ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. - Be a strategic partner with recruiters to continuously improve internal processes and tools
- Support recruiting initiatives including sourcing events, referral drives, and onboarding prep

- Keen attention to detail
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Startup DNA: experience in a startup or ability to thrive and create clarity in fast-paced, unstructured environments

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Mural Compose team is ambitious and fast-moving. We are passionate builders who love to experiment and iterate. Our project is seeking to leverage the latest technology in AI to acquire new customers and expand our revenue base as broadly as possible. This team is at the front of our product strategy and future growth.
YOUR MISSION
You'll lead the team behind one of Mural's most important bets. In the near term, you'll take our AI native product from early access to a product that customers rely on every day, raising quality, reliability, and speed as more users come on board.
Expect a very hands-on role. You'll review PRs, set the technical standards the team builds to, and stay close to the code and architecture decisions. You'll also keep the team's pace high and sustainable while building a high-performing team in a remote-first way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, hire, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, coaching, and performance management.
- Own delivery end to end with a fast, experimental loop: ship early to real users, measure what works, and iterate quickly without losing reliability.
- Partner with Product and Design as co-owners of the Compose roadmap, using customer feedback and usage data to decide what to build, cut, or double down on.
- Raise engineering craft across testing, observability, and AI-assisted development, and model Mural's remote-first, work-in-public culture at a sustainable pace.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years managing software engineers directly, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- 5+ years of prior experience as a software engineer building and operating production applications, with hands-on technical work in the last 3–4 years.
- A solid technical foundation, enough to lead architecture discussions and review code with credibility.
- A bias for experimentation: you make sound calls quickly, learn from data, and change course when the evidence says so.
- A people-first approach: you lead with empathy, listen first, and build the trust and psychological safety that help each person do their best work.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to product, business, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team that shipped LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation, quality monitoring, and cost management.
- Experience building AI agents, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, or familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

WHY SDK ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
YOUR WORK WILL HAVE AN OUTSIZED IMPACT.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month. When you ship a new integration or improve SDK performance, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they'll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels. Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible.
The SDK is often the very first thing a developer touches when they try Langfuse, so your work directly shapes their first impression.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM-applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers in the world and that leverage Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible SDK experience and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Owning our SDKs. We maintain SDKs in Python and TypeScript both built on OpenTelemetry. You'll be responsible for their reliability, performance, and developer experience. These SDKs run inside our users' production systems, which means they must never fail, must have minimal impact on CPU and memory, and must work flawlessly across every environment — from serverless functions to long-running agent loops. You'll think deeply about the exposed interfaces, error handling, batching, async flushing, and graceful degradation.
- Designing APIs that developers love. How are functions named, how are parameters structured, how are breaking changes communicated, how does the documentation read? Developer experience is a core differentiator for Langfuse and you'll own every detail of it. When we shipped the Python SDK v3 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-06-05-python-sdk-v3-generally-available and TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga, both were full rewrites on OpenTelemetry — that's the kind of thoughtful, high-impact SDK work you'll lead. Apart from tracing, we also support core workflows of engineers building with LLMs with our SDKs, see our Experiment Runner SDK https://langfuse.com/docs/evaluation/experiments/experiments-via-sdk#experiment-runner-sdk for example.
- Integrating with every major AI framework: Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You'll maintain these integrations, ensure new Langfuse features are supported across all of them, and add new integrations as the ecosystem evolves. When a new framework gains traction, you'll be among the first to instrument it.
- Maintaining our OpenTelemetry endpoint: some users send traces directly to our OTLP endpoint https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otlp/ instead of using our SDKs. You'll ensure this path is robust, well-documented, and supports the full range of Langfuse features. This also extends our language support to Java, Go, and any language with an OpenTelemetry SDK. You can work with the OpenTelemetry community to steer the GenAI conventions.
- Writing public documentation: you'll own the SDK docs, integration guides, and migration paths. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new SDK version or integration, the docs ship with it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong engineer who gets excited about developer experience, API design, and writing code that runs reliably in other people's production systems
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs, client libraries, or developer tools — ideally in Python and/or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of performance: you know how to profile, benchmark, and minimize CPU/memory overhead in hot paths
- Someone who can manage projects themselves — you know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it
- Thoughtful about versioning, backwards compatibility, and migration paths
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their integration challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source SDKs or developer tools
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.

This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are looking for a leader to take on our workforce management systems and operations. This is more than a technology role. Serve as a trusted advisor to our HR leadership group, our centers of excellence and our business partners, turning business goals into system capability and service build. You will ask the questions that sharpen a request, give people a clear view of sequencing, effort and trade-offs, and help us move toward AI-enabled, automation-first ways of working.
You will report to our Vice President of HR Planning, Analytics & Technology and lead senior business systems analysts, an HR operations manager with a specialist group, and an outsourced administration partner.
A day in the life:
HR platforms and delivery:
Look after our HR systems estate, including SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and the applications around them, together with the integrations connecting them to Finance, IT and external providers.
Build the multi-year technology roadmap with HR leadership and IT, and run the intake practices that decide what enters it.
Guide systems projects from requirements through configuration, testing, cutover and adoption, then keep the platforms balanced in service once they are live.
HR operations and service delivery:
You will manage employee lifecycle transaction processing and the quality controls that keep our records accurate. You will also set and publish the measures the operation is judged on, from first-contact resolution to self-service adoption.
Develop the service framework and the tiers within it, from self-service and first contact through to specialist handling, and the routing between them.
Run one governed intake channel for employee questions, and decide with the team what stops, what is automated and what moves to our administration partner.
Governance, security and information management:
You will be responsible for how our HR data is protected and who can reach it, and for the governance standards behind configuration, workflows, integrations and security. You will work with People Analytics and enterprise analytics on our data platform and the sources that feed it.
Build the security and access model, including role-based permissions, field-level restriction, access certification and segregation of duties.
Meet our data-privacy and regional obligations with Legal and Information Security, and act as the HR contact for internal and external audits.
AI enablement and automation:
Set our HR technology AI strategy, with responsible adoption resting on governance, data readiness, privacy and human oversight.R
Redesign fragmented processes into something simpler.
Run a single pipeline for internal use cases and emerging HR technology, and report what our automation delivers in adoption, efficiency, quality and experience.
Team and partners:
Grow a team covering business systems analysis and an operations specialist group led by a first-line manager, and plan resourcing, capacity and budget across both.
Develop the team’s capability in consultation, requirements and configuration, and hold the relationship with our outsourced administration and application management partners.
What you'll bring:
8+ years experience across HR systems and HR operations.
5+ years managing people and experience leading through a first-line manager.
Led a multi-application systems portfolio alongside a service delivery team, including its tier model, case management, and service measures.
Demonstrate expertise in HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, and you will have delivered globally, where requirements vary by region.
Hands-on depth in SAP SuccessFactors, enough to specify requirements, evaluate configuration and work with an implementation partner, with strong familiarity in Employee Central and at least two other modules absolutely required.
Experience with the security and access model for HR data, and with leading third-party implementation or managed-service partners to agreed service levels.
Experience running project delivery alongside production support, and influencing senior leaders across HR, IT and Finance in plain language.
Nice to have:
Experience putting AI capability to work in an HR setting, with the guardrails that apply once AI touches employee data.
Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, intelligent automation or conversational assistants such as Microsoft Copilot helps, as does a background spanning people analytics as well as systems.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules, and experience of a platform migration or systems harmonization.
Experience building governance models, technology intake processes, vendor assessments or innovation pipelines.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
This is a chance to build the frontier LLM evals that shape the next generations of flagship models.
Could a model design a computer chip, or find the backdoor an attacker left in a network? Public benchmarks can't tell us, as they're generally not a good measure of real work.
As an Evaluation Engineer, you'll own evals from start to finish. You'll run workshops with customers, industry experts and our customer-facing teams to understand their most important industry use cases (e.g., an engineer updating a part in CAD software), and help decide which are worth building first. You'll also look beyond today's use cases and design moonshot evals for work no model can do yet, so Mistral gets there first. Then you'll turn each one into a benchmark, often one where an agent has to do the work inside real software. You'll source the data, decide how to score it, and run it on every new Mistral model and on competitor models.
When our models fall short, you'll work with the post-training teams to close the gap. When they catch up, you'll make the eval harder. You'll write up and present your results so senior leaders can act on them. They also give our go-to-market teams evidence of where Mistral leads.
You'll learn new fields quickly. One month you might be learning how chip designers check their work, and the next how a bank investigates a flagged payment.
The team is new and fast-paced, and you'll have a lot of autonomy. You'll spend a lot of time speaking with people across Mistral to work out what matters most, then decide what to build.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run discovery with customers, industry experts and teams across Mistral, then help decide which use cases are worth building first.
- Design new benchmarks for industry use cases and frontier capabilities, including how they're scored.
- Build evals where agents work inside real software (e.g., CAD and simulation tools), and run them on our models with checks that the results stay reliable over time.
- Stress-test existing evals to find flaws and bugs before we rely on them.
- Source data with expert vendors. Where customer data can't leave the customer, build realistic proxy or synthetic data instead.
- Write up and present what you find so leaders across Mistral can act on it.
- Help other teams build their own evals, with tools and guides they can reuse.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of industry experience (e.g., in software, AI, or consulting), or a PhD.
- A software engineering or research background, with experience writing code that others can build on.
- Experience working directly with customers, industry experts, or other teams (e.g., through consulting, solutions engineering, or research collaborations).
- Experience building something with LLMs.
- Comfort working with large datasets, including building and cleaning them.
TECHNICAL
- Strong Python skills.
- Comfortable working in a large, shared codebase and getting your code through reviews by other teams.
- A strong understanding of LLM training, inference, and evaluation.
COMMUNICATION
- You enjoy speaking with people and are good at it.
- You write clearly. A short doc or deck from you is enough for a busy leader to make a decision.
- Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
HOW YOU WORK
- High energy, and you don't need a roadmap. You move independently and handle uncertainty with confidence.
- Proactive and high-agency. You spot what needs doing and get it done.
- You make good decisions about what to build first and can explain why.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Curious, with a track record of learning things outside your work or studies. You can get to grips with a new field in a few weeks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building AI evaluations, especially for industry applications.
- Published research on evals or contributions to open-source evaluation frameworks.
- Experience building datasets, generating synthetic data, developing labelling guidelines, or working with annotation vendors.
- A background in an industry outside software (e.g., engineering, finance, or science).

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. We build and operate systems that support Grafana’s business operations and customer experience, working closely with product teams and internal business partners.
The Usage squad works on billing, rates, usage calculations, usage visibility and cloud marketplace integrations. Our software helps customers understand their consumption and costs, and helps internal teams operate accurate, reliable billing processes.
We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer with strong backend experience who enjoys making complex business systems reliable, understandable and easier to operate. You will help deliver new capabilities while improving existing services, reducing repetitive manual work and addressing edge cases that affect customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on Staff engineering role within the AppCore Usage squad. You will lead complex technical work, contribute directly to implementation and share ownership with the squad’s other Staff and Senior engineers. Your primary focus will be Usage’s systems and outcomes, collaborating with adjacent teams when the work requires it.
Our ownership includes application code, data stores, deployment configuration and the cloud infrastructure supporting our services. You should be comfortable following a problem across those boundaries and making improvements with the appropriate platform teams.
We are remote-first and global. For this role, we prefer candidates in NASA’s Eastern Time zone to provide more overlap with our EMEA colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your initial focus will be approximately 75% backend and 25% frontend. This balance will evolve with the squad’s priorities. You should be comfortable delivering across the stack, from business logic and APIs through to the interfaces customers and internal teams use.
Design, build and operate backend services and APIs supporting billing, rates, usage calculations, usage visibility and marketplace workflows.
Build and maintain backend services primarily in Go, with Node.js also present in our stack, and contribute to TypeScript/React applications to deliver complete features.
Improve the correctness and reliability of billing and usage workflows, including validation, reconciliation, error handling and recovery.
Identify recurring manual tasks and replace them with maintainable automation, clear operational workflows and appropriate controls.
Maintain and evolve the infrastructure supporting our services, including Kubernetes workloads, scheduled jobs, cloud resources and deployment configuration.
Use infrastructure as code and automated delivery pipelines to make changes repeatable, reviewable and safe across environments.
Investigate production issues across application code, databases and infrastructure, including resource exhaustion, failed jobs, slow queries and replication delays.
Plan and execute service deployments, database changes and infrastructure migrations, including validation, monitoring and recovery plans.
Build and maintain integrations with cloud marketplaces and external business systems where required by the squad’s work.
Deliver projects from understanding requirements and proposing an approach through implementation, testing, rollout and production support.
Make changes traceable and testable, supporting audit requirements and clear explanations of system behaviour.
Collaborate with product management, Support, DealOps, GTM, infrastructure teams and adjacent AppCore squads to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
Share technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, mentoring and practical improvements.
Participate in the squad’s on-call rotation after onboarding. Improve dashboards, alert quality, runbooks and recovery procedures, and follow through on incident findings.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You enjoy engineering work where correctness, reliability and business impact matter. You find value in improving an established system, removing a recurring operational problem or making a billing workflow easier to understand and support.
You take ownership from understanding the problem through delivery and production support. You can turn an ambiguous request into manageable increments, make sound trade-offs and follow through without needing each step prescribed. You ask useful questions, seek feedback and raise uncertainty or blockers early.
You adapt as priorities change, learn unfamiliar systems and technologies, and contribute where the squad needs you. You bring a strong backend specialty while remaining willing and able to work on frontend features and supporting infrastructure.
You reason about how a service behaves in production: how it is deployed, where its data lives, what happens when dependencies fail, and how the team detects and recovers from problems.
You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. In a distributed team, you make decisions, progress and risks visible so colleagues can contribute across time zones. You work independently while staying connected to the squad.
As a Staff engineer, you bring technical depth and sound judgment while remaining close to implementation. You collaborate constructively with other experienced engineers, welcome different perspectives and help the squad reach decisions and move forward.
We embrace thoughtful use of AI-assisted development. We value engineers who use these tools to support exploration, implementation, testing and documentation while taking responsibility for the quality and correctness of the result.
Requirements
Substantial experience designing, delivering and operating production backend systems, with the depth and judgment to lead complex work hands-on.
Strong experience building and operating production backend systems in Go, our primary backend language.
Professional experience contributing to frontend applications using TypeScript and React, or comparable technologies, and willingness to work across the stack as priorities change.
Experience reasoning about distributed systems, including partial failures, retries, consistency and interactions between services.
Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, schema migrations, query performance and safe production changes.
Practical experience deploying and troubleshooting containerised services and jobs in Kubernetes.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure through code and working with CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration and controlled rollouts.
Ability to investigate production problems using logs, metrics and traces, and turn findings into lasting improvements.
A record of delivering projects end to end, clarifying requirements, making trade-offs and following through after release.
Experience working remotely, with clear asynchronous communication and dependable collaboration across time zones.
Ability to learn unfamiliar domains and technologies, adjust your approach as new information emerges, and take ownership beyond your main area of expertise.
Experience writing readable, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, maintain and operate.
Willingness to participate in on-call and take responsibility for the production behaviour of the systems you build.
Experience supporting colleagues through code reviews, mentoring and constructive technical discussions.
Bonus Points For
Usage metering, billing engines, pricing and rates, financial reconciliation or customer-facing cost management applications.
Reducing operational toil and automating workflows with recurring exceptions or manual interventions.
Systems with auditability, traceability or financial-control requirements.
MySQL operations, replication, database upgrades and performance tuning.
Terraform, Jsonnet and Kubernetes deployment configuration.
Argo Workflows or comparable deployment and job-orchestration tooling.
Cloud infrastructure involving managed databases, object storage, service accounts and access controls, particularly on GCP.
Data synchronisation pipelines and BigQuery integrations.
Cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, Azure or GCP.
Integrations with business platforms such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
Observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or OpenTelemetry.

Key responsibilities
Lead the revenue close for cloud service provider Marketplace within a listed company timeline.
Prepare and review revenue, revenue-share, reserve journal entries, accruals and true-ups including memos for accounting assessments and judgments.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, reserves, and the usage-to-invoice-to-cash bridge.
Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis and prepare flux decks for leadership.
Own quarter-end deliverables, including footnote disclosures, flux commentary and presentations to leadership and Corporate Accounting.
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
Review the work of accountants and contractors, set the close calendar, and keep close packages complete and audit-ready.
Own monthly and quarterly 3P revenue reporting for leadership and FP&A, by partner, model, product, region and customer.
Review partner usage, invoice, disbursement and fraud reports each month, and resolve data issues before close.
Serve as the accounting point of contact for the finance, engineering and product teams and drive reporting improvements that support an on-time close.
Apply ASC 606 to 3P arrangements, including principal-vs-agent, variable consideration and reseller arrangements.
Estimate and document reserves, including credit loss (ASC 326).
Assess the accounting for new 3P products, programs and billing changes, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Partner with the Engineering teams to automate manual close processes, including SQL-driven workbooks, automated reconciliations and system-generated journal entries.
Own 3P SOX controls, including design, documentation, gap remediation and audit evidence.
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, AR and business teams on forecasts, cash and partner disputes.
Minimum qualifications
Have strong ASC 606 knowledge, especially principal-vs-agent, variable consideration, consideration payable to a customer, and consumption-based revenue.
Have owned a month-end close with tight deadlines and reviewed journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis.
Have built revenue reporting from large, imperfect third-party data sets and reconciled it to the general ledger.
Have managed external partner relationships where you depended on their data, and pushed for fixes.
Have strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar) and experience automating close workbooks or reconciliations.
Have designed or operated SOX controls and supported external audits.
Communicate clearly with accounting, finance, business and engineering teams.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being built.
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years managing revenue accounting or close teams.

Experience with IPO readiness.
Experience using AI tools to automate accounting and reporting work.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What will I be doing?
Partner with company leadership to drive Fin's highest-priority initiatives, from company objectives to critical cross-functional projects and programs.
Step into complex, ambiguous or fast-moving areas of the business, quickly understand the problem, identify what needs to happen and take ownership of moving things forward.
Shape and define programs of work, establishing clear priorities, outcomes, ownership and plans for successful execution.
Get into the details to understand business challenges, surface open questions, identify trade-offs and help drive informed decisions.
Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships, bringing a point of view and challenging assumptions where needed.
Establish the right structures and ways of working to create clarity, accountability and momentum, without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Drive execution end to end, proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers and dependencies to keep work moving and deliver results.
Use data and business context to understand performance, inform recommendations and communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve how Fin operates, introducing practical, scalable solutions that make teams more effective.
Live our company values and be a role model for the people and teams you work with.
What skills do I need?
You have 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations or similar roles, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects and programs. Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
You're a strong generalist who can quickly understand unfamiliar business problems, connect the dots across different functions and identify what needs to happen to move things forward.
You have excellent operational judgment and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're equally comfortable defining an approach and rolling up your sleeves to deliver it.
You have experience working directly with senior leaders and executives, building credibility, influencing decisions and constructively challenging thinking where needed.
You demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently drive multiple high-priority initiatives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
You have strong business acumen and are comfortable using data to understand problems, evaluate trade-offs, identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.
You're proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with a track record of navigating complexity, unblocking teams and driving work through to completion.

At 1Password, our purpose is to build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels such as affiliates, paid social, display, native, programmatic, direct buys, or emerging channels.
• Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and connecting marketing activity to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline, and revenue.
• A track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through paid B2B programs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions using incomplete or imperfect data.
• Experience partnering with campaign, analytics, marketing operations, or other cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to audiences such as developers, information technology (IT) professionals, or other technical decision-makers. Experience in cybersecurity or familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and automated workflows is also a plus.
What you can expect:
• Own the B2B performance marketing and demand generation strategy for a sales-led growth motion, aligning paid programs with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps informed by business goals, audience insights, performance trends, and experimentation results.
• Manage paid channels and platforms end to end, from strategy and execution through optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI), marginal returns, and channel performance to guide budget shifts, scaling decisions, and investment strategy.
• Monitor leading indicators such as leads, MQLs, conversion rates, and Cost per Lead (CPL), as well as downstream pipeline, opportunity volume, and revenue influence.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments across audiences, channels, creative, offers, and funnel stages, translating results into scaled programs and clear recommendations.
• Partner with Global Campaigns, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to improve lead quality, strengthen campaign performance, and share actionable insights.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

GigaChat (GigaChain): Agentic Post-Training и Online RL
* разрабатывать и улучшать post-training пайплайны для агентных сценариев
* работать с rollout’ами, reward-сигналами, rule-based и execution-based верификаторами, judge- и reward-моделями
* создавать обучающие выборки из реальных и синтетических агентных траекторий, включая фильтрацию и отбор наиболее полезных примеров
* выбирать подходящий метод обучения и понимать, когда сложный RL-контур оправдан, а когда задачу эффективнее решить более простым способом.

About Osano:
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About The Role:
We're looking for a product-minded
Senior Software Engineer
to own meaningful parts of the Osano platform end to end, from shaping a problem with Product to running the result in production.
This role is for an engineer who treats AI tooling as a real force multiplier. You use coding agents and AI-assisted workflows to explore unfamiliar code faster, ship more and remove repetitive work. You also have the judgment to verify everything that goes out under your name. We want someone whose impact goes beyond what they write by hand, and who helps the engineers around them do the same.
You'll work across our React front end, Node.js services, PostgreSQL data stores and AWS infrastructure. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, QA and Security.
This is a remote role. You must be based in, and authorized to work in, the United States.
What you'll do:
Build and ship product, end to end
Lead multi-sprint projects from design through rollout: turn a loosely defined problem into a plan, break it into work that you and others can action, and deliver close to estimate.
Design systems that hold up, and write design docs and decision records that weigh the alternatives.
Partner with Product on scope: propose MVP cuts, phasing and tradeoffs, and measure whether what we shipped actually helped customers.
Engineer with AI to multiply your impact
Use AI coding agents and assistants across the whole development lifecycle: exploring codebases, scaffolding, writing tests, debugging, refactoring, migrations and code review.
Stay accountable for every line you ship. You understand and can explain AI-generated code, and you know where AI shouldn't be trusted.
Turn repetitive engineering work into automation: scripts, agent workflows, and checks that save your team time every week.
Share what works: help define how our teams use AI tools, and how we review and verify AI-assisted work.
Use AI responsibly. Customer and personal data stays out of AI tools except through approved, privacy-safe paths. This is non-negotiable at a privacy company.
Own what you ship in production
Build observability, feature flags and rollback paths into your work from the start.
Take turns on our triage and on-call rotation. Lead incident response for your team's systems, and see postmortem follow-ups through to completion.
Identify tech debt, size it, and make the case to get it into the plan.
Build with privacy and security by design
Apply data minimization, residency, retention and access controls to the systems you design, especially those that handle customer and personal data.
Write secure code and fix vulnerabilities in your area as part of normal work.
Raise the bar and grow others
Give code and design reviews that change outcomes, not just approvals.
Mentor engineers earlier in their careers, and make your team better at testing, reviewing and operating software.
Interview candidates and help us hire well.
About you:
Delightful Experience.
You care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push for what actually helps.
Own Your Impact.
You take full responsibility for outcomes, from the first design doc to how the feature behaves in production at 2 a.m.
Stronger Together.
You put team success ahead of individual wins, give direct and kind feedback, and treat documentation and async communication as first-class work.
Growth Mindset.
You're curious and keep learning, especially as AI changes how software gets built. You're excited about what it can do without overselling it or ignoring its limits.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and create clarity for others through good design and clear writing.
Must-haves:
Typically
5+ years
building and shipping production software. We care more about what you've owned than the number of years.
A track record of
leading multi-sprint projects
from design to production in a team setting.
Strong
JavaScript/Node.js
and
React
experience, and solid
relational database
skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
Strong
system design
fundamentals: data modeling, API design, and naming the tradeoffs.
Experience
owning production systems
: on-call, incident response, observability.
Hands-on, day-to-day use of AI coding tools
such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, with concrete examples of how they made you or your team more effective, and how you verify their output.
Experience
mentoring
other engineers.
Strong
written communication
in a remote, async environment.
Nice-to-haves:
AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS), especially multi-region or data-residency work.
Privacy, security or compliance-sensitive B2B SaaS (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
Building AI-powered automations, agent workflows or LLM-based product features.
Data and analytics tooling (Redshift, Athena) or event-driven architectures.
CI/CD, preview/ephemeral environments, end-to-end testing (Cypress).
How we work:
Fully remote, with at least four hours of overlap each day with your team's core hours.
Collaborative and video-on for meetings, and async-first for everything else. Bring people in when they are needed and share what you’re working on with the team.
Regular 1:1 checkins with your manager, with a focus on growth conversations.
Why Us:
We're a welcoming team that's dependable, curious, moves fast, and full of talented people
We're a B-corporation with a mission that matters, in a high-growth space with significant potential
You'll have access to our training program, well-defined career paths, and a leadership team that values professional development
Benefits:
Competitive-pay compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, plus a requirement to take at least two weeks off per year
We're a Best Place for Working Parents and offer paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors individual premiums on base plans at 100% and dependent premiums at 50% for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance via Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Receive a MacBook and $600 to craft your home workspace
Annual company trip designed to foster connection, creativity, and fun
Mental health benefits with free memberships to mindfulness and talk therapy services
