About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
AIRE (AI Reliability Engineering) partners with teams across Anthropic to improve reliability across our most critical serving paths -- every hop from the SDK through our network, API layers, serving infrastructure, and accelerators and back. We jump into the trenches alongside partner teams to make the systems that deliver Claude more robust and resilient, be it during an incident or collaborating on projects.
Reliability here is an emergent phenomenon that transcends any single team's boundaries, so someone has to zoom out and look at the whole picture. That's us -- and it means few teams at Anthropic offer this kind of dynamic, cross-cutting exposure to the systems that matter most.
Responsibilities:
Develop appropriate Service Level Objectives for large language model serving systems, balancing availability and latency with development velocity
Design and implement monitoring and observability systems across the token path
Assist in the design and implementation of high-availability serving infrastructure across multiple regions and cloud provider
Lead incident response for critical AI services, ensuring rapid recovery, thorough incident reviews, and systematic improvements
Support the reliability of safeguard model serving -- critical for both site reliability and Anthropic's safety commitments.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have strong distributed systems, infrastructure, or reliability backgrounds -- we're looking for reliability-minded software engineers and SREs
Are curious and brave -- comfortable jumping into unfamiliar systems during an incident and helping drive resolution even when you don't have deep expertise yet
Think holistically about how systems compose and where the seams are
Can build lasting relationships across teams -- our engagement model depends on being welcomed as teammates, not outsiders with opinions
Care about users and feel ownership over outcomes, even for systems you don't own
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills -- you'll be partnering across the entire company
Bring diverse experience -- the team's strength comes from people who've built product stacks, scaled databases, run massive distributed systems, and everything in between.
Strong candidates may also:
Have been an SRE, Production Engineer, or in similar reliability-focused roles on large scale systems
Have experience operating large-scale model serving or training infrastructure (>1000 GPUs)
Have experience with one or more ML hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs, Trainium)
Understand ML-specific networking optimizations like RDMA and InfiniBand
Have expertise in AI-specific observability tools and frameworks
Have experience with chaos engineering and systematic resilience testing
Have contributed to open-source infrastructure or ML tooling.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have been striving to make the world’s most robust and effective developer tools. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
JetBrains is evolving beyond standalone developer tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift introduces new challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone: governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordinated work between humans and autonomous agents.
Our goal is to build a platform that enables companies to adopt AI in software development in a structured, scalable, and economically efficient manner without locking them into closed ecosystems. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development, deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We are looking for an experienced ML leader who has created products with an ML backbone, weaving together research, technical excellence, and strong product focus.
We are seeking a professional who excels in three key areas: technology, product vision, and business operations. This role involves extensive cooperation with products across the company – both AI-native and just integrating AI.
In this role, you will:
Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI projects that align with JetBrains' product strategy and deliver measurable business value.
Lead a team of about 50 people across multiple AI initiatives, including hiring and developing team leads, ML engineers, and MLOps specialists.
Set the technical direction for JetBrains’ ML roadmap, translating cutting-edge AI advancements into practical product innovations.
Ensure projects deliver on commitments and create measurable value.
Set technical standards, architectural direction, and best practices for ML development.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
The ability to balance long-term R&D with short-term product needs.
A track record of shipping production ML systems that users actually use.
Experience building business cases for technical projects.
A deep understanding of modern ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with senior leaders.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Attention to detail in everything you do.
We’d be especially thrilled if you have experience with:
Distributed training of multi-billion parameter models.
CI systems, workflow automation, and experiment tracking.
The Kotlin programming language.

Anthropic is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own our relationship with one to two of the world's largest global systems integrators. This is a general-management role disguised as an alliance role: you will set the multi-year joint strategy with the partner's C-suite, negotiate the strategic agreement that underpins it, and then build the machine — go-to-market, solution co-development, delivery readiness, and enablement at a scale of tens of thousands of practitioners — that turns Claude into one of the partner's largest and fastest-growing practices.
You will be measured on the size and health of the joint business: progress against a $1B+ Claude practice plan, Anthropic ARR sourced and influenced through the partner, certified and delivery-ready practitioners (50,000+), co-developed solutions in market with reference-able customers, and the depth of executive alignment on both sides.
Key responsibilities
Own the joint business.
Build and run a multi-year joint business plan with each GSI covering services bookings, Anthropic ARR, priority industries and geographies, investment, and headcount. Report on it to Anthropic and partner executive leadership quarterly.
Lead at the C-suite.
Be the primary Anthropic relationship owner for the partner's Group CEO, service-line and industry CEOs, CTO/Chief AI Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Map and activate Anthropic executive sponsors, run CEO-level QBRs, and shape the partner's public AI narrative (earnings calls, analyst days, flagship events) around Claude.
Negotiate the strategic agreement.
Structure and close multi-year strategic collaboration agreements spanning consumption and resale commitments, co-investment and market development funds, co-marketing, IP and solution terms, and enterprise-wide internal deployment of Claude across the partner's own workforce.
Co-develop solutions.
Partner with Anthropic Product, Applied AI, and the GSI's CTO office to co-build industry and horizontal offerings, agentic and Claude Code delivery accelerators, and reference architectures; take them to market with named launch customers and published references.
Build a 50,000+ practitioner practice.
Design and land a certification and delivery-readiness system inside the partner — embedded in their academy/L&D, train-the-trainer led, tied to Claude Partner Network tier requirements — and hold the partner accountable to capability they build themselves rather than capacity Anthropic supplies.
Drive global co-sell.
Stand up joint account planning and pursuit governance with Anthropic field leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC; personally engage on the largest strategic pursuits; ensure clean attribution through deal registration and CRM discipline.
Run alliance governance.
Establish and chair a joint steering committee with named workstreams (GTM, solutions, delivery readiness, enablement, marketing), clear owners on both sides, and a published operating cadence.
Lead through others.
Orchestrate a global virtual team of partner solutions architects, partner marketing, enablement, regional PAMs, and sales leaders; mentor PAMs across the team; scope and make the case for dedicated resourcing as the business scales.
Shape the program.
Bring the voice of the largest GSIs into Anthropic's partner strategy, Elite-tier program design, and product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years in alliances, partner sales, or consulting leadership, including 8+ years owning a top-tier GSI relationship (e.g., IBM, NTT Data, Capgemini) at a hyperscaler or category-defining enterprise software/AI company — or the mirror-image role leading a hyperscaler/AI alliance from inside a GSI.
A track record of personally building or scaling a partner practice to $500M–$1B+ and tens of thousands of trained practitioners, with the joint business plan, governance, and metrics to show for it.
Demonstrated C-suite presence: you have set agendas with GSI Group CEOs and service-line leaders, and you can hold a strategy conversation and a commercial negotiation in the same meeting.
Experience negotiating and closing multi-year strategic collaboration agreements with nine-figure commitments.
Fluency in GSI economics — utilization, pyramid, offering margin, industry P&Ls, delivery-center models — and how a new technology practice actually gets funded and staffed inside one.
A strongly commercial orientation: you are a business driver first and a relationship manager second, and you are comfortable pushing a partner to invest in its own capability.
Global operating experience across NA, EMEA, and APAC, including time with India-based delivery leadership.
Low ego, high curiosity, and a habit of making the people around you better; you put the mission ahead of personal credit.
Preferred qualifications
Experience launching co-developed partner solutions with a product/engineering organization, including agentic or developer-tooling offerings.
Prior ownership of a large-scale partner certification or academy program.
Hands-on familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, LLM application architectures, and enterprise AI deployment and governance.
Experience at a high-growth company where the program was being built while the plane was flying.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization is the engine that powers our mission. Every breakthrough in AI safety research and every interaction users have with Claude depends on the systems we build and operate: massive clusters for training frontier models, production infrastructure serving millions of users reliably, and developer platforms that help engineers move fast without breaking things.
As a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure, you’ll work across multiple infrastructure domains to coordinate complex programs that have broad organizational impact. You’ll be solving novel scaling challenges at the frontier of what's possible, all while maintaining the security and reliability our mission demands.

Infrastructure Reliability & Operations
Drive programs to establish and achieve reliability targets across training infrastructure and production services
Coordinate incident response improvements, post-mortem processes, and on-call rotations that help teams operate effectively
Establish metrics and dashboards to track infrastructure health, capacity utilization, and operational excellence
Cross-functional Coordination
Serve as the critical bridge between infrastructure teams, research, and product, translating technical complexities into clear updates for a variety of audiences
Consult with stakeholders to deeply understand infrastructure, data, and compute needs, identifying solutions to support frontier research and product development
Drive alignment on priorities and timelines across teams with competing constraints
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure programs in ML/AI systems or large-scale distributed systems
Have deep technical understanding of infrastructure systems—enough to engage substantively with engineers, identify technical risks, and add value beyond project tracking
Excel at creating structure and processes in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to complex cross-team initiatives
Have strong stakeholder management skills and can build trust with both technical and non-technical partners
Are comfortable navigating competing priorities and using data to drive technical decisions
Have experience with developer productivity initiatives, CI/CD systems, or infrastructure scaling
Thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic planning with tactical execution
Are obsessed with reliability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement
Have a passion for supporting internal partners like research to understand their unique needs
Are passionate about AI infrastructure and understand the unique challenges of building and operating systems at frontier scale

Anthropic is building the Applied AI team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. As this practice grows, we need a founding leader to build and scale it.
As the first FDE Manager, you'll own the team that sits at the frontier of enterprise AI deployment. You'll hire and develop a high-performing team of FDEs, set the technical and operational bar for customer engagements, and build the playbooks that turn one-off successes into repeatable patterns. You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own delivery logistics and stakeholder management, while you ensure your team is shipping quality code, growing technically, and representing Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments.
This is a player-coach role with a strong bias toward leadership. You'll stay close enough to the technical work to review architectures, debug production issues, and pair with your team when it matters — but your primary impact will come from the people you hire, the standards you set, and the culture you create. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how Anthropic serves its most strategic customers, and your team's field insights will directly influence product direction.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from zero to one. You'll be defining what good looks like for FDE management at Anthropic — there is no existing playbook to follow.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Set a high bar for technical talent and customer instincts.
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical mentorship, and invest in the career growth of each team member. Create an environment where FDEs do the best work of their careers.
Staff and oversee customer engagements across your team's portfolio, making resource allocation decisions that balance customer needs, team development, and business priorities.
Collaborate with account teams and Engagement Managers during the pre-sales process to qualify engagements, scope work, and inform statements of work.
Review technical architectures and code produced by your FDEs, ensuring the team ships high-quality, production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
Stay hands-on enough to lead technical discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug complex issues alongside your team when needed.
Build repeatable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and an internal knowledge base that captures what your team learns in the field.
Define team OKRs that tie to customer success outcomes and product adoption goals. Create operational cadences — standups, retros, engagement reviews — that keep the team aligned.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%), particularly during engagement kickoffs and for your team's highest-priority accounts.
You may be a good fit if you have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience within a services/post-sales/FDE organization with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
Experience building organizations from 0->1, not just inheriting an existing one.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, including comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Executive presence with the ability to move fluidly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and hands-on debugging sessions with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Genuine excitement about building something new and defining what great looks like for a team that doesn't yet exist.
Why this role matters
You'll be a founding leader of a team that defines how enterprises adopt and scale AI. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction, create reusable patterns for the broader customer base, and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation — all while advancing the responsible development of frontier AI systems.

This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working with Workplace customers (B2B) means being at the front line in our efforts to support healthcare facilities in delivering better care. The Workplace team is unified by our common goal: to represent our obsession with the customer experience through thoughtful action.
Clipboard is looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as B2B Client Support Specialists (Workplace Support Agents).
This role is open to candidates of all experience levels—what matters most is your ability to handle business customers professionally and solve problems effectively. No specific degree required.
SUCCESS FACTORS

- Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional English (both spoken and written) is critical for success in this role.
- Proactive Problem-Solving – You don’t just follow scripts—you think critically and find long-term solutions for customers.
- High Accountability – We value people who hold themselves to high standards and consistently deliver results.
Responsibilities
- You will engage with our Workplace customers over both voice and email correspondence.
- Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to our workplace customers across voice and email, resolving shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
- Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log clear internal notes, and maintain accurate documentation
- Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate only when necessary
- Develop deep expertise in our products and processes to identify recurring issues or process gaps, helping improve both customer experiences and internal operations.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to gather the necessary information and ensure customer issues are resolved effectively
- Uphold our values https://www.clipboardhealth.com/careers such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and uncomfortably high standards in every interaction
Why Join Clipboard?
- 100% Remote – Always. Work from anywhere in the world.
- Fast-Paced Startup Environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
