how servers go from the loading dock to production with minimal human touch: netboot, imaging, BMC-driven discovery, and host identity
- Partner with network engineering on what the fleet needs from the network, from out-of-band management to production connectivity
- Build the interface our Kubernetes platform team uses to request capacity, see host health, and coordinate maintenance, so consuming bare metal feels as easy as consuming cloud
- Own the fleet's source of truth for hardware, software, and the physical environment
- Automate the full server lifecycle, from burn-in and acceptance testing through remediation, staged firmware rollout, and RMA
- Build automation like a production system, with guardrails on destructive actions and designs that survive site-level failure
- Shape the technical and operational direction of our bare metal platform, from build-vs-buy decisions to how we operate thousands of hosts, and help hire the team that runs it
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience building and operating automation for bare metal fleets in datacenters or colocation
- Both sides of the work: time with physical hardware and colo providers, and modern, software-driven fleet management
- Strong Go or Python, and experience designing systems with reconciliation loops and idempotent, failure-tolerant actions
- Depth below the abstraction: you know what your tools are doing under the hood and can debug them when they fail
- Experience operating through real failures, such as bad hardware batches, flapping BMCs, or a rollout you had to halt
- Deep Linux knowledge and solid networking fundamentals (DHCP, PXE, DNS, BGP)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, enough to design the interface between the fleet and the clusters that run on it
- Clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and the willingness to push back on a plan when something doesn't add up
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Operating bare metal fleets at a scale of thousands of hosts
- Experience on a bare metal or datacenter build-out from its early days
- Running a hybrid environment, or moving workloads between public cloud and owned hardware
- DCIM/IPAM tools such as NetBox or Nautobot, or provisioning stacks such as Ironic/Metal3, Tinkerbell, or MAAS
- Building reconcilers or state machines for physical infrastructure
- Hardware depth: component diagnostics, burn-in tooling, firmware, or Redfish and IPMI at fleet scale
- Building internal platforms or APIs used by other infrastructure teams
- Based near our colocation sites, or able to visit them regularly
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Most senior sales roles come with a fixed product, a territory and a number. This one comes with a portfolio of proven technology, customers who already rely on it, and the freedom to decide what to build next in your region.
The role has two parts:
Build. Find the customer problems our technology can solve, shape new propositions with our product and engineering teams, and prove them through demonstrations and pilots.
Win. Personally lead and close the deals that turn those propositions into revenue, then make them repeatable.
You will not start from a blank canvas. We are looking for a seasoned enterprise hunter who already knows the buyers in their region and can open doors from day one. As your region grows, so does your remit: you will build the team, partners and plan to take it to the next stage.
Why this role is different
Room to create. You are not limited to a price list. Good ideas get product and engineering support, and you will work directly with the CEO and a small leadership team that makes decisions quickly.
A strong starting position. Mission-critical software already running inside operators, and a digital experience testing platform used by enterprise engineering teams, give you multiple ways into a customer.
Real support. BDR, marketing, pre-sales, solutions and global delivery teams behind you, with operations that are stable and well run.
Upside that matches the ambition. Competitive base salary plus variable pay weighted to new business you originate and close.
Our technology portfolio
Our product lines span telecoms service activation and provisioning, SIM and number management, subscriber acquisition and dealer management, customer value management and loyalty, alongside digital experience testing and analytics for mobile, web and streaming applications, including real-device testing, test automation and quality-of-experience analytics.
Together they let you enter a customer through one need, such as activation, loyalty or app quality, and build towards a broader relationship.
Where you will play
Telecommunications. Mobile and fixed operators and MVNOs.
Banking and financial services. Retail and digital banks, payment providers and fintechs with business-critical digital journeys.
Media and entertainment. Broadcasters, streaming and OTT video and audio services.
Global technology and digital platforms. Large internet and platform businesses with demanding product and digital experience needs.
Depth in one of these sectors matters more than coverage of all four.
Regions and languages
Asia including China: business-fluent English and Mandarin essential, including leading discovery and negotiation in Mandarin. Other Asian languages advantageous.
Requirements
Find the opportunities. Build executive relationships through outreach, industry insight, referrals and partners. Spot unmet needs and buying initiatives before they become tenders.
Shape the propositions. With Product, Engineering and Delivery, turn customer insight into offers with a clear use case, pricing, business case and route to market. Test demand and economics before committing resources.
Prove them. Run demonstrations, pilots and proofs of concept with agreed success criteria and a clear path to a contract.
Close the business. Own complex enterprise pursuits from qualification through procurement, negotiation and signature.
Expand and partner. Grow from the first product line into others across the customer, and build a focused group of systems integrators, testing service providers and technology partners with joint target accounts.
Build the region. Own the regional plan, pipeline and forecast, and work with Finance on revenue, margin and investment. Recommend and hire the team as demand justifies it.
What success looks like
First 90 days: senior conversations opened with priority accounts from your existing network, a focused regional plan, agreed targets and a credible qualified pipeline.
By six months: first signed business, at least one proposition validated with customers, and evidence of which offers and channels win repeatedly.
By twelve months: bookings and revenue on target, multiple new customers, a strong forward pipeline and a plan for the region’s next stage.
What you bring
10+ years of enterprise sales hunting. At least ten years selling B2B technology to large enterprises, with a consistent record of personally originating and closing complex new-logo contracts and beating targets.
Something you built. Experience taking a technology-led proposition from customer need through launch to paying customers.
Established relationships in your region. Named, active relationships with senior decision-makers at operators, banks, media or platform companies in your territory, and with the systems integrators and partners who influence them. A working knowledge of local procurement and competition.
Sector depth. Success in telecoms, financial services, media or major technology platforms.
Commercial and technical fluency. Value-based selling, business cases, pricing and margin, and the credibility to work with product and engineering leaders.
Ownership. Entrepreneurial, persistent and able to mobilise colleagues who do not report to you. The regional language skills above are essential.
You will stand out if you have founded or launched a business line, built a team, or opened a new market for a technology company.
Benefits
Competitive base salary and variable pay tied to new business.
The freedom to shape the market approach and propositions for your region.
Direct access to the CEO and leadership team, and the backing of established product, delivery and support teams.
A remit that grows with the business you build.

About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the action sports and camera-mounting space. Its products help riders and athletes capture footage across motorcycle, motocross, mountain biking, cycling, snow sports, automotive, and other action sports.
Paid social is a major driver of the brand’s growth, and creative is one of its biggest opportunities to improve performance.
About Our Client
We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to own the strategy behind paid social creative across Meta and other performance channels. You’ll use performance data, customer research, and clear hypotheses to decide what the team should produce next—and why.
You’ll build a steady pipeline of new concepts, turn insights into actionable briefs, and help the team identify and scale winning creative. This role focuses on performance creative strategy. It does not involve managing social media or buying media, and it goes beyond making content look good.
Responsibilities
Own the creative strategy for paid social across Meta and other performance channels.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of new concepts and variations for testing.
Review creative performance to identify winning hooks, formats, angles, products, audiences, and offers—and translate those findings into clear next steps.
Write detailed briefs for video ads, static ads, UGC, founder-led content, and product demos.
Develop hooks, scripts, headlines, calls to action, and messaging angles.
Collaborate with creators, video editors, designers, media buyers, and the founder to bring concepts to life.
Research customers, reviews, support conversations, competitors, trends, and adjacent markets to uncover creative insights.
Structure tests so the team can clearly understand what changed, why it changed, and what was learned.
Monitor creative fatigue and plan replacements before performance declines.
Adapt winning concepts across products, formats, audiences, and markets.
Keep concepts accurate to the products and on brand while moving the creative roadmap forward.
Requirements
Experience developing creative strategy for a performance-driven e-commerce brand or agency. This is the core requirement.
Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative.
Ability to interpret ad performance data and use it to make creative decisions, not just produce reports.
Understanding of hooks, awareness levels, customer objections, offers, positioning, and purchase motivation.
Ability to distinguish a genuinely new concept from a minor visual variation.
Experience writing briefs, hooks, scripts, and ad concepts, and collaborating with creators, editors, designers, or media buyers.
Comfort giving clear, specific feedback and receiving direct feedback in return.
Strong organization across multiple products, audiences, and tests.
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience in action sports, motorcycles, cycling, cameras, or enthusiast products is a plus, but not required.
What Success Looks Like
The creative team knows what to produce next and why.
New concepts are ready before the pipeline runs dry, and briefs are clear enough to execute without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Creative decisions are backed by data, customer research, or a clear hypothesis.
Winning concepts are identified, analysed, and expanded quickly.
Failed tests still provide useful insights.
The number of profitable, scalable creatives increases over time.
Products are represented accurately, without misleading claims.
Creative output becomes more consistent without losing quality.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
We are hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help us tell the Sourcegraph story and scale the go-to-market for one of the most critical pieces of engineering infrastructure for the largest enterprises building the future.
