About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd, is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a regulated financial institution with the speed and convenience of a modern banking experience.
Here, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience work closely together to build and run a modern bank.
We work with fewer layers, close collaboration, and a culture where every voice can make a difference.
If you want to build reliable financial systems at speed, take on real operational complexity, and help raise banking standards across the Philippines, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own credit scoring across the full customer lifecycle — from application decisions to behavioral models that drive portfolio profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards that drive underwriting and collections decisions across live credit products.
- Work within a regulated environment — prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering to translate model outputs into strategy changes and implementation specs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model build, validation, deployment specs, and post-production monitoring.
- Track scorecard quality — AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index — and validate against real portfolio outcomes via NPV and backtesting.
- Prepare model documentation and governance artifacts for regulatory review.
- Shape credit strategy — your models directly influence approval, pricing, and collection decisions, not just inform them.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models — Application Scorecards and/or Behavioral Scorecards specifically (ECL/IFRS9-only experience does not substitute).
- Experience with model audits, documentation, or regulatory review support.
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL — you build models yourself, not just review others' work.
- Experience covering the full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring.
WHAT WE OFFER
WORK AND OWNERSHIP
- Hybrid-first work environment with a modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Work with an international team combining global fintech experience with deep Philippine market knowledge
- Direct access to decision-makers and a real voice in how we build for the Philippine market
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance for you and your family
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave
LEARNING AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
Credit cards are one of the most powerful products in consumer finance, and OnePay has built one with Walmart. The program launched in 2025 and it's still early, which means you'll play a key role as this fast-growing portfolio matures. You'll own a large part of the card, from the first screen a customer sees to the economics behind every reward. You will:
- Own the growth and performance of the card across the customer journey: acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement.
- Work on the rewards program and the economics behind it.
- build and grow the product relationship with our partners, bringing data and a point of view to the decisions we make together.
- Work with engineering and analytics to decide what to build, make the case for it, and monitor after launch.
- Work directly with the Product Lead on priorities and run big parts of the roadmap yourself.
YOU BRING
- Ownership of a credit card product, or a real piece of one.
- A working grasp of card economics (interchange, rewards cost, interest income, credit losses) and how issuers, networks, processors, and partners fit together.
- Experience shipping with engineers, and comfort pulling and reading your own data.
- Results you can put numbers on, like approval rates, activation, spend, or losses.
- Experience working with partners outside your company, such as banks, card networks, or retailers.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth

AI at Chainalysis

As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
