🤓

We have different projects to carry out our amazing product’s development, you’ll have the possibility to join us to help us grow by contributing to technical and architectural decisions and even creating new teams.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Be passionate about solving meaningful product problems and delivering simple, clean, and maintainable solutions, leveraging AI to improve both your thinking and your code.
Be proactive, accountable, analytical, and pragmatic.
Contribute with close attention to detail/product ownership.
Work as a strong team player and communicator.
Arrive with motivation to learn and grow.
Be passionate about driving change and efficiency with partners from different disciplines.
What we offer 😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.

Flexible working hours.
A personal budget for professional development.

Hybrid or remote work (up to 2 hours difference from GMT+2).

Each area will include a variety of activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need 🤝
7+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
Experience in the full-stack development, deployment, and maintenance of web-based technology applications with Ruby on Rails or the ability and interest in working with it (JavaScript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, and Python experience is also very valued).

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Director/Vice President of Product, AI & Agent
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.
AI Platform
Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

— Hard Prioritization:
— Market Gaps:
Product Management (Crypto / Fintech / Trading / AI).
Seed / Pre-seed.

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems.
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

At JetBrains, we are passionate about boosting developer productivity. Since our inception, we've been creating tools that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and empower developers to focus on what they do best: creating amazing things with code. JetBrains IDEs enable millions of developers worldwide to achieve their full potential.
As JetBrains continues to grow, so does the amount and complexity of cross-team work. At the same time, AI is increasing both the pace of change and the coordination load across the company. To keep growing while continuing to build great products, we want to strengthen our execution.
We’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us run complex cross-team technical programs, raise execution quality and improve planning, delivery predictability, and escalation discipline for complex work.
In this role, you will:
Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs in your primary domain.
Make sure complex work across the domain is planned, coordinated, and executed to a consistently high standard.
Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early, and drive mitigation or escalation when local coordination is not enough.
Serve as the senior PMO-side escalation point when complex delivery work in the domain gets stuck.
Keep program status accurate by verifying execution rather than only collecting updates.
Work with product, engineering, quality, and service teams to define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
Build workable program plans and coordination cadences, and clarify resourcing needs with the teams involved.
Coach TPMs and other part-time program leads across the domain and, where the setup includes full-time TPMs, manage them directly.
Partner closely with product, engineering, quality, and service teams without taking over their decision-making authority.
Typical programs may include sunsetting a feature or product, rolling out a major feature, driving a large technical refactoring effort, or coordinating the response to a major customer or partner escalation that becomes complex cross-team work.
You’ll work primarily within one domain, such as one of our IDEs, a major functional area in an IntelliJ-based product, or another area with heavy cross-department dependencies, while also contributing to cross-domain priorities as part of the PMO team when needed.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
A proven track record of leading complex software programs or other cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
The ability to influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions constructively, and work effectively across product, engineering, quality, and other functions.
Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
The ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives effectively, prioritize well, and keep execution plans tied to reality.
Experience coaching other program or project managers and improving execution quality beyond your own work.
Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility claims, dependency chains, and delivery risk in a technical environment.
A technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
At least 5 years of program or project management experience in the tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of how complex software programs are structured, planned, and driven through delivery; formal PM training or certification is a plus.
Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products would be a plus.
If selected, we’ll give you the opportunity to:
Work on tools that help developers become better versions of themselves.
Be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and impact.
Enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment designed to help you succeed.
Embrace the opportunity to shape the future of developer productivity.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
