- 5+ years of experience in help desk, internal IT support, or a similar technical support role. Experience in a fast-paced or global team is a plus.
- Strong experience with supporting user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO, specifically with Okta and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Iru (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN), with familiarity supporting UniFi/Ubiquiti equipment a plus.
- Comfort supporting employees in Slack and other everyday collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365 (channels, apps, notifications, and common access issues).
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues across international teams.
- A patient, helpful, solutions-oriented approach to supporting internal staff, with a commitment to follow-through and a positive experience for every request.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;

This role balances the thrill of direct, consultative sales with the stability of consistent account management.
In this role, you will:
Drive NRS Product Sales:
Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
Manage an Assigned Route:
Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.

Handle Operations & Inventory:
Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.
What we are looking for:
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
Language:
Bilingual professionals with fluency in both
English and Spanish
are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and a willingness to travel door-to-door within your assigned territory daily.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
Traits:
A resilient "people person" with sharp attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
We offer you:
Competitive Base Salary + uncapped commission structure.
Comprehensive mileage and gas reimbursement program.
Paid on-the-job training on both NRS tech products and IDT telecom services.
Excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with employer match, and PTO).
At IDT, we understand the challenge of being apart from those who matter most. Communicating, transferring money, and mobile phone service must be safe, simple, and affordable. Since 1990, IDT Telecom has remained a pioneer in Prepaid VoIP and UCaaS telephony. Today, we are an industry leader in prepaid communication and payment services and are one of the world's largest international voice carriers.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff engineer to set technical direction for the systems that move billions of messages a day. This isn't a role about shipping more, faster. It's about deciding what gets built, where the architecture needs to go next, and raising the ceiling for the engineers around you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership at company scale
You take on the problems nobody has claimed yet — the ones that span squads, have no obvious owner, and would quietly cost us a year if left alone. You either solve them or get leadership aligned to.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You connect architectural decisions to what customers actually experience, and you can explain that connection to people who don't write Go.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Your best quarter isn't measured by what you shipped. It's measured by what the department can now do that it couldn't before.
What You'll Do
Shape the technical direction of our distributed messaging systems in Go — making the high-level architectural calls on mission-critical services where scale, cost, and reliability are all in tension
Take on ambiguous, high-stakes problems that cross squad and function boundaries, and drive them to a decision when the right answer isn't obvious to anyone yet
Build consensus on contested technical questions across teams, and communicate the tradeoffs clearly enough that senior leadership can act on them
Raise the department's bar — set quality and design standards, mentor senior engineers, and turn what you know into frameworks and documentation other teams can use without you in the room
Drive engineering process and tooling improvements that span multiple squads, not just your own
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Interview and calibrate against our career ladder, giving honest, evidence-based assessments of candidates
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
10+ years building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages), including several as the person others turned to on architecture
Depth across multiple systems or domains, not just one — you've been the recognized expert in more than one place
A track record of designing for production reality: you quantify tradeoffs in throughput, cost, and reliability rather than picking a reasonable path and defending it
Experience designing observability and recovery as first-class concerns — metrics, alerting, rollback, backpressure, checkpointing — not logging added afterward
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP), with relational databases (we use MySQL) and a real understanding of performance tradeoffs
Evidence of making other engineers better: mentorship, technical writing, design review, standards that outlasted your involvement
A bias for action over perfection, and the judgment to know which decisions are worth slowing down for
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
Application
- We review everyone with care. Tell us why you're interested.
Recruiter Call (30 mins)
- Let's chat about what you're looking for and how we work.
Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins)
- Talk with one of our hiring managers about your working style and a project you've owned end-to-end, plus a short AI-assisted coding exercise.
Architecture Interview (60 mins)
- A collaborative system design conversation focused on scaling challenges, tradeoffs, and failure modes.
Take-Home Assignment
- Complete a short, realistic task similar to what you'd work on here.
Assignment Review Call (60 mins)
- Walk us through your work and discuss tradeoffs, priorities, and how you'd iterate.
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

We are customer-obsessed, technically curious, and committed to building deep, trusted partnerships that help organizations succeed securely with 1Password and moving with urgency to solve what matters most. You will operate as a senior people leader, organizational architect, and strategic partner to cross-functional leaders.

You will shape how technical implementation and deployment scales, ensure consistency and quality across teams, and directly influence retention, expansion readiness, and customer trust. This role requires a player-coach mindset with the ability to directly support complex implementations and guide the team through technical challenges.
You will partner closely with senior leaders in Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product to ensure customers receive cohesive, high impact technical guidance and advocacy. This role blends senior people leadership, technical depth, operational excellence, and strategic thinking.
Adaptability, systems thinking, strong executive presence, and a high bar for talent development will be key to success.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.
