WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager — Japan Training Quality to support localization for Customer Education, helping ensure Notion training content feels accurate, clear, culturally relevant, and ready to use for learners across the globe.
You’ll work at the intersection of localization quality, training implementation, and program management, collaborating with Localization, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, vendors, and language specialists. You’ll help turn translation feedback, learner experience issues, and regional quality needs into practical improvements across training content, quizzes, LMS setup, and repeatable localization workflows.
The ideal candidate combines native-level Japanese language expertise with a deep understanding of what effective education looks like in the Japanese market.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and apply Japanese localization QA standards across training content, including checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, terminology, and cultural nuance
- Support development of glossaries, style guides, QA checklists, review processes, and localization assets
- Become a go-to partner for translation questions related to Notion-specific concepts, product terminology, and training context
- Support QA of technical implementation in eLearning authoring tools and LMS environments (course files, quizzes, answer selections)
- Coordinate across Customer Education, Partner Enablement, Localization, and vendors to align on priorities, timelines, translation progress, and quality expectations
- Identify workflow risks and recommend improvements that improve translation quality and reduce time-to-launch
- Document repeatable processes that make training and help center localization easier to manage over time
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Strong understanding of localization workflows, including vendor collaboration, review cycles, glossaries, style guides, QA rubrics, and linguistic QA
- Experience with Japanese localization QA, ideally for SaaS, technical training, customer education, or partner enablement content
- Ability to review translated content for quality, clarity, terminology accuracy, cultural nuance, and learner comprehension
- Familiarity with eLearning or LMS tools; experience with platforms like Skilljar or Parta authoring tools is a plus
- Comfort working with technical or product-specific terminology that may not translate directly
- Strong attention to detail, especially in learner-facing content, quizzes, course setup, formatting, and implementation QA
- Strong project management skills and ability to bring structure into ambiguous areas
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We want all of our learners should feel like Notion training content was made for them — not simply translated for them. High-quality localization has a direct impact on learner trust, comprehension, launch readiness, and regional enablement outcomes.
This role will help Customer Education and Partner Enablement move faster while raising the quality bar: reducing rework, catching issues before launch, improving vendor feedback loops, and creating a clearer, more repeatable operating model for training localization
This is a 6-month, part-time role with option to extend. Preferred location is Tokyo, but we're open to remote applicants with strong Japanese market expertise and timezone overlap with Japan and Notion's International Experience team.
Availability: 20 hours/week
#LI-Onsite
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
The Revenue Strategy & Growth Senior Associate is an operator position at Clipboard, suited to an “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants to own a revenue stream.
You’re someone who has an analytical mind and is both deeply competitive and entrepreneurial. Unlike traditional S&O or consulting roles, you are responsible for both the inputs and the outputs of your work. You will take on an area of the business and push it to the local maximum. You must be comfortable owning an outcome.
You will:
- Take a vague or open ended problem and structure it into a plan
- Own a recurring workstream or initiative end to end, including its metrics and outcomes
- Build durable systems and automation that create leverage beyond their time (i.e. you can “fire yourself” from them because the systems work without you needing to be directly involved)
- Drive cross functional execution and hold partners accountable to commitments
- Validate that the work converts to intended business outcomes before scaling it
What you bring:
- Strong analytical and system building skills. You can design as well as analyze
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can frame problems with limited direction
- Influence without authority across functions
- Outcome orientation. Create impact and close loops rather than just measure activity
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility
The salary range listed reflects total compensation (base + variable) for this role. Final offer will vary based on geographic location

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energised by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Business fluency in English
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritise based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Commercial ownership — you treat your book of business like it's yours, because it is
Forecasting discipline and data-driven decision-making, not gut feel
Multi-threaded relationships — you build trust across the org, not just with one champion
Expansion through value, not feature gates or mechanical levers
Close partnership with Customer Success — you see CS as a collaborator, not a handoff
What you'll do
Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts — renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation
Drive growth by helping customers adopt

Partner closely with Customer Success on account health and with Sales on expansion deals
Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and collaborate cross-functionally to move deals forward
What we're looking for
3+ years in Sr. Account Management, Sales, or a related SaaS commercial role with direct ownership of a revenue number (5+ years preferred)
Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly in the MM space
Proven ability to grow customer spend outside of overages or true-ups — genuine expansion through adoption and value articulation
A forecasting methodology you can walk through clearly — it doesn't need to be a named framework, just logic you own
Comfortable pulling usage data, tracking health scores, and building your own dashboards
Strong communicator — clear and persuasive with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Based in the UK or Ireland

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Ramp, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s international payments products. You will lead a core team of engineers and designers to build and scale global money movement capabilities that enable our customers to pay vendors, employees, and partners around the world. You’ll own a critical set of customer and business problems at the intersection of payments, compliance, risk, and FX — driving end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution to power Ramp’s global expansion and meet ambitious company goals. Your scope will include:
1. Cross-border payments & FX – Own the experience and infrastructure for sending and receiving international payments across currencies and geographies, including FX pricing, rate transparency, settlement speed, and reliability across multiple payment rails.
2. Global partner ecosystem – Evaluate, integrate, and manage banking, FX, and local payment service partners to expand Ramp’s coverage, improve unit economics, and unlock new corridors and capabilities.
3. Compliance & risk infrastructure – Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to design scalable KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory frameworks that enable safe and compliant international money movement.
4. New market expansion – Launch international capabilities in new geographies, navigating local regulations, licensing requirements, and operational constraints while delivering a seamless customer experience.
We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and can deliver financial products to streamline complex business flows via a fantastic user experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international payments at Ramp
- Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team of engineers and designers, balancing principled intuition with data-driven decision making
- Marry customer insights with technical possibilities, crafting intuitive user experiences that abstract away complexity
- Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product
- Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready products.
- Stay deeply plugged into AI research, industry trends, and emergent applications, filtering signal from noise and applying it creatively to Ramp’s product
WHAT YOU NEED
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
- Minimum 3 years product management experience
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking
- Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions
- Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.
- Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Experience building payments products or products in regulated markets
- Experience building products with a significant AI component, especially if leveraging LLMs.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
The Docker Sandboxes team is building the runtime that lets AI coding agents run safely on a developer's machine: disposable, isolated microVM sandboxes that each get their own Docker daemon, filesystem, and network.
This is the core of Docker's sbx product: developers can give an agent the autonomy it needs to get real work done without it ever touching the host, and tear the whole environment down when it's finished.
The successful candidate is a technical, product-minded engineer with deep experience building secure, isolated runtime environments (sandboxes, containers, or VMs) and a track record of shipping and owning that kind of infrastructure in production at scale. They think naturally about isolation and security boundaries, understand the tradeoffs involved in running untrusted or semi-trusted workloads safely, and can reason confidently about a system that spans multiple surface areas.
They can drive clarity and consensus on hard, ambiguous problems that cross team and component boundaries, raise the bar for engineering quality wherever they work, thrive in a remote-first environment, communicate clearly across time zones, work with our users, while bringing curiosity and craftsmanship to hard problems.
Please note: this role is currently prioritizing candidates currently located in the Eastern time zone (US or Canada), or in the EU.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and lead improvements to the sandboxes product across agent integration, tool permissions, and developer-facing workflows.
- Investigate and resolve correctness, performance, and stability issues in the agent integration layer across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Drive the reliability and performance of sandbox creation, session management, and teardown for AI agent workloads.
- Collaborate with peers, Product, and adjacent teams to evolve the architecture as requirements grow.
- Mentor engineers on the team and set the bar in design reviews and code reviews.
- Engage with the open source and agentic development community around sandboxing, MCP, and related ecosystems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical stability issues affecting users.
- Document your work clearly and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building developer tools, desktop applications, or runtime infrastructure used directly by developers.
- Familiarity with the agentic software development ecosystem: how coding agents work and how tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar agents interact with their environment.
- Ability to reason about isolation and security boundaries: what a sandbox should and shouldn't expose, and how to make safe defaults obvious to users.
- Experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineers or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build an understanding of our codebase.
- Meet the people on your team and those adjacent to it.
- Build an understanding of the products we are shipping and our near-term technical priorities.
- Deliver small fixes or improvements.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the design and development of a significant improvement or feature of the local sandboxes stack.
- Engage with our open source project and the relevant upstream communities.
- Shape the team's technical direction, and drive architecture discussions.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
- Deliver measurable improvements to the correctness and performance of sandboxes.
- Become a recognized technical owner of key parts of the codebase and a go-to technical leader for the local runtime.
- Help us define the longer-term technical strategy for the filesystem layer in a way that fits with Product and Business goals, and rally the team behind it.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $160,900 – $260,700 + equity
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across a defined region within the Americas. This is a critical frontline leadership role for someone who has managed high-performing enterprise Account Executives, understands complex technical sales cycles, and is excited to help build the go-to-market motion for one of the most important categories in software.
As Regional Director, Sales, you will own regional revenue execution, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and team performance. You will lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives selling to technical, product, and business stakeholders at high-growth startups and large enterprises.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who combines strong operating discipline with curiosity about AI, developer platforms, and emerging infrastructure markets. You should be comfortable staying close to deals, coaching sellers through complex cycles, and helping customers understand both immediate use cases and long-term strategic value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own regional revenue targets, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and overall sales execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives.
- Build a culture of accountability, customer obsession, strong qualification, and consistent execution.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to improve win rates and customer outcomes.
- Drive disciplined execution across territory planning, account strategy, opportunity qualification, mutual action plans, forecasting, and expansion motions.
- Stay deeply engaged in strategic opportunities, including executive alignment, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Coach the team on selling to technical and executive audiences, including engineering leaders, AI teams, platform teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Inspect pipeline rigorously, identify risks early, and ensure clear next steps across priority opportunities.
- Develop a clear view of market demand, buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points across your region.
- Help refine LangChain’s enterprise sales motion as we scale from early GTM into a more repeatable, predictable sales organization.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent as the region grows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 2+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven track record managing teams that sell complex technical products to enterprise customers.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Account Executives.
- Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals: qualification, discovery, value selling, mutual action plans, forecasting, negotiation, and executive engagement.
- Experience selling to technical buyers such as engineering, infrastructure, data, AI/ML, developer platform, or product teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage or high-growth environment where playbooks are still being built.
- Strong cross-functional instincts and a collaborative approach to working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
- High ownership, low ego, and a willingness to be hands-on with customers, deals, and team development.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure software, observability, data platforms, ML/AI tooling, or open-source commercial products.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, observability, evaluations, or modern AI application development.
- Experience helping scale a regional sales function at a company moving from founder-led or early GTM to a more repeatable enterprise sales motion.
- Experience with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Prior success selling into both digital-native and large enterprise accounts.
- Experience working in a highly technical, product-led, or open-source-influenced sales environment.
WHY JOIN US
AI is changing how software is built, deployed, and operated. LangChain is at the center of that shift. This is an opportunity to help build the sales organization for a category-defining company, work with highly technical and ambitious customers, and shape how enterprises adopt production-grade AI systems.
You’ll join a team that values ownership, clarity, curiosity, and pace — and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
