Business Analyst / Product Owner (Middle+)

Responsibilities: — Manage tasks end to end as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager in an IT product, from idea to acceptance — Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications including edge cases — Prioritize Jira backlog using RICE or ICE methods — Query and aggregate data using SQL and manually verify dashboard numbers — Interview ad teams and analyze incidents collaboratively Requirements: — Experience as a BA, Product Owner or Product Manager in IT product development — Understanding of media buying including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads accounts, and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and FTD — Knowledge of affiliate marketing models including CPL, CPA, CRG, RevShare deals, S2S postbacks, and trackers like Keitaro or Binom — Proficiency in Russian language Nice to have: — Experience with adtech or martech products such as trackers, arbitrage CRMs, and anti-fraud systems — Familiarity with Meta Marketing API, TikTok Marketing API, and Google Ads API — Background as a media buyer or arbitrage team lead — Active use of AI tools Benefits: — Opportunity to build a product almost from scratch and see immediate results — Direct collaboration with founders, developers, and buyers without extra approval layers — Growth potential into a full Product Owner role with your own roadmap — Remote work from any country with alignment to European working hours and flexible schedule — Service agreement with crypto payment; salary determined based on interview
