About the Job:
We're looking for a senior security leader to run our Product Security team and partner to the Director of Security. In this role, you'll own how Security operates: a program led by risk rather than audit calendars, where engineering teams own their security health and Security informs, guides, and validates, where automation and AI take the first pass on every finding, and where posture is measured and published to executives every quarter. You'll build that model, starting with Product Security and extending across the division.
You'll bring a balance of people management, security judgment, and program leadership as you manage a team of security engineers, act as incident manager of record, hold delegated approval for vendor and access decisions, and run the division when the Director is in an audit, a board cycle, or on vacation. You'll work closely with every engineering team to make the secure path the easy one.
Responsibilities:
Manage the portfolio of your team's work, appropriately managing everyone's time and assigning them to the highest priority work.
Help your team and the engineering organization make sense of, and simplify, how security work gets done: who owns what, what is automated, and what Security stops doing.
Guide product engineering teams in owning their own security health: findings route to them with mapped severity, Security reviews and validates rather than fixes, and each team sees its security health in its own service review.
Own the wiring and routing of security findings and requests, driving down noise and the human-decision rate across intake, triage, and review.
Serve as incident manager of record for security incidents: first escalation for our service-level commitments, delegated approver for vendor and access decisions, and cover for the Director's operational duties.
Publish posture: monthly service-level attainment to engineering, quarterly posture to the executive team, and a risk register that drives priorities.
About You:
You have led a security team out of the gatekeeper model once already, and you can say what teams owned afterward, what Security stopped doing, and what the numbers did.
You think in risk, not control lists, and you would rather defend a priority call than a checklist.
You treat automation and AI as the first responder and yourself as the escalation path.
You have been the second leader to a director or CISO and know which decisions to make in their name.
You have run security incidents end to end, including the comms and the review afterward.
You were a strong Senior or Staff security engineer before you managed, and you can still read a PR, a threat model, or a cloud finding and make a call.
You track and drive metrics, and you understand what they can and can't tell you.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a formal security or engineering management role, including managing senior engineers.
Experience moving a security function from gatekeeper to team ownership, with measurable results.
Experience as incident manager for security incidents at a SaaS company, including external communication.
Experience guiding teams through technical tradeoffs and developing senior engineers' careers.
The ability to track and drive metrics, and the wisdom to understand what they can and can't tell you.
Familiarity with AWS security at scale and with external audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP) as a participant or control owner.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A thoughtful, empathetic approach to leadership and collaboration.

We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re hiring a Sales Development Manager (New York City or San Francisco) to lead and scale our founding SDR team at LangChain.
Our SDRs play a critical role in helping companies adopt LangChain and LangSmith. They engage technical buyers, convert high inbound interest into qualified opportunities, and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build pipeline.
This role will own the performance, coaching, and development of the SDR team, while helping design the systems, processes, and workflows that power their GTM motion. You’ll partner closely with sales, marketing, and and RevOps to continuously improve how we identify and engage the right accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and coach a team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline
- Own SDR performance including activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment
- Recruit top SDR talent and grow the team as LangChain continues to scale
- Develop SDR talent through coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback
- Build repeatable outbound and inbound qualification playbooks
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities
- Work with sales leadership and RevOps to align on target accounts, territories, and pipeline goals
- Implement systems and workflows that improve SDR productivity and effectiveness
- Use data to continuously improve performance, analyzing conversion rates across the funnel
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Have 5+ years of experience in sales development
- Have 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team
- Are comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences
- Have experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.)
- Are highly data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics
- Are passionate about coaching and developing early-career sales talent
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
This is one of the first Customer Success Managers at RETR, and you will own a book of our enterprise customers end to end: the relationships, the value they get, the renewal, and the growth. What you own.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Podcast Media Manager at Anthropic, you will own how Claude shows up in podcasts, one of our most important channels for reaching professionals and knowledge workers. This is not a traditional media buying role. We're looking for someone to build a refreshed, proactive podcast strategy: securing the right shows before they're obvious, going beyond standard ad reads, and creating unique partnerships that fully integrate our product into shows in ways no other brand is doing.
In this role, you'll own our podcast program end to end, from annual strategy and show selection through network buys, scripts, pacing, and reporting across 100+ shows. You'll sit on the influencer marketing team and partner closely with growth marketing on performance goals and in-house campaigns, brand marketing on major campaign flights, enterprise marketing on B2B buys and scripts, creative and copy teams on reads and refreshes, comms teams on messaging and media buying teams/agencies on execution.
Key responsibilities
Own podcast strategy for Anthropic, setting where we show up instead of reacting to inbound pitches
Lead podcast strategy flights for major campaigns end to end, from planning through reporting
Manage network buys across major audio publishers including Spotify, Amazon, NYT, and others
Develop year-long buys with top shows and media outlets, identifying and pitching partners before they come to us
Build partnership packages that go beyond ad reads to include bonus episodes, video, live events, and social
Partner with creative and copy teams as their main point of contact on podcast work, establishing a repeatable process for scripts and copy points
Manage voice-actor reads and QA spots before they air
Develop a refresh cadence for reads so messaging stays current across 100+ shows, tailored to each show's audience
Manage agency relationships, pushing partners to deliver the best rates, placements, and ideas
Track pacing across buys and shift budget as performance data comes in
Present results and learnings back to the team on a regular basis
Partner with growth, brand, and enterprise marketing to align podcast plans with performance goals, campaign flights, and B2B objectives
Minimum qualifications
Have deep experience in podcast media buying at a tech or consumer company with a substantial podcast budget
Have managed podcast programs in-house directly, not only through an agency
Have run both agency partnerships and in-house podcast programs, and know how to get the best work out of each
Are skilled at managing and pushing media agencies to secure strong rates, placements, and ideas
Can spot up-and-coming shows before they're obvious and back your picks with a clear rationale
Bring creative ideas that go beyond the standard ad read, from bonus episodes to live events to product integrations
Are comfortable owning the details of execution, including scripts, QA, pacing, and reporting, alongside long-range strategy
Work well across many partner teams and can build repeatable processes that scale
Enjoy shaping a program from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing playbook
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience negotiating year-long or multi-format partnerships with top shows or networks
A background in copywriting or close collaboration with creative teams on host-read scripts
Familiarity with B2B audiences and enterprise-focused podcast buys
Experience with podcast measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing
Relationships with major audio publishers, networks, and independent hosts
Experience extending podcast partnerships into video, social, or live formats
Familiarity with AI products or the broader developer and knowledge worker audience
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$200,000

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Note: this job post is for Fullstack Software Engineers only. If you are a Backend Engineer, please see our Backend Software Engineer post
here
.
About the role
We are looking for
fullstack
software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring within Safeguards. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Design and build the internal review tools analysts use to investigate abuse — dashboards, case queues, and evidence viewers that make high-volume, high-stakes decisions fast and accurate.
Build the interfaces where humans supervise agents: streaming output, interruption and approval flows, and clear provenance for every action an agent takes.
Surface abuse patterns to our research teams through the visualizations and exploration tools that make emerging patterns legible.
Own the frontend architecture for tools handling sensitive data at scale — performance under large datasets, correctness under real-time updates, and access controls enforced end to end.
You may be a good fit if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern React; comfortable in Python for backend work
The ability to work across the stack
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships or co-ops
Have experience building data-dense internal tools or operator interfaces, not just marketing or consumer surfaces
Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation
Have experience building trust and safety detection mechanisms and intervention for AI/ML systems
Have experience with prompt engineering, jailbreak attacks, and other adversarial inputs
Have worked closely with operational teams to build custom internal tooling
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

Position Summary:
PointClickCare's Marketing organization is hiring a Marketing Data Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure behind marketing analytics and pipeline reporting. This hands-on, backend-focused role works across Salesforce, Marketo, and the data warehouse, increasingly leveraging AI-assisted analytics tools such as Claude, to streamline how campaign performance data is captured, connected, and reported. The role partners closely with Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to turn recurring reporting needs into automated, trustworthy data flows that directly support executive-level reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline across the Senior Care and Acute & Payer businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Pipelines & Integrations:
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and the data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery) to support marketing performance reporting.
Reporting Automation & Analytics Enablement:
Automate recurring campaign reporting workflows and write/optimize SQL to build reusable datasets, views, and queries that power dashboards and leadership reporting.
Campaign Attribution & Data Quality:
Strengthen campaign attribution logic (campaign codes, UTM/campaign member data, lead-to-opportunity linkage) and monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data quality across Marketo, Salesforce, and downstream reporting tables.
AI-Enabled Analytics Workflows:
Apply AI tools such as Claude to accelerate data exploration, documentation, and query development, while maintaining rigor and accuracy in production reporting.
Systems Support & Documentation:
Support backend administration and configuration in Salesforce and Marketo (fields, objects, sync rules, campaign structures), and document data models, definitions, and processes so metrics stay consistent and self-serve for marketing stakeholders.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong bias toward automating repetitive work.
Intellectually curious and open-minded, with a genuine thirst to learn new tools, systems, and business context.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce (SOQL, reports, campaign objects, admin concepts) or Marketo (programs, smart campaigns, field sync).
Experience with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
Familiarity with AI-assisted development or analytics tools, such as Claude or similar large language model platforms.
Exposure to ETL/ELT tooling, APIs, or workflow orchestration (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or equivalent scripting).
