How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are looking for an Incident Response Manager to serve as the operational backbone of how Anthropic handles incidents. When things go wrong, you are the person who makes sure the right people are in the room, the right information is flowing, and nothing falls through the cracks.
The right person for this role brings structure and rigor to high-volume, high-stakes situations without waiting for a playbook to be handed to them. You will work across engineering, product, security, legal, go-to-market, and leadership to ensure Anthropic responds to incidents with speed, clarity, and accountability. This is not a role where you follow existing runbooks; it is a role where you write them, and where you operate effectively even when the runbook does not yet exist.
Responsibilities
Build the incident response management function, establishing the processes, tooling, and operational standards that define how we handle incidents at scale
Serve as an on-call incident commander, driving coordinated response across technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents of varying severity, including managing multiple active incidents simultaneously
Engage the right people at the right time, with a strong sense of urgency, bringing order and direction to fast-moving, ambiguous situations
Own incident communications end-to-end, from real-time internal coordination to external channels like status pages, direct customer outreach, and stakeholder updates, ensuring they reflect Anthropic's commitments to safety, transparency, and accuracy
Participate in blameless incident reviews, contributing operational context and helping drive follow-through on critical remediations so the same class of incident does not recur
Partner with engineering teams to develop and maintain incident response policies, procedures, and escalation frameworks that scale with Anthropic's growth
Partner with engineering, product, security, legal, and go-to-market teams to continuously improve how the organization detects, responds to, and learns from incidents
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of experience in incident management, with direct experience managing technical product or infrastructure incidents (not exclusively security or trust and safety)
Have built or significantly shaped an incident response program, ideally at a high-growth startup or in an environment where you had to create structure rather than inherit it
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and make sound decisions under pressure without waiting for direction
Are comfortable working in unprecedented situations where processes are still being defined and guidance may be incomplete or conflicting, leaving things better than you found them
Have a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering, security, legal, communications, go-to-market, and executive leadership
Bring a blameless, learning-oriented mindset to incident reviews, focused on systemic improvement rather than individual fault
Have experience with cloud infrastructure incidents and enough technical depth across the stack to engage meaningfully with engineering teams during response, including comfort navigating distributed systems, monitoring tools, and logs
Are analytically minded, with experience using data (incident metrics, queries, trend analysis) to inform decisions during response and to drive operational improvements over time
Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, both in real-time coordination and in post-incident written communications
Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments and are energized by bringing operational discipline to complex, evolving situations
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Why you should join Fin today
AI is transforming everything—fast. We’re at the forefront, shaping the AI Agent category and redefining customer service with Fin. Soon, Fin will handle the vast majority of customer interactions, setting a new standard for support.
This shift isn’t just changing what we build—it’s changing how we work. Our team is constantly evolving, integrating AI into design, development, and go-to-market strategies.
At Fin, design is in our DNA. With 60+ designers across R&D and Brand and two co-founders from design, you’ll never have to fight for your place at the table.
Here, designers lead from the start, shaping products that millions of people interact with daily. If you want to work on cutting-edge AI experiences that push the boundaries of product design, there’s no better place to be.
Why this role exists
In a world where it’s easier and easier to get software off the ground and to 75% built, it’s the last 25% that really matters. We need deep craft specialists—people who will raise the quality bar, bring a spark of creativity, drive best-in-class interaction and visual design, and push execution excellence across our most strategic product areas.
This is not a strategy-only or people-management role. We need a maker, a doer, a leader in craft.
If you have a deep passion for interaction design, product thinking, and pixel-perfect execution—and the leadership and autonomy to drive impact without waiting for direction—this is the role for you.
Must Have Experience
We’re looking for a world-class IC designer who:
Has shipped complex, high-quality software products.
Designs for multiple surfaces—desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, AI first and emerging experiences.
Balances speed and detail—knows when to move fast and when to obsess over the last 1%.
Thinks end-to-end—from big-picture systems thinking to the smallest interaction detail.
Understands engineering and can build prototypes to communicate ideas (Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, Vercel, Figma, code etc...).
Has taste. You know what great design looks and feels like, and you push to get there.
Can tell a compelling story—articulating your decisions with clarity and conviction.
Operates with agency, ownership, and autonomy—doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Who This Role Is Not For
This role is not for you if:
● You prefer strategy, research or system design over execution—this is a craft-heavy role.
● You need a lot of direction or structured processes—you should thrive in open-endedness and ambiguity.
● You don’t obsess over details—we’re looking for someone who sweats the pixels.
● You primarily work on marketing sites—this role is about designing deep, functional software experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
● Owning end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution.
● Defining new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin, our automation, and AI-powered tools.
● Sketching, prototyping, and testing ideas at different fidelities to validate decisions.
● Working closely with engineers and PMs to define problems, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
● Maintaining high standards of craft while balancing speed and execution.
● Contributing to design culture—mentoring others, pushing for greatness in a team, refining processes, and sharing knowledge inside and outside Fin.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
1. You’ve raised the design bar. Your work is referenced as an example of exceptional craft and taste.
2. You’ve shipped product with major business impact. The areas you own are visibly better because of you.
3. You operate autonomously. You don’t need direction—you see what needs to be done and do it.
4. Engineers love working with you. Your designs are considered, clear, and easy to implement.
5. Your peers trust your judgment. When you push for quality, people listen.
Interview Process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time and energy consuming–we aim to be thorough, speedy and transparent in our approach. You should expect for the entire
process to be no more than 4 weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with various members of our team and have the opportunity to fully validate that Fin and the role is the right fit
for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you're driven to push the boundaries of product design and have the craft, autonomy, and taste to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
