ABOUT THE TEAM
The Release Team owns the safe, continuous delivery of ClickHouse Cloud, a managed database platform running tens of thousands of ClickHouse clusters. We are responsible for upgrading and maintaining those clusters at scale, building the internal tooling that makes it possible, and being the last line of defense when something doesn't go according to plan.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is an equal split between operational execution and software development. You are responsible for the operational side: coordinating and running upgrades, dealing with edge cases that don't fit the happy path, and keeping tens of thousands of clusters healthy in production. At the same time, you are building and constantly improving the systems that make the next rollout safer and more automated than the last. If you find satisfaction in both writing the playbook and executing it, including the messy parts, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and execute rolling upgrades across tens of thousands of ClickHouse clusters, ensuring safety, correctness, and minimal customer impact
- Own the full release pipeline: from pre-upgrade validation and staged rollouts to post-upgrade monitoring and incident response
- Investigate and resolve production issues as part of a regular on-call rotation, including snowflake clusters and edge cases that automation can't yet handle
- Build and improve the internal tooling and automation that makes large-scale database operations reliable and repeatable
- Work closely with the core database and cloud infrastructure teams to identify operational pain points and turn them into solved problems
- Support and educate other engineering teams using our internal tools
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of experience operating stateful distributed systems in production, such as databases, message queues, or storage systems
- Hands-on experience running upgrades or maintenance operations on live production data stores, at scale
- Strong production debugging skills; you are comfortable digging into unfamiliar systems under pressure
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes
- Software development experience in Go (or strong experience in another language and genuine willingness to learn)
- Experience with ClickHouse preferred (as a user, operator or contributor)

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have team of ~135 member in our Borrow Pillar and ~8 dedicated to Credit Policy and Analytics. This function brings together several specialisms, all working toward managing portfolio performance; designing the systems, models, and controls that make lending sustainable. They drive to build and grow a portfolio of responsible EWA & Pay Later products that can scale across markets while protecting users from high cost debt trap.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a Head of Data Science to lead credit performance measurement and monitoring within our Risk & Payments pillar. This is a player-coach role: you'll manage a team of Credit Data Scientists and Analysts, splitting your time between hands-on analysis and leading the team - setting direction, developing people, and owning the function's output.
You'll own the frameworks and metrics that keep our credit products healthy, and drive the deep-dive analyses that explain performance shifts and turn them into action. Key areas of impact:
- Own credit performance measurement - design and maintain Cleo's risk metric framework (arrears, default, yield, LTV, marginal loss), and the dashboards/alerts that catch arrears spikes, roll-rate shifts, and decisioning anomalies early.
- Bridge model health and business decisions - partner with Risk Modelling to translate model metrics (AUC, PSI, calibration, drift) into policy and product recommendations, and diagnose whether performance moves are model-driven, macro, or operational.
- Lead root-cause analysis - own investigations end-to-end (question → analysis → recommendation) on issues like arrears spikes or yield compression, using driver analysis (SHAP, feature importance, decomposition), and present findings to Risk, Product, and Leadership.
- Support policy and decisioning - work with Credit Policy and Decision Science to build evaluation frameworks for policy changes, quantify their marginal impact, and support elasticity/profitability modelling on pricing and limits.
- Manage and develop a team - directly manage Credit Data Scientists and Analysts: set priorities, manage performance, and grow the team, not just direct project work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- Strong SQL and Python skills, comfortable working directly from the warehouse
- Track record owning analyses end-to-end - from framing the question to shipping a recommended change
- Hands-on experience with predictive models (credit, fraud, or similar), fluent in AUC/Gini, calibration, PSI/CSI, and drift
- Fluency in credit portfolio metrics (arrears buckets, roll rates, loss rate, yield/marginal loss) and how they tie to unit economics
- Experience directly managing analysts or data scientists - priorities, performance, and people development
- Nice to have: experience with short-term or revolving credit products
- Nice to have: experience with both UK and US regulatory frameworks
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.

If you want to build and own the automated testing platform that powers a core piece of developer infrastructure, this is for you. You will focus on writing high-impact code, removing engineering friction, and setting the technical direction for quality on TeamCity.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As our user base grows and enterprise pipelines become more complex, ensuring the highest quality for TeamCity is critical for the people who depend on us daily.
We are looking for a senior engineer to own the quality engineering platform behind TeamCity. This is not a manual testing role or a suite maintenance job. You will spend your time writing code, building the tooling and frameworks that enable dozens of product engineers to ship confidently, removing manual work surrounding releases, and making our developer experience measurably better.
You will lead the technical direction for quality on a large, feature-rich product, bring practical AI approaches into the workflow where they genuinely add value, and collaborate across teams to help product engineers own their tests.
Day to day, you will:
Evolve the automated testing platform, including frameworks, infrastructure, reporting, and CI/CD chains.
Identify slow, manual, or fragile parts of our engineering process – such as release automation, feedback loops, and test flakiness – and fix them at the root.
Integrate AI into the quality workflow for test generation with guardrails, automated failure triage, and self-healing tests.
Work directly with product teams to help them write and own their tests, review their contributions, and evangelize solid test design.
Investigate failures and flakiness across both tests and product code to drive them to resolution.
Participate in all stages of product development, from initial design through release, interacting with internal and external users.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s approach to quality, preferring to build tools and automate processes rather than maintain legacy tasks.
Strong architectural judgment and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Practical curiosity about AI, with a clear point of view on where it genuinely helps and where it falls short.
A habit of working independently without formal specifications, figuring out the product, and determining what matters most.
Clear, direct communication skills and the initiative to walk up to developers and persuade teams to improve how they work.
An interest in mentoring colleagues, setting technical standards, and sharing knowledge across teams.
What you’ll need
Advanced skills in Kotlin or Java, with a solid grasp of object-oriented design and design patterns.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation for complex, mission-critical backends, web services, or desktop applications.
Proficiency with testing frameworks (TestNG or JUnit) and browser automation (Selenium WebDriver, Selenide, or Playwright).
Experience with build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven, containerization using Docker or Podman, and reporting tools like Allure.
Command of Git and a solid understanding of software testing principles and concurrent programming concepts.
A proven track record of creating internal platform tools or developer-experience improvements that measurably speed up engineering workflows.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means transforming our quality infrastructure into a seamless, fast, and reliable platform that engineering teams love to use. You will have eliminated major sources of manual release work, reduced test flakiness, and established automated feedback loops that let developers ship code with total confidence. Product engineers will independently write high-quality tests using your frameworks, and your pragmatic integration of AI tools will have measurably improved failure triage and test creation.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
Where 50 Billion Daily Predictions Begin
The User Experience team is the origin point of adjoe Ads. Everything the system knows about a user, every prediction the ML models make, every bid placed in an auction. It all starts with code this team ships.
The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user.
On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Auction & Marketplace Analytics: You will monitor core ad exchange KPIs—including bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM, and render rates—and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimization (SPO) opportunities. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP) who understands what drives marketplace health and revenue.
- A/B Testing & Revenue Strategy: You will design, track, and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules, and traffic shaping algorithms. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who loves solving business puzzles, testing commercial hypotheses, and proving what actually moves the needle on product performance.
- Advanced Data Extraction: You will query massive datasets to turn millions of raw ad events into clear business answers. We need advanced SQL skills to effortlessly query billions of rows, spot anomalies, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and demand teams.
- Traffic & Cost Efficiency: You will analyze bid request data to identify inefficient traffic and help product managers design smart routing rules. We need an analyst who can balance top-line revenue with operational costs, finding ways to streamline traffic (Queries Per Second) without sacrificing publisher earnings.
- Executive Dashboarding & Reporting: You will build automated, easy-to-read dashboards that give Product, Engineering, and Demand Partnerships real-time visibility into campaign performance. We are looking for hands-on experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Redash to make key business numbers intuitive and accessible to everyone.
- Agile Project Execution: You will balance scheduled analytics projects with quick-turnaround deep dives when marketplace metrics shift unexpectedly. We need a hands-on, proactive analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple analytical priorities.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Own account and success plans and run Quarterly Impact Reviews that document and quantify value realized, such as research productivity, time-to-insight, and cost savings, and partner with Marketing on success stories and reference accounts
Establish the repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics that define what “great” looks like for customer success in life sciences at Anthropic
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or consulting
3+ years of experience in life sciences research, with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for accelerating progress
Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each
Experience managing dedicated strategic accounts and delivering one-to-many programs, with the judgment to choose the right motion for the customer priority at hand
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working as part of an account team with Sales and technical partners and advocating effectively for customer needs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and the ability to explain them to audiences ranging from bench scientists and computational researchers to institutional leadership. Familiarity with scientific data types, research workflows, or bioinformatics tooling is a strong plus
A data-driven, AI-first way of working, using adoption signals to guide decisions and building Claude-powered workflows into how you engage partners

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

This position sits at the crossroads of software engineering, platform architecture, and AI-assisted development. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering platform teams across the company, translating a fast-moving, experimental "everyone builds" culture into production software held to a high standard of security, reliability, and maintainability.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
