THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, Early Careers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI talent at Mistral. You will design, build, and run our global early careers strategy — spanning internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment — positioning Mistral as a premier destination for ambitious students and recent graduates in AI.
This is a rare opportunity to build early careers programs from the ground up at one of the world's leading AI companies. You will own the full lifecycle of the intern and graduate experience: from sourcing and selecting high-potential talent through international school and university partnerships, to designing inclusive, well-structured programs that develop and convert that talent into future Mistral employees. Working from our Paris HQ, you will partner closely with hiring managers across all our departments to ensure early careers pipelines keep pace with our rapid global growth.

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and early careers hires globally — from role definition and sourcing through offers and conversion decisions.
- Build and maintain partnerships with top international schools and universities, creating sustainable, multi-year sourcing channels for high-potential candidates.
- Build inclusive and equitable intern programs with structured learning objectives, meaningful core projects, and mentor/buddy pairing systems for every cohort
- Drive global campus recruitment: represent Mistral at career fairs, host on-campus events, and develop targeted employer branding strategies for student markets.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of hands-on recruiters: set priorities, coach and develop the team, and scale capacity in step with hiring demand across geographies.
- Build scalable systems and best practices: workflows, documentation, and tools to support rapid growth across geographies.
- Embody our culture as an ambassador for Mistral, on campus and internally.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience: 7+ years in recruiting, preferably in tech, high-growth, or competitive environments.

LinkedIn:

Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners

Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM
At Eneba, we're a team of passionate people on a mission to help everyone discover the joy of gaming. We move fast, think big, and value people who take ownership and make things happen.
As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll be much more than someone who manages calendars and organizes meetings. You'll work closely with our Founders and leadership team, gaining a front-row seat to how business decisions are made and strategic priorities move forward.
One of the most important parts of this role is writing. We're looking for someone who has a natural talent for turning ideas into clear, engaging, and thoughtful communication. Someone who can understand the CEO's perspective, capture their tone of voice, and help communicate their thoughts effectively, both internally and externally.
If you're a strong writer, naturally curious about business, highly organized, and excited about working alongside ambitious leaders, we'd love to meet you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the CEO's voice in writing. Draft and refine LinkedIn posts, internal announcements, company-wide messages, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring they reflect their tone, perspective, and intended message.
- Turn ideas into impactful communication. Take rough thoughts, conversations, or key talking points and transform them into well-structured, engaging, and ready-to-use written content for different audiences.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO. Stay close to key business priorities, help coordinate strategic initiatives, follow up on important decisions, and ensure that ideas turn into action.
- Keep the CEO's day running smoothly. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prioritize daily workflows, and help the CEO stay focused on what matters most.
- Connect people and opportunities. Support communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders, business partners, Founders, and C-level executives.
- Bring structure to a fast-moving environment. Prepare meeting agendas, capture key takeaways, track action items, and ensure important follow-ups don't get lost.
- Handle sensitive matters with care. Manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional writing skills are a must. You know how to write clearly, creatively, and naturally, adapting your tone and style to different audiences and communication channels.
- Ability to capture someone else's voice. You can listen, understand the bigger picture, and turn another person's ideas into authentic, engaging written communication.
- Strong business understanding and curiosity. You're interested in how companies operate, how leaders make decisions, and how strategic priorities translate into everyday actions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a business environment, ideally in executive support, communications, project coordination, or a similar role involving close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills. You can juggle multiple moving pieces, stay on top of deadlines, and bring clarity to busy schedules.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do, enjoy figuring things out, and are persistent when facing challenges.
- Attention to detail and good judgment. You understand that even small details matter, especially when communicating on behalf of senior leadership.
- Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable with changing priorities, new challenges, and taking ownership.
- Confidence using office productivity tools and learning new systems.
- You hold a valid Category B driver's license.
- You're comfortable working 100% on-site from our Kaunas office.
SALARY
2400–3500 €/month gross
- Please attach your CV in English.
