Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an
Account Manager
to join our growing sales team. This is a
hunter-focused role
for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll need to be comfortable owning the
full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation, close and account growth.
If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy the thrill of winning, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business:
Identify, prospect and engage new clients across your target market, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
Own the full sales cycle:
Take opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiation and close.
Create your own opportunities:
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and develop creative approaches to open new conversations rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Build senior relationships:
Develop trusted relationships with marketing, demand generation, sales and other senior stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand client challenges:
Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
Drive revenue growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Grow existing accounts:
Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients while continuing to prioritise new business acquisition.
Build and manage pipeline:
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams:
Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
Stay commercially curious:
Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
A
proven hunter mentality
— you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
and consistently delivering revenue.
Experience managing the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting to closing.
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
Confident engaging with
senior decision-makers
and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking
full ownership of their number
.
Experience or understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing
is highly advantageous.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.
You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.
You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly,
your number
.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
Autonomy & Ownership:
The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
If you’re a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building something of your own, we’d love to hear from you.

Ecosystem & Technology Partnerships:
Serve as the technical point of contact for joint architecture work with ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Databricks, Supermicro), supporting joint solutions, reference architectures, and co-sell motions.
Kubernetes & Cloud-Native Deployment:
Guide customers and partners on deploying AIStor across Kubernetes distributions common in federal environments, including OpenShift and Rancher.
AI/ML Data Infrastructure:
Architect data infrastructure for AI training, fine-tuning, and large-scale data lake workloads, ensuring GPU clusters stay fully fed and utilized rather than data-starved.
Inference & Agentic AI Enablement:
Advise on architecture that reduces recompute overhead and maximizes GPU utilization during inference at scale, including context memory strategies for agentic and long-running AI workloads.
Technical Content Development:
Develop reference architectures, technical white papers, and solution briefs that support the Federal Partner Sales team and our partner network in active pursuits.
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years in a solutions architect, sales engineering, or field engineering role, preferably within cloud, storage, or federal systems integration.

Familiarity with GPU-accelerated infrastructure and the data/memory demands of AI training and inference workloads at scale.
Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP) and DoW/IC deployment environments (air-gapped, classified, DDIL).
Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working through or alongside channel partners, FSIs, and technology ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Databricks) is a plus.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

ICYMI
Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.

If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs.
AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.

- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust.
