Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid social acquisition for one of our products. Meta, Snapchat and TikTok are key channels for our product, alongside other paid social networks. This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole paid social acquisition process: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has scaled paid social at volume, who knows how to grow in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Lead on TikTok: own and scale TikTok as the primary acquisition channel, including account structure, campaign types (including Smart+ / automated formats and Spark Ads), bidding, optimization events and creative strategy.
- Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks, and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional networks.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all networks, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run acquisition within each platform's rules. Keep ads compliant, handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably.
- Working experience across other paid social channels is a plus.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
- Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them.
- Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY.
To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future:
DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context.
- Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl.
- Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow.
ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time.
- Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently.
- Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n.
OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling.
- Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge.
BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve.
- Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository.
- Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🗂️ Information architecture: You have proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, including taxonomies, style guides, contributor guidelines, templates, or information architecture.
- 🧠 Knowledge systems experience: You’ve worked hands-on with knowledge or context systems and understand what it takes to turn fragmented qualitative information into something others can reliably use.
- ⚙️ SaaS platform fluency: You’re comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, working with APIs and integrations, and independently troubleshooting basic issues.
- 🎓 Stakeholder enablement: You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term.
- 🔐 Governance collaboration: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements and compliance-sensitive data flows without needing to own the underlying technical architecture.
- ✍️ Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can set a clear quality bar for how company knowledge is structured, documented, and shared.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Context platforms: You’re familiar with Qontext.ai http://Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform.
- 🔌 MCP: You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- 🏷️ Knowledge governance: You have a background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire company’s knowledge becomes usable — not only by people, but by the AI agents increasingly working alongside them. You’ll build a capability we don’t have today and help establish the context layer that future agentic initiatives across n8n will depend on.
You’ll have real ownership over how company knowledge is structured, governed, and maintained, while working closely with teams across IT, Security, Legal, Data, and AI & Automation. You’ll also have the support of a strong technical team and vendor partner, so your focus can stay on creating a trusted, scalable knowledge system rather than building every piece of infrastructure from scratch.
As n8n grows, you’ll help turn fragmented knowledge into a shared company brain that teams can contribute to confidently and agents can depend on reliably.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO TURN N8N’S INTERNAL AI AND AUTOMATION CAPABILITIES INTO SOMETHING EVERY FUNCTION CAN CONFIDENTLY USE, BUILD WITH, AND LEARN FROM.
To make that happen, you’ll create the programs, experiences, and foundations that help teams across n8n build their AI and automation fluency:
DRIVE HANDS-ON ENABLEMENT
- Run weekly, role-specific workshops, prioritizing less-technical functions such as Legal and Customer Support.
- Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams, helping them turn real workflows and challenges into working automations.
- Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that give teams regular opportunities to learn, experiment, and solve problems together.
- Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team.
OWN DOGFOODING & EXPERIMENTATION
- Own our monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up.
- Design and run hackathons and other experimentation initiatives that encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation.
- Turn learnings and outputs from these initiatives into reusable assets that help other teams move faster.
SCALE AI FLUENCY & COMMUNITY
- Own periodic AI fluency survey cycles alongside the People team and help calibrate what fluency means across different functions.
- Build visibility around internal wins and reusable solutions so teams can learn from what others have already created.
- Identify and support champions across functions, informally leading the emerging Guild and helping automation knowledge spread across the company.
ENABLE SAFE, REUSABLE AUTOMATION
- Act as product owner for our internal “safe playground,” partnering with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering on access, credentials, environments, and requirements.
- Turn outputs from workshops and office hours into reusable templates and resources that teams can easily discover and adopt.
- Actively help teams reuse existing solutions rather than reinventing them, making automation more accessible and scalable across n8n.
- Check whether the things built are still in use four weeks later; provide evidence that teams reuse existing assets and can make routine changes without handing everything back to the Automation team.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🛠️ Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You’ve built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others.
- 🎓 Technical enablement experience: You’ve run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs.
- 🤝 Non-technical audience expertise: You have a strong track record of helping non-technical teams understand, adopt, and confidently use technical tools.
- 🏗️ Cross-functional ownership: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements around access, credentials, and environments without needing to implement the infrastructure yourself.
- 🌍 CET overlap: You’re based in a time zone that gives you strong overlap with Central European working hours, within a couple of hours of Berlin.
- 💬 English fluency: You have fluent or near-native English and can communicate clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior stakeholders.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🌱 Champion programs: You’ve helped build or run an internal ambassador, champion, or community program.
- 📊 Fluency measurement: You have experience running capability, fluency, or adoption surveys and turning the results into actionable programs.
- 🔐 Access & governance: You’re familiar with access or governance models and have worked with stakeholders responsible for secure environments and tooling.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to build a brand-new enablement function from the ground up and shape how AI and automation become part of everyday work across the company. You’ll have a direct line to the Head of AI & Automation, high visibility across functions, and genuine autonomy to design an enablement model rather than inherit one.
As n8n scales, you’ll become a key connector between the people building our internal automation capabilities and the teams putting them to work. You’ll help create a culture where teams don’t just learn about automation — they confidently build, experiment, share what works, and help others do the same.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company that values autonomy, experimentation, and builder culture, with the opportunity to influence how we scale AI fluency across the organization.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) - Merchants
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day.
From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s growth at scale.
We partner with some of the largest grocery retailers in the world, as well as a large number of small independent grocers.
The Team:
MX Intelligence builds the tools DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt use to find, sign and onboard restaurants and merchants. That covers identifying and matching prospective merchants through to the CRM, quoting and contracting tools sales teams use to bring them onto the platform. We're replacing a Salesforce-based stack with one first-party platform shared across all three brands.
We’re looking for a
Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Software Engineers, Subscriptions - Backend
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, one of the largest online food ordering and delivery platforms in the world. As part of this role, you'll join one of our Subscriptions teams in London, focused on the core proposition and working across our three subscription programmes - DashPass, Deliveroo Plus, and Wolt+. You'll work closely with engineering teams across the US and Europe, as part of the Global Subscription organisation, to build and evolve the shared subscriptions capabilities that power loyalty and membership experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
We're hiring backend engineers who want to be at the front line of what engineering looks like in the age of AI.
💡 Why Subscriptions?
An AI-first team by design. We don't use AI as a productivity add-on - we treat agentic coding as a core engineering discipline. We expect our engineers to build with AI agents, to challenge what's possible when the human-in-the-loop is a multiplier rather than a bottleneck, and to push the boundaries of what a small, focused team can ship.
Real ownership, real impact. Our subscription programmes are touching millions of users daily. You'll own features end-to-end - from the idea through production - and see your work matter at scale.
Cross-org engineering at the frontier. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are working together in order to align subscription experiences across three of the world's leading delivery platforms. This is engineering at the intersection of product ambition and international complexity.
A small team that punches above its weight. We're a cross-functional team: Backend, Mobile, Web, Product, Design, and Data - all in the same room. No handoff theatre. You'll move fast, ship iteratively, and be around people who take craft seriously.
🤖 AI-First Engineering - What This Means Here
We're building teams at the forefront of agentic coding. This isn't about using Copilot to autocomplete boilerplate. We mean engineers who:
Design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR.
Think in terms of orchestration: what does a human review, what does the agent own?
Build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable for the whole team.
Stay curious and ahead of the curve - trying new models, agents, and tools as they emerge, and forming strong opinions about what's genuinely useful vs. hype.
If you find yourself naturally asking "can an agent do this?" before reaching for the keyboard, you'll fit right in.
🔍 What We're Looking For Across all roles
Strong engineering fundamentals - you've built and shipped software that runs at scale, and you understand what that entails: testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development. You use AI tools daily and have formed real opinions about how to get the most out of them.
Ownership mentality: you drive projects forward, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Collaborative instincts - the Subscriptions domain sits at the intersection of consumer mobile, web, backend, and data. Cross-functional work is the norm, not the exception.
🙌 About You
You've built and shipped real software - products, platforms, APIs, apps - and you know what it takes to keep things running reliably in production. You have opinions about architecture but hold them lightly. You write tests. You read the alerts. You don't leave loose ends.
What sets you apart right now is that you're genuinely excited about where engineering is going. You've been experimenting with AI agents and agentic coding workflows - not because someone told you to, but because you couldn't help yourself. You think about how to redesign your development loop from first principles, not how to bolt AI onto the way you already work.
You communicate well, collaborate easily across disciplines, and care about the product as much as the code. You're the kind of engineer who asks "what's the best way to..." and then actually follows through.
🌍 Where You'll Work

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
