The role
You will own and evolve the company’s threat detection and threat-hunting capability. This role defines what “good” looks like for detection and increasingly engineers it directly as capability shifts into Cyber Security.
This is not an alert-triage role. You are here to understand attacker behaviour, convert it into high-fidelity detection logic, and raise the security baseline for the entire organisation.
You will partner closely with Security Operations, GRC and Engineering—setting standards, direction, and expectations—while progressively taking ownership of the most complex and high-value detection and threat engineering work.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Engineering high-fidelity threat detections across endpoint, identity, cloud, and SaaS
- Defining detection standards, principles, and quality thresholds for Security Operations
- Conducting proactive threat hunting based on attacker behaviour, not vendor alerts
- Translating threat intelligence and incident learnings into durable, reusable detections
- Mapping detections to MITRE ATT&CK and real-world attack paths
- Reducing alert fatigue through logic refinement, correlation, and contextual enrichment
- Advising and supporting during high-severity security incidents; contribute to runbooks and escalation playbooks
- Driving the transition of advanced detection capability into Cyber Security ownership
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, or advanced SOC roles
- Deep understanding of modern attacker tradecraft and intrusion techniques across the attack lifecycle
- Hands-on experience buidling detection logic in modern SIEM platforms (e.g Sentinel)
- Proficienty with scripting and programmaining (e.g. Python, KQL) to build detection pipelines and automation
- Willingness to challenge bad detections, weak assumptions, and vanity metrics
- Pragmatic mindset: precision and impact beat coverage theatre
- Experience operating beyond traditional SOC or MSSP models
- Hands-on cloud detection experience (identity, control plane, SaaS)
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and frameworks such as PCI DSS, NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO27001, CIS Benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud.

THE ROLE
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is scaling a multi-cloud environment at pace, and security architecture is central to how we do it safely.
As Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you'll work closely with Engineering, GRC, Technology Risk, and Security Operations to embed security into every design decision and to make sure we can see what's happening across the estate once it's live.
You'll help embed security within the design phase and ongoing operations of our multi-cloud posture, define guardrails and policy-as-code standards, and support the strengthening of our SIEM and detection capability. You'll take on the most complex and ambiguous cloud security challenges in the business, and hold engineers to best practices.
This isn't a tool-monitoring role. You're here to lead security-by-design, set best-practice standards, and raise the bar.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and enforce reference security architectures, patterns, and blueprints for secure cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Conduct security assessments for new cloud services, defining preventative and detective controls (via security guardrails) to maintain secure posture and detect drift.
- Partner with Engineering teams to embed security guardrails early in design, ensuring compliance and resilience without adding friction.
- Evaluate engineering and platform architecture proposals, identifying security gaps and seeing remediation through to completion.
- Document and uphold secure-by-design principles and architecture governance, and enforce policy-as-code frameworks aligned with NIST, CIS, and PCI DSS.
- Set the monitoring scope and priorities for CNAPP/CSPM tooling (e.g. Wiz or equivalent), defining which misconfigurations and vulnerabilities matter most against CIS, NIST, and PCI DSS benchmarks, and holding engineering teams accountable to remediation outcomes.
- Work with Security Operations to shape cloud logging and detection requirements, ensuring our SIEM has the right visibility across the estate.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to articulate security risks and mitigations in terms that support business decision-making.
Skills and Experience We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and a genuine passion for security. Here's what we need:
- Risk-based decision-making and adherence to regulatory and internal security standards (PCI DSS, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS).
- Broad knowledge across security domains and their capabilities within AWS, Azure, and GCP, with 6+ years' hands-on experience and SME depth in at least one platform.
- Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), API security, and IaC security (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Securing user and non-user access at scale, including Azure Policy and cloud-native IAM controls.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, security-focused guidance, combined with excellent communication and senior-stakeholder engagement skills, and experience mentoring other engineers.
Nice to Have
- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent certifications.
- AZ-500, AWS Certified Security, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or equivalent cloud security certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience integrating ATT&CK Navigator into SOC workflows.

THE ROLE
You will be a hands-on operator at the heart of the Cyber Security team, helping to run, harden, and continuously improve the day-to-day machinery of security. Where the Detection & Threat Engineer defines what "good" looks like, you help make it real, turning standards, runbooks, and tooling into reliable, repeatable operational practice.
This is a delivery-focused role for an experienced practitioner. You will spend your time in the tooling, in the tickets, and in the detail: enhancing the platforms the team depends on, tightening procedures, and making sure findings, alerts, and remediation work actually get closed out rather than left to drift.
You will partner closely with Senior Detection & Threat Engineers, Application Security, Information Security, Security Operations, and Engineering executing against the standards they set, feeding operational insight back up, and progressively taking ownership of the tooling and procedures that keep security operations running.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Supporting and enhancing security tooling SIEM, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and automation platforms including configuration, tuning, and day-to-day maintenance
- Building and improving operational procedures, runbooks, and playbooks so the team's response is consistent and repeatable
- Triaging and handling security alerts, escalating high-severity events, and contributing to incident response under the direction of senior engineers
- Tracking, coordinating, and driving pentest and vulnerability findings through to remediation across engineering teams (ownership, action plans, status, closure)
- Maintaining the accuracy and hygiene of security data asset inventories, finding trackers, and remediation records
- Supporting detection deployment and validation, and feeding operational feedback into detection tuning to reduce noise and alert fatigue
- Assisting with scripting and automation to remove manual toil from recurring operational tasks
- Producing clear operational reporting and metrics on findings, remediation progress, and tooling health
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations, SOC, or equivalent operational security role
- Practical experience operating modern security tooling SIEM (e.g. Sentinel), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools, EDR, and vulnerability management platforms
- Solid understanding of security operations workflows: alert triage, incident handling, and vulnerability/finding remediation lifecycles
- Comfort with scripting to support automation and tooling (e.g. Python, KQL)
- Experience coordinating remediation across multiple engineering or platform teams, and keeping work moving to closure
- Working knowledge of cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure and GCP) and how security operations apply across cloud and SaaS
- Familiarity with common frameworks and standards such as PCI DSS, NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK
- A pragmatic, ownership-minded operator: methodical, detail-oriented, and focused on getting things fixed rather than just logged

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of customers, AI delivery, and Ramp’s core product teams. You will partner with enterprise/strategic customers to deeply understand their finance workflows—especially corporate finance and controllership priorities like close, controls, and spend governance—identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation, and translate those needs into clear problem statements, solution designs, and actionable feedback for Ramp’s Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
This role is for someone who can listen carefully, structure ambiguity, and turn on-the-ground learnings into scalable solutions. This role required high proactivity and bias to action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Discover and diagnose customer needs. Run stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams. Map end-to-end processes and identify the underlying drivers behind pain points — risk, cost, cycle time, compliance, exception volume, and operational complexity.
- Translate needs into solution requirements. Turn qualitative input into crisp artifacts: problem statements, success metrics, constraints, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans. Balance speed, safety, and scalability across MVPs, iterations, and broader rollouts.
- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows. Work closely with Ramp engineers and AI builders to design and ship solutions that meet real customer workflows. Specify data inputs, integrations, governance needs, policy rules, auditability requirements, and edge cases.
- Drive feedback loops into Ramp's product. Synthesize learnings across customers into reusable patterns and product opportunities. Write high-signal briefs for Product and Engineering that explain what customers need, why it matters, and what should be built next.
- Communicate impact and guide executives. Present status, outcomes, and recommendations to customer operators, executives, and internal stakeholders. Quantify impact through time saved, error reduction, improved compliance, faster close, and other business outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem framing: you can turn messy workflows into clear systems and priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing (briefs, requirements, postmortems) and verbally (workshops, exec readouts).
- A builder mindset: you like shipping, learning, and improving the system.
- Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
- Strong grounding in corporate finance / controllership workflows, including accounting close, spend governance/controls, budgeting, procurement, and AP operations.
- Experience translating finance requirements into system design and configuration (e.g., ERP/accounting, procurement, expense management, payments), including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
- Ability to partner with finance system owners/admins to drive change management, testing (UAT), and successful rollouts.
- Familiarity with finance operations workflows (AP, procurement, expenses, cards, accounting close).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML (you do not need to be an ML engineer).
- Basic comfort with data concepts and systems integration (APIs, ETL, SQL, spreadsheets, data quality).
WORKING STYLE
We collaborate best when we’re close to the work and close to each other. This role is hybrid in New York, with time in-office to partner tightly with product and engineering teams. Importantly, this role required spending time with customers to understand real workflows, so travel and flexibility are critical to success.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will build and run the operating systems that help Juno ship reliably and support customers as we scale. On the product operations side, you will turn product decisions into clear operating plans, maintain visibility in Linear, coordinate customer testing and launch readiness, keep commitments and risks visible, and make sure product changes are communicated clearly.
You will partner closely with product and engineering to make decisions executable, keep work organized, surface gaps and dependencies, and ensure the team follows through on what it has committed to ship.
On the customer support side, you will be the first line of defense when customers encounter product issues. You will triage and investigate problems, coordinate the right response, and redirect travel-service questions to our travel partners. Because you sit close to both the product process and the customer, you will turn recurring friction into clear insights, accountable follow-up, and better operating systems.
Success means Juno ships through a lightweight and dependable process, customers understand what changed, risks and commitments do not get lost, recurring issues reach the right owners, and support demand does not grow one-for-one with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide holistic support through the entire launch lifecycle across program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, customer communication, and post-launch iteration. Own and improve Juno's shipping process so the right reviews, testing, documentation, internal enablement, and customer updates happen at the right time.
- Maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, status, and product decisions. Surface risks early and follow through until they are resolved.
- Serve as the first line of defense for product-related customer issues across email and chat, join customer calls when needed, manage escalations to resolution, and route travel-service questions to the right partner.
- Be the voice of the customer in product decisions. Analyze support trends and customer feedback, diagnose recurring friction, size the problems you find, and translate messy input into clear findings, recommended actions, prioritization input, and accountable follow-up for product and engineering.
- Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences that improve the quality and speed of product operations and customer support.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, customer experience, technical support, consulting, or another customer-facing analytical role in a fast-moving software company.
- You are highly process-oriented. You can turn ambiguous cross-functional work into clear owners, milestones, decisions, and next steps without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You actively use AI to get real work done and can show us what you have automated, analyzed, or built.
- You can use qualitative feedback and data to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, size problems, and measure whether a product or operational fix reduced customer friction.
- You write with precision and empathy. You can explain a complicated product change or technical issue clearly, without jargon or filler.
- You run toward ownership, move quickly without losing the details, and can drive clarity across product, engineering, customer success, customers, and external partners.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging, or data analysis, even if you do not write production code.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, or another operationally complex product.

You’ll enable a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to support a meaningful volume of Ramp-referred customers, deliver high-quality implementations, and extend the capacity of Ramp’s Customer Success organization.
Ramp’s current SI pilot is the starting point - not the end state. You’ll translate the pilot’s learnings into the operating model, technical readiness, commercial foundations, and quality controls required to scale responsibly from an initial cohort to a broad network of partners across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.
You’ll be Ramp’s technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery: enabling partners to implement Ramp successfully, defining clear scope and certification standards, measuring implementation quality and customer outcomes, and turning field learnings into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy.
This is a senior IC role, not a people-management role. You’ll need equal credibility in technical implementation conversations and commercial partner-program design, working closely with Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Product Operations, Accounting Integrations, Legal, Security, and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, quality standards, and performance management.
- Own partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and customer change management - defining what partners can deliver independently, when Ramp co-delivery is required, and what remains out of scope.
- Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners: resolve standard implementation and integration questions, orchestrate specialist support for true exceptions, and convert recurring issues into scalable playbooks, training, or product feedback.
- Establish the delivery-quality and performance system for the program, including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops, remediation plans, and reporting on time-to-live, activation, CSAT, rework, capacity, cost-to-serve, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
- Design the commercial and capacity model in partnership with Channel and Finance, including fixed fees, milestone-based payouts, accelerators, partner capacity commitments, joint business planning, and the program economics required to scale sustainably.
- Lead responsible program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies; set readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement, and influence Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, and Accounting Integrations using structured field feedback.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution.
- Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business, such as ERP, accounting, finance operations, procurement, or enterprise SaaS or at a systems integrator/consulting firm that implements those platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes, including scope control, partner certification, delivery QA, and escalation governance.
- Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design; engineering depth is not required, but sound judgment on when to engage specialists is.
- Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments, payout structures, and guardrails that protect customer outcomes and program economics.
- Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem - from specialized regional SIs to global strategic consultancies - including the confidence to challenge partners and internal stakeholders when delivery readiness is insufficient.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model.
- Experience with Card, Bill Pay, Procurement, AP automation, ERP integrations, multi-entity environments, or global finance operations.
- Experience expanding an SI/channel program across North America and international markets.
- Prior 0-to-1 partner-program or services-program experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Establish the SI operating model, including partner readiness, certification, service packages, quality standards, escalation paths, and reporting.
- Enable existing partners to deliver the supported scope with greater independence, predictable quality, and a commercial model tied to verified milestones and customer outcomes.
- Publish a data-backed expansion plan across products, ERP ecosystems, and regions, with clear readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement.

Reports to:
Regional Head of Compliance, EMEA (with matrix reporting to the OEM Board and Global Compliance)
Regulator:
Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)
About the Team
The compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company's AML and regulatory obligations and enterprise risks.
OKX Europe Markets Limited is our MFSA-authorised investment services entity. Its licence covers the operation of a multilateral trading facility alongside our MiFID derivatives business. Operating a trading venue puts a distinct set of obligations on the firm: venue rulebook governance, member admission, market surveillance, transparency and reporting, systems resilience and orderly trading controls. This role owns compliance for that venue.
What You Will Be Doing
As Head of Compliance for the MTF, you will hold the MiFID compliance function for the trading venue and act as the MFSA-approved person for that role. The MLRO function sits separately; you will work alongside the OEM MLRO on financial crime matters that touch venue activity.
You will:
Own the MTF compliance framework end to end: policies, procedures, controls, registers and the compliance monitoring programme covering MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR and the MFSA Investment Services Rules applicable to MTF operators.
Act as the primary compliance point of contact for the MFSA on venue matters: authorisation variations, notifications, thematic reviews, RFIs, inspections and remediation.
Own the venue rulebook. Keep it current, ensure it is enforceable, and run the governance process for changes.
Oversee member and participant admission: eligibility criteria, non-discriminatory access, direct electronic access arrangements, sponsored access controls, and ongoing monitoring of members' compliance with the rules of the venue.
Oversee admission to trading of financial instruments, including the compliance assessment of new instruments, product classes and tokenised or DLT-based instruments where relevant.
Provide compliance oversight of orderly trading requirements: systems capacity and resilience, testing of members' algorithms, circuit breakers, order-to-trade ratios, tick sizes, market making schemes and clock synchronisation.
Provide compliance oversight of pre- and post-trade transparency, waivers and deferrals, transaction reporting, reference data and the accuracy and completeness controls behind them.
Advise the business on the interaction between the MTF and OKX's wider European footprint: the MiFID derivatives business, MiCA-authorised activity in OKX Europe Ltd, and the DLT Pilot Regime where a DLT MTF is in scope.
Deliver the annual compliance risk assessment, the compliance monitoring plan and the compliance report to senior management and the Board.
Build, lead and develop the MTF compliance team, and set the compliance training curriculum for venue-facing staff, trading operations and technology.
Give day-to-day advice to product, engineering, trading operations, legal and market operations in a fast-moving regulatory environment, including sign-off on venue changes, launches and marketing where required.
Oversee compliance aspects of outsourcing, critical third parties and operational resilience, including DORA obligations relevant to the venue.
Prepare Board, committee and matrix stakeholder reporting, and represent OKX with the MFSA, ESMA consultations, industry bodies and peer venue forums.
What We Look For in You
10 years plus in regulatory compliance within financial services, market infrastructure, fintech or crypto, including time at a senior or head-of-function level.
Direct experience of trading venue compliance: MTF, OTF, regulated market, SI or an equivalent execution venue. This is the core requirement.
Working knowledge of MiFID II and MiFIR as they apply to venue operators: Articles 18–20 and 31 (MTF operating requirements and rule monitoring), Articles 48–50 (orderly trading), MiFIR transparency and transaction reporting, and the associated RTS.
Practical experience of market abuse surveillance and MAR obligations for a venue operator, including STOR decision-making.
Experience developing and owning a compliance framework that has stood up to regulatory examination, and a track record of engaging supervisors directly.
Experience preparing and defending compliance reporting to a board or regulator.
Familiarity with MFSA Investment Services Rules and Malta's regulatory environment, or a demonstrable ability to get there quickly from another EEA jurisdiction.
Strong project management skills and the ability to run several regulatory workstreams to deadline.
Comfortable working independently and in a dispersed, cross-border team across multiple varied tasks.
Highly ethical, intuitive, and willing to question and challenge at every level of the business.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain venue regulation to engineers and commercial teams.
Eligible for MFSA approval as the holder of the compliance function.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the crypto industry, particularly tokenised instruments, crypto derivatives or a MiCA-authorised trading platform.
Experience with the DLT Pilot Regime or another distributed ledger market infrastructure.
Experience of a trading venue authorisation or a licence variation to add MTF operation.
Familiarity with surveillance platforms (Nasdaq Trade Surveillance, Eventus, Scila, Steeleye or similar) and with transaction reporting tooling.
International Compliance Association, ACAMS, CISI or equivalent compliance certification.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking Software Engineers to join our Observability team within the Infrastructure organization. The Observability team owns the monitoring and telemetry infrastructure that every engineer and researcher at Anthropic depends on—from metrics and logging pipelines to distributed tracing, profiling, error analytics, alerting, and the dashboards and query interfaces that make it all actionable. By joining this team, you'll have a direct impact on the reliability and operational excellence of Anthropic's research and product systems.
As Anthropic scales its infrastructure across massive GPU, TPU, and Trainium clusters, the volume and complexity of operational data is growing by orders of magnitude—and an increasing share of the hardest problems live below the application layer. We're building next-generation observability systems—high-throughput telemetry pipelines, fleet-wide continuous profiling, eBPF-based tracing and network visibility, and agentic diagnostic tools—so engineers can detect, diagnose, and resolve issues in minutes rather than hours, even when the answer lies in the kernel, the network stack, or an accelerator rather than on a dashboard.
Key responsibilities
Design and build scalable telemetry ingest and storage pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, and error data across Anthropic's multi-cluster infrastructure
Build observability solutions that give engineers deep, low-overhead visibility into system behavior across the fleet
Own and evolve core observability platforms, driving migrations and architectural improvements that improve reliability, reduce cost, and scale with organizational growth
Build instrumentation libraries, SDKs, and eBPF-based auto-instrumentation to emit high-quality telemetry, with and without code changes
Reduce mean time to detection and resolution by building cross-signal correlation—from kernel-level events up to application traces—unified query interfaces, and AI-assisted diagnostic tooling
Drive fleet-wide efficiency by turning continuous profiling and utilization telemetry into actionable optimization insights across CPU, memory, and accelerator fleets
Partner with Research, Inference, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure observability solutions meet the unique needs of each organization
Minimum qualifications
Have hands-on experience building and operating large-scale observability or monitoring infrastructure
Have deep, hands-on experience with observability signals end to end—from instrumentation through ingest to query and analysis
Understand high-throughput telemetry pipelines and the tradeoffs involved in collecting, storing, and querying operational data at scale
Are comfortable digging below the application layer into the kernel, the network stack, or the hardware
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy partnering with internal teams to improve their operational visibility and incident response capabilities
Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and comfortable navigating ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges, both independently and with a team
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of relevant industry experience, including building and operating large-scale observability or monitoring infrastructure
Experience building or operating eBPF-based observability in production—tracing, profiling, or network visibility
Experience running continuous profiling at fleet scale, including managing overhead budgets and symbolization
Kernel- and syscall-level debugging experience and performance engineering craft
Experience profiling or instrumenting accelerator workloads
Experience operating metrics systems at very high cardinality, or large-scale telemetry storage backends
Experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation, collector pipelines, and tail-based sampling strategies
Interest in applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows such as automated root cause analysis, anomaly detection, or intelligent alerting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£325,000

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
