WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role Overview:
Building AI agents that can assist with any kind of enterprise work is a challenging, open-ended problem. One key piece of solving it is replicating real work environments as realistically as possible - filling them with hard tasks to solve, creating plausible input data, and defining clear rewards for completing the work the right way. We build many of these reinforcement learning (RL) environments, then drop our agents into them to evaluate or train them.
In this role, you are responsible for creating these RL environments, running AI agents inside them, and improving both the agents and the environments in the process. The results reach customers, whose feedback feeds back in - and the agent/environment improvement loop continues.
Key Responsibilities:
There are many open problems in this space. As a Member of Technical Staff, RL Environments, you will:
- Build new RL environments targeting different agentic capabilities and industry areas
- Train and evaluate agents in those environments
- Make all the pieces work together: tasks, data, tool implementations, and verifiers
- Work across modeling and product to identify gaps in agent performance, and improve both the agents and the environments
- Work with external vendors to create high-quality, expert-built RL environments, and build tools to ensure high task, data, and verifier quality
- Automate the discovery of model capability gaps, and systematically measure agent performance during evals and training
Qualifications:
You may be a good fit if:
- You have engineered agents and optimized them for specific industry use cases
- You have spent dozens of hours reviewing agent trajectories to pinpoint exact failure points and fix them with model training or harness engineering
- You obsess over measuring agentic capabilities and turning that into a repeatable process
- You have had many debates about what a good outcome from an AI agent should look like, you translated that into verifier implementations and tuned the reward designs
- You have designed and run annotation workflows to surface insights into agent performance and verify data quality
- You have built synthetic data pipelines to scale eval and training efforts
- You use agents yourself in your daily work, and have stories about how you improved your setup to 10x your productivity
- A plus: you have experience with training with RL: scaling, troubleshooting and tuning the environments
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Churn Specialist for our craft subscription box brands to help us get closer to our customers - understand what they actually need, spot where we're falling short, and find ways to retain them.
You'll work across multiple Foxelli Group brands, investigate the full customer lifecycle, and turn data into initiatives that actually move the needle on retention.
You won't just track churn numbers. You'll own the thinking behind what is happening with the brand and drive the ideas to help retain our customers.
If you love:
- getting into customer data and finding the story behind the numbers
- mapping out a customer journey and spotting where things go wrong
- testing ideas - onboarding tweaks, lifecycle flows, CRO experiments, win-back sequences, etc
- using AI and automations to move faster and do more with less
- understanding what makes customers stay (or leave) on a psychological level
- working across multiple products and brands without losing focus
- working with crafts like knitting, crochet, and quilting
And if you're someone who can take a messy churn problem, break it down into clear hypotheses, and see them through to results…
…you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Churn Analysis & Research
- Analyse churn patterns across multiple Foxelli brands - when customers drop, which segments are most at risk, and what's driving it
- Research competitors and benchmark what best-in-class retention looks like in our space
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, surface insights, and identify patterns
- Build a clear picture of our customers - their motivations, frustrations, and what "good enough to stay" actually means to them
Customer Journey & Onboarding
- Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens - from first-touch onboarding to long-term engagement
- Identify drop-off moments and experience gaps that are costing us customers
- Own initiatives to improve onboarding flows and early-stage activation
Retention Initiatives & Experimentation
- Develop hypotheses and run experiments - lifecycle communications, CRO tests, loyalty mechanics, win-back campaigns, cancellation flows
- Build and maintain automations that support retention at scale - triggered flows, at-risk alerts, personalised sequences
- Use AI to generate ideas, draft copy, simulate scenarios, and iterate faster
- Track the impact of every initiative and iterate based on results
- Document what worked, what didn't, and why
AI & Automations
- Build and maintain automations that support retention initiatives at scale
- Proactively explore how AI can improve the way we understand and respond to churn
- Stay current with new tools and bring ideas to the table before anyone asks
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of experience of direct experience fixing actual churn for a physical product
- Proven experience diagnosing churn, not just reporting on it, but getting to the root of it
- Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO
- Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar
- Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders
- Has worked across multiple products or brands
- Uses AI tools beyond basic prompts and actively looks for ways to automate and improve workflows
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
4. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
2,500 - 2,800 euros after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Solutions Consultant, Public Sector at Ramp, you’ll serve as the primary technical and financial advisor for government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits evaluating Ramp. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead Technical Discovery & Demos: Conduct deep technical and workflow discovery with public sector prospects; deliver customized demos showcasing Ramp’s value for finance, procurement, and compliance teams.
- Design Public Sector Solutions: Architect secure, scalable solutions leveraging Ramp’s APIs, ERP integrations, and compliance frameworks to meet the unique needs of federal, state, and local governments.
- Partner in Complex Sales Cycles: Collaborate with Account Executives to drive technical consensus across diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into strategic outcomes.
- Support Security & Compliance Alignment: Ensure proposed solutions align with FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, CJIS, and relevant procurement requirements.
- Guide RFPs & Proposals: Lead technical evaluations, respond to RFPs, and build ROI analyses that demonstrate Ramp’s value.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to prioritize integrations and share public sector customer insights that shape Ramp’s roadmap.
- Enable Seamless Implementation: Partner with Customer Success on post-sale deployments, ensuring customers achieve value from Ramp quickly and securely.
- Act as a thought leader in public sector finance modernization: participating in industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong background in financial systems, accounting workflows, and ERP integrations.

- Ability to influence and present to executive stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Proven success navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales/adoption cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with federal and state procurement frameworks.
- Experience with government financial systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP).

- Ability to work 5x a week in office, in London, United Kingdom
NICE-TO-HAVES

We are advancing the state of the art with a
new generation of Ubuntu-based container images
we call "rocks": minimal images engineered for performance and usability and backed by long-term security commitments. This is fast-paced, multi-disciplinary software engineering. Because most of the software we package originates from third-party upstreams, you will work across a broad range of container technologies and hundreds of open source projects, often in several programming languages, integrating and maintaining them so they are easy to consume on Ubuntu. Automation is central to the role: you will build the pipelines that package, build, test, and publish images at scale.
Your seniority in this role will reflect your software engineering experience and your ability to mentor and guide more junior colleagues.

Work closely with the community and partners to share container expertise and keep our portfolio current with new features, patches, and applications
Collaborate with our product security, platform, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams
Contribute technical input to the team's decision-making
Set the standard for quality, defining image standards that span security, compatibility, performance, size, and developer experience
Grow our knowledge base and write about the work we do
Work in a collaborative, agile, and globally distributed environment
Mentor colleagues and contribute to hiring
Work from home with global travel of up to 15% for internal and external events
What we are looking for in you
Proficiency in Bash and Python
Experience working with CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Experience building container images
Command of at least one container management or orchestration tool (e.g. Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with Linux systems, package management, build systems, release engineering, or artifact pipelines
Clear communication and end-to-end ownership, spanning design, review, documentation, operation, and cross-team collaboration
A commitment to sharing knowledge and helping those around you grow
A genuine appetite for learning and for working outside your comfort zone
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, a STEM field, or a similar discipline
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
Business level written and spoken English.
Sincere personal motivation aligned with our mission.
International travel 2-4 times a year for company events up to two weeks long.
0-7 years relevant experience.
In addition we expect that you will match our values, by being:
Precise, taking care to deliver correctness and clarity.
Reliable, delivering high quality work that builds trust and confidence.
Accessible, collaborating to build products and systems that are usable.
Adroit, blending enthusiasm, knowledge, adaptability, style and character.
Nice-to-have skills
A security-oriented maintenance mindset: you can investigate dependency and vulnerability findings, assess their impact, and deliver a safe fix
An understanding of software supply chain security, with some experience generating and consuming artifacts such as SBOMs, signatures, provenance, or CVE reports
Familiarity with GitOps principles and workflows
Familiarity with additional languages such as Go or Rust
Hands-on experience building minimal and distroless container images
Knowledge of the OCI specifications
Familiarity with security or compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, FedRAMP, or DISA STIG
Evidence of contributions to open source projects
A passion for embedding security across all stages of the engineering lifecycle (DevSecOps), and an interest in using AI or agentic development responsibly and safely
Relevant Linux, container, or cloud-native certifications (such as CKS or DCA) are welcome
If your experience is close but does not match every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We value transferable experience from Linux packaging, release engineering, build systems, platform engineering, and open-source maintenance.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
To be eligible for this role, you need to graduate in December 2026 and be able to start full time by January/February 2027.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You'll work with others to plan, shape, and build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance. For example, you might work on driving adoption, by instrumenting key onboarding moments and iterating on activation flows.
- You'll help improve performance and reliability, or polish existing features. For example, you might update our spell checker to sync dictionaries across browsers or improve search to index file attachments.
- You'll build internal tools to support simplicity and productivity for the whole team. This might include writing a script to import user feedback into Notion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field.
- To be eligible for this role, you need to graduate by Dec 2026 and be able to start FTE by January/February 2027.
- Previous internship experience.
- Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Impact-driven approach to technology: You see technologies as tools to achieve user impact rather than ends in themselves. You care more about building successful systems that solve real problems than about using specific tech stacks or following trends.
- You stay current with the latest tools like Codex, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development environments. You're pragmatic about choosing the right tool for the job, focusing on what delivers the most value to users.
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck. You think about the implications of what you're building and how it will impact real people's lives.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
- Passion for web applications: You can work with others to build and maintain quality user interfaces for a big audience, using Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React.
- Familiarity with backend systems: You understand how parts of a system fit together—from the user interface to the data model. Familiarity with database systems like Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB is a plus.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You have experience with any part of our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and Elasticsearch.
- You’re a builder who finds joy in building software solutions for yourself or others.
- You care about the interaction between technology and society, the ways in which they inform each other, and our responsibility as technologists to be conscious of that relationship.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
The Secure Build team builds and operates the infrastructure behind Docker's container builds. The team owns Docker Build Cloud and Auto Builds while developing the next generation of trusted build and CI capabilities.
Software is being changed faster than ever, but CI remains a bottleneck and a major trust boundary. Developers and software agents need to run build and test work quickly without exposing secrets, losing local-to-cloud parity or accepting an unverifiable result. Our direction is to make Docker the trusted place CI runs and turn that constraint into an accelerator.
The technical work spans Go services, container and build technology, cloud infrastructure, isolated execution and software supply-chain security. It also requires disciplined operation of the production systems customers rely on today. Docker Build Cloud and Auto Builds will need targeted reliability and operational improvements while useful capabilities evolve towards a coherent Secure Build platform.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will turn these problems into practical product and technical outcomes. You will own substantial work from discovery and design through production, make sound security and reliability trade-offs, and stay close to the experience of developers and the agents they delegate work to.
We make extensive use of AI-assisted engineering tools. We expect engineers to use them thoughtfully, validate their output and remain accountable for the quality and security of what ships.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
You will succeed by becoming an end-to-end owner for secure, reliable build infrastructure. Within your first year, you should have delivered a material secure-build or CI capability, reduced operational risk in Docker Build Cloud or Auto Builds, and become a trusted partner to the teams and customers that consume the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Turn developer, agent and security problems into clear requirements, staged technical decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Design, build and operate Go services and APIs that power Docker's build and secure-CI infrastructure.
- Develop isolation, identity, policy, provenance, attestation and signing capabilities for trusted build and test jobs.
- Work with container, OCI, BuildKit, cloud and isolated-execution technologies to deliver secure and reproducible workflows.
- Own features from technical design through rollout, observability, incident response and ongoing maintenance.
- Keep Docker Build Cloud and Auto Builds reliable, make targeted improvements that reduce operational load, and help their capabilities evolve towards the wider Secure Build direction.
- Make practical security trade-offs and use threat modelling to guide designs without blocking delivery.
- Design for a clear developer experience, including workflows initiated or consumed by software agents.
- Partner with Product, Security, Developer Experience, Registry and other platform teams on end-to-end customer workflows.
- Participate in the team's paid on-call rotation and drive improvements from incidents and recurring operational work.
- Communicate decisions, risks and progress clearly in a remote, async-first environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong backend engineering experience building and operating distributed systems in production.

- Experience with containers and build or CI systems, such as OCI, BuildKit, Buildx, GitHub Actions or comparable platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and a major cloud platform.
- A strong operational mindset covering observability, reliability, incident response and on-call ownership.
- Evidence of taking a feature or service from an ambiguous problem through production operation and measurable results.
- Working knowledge of security boundaries, identity, secrets and common software supply-chain risks.
- A strong product mindset and care for developer workflows, including experiences used by software agents.
- Clear written and spoken communication suited to a remote, async-first company.
HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with SLSA, in-toto, SBOM, VEX, Sigstore, cosign, provenance or artefact signing.
- Experience with sandboxing, microVMs, untrusted workload execution or multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Experience building hosted CI runners, remote builders or developer-platform infrastructure.
- Experience with agentic development workflows or building systems used programmatically by software agents.
- Experience evolving a legacy production system while delivering new capabilities.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context on Docker Build Cloud, Auto Builds and the Secure Build product and technical direction.
- Pair with the Secure Build team on core services, deployments and operational practices.
- Ship a useful production change and take part in an operational review or incident-learning session.
- Understand the secure-CI threat model and build relationships with DHI, Registry and Developer Experience.
FIRST 90 DAYS

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager — Japan Training Quality to support localization for Customer Education, helping ensure Notion training content feels accurate, clear, culturally relevant, and ready to use for learners across the globe.
You’ll work at the intersection of localization quality, training implementation, and program management, collaborating with Localization, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, vendors, and language specialists. You’ll help turn translation feedback, learner experience issues, and regional quality needs into practical improvements across training content, quizzes, LMS setup, and repeatable localization workflows.
The ideal candidate combines native-level Japanese language expertise with a deep understanding of what effective education looks like in the Japanese market.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and apply Japanese localization QA standards across training content, including checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, terminology, and cultural nuance
- Support development of glossaries, style guides, QA checklists, review processes, and localization assets
- Become a go-to partner for translation questions related to Notion-specific concepts, product terminology, and training context
- Support QA of technical implementation in eLearning authoring tools and LMS environments (course files, quizzes, answer selections)
- Coordinate across Customer Education, Partner Enablement, Localization, and vendors to align on priorities, timelines, translation progress, and quality expectations
- Identify workflow risks and recommend improvements that improve translation quality and reduce time-to-launch
- Document repeatable processes that make training and help center localization easier to manage over time
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Strong understanding of localization workflows, including vendor collaboration, review cycles, glossaries, style guides, QA rubrics, and linguistic QA
- Experience with Japanese localization QA, ideally for SaaS, technical training, customer education, or partner enablement content
- Ability to review translated content for quality, clarity, terminology accuracy, cultural nuance, and learner comprehension
- Familiarity with eLearning or LMS tools; experience with platforms like Skilljar or Parta authoring tools is a plus
- Comfort working with technical or product-specific terminology that may not translate directly
- Strong attention to detail, especially in learner-facing content, quizzes, course setup, formatting, and implementation QA
- Strong project management skills and ability to bring structure into ambiguous areas
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We want all of our learners should feel like Notion training content was made for them — not simply translated for them. High-quality localization has a direct impact on learner trust, comprehension, launch readiness, and regional enablement outcomes.
This role will help Customer Education and Partner Enablement move faster while raising the quality bar: reducing rework, catching issues before launch, improving vendor feedback loops, and creating a clearer, more repeatable operating model for training localization
This is a 6-month, part-time role with option to extend. Preferred location is Tokyo, but we're open to remote applicants with strong Japanese market expertise and timezone overlap with Japan and Notion's International Experience team.
Availability: 20 hours/week

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
