About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Engineer focused on Platform & Automation, you'll build and own the software layer of Anthropic's collaboration systems — the tools, integrations, and engineering practices that let a small AV team support a fast-growing global office portfolio. Our rooms, event spaces, and broadcast systems are increasingly managed through APIs and code: device management platforms, DSP and control systems, conferencing administration, ticketing, and paging. Your job is to turn that surface into reliable, team-owned tooling, and to bring software engineering discipline to how we build and maintain it.
You can expect a lot of your time writing, shipping, and operating code — fleet health monitoring, automated room testing and ticketing, integrations between our AV platforms and IT systems, and the internal tools that AV Engineering, AV Operations, and Events rely on every day. You'll also help own the administration of the software platforms we already run, and set the standards for how the team version-controls, reviews, tests, releases, and maintains everything from DSP designs to firmware to internal services.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship internal tools and integrations that monitor, test, and manage AV and collaboration systems across every office
Develop fleet health monitoring and automated room testing that catch failures before users report them and open actionable tickets automatically
Build integrations across device and platform APIs — Q-SYS (including plugins and Lua control scripts), Logitech Sync, Google Meet hardware, digital signage; and IT systems such as Jira, Slack, PagerDuty, and Google Workspace
Automate repetitive operational work: provisioning, configuration baselines, drift detection, certificate renewal, and asset data — with code others can read, test, and maintain
Own administration and lifecycle of the software platforms behind the AV estate, including firmware and software release management with staged rollouts and rollback plans
Operate internal tools as production services, with monitoring, alerting, service metrics, and runbooks, on team-owned repositories and service identities so nothing depends on one person
Establish the team's engineering practices: source control, code review, testing, CI/CD, and release — and bring AV configuration under version control, with standards set for integrator deliverables and acceptance verified before changes land
Enable AV Engineers, Operations Specialists, and Production staff to contribute safely through templates, guardrails, and review paths built for non-developers
Partner with Security, IT Engineering, and Network on least-privilege API access, secrets management, and integration with enterprise standards
Gather requirements from AV Operations, Events, and AV Engineering, prioritize the tooling roadmap by operational impact, and decide where to build, buy, or push a vendor to close a gap
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years of experience across AV, collaboration, or IT systems engineering, including 4+ years writing, shipping, and maintaining production code that other people depend on
Are fluent in at least one general-purpose language: Python, Lua, Go, TypeScript, or similar — and comfortable with shell scripting
Practice engineering fundamentals by default: Git-based workflows, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, logging, and observability
Understand how AV and collaboration systems work: DSP and control, conferencing platforms, room devices, signal flow, AV-over-IP — well enough to build reliable tools on top of them
Have built integrations against REST APIs, webhooks, and vendor SDKs, and know how to handle auth, rate limits, pagination, retries, and partial failure
Have owned a tool or service in production over time, not just written it, including fixing it when it broke and handing it off cleanly
Have defined engineering practices for a team, especially one where most contributors aren't developers
Turn operational pain into well-scoped tooling, and can say no to work that shouldn't be built
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited
Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With:
Q-SYS Lua scripting and plugin development
Logitech Sync and CollabOS, and Google Meet hardware administration through the Google Admin console and Admin SDK
Google Workspace APIs, GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager), and Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code
Jira, Slack, and PagerDuty APIs and automation
Crestron, Extron, or other control system programming
Dante, AES67, NDI, and network fundamentals for AV-over-IP, including multicast, VLANs, and QoS
Building with LLMs — agentic automation, LLM-assisted internal tools, or MCP integrations
Monitoring and alerting stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana, and containerized deployment
Q-SYS Level 2, CTS, or equivalent demonstrated capability
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our San Francisco or New York City office
This role is expected to be in office 50% of the time
Up to 4 weeks of domestic and international travel annually for platform rollouts, new-office readiness, and on-site testing
Business-hours escalation coverage for the tools and platforms this role owns
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$325,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
This is an overnight shift role with working hours of 12:00am - 7:00am EST.
As a Support Engineer on our U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you operate at the critical intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in some of the most secure and constrained environments in the world. Your work directly supports national security missions, including customers operating within FedRAMP-authorized, air-gapped, and classified or semi-classified environments where traditional troubleshooting approaches are not always possible.
In this role, you will engage deeply with GitLab through the command line; analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance with strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end. You may partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects using sanitized or redacted data, or contribute directly to the product by opening merge requests that resolve customer-impacting issues. Beyond resolving individual cases, you’ll help strengthen GitLab by improving documentation, support workflows, and institutional knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned in highly regulated environments benefit the broader platform; all while working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment built on trust, autonomy, and shared ownership.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to quickly analyze strace output
A solution to capture the state of a customer’s server for easier troubleshooting
A functionality to ChatOps to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community organizations, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in GitLab deployments operating under strict security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Perform deep, hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tooling and GitLab internals to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior, often with limited telemetry or incomplete datasets. You will trace issues across infrastructure, application, and code paths to identify root causes, recommend mitigations, and drive durable fixes; frequently partnering with GitLab Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure outcomes that meet both mission and platform reliability requirements.
Create and update clear, reusable documentation and support content based on real customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeated issues.
Participate in regular
pairing sessions
with other Support Engineers and act as a
stable counterpart
to cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Contribute to building and refining internal support tools and workflows, including automation and troubleshooting utilities, to make diagnosing and resolving issues more efficient.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations, providing timely emergency support for self-managed customers operating in restricted and compliance-focused environments.
Support the growth of the team by reviewing applications and assessments, and participating in interviews and hiring decision discussions.
What you’ll bring
Due to government security requirements, you must be a United States Citizen (defined as any individual who is a citizen of the United States by law, birth, or naturalization) to be eligible for this position
Experience managing customer-facing cases across the full support lifecycle, from initial inquiry and triage through reproduction, escalation, and resolution
Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in complex environments
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures (for example GitLab Duo, AI gateway configurations, or similar model-serving/proxy layers), including how they're deployed and troubleshot in self-managed or air-gapped environments
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash) and work within model-view-controller frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails) to investigate and resolve issues
Practical experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Skill in creating and maintaining clear, accurate support content and technical documentation
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic way to customers and coworkers with varying technical backgrounds
Familiarity with DevOps practices and container-orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls (for example DISA STIG and SELinux), and eligibility to work on United States federal customer environments as required for this role
About the team
At GitLab Federal, LLC, the U.S. Government Support Engineering team partners with public sector organizations and United States government agencies to support GitLab in highly secure, mission-critical environments. Our work directly enables national security outcomes, supporting customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and other federal, state, and local government entities operating within regulated and restricted boundaries.
We are embedded within Support Engineering and work closely with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to solve complex, high-impact technical challenges. Our team frequently dives into code, logs, and architectural behavior to understand not just what is failing, but why; especially in environments with sanitized data, limited visibility, and strict compliance controls such as FedRAMP. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones and through structured pairing and discussion to share knowledge, strengthen solutions, and continuously improve how GitLab supports secure, air-gapped, and regulated deployments, while upholding GitLab's standards for rigor, transparency, and technical excellence.

Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Legal Operations Lead to join us as the first dedicated legal operations hire at Modal. You’ll own the systems, records, and workflows that let a small legal team keep pace with a high-growth tech company, and you’ll have an opportunity to build most of them from scratch.
This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build operational foundations, not just maintain them. You’ll report to our General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Finance, BizOps, GTM, and People teams.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain contract operations, including designing the contract lifecycle management workflows and approval logic, and continuing to iterate and improve those processes
- Design a legal intake process to support and route legal requests from internal stakeholders
- Make the legal function faster with AI, and build and configure tooling to make us more efficient
- Manage corporate administration and record-keeping, including Board and stockholder matters, signature coordination, and building a knowledge management system and database
- Be the point person for corporate compliance, including entity management, foreign and domestic qualifications and filings, and coordination with registered agents
- Support stock administration and cap table hygiene
- Manage outside counsel and legal spend
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years in legal operations, contract operations, or a corporate paralegal role, preferably at a high-growth technology company
- You’ve built and documented processes from the ground up, not just executed existing ones
- You have experience configuring workflows and templates within Ironclad or a similar CLM
- You have experience with AI tools and good instincts about where they help and where they quietly introduce risk
- You have sound judgment about what to handle and what to escalate
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Exposure to corporate and equity administration
- Familiarity with Carta or a similar equity administration platform

What this role is about
You'll manage a team of Assigned Support Engineers who provide relationship-based technical support to GitLab's biggest enterprise customers. ASEs work proactively with customers to find root causes and prevent repeat issues, which is different from working a ticket queue. They also turn their actions and activity into outcomes and deliverables that show customers the ROI they get from GitLab.
You'll build a team that works independently, owns issues from start to finish, and knows when to ask for help. When a customer relationship is in trouble, you'll work alongside the account teams to bring it back to health. You'll also help improve the ASE program in ways that matter to customers and to the company.
What you'll do
Hire, coach, and develop ASEs. Hold regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, deal with performance issues early, and build a team where people feel safe raising problems.
Pay attention to engagement and retention, and coach the team on GitLab's values and operating principles.
Train ASEs to run technical interviews so the hiring pipeline doesn't depend on you.
Set clear goals and expectations, track progress across onboarding, relationships, escalations, and KPIs, and connect the team's work to company priorities. Help ASEs prioritize across accounts when everything feels urgent.
Lead escalations from start to finish. Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to get the right people moving, and keep the customer informed and confident in the plan.
Work alongside the account teams to bring at-risk customers back to health, including renewal and expansion risk driven by support concerns. Build the recovery plan, drive the technical side, and report on progress until the customer is stable.
Help ASEs translate their actions and activity into outcomes, deliverables, and ROI, and present that to customers and executives in clear decks that cover what happened, what you're doing about it, and what comes next.
Work with the ASE leadership team on initiatives that improve the program and customer outcomes, and see yours through to results.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, CSMs, Product, and Engineering to push for what customers need, and contribute utilization and onboarding data to capacity and headcount planning with Finance and sales leadership.
Document how the team works and find ways to make it more efficient through tools, process changes, and automation. Use AI well in your own work and coach ASEs to do the same.
What you'll bring
5+ years in technical support, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
Experience with high-touch or assigned support for enterprise customers. Professional services delivery counts. Experience across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and GitLab.com is a plus.
A strong record of handling escalations with both internal teams and customers. You stay calm, keep people aligned, and know when to bring in leadership.
The ability to turn a complicated or nuanced situation into a clear written story and tie activity to outcomes with numbers.
A customer-centric approach balanced with good judgment about what the service, the team, and the company can deliver, and experience working with account teams to bring struggling customers back to health.
A record of getting work done across teams through influence and strong working relationships. You can work with Sales, CS, and account teams to set clear expectations for the ASE service and find the right path for each customer.
Willingness to be available outside standard hours, including weekends, for the occasional critical escalation or customer-impacting incident.
Comfort with ambiguity and change. You keep a team steady while priorities, processes, and the program evolve, and you explain the reasons for changes so people stay engaged.
A strong technical foundation to guide engineers in complex, production-critical environments, including Linux system administration and web application development concepts. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or GitLab is helpful.
A history of developing engineers at different skill levels through real feedback, mentoring, and clear expectations.
Process skills that make a team more efficient without adding bureaucracy, and comfort leading a remote, globally distributed team using metrics and customer feedback.
About the team
The ASE team is spread across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and works mostly async, with regular pairing sessions, 1:1s, and Slack. We support GitLab's largest and most strategic customers, who run GitLab in production-critical environments. We dig into code and logs, work across departments, and focus on root cause, trends, preventing repeat issues, and providing the technical acumen that helps customers get the most value out of GitLab for their business.

Workplace: Hybrid
Perplexity is AI for people who expect more. On the data team, that means building the systems that make our data reliable, understandable, and usable by both humans and AI.
We're looking for an analytics engineer or data engineer who wants to build the foundation for an AI-native data organization. You'll design core data models, pipelines, semantic layers, data quality systems, governance practices, and warehouse workflows that power the entire company: helping teams make strategic decisions, operate the business, and move faster with trusted data. You'll also make sure those systems are secure, privacy-aware, and legible to AI agents, data scientists, and the rest of the company.
This role is for someone who can operate at the boundary of analytics engineering, data engineering, data governance, and internal product. You care about dimensional modeling, dbt standards, cost-aware warehouse design, access controls, privacy, and the details that make data trustworthy. You also believe AI should make the data stack faster, easier to maintain, and more accessible across the company without weakening security or governance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the core data foundation - design and maintain high-quality data models, marts, and pipelines that make analysis fast, reliable, and reusable.
- Manage the data warehouse - help own warehouse architecture, environments, permissions, performance, cost, data lifecycle, and operational hygiene so the platform scales cleanly.
- Make the warehouse AI-readable - own the documentation, semantic context, metadata, lineage, and retrieval patterns that AI systems depend on to understand and query Perplexity's data correctly.
- Own data modeling standards - define and champion dbt patterns, dimensional modeling practices, naming conventions, tests, and review processes.
- Lead data governance practices - define standards for access, ownership, lineage, documentation, retention, quality, and sensitive data handling across the analytical warehouse.
- Build with security and privacy in mind - partner with engineering, security, legal, and finance where needed to ensure data access, sharing, and AI-enabled workflows are appropriate and controlled.
- Automate data quality and maintenance - build AI-assisted workflows that detect issues, explain root causes, suggest fixes, generate tests, and reduce manual firefighting.
- Improve data team productivity - automate repetitive workflows, improve tooling, streamline development, and make it easier for data scientists and stakeholders to answer questions.
- Partner across the company - work closely with data scientists, engineering, product, finance, and GTM teams to translate analytical needs into durable data systems.
- Shape tooling decisions - evaluate build-versus-buy tradeoffs, manage vendor relationships when needed, and choose tools that scale with the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, data scientist, or closely related role.
- Deep SQL expertise - you can reason about correctness, performance, joins, grain, and edge cases in complex warehouse queries.
- Strong data modeling experience - you've worked hands-on with dbt (or a similar transformation framework) in production, and you understand dimensional modeling, data contracts, testing, and how analytical schemas should evolve.
- Pipeline ownership - you've built, maintained, debugged, and improved production data pipelines.
- Warehouse management experience - you've worked with warehouse administration, access patterns, permissions, performance tuning, cost management, or operational ownership.
- Governance mindset - you think clearly about data ownership, access controls, privacy, retention, lineage, auditability, and the risks of making data too easy to access.
- AI-native working style - you already use AI to speed up development, documentation, QA, exploration, and repetitive workflow automation.
- Stakeholder fluency - you know how to turn messy analytical requirements into trusted models, metrics, and reusable data assets.
- Autonomy and execution - you can take projects from ambiguous problem to production-quality system with minimal oversight.
- Operational judgment - you care about reliability, governance, security, cost, and long-term maintainability.
BONUS
- Snowflake administration, optimization, cost management, or warehouse performance tuning.
- Experience with RBAC, PII handling, data classification, retention policies, audit workflows, or privacy/security reviews.
- Experience with Databricks or other modern data infrastructure.
- Experience building semantic layers, metrics layers, metadata systems, or data catalogs.
- Python experience for data tooling, automation, orchestration, or quality checks.
- Previous experience as an early analytics engineer or data engineer at a high-growth startup.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Own the foundation - your work will determine how fast and confidently the company can use data.
- Build for humans and AI - the next generation of data infrastructure needs to be understandable by agents as well as analysts.
- High leverage - better models, pipelines, and tools multiply every data scientist and every stakeholder who depends on data.
- Small team, broad scope - you'll have room to define standards, choose tools, and ship systems that become company-wide defaults.

The Internal Controls team plays a critical role in adhering to controls frameworks and creating space for risk mitigation and oversight. We want to ensure that Wealthsimple maintains a secure operational environment by implementing, monitoring and testing controls designed to safeguard assets, keep our reporting accurate, and make our processes more efficient.
About the role
We are looking to expand our team with a Manager, Internal Controls to help build and run our internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) program. This role will be instrumental in ensuring Wealthsimple meets its regulatory obligations while building a scalable compliance function.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Controls, the successful candidate will build and shape internal controls around the processes we already have and build the control framework for new products as we launch them. - Plan and direct walkthroughs and testing against the annual ICFR plan, whether testing is done in house or by a co-source firm, and support control owners as they remediate deficiencies;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating evidence requests, walkthroughs, and finding remediation. Coordinate testing activities to ensure deadlines are met with high quality outputs for:
- Financial reporting audits for all entities;
- SOC 1 audits;
- Other audits requiring control work as they arise;
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders to determine the impact of business decisions on the financial processes, operations and engineering; and
- Work with technology to develop best-in-class controls documentation and solutions including AI-enabled tooling.
Skills you bring
- 5+ years in internal controls or audit, with hands-on ICFR experience under SOX or CSOX, working knowledge of COSO 2013, and a CPA designation or equivalent;
- Experience working in SOX or CSOX control environment in a public company
- Hands-on experience using technology — including AI tools — to document, test, or automate controls
Nice to have
- Experience building an ICFR program, or substantially expanding one
- Experience in financial services, ideally brokerage, banking or payments
- Experience supporting SOC 1 Type 2 audit
- Experience working with Optro (formerly AuditBoard)
- Exposure to a high-growth fintech or technology company
Who you are
- You bring people along — you can explain why a strong control environment matters and build/promote awareness across the organization
- You’re passionate about technology, specifically fintech
- You’re naturally curious: if something seems off, you want to figure out what’s going on
- You communicate clearly and are able to articulate complex ideas succinctly and convincingly
- You're detail-oriented and rigorous, you pay close attention to details and able to thoroughly review your own work and others

You'll collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, while also partnering with data engineers and other data scientists on shared infrastructure.
This is a full-stack data science role where you'll wear many hats: algorithm developer, measurement strategist, analyst, experimenter, and business partner. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with strong marketing analytics expertise and contribute to strategic direction from day one.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build data products and algorithms that optimize marketing performance—including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization across multiple channels

- Leverage AI tooling to handle operational tasks efficiently and focus your expertise on high-impact strategic problems
- Partner with ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and internal engineering teams to ensure robust tracking, data integration, and measurement capabilities
- Take ownership and ship it—continuously look for the simplest, most effective way to approach challenges; Occam's razor is your friend
- Work where you are (while our Canadian offices are located in Toronto, we are a remote-first workforce and you can join from anywhere in Canada!)
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Understanding of digital marketing mechanics including attribution, ad platforms, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Experience working with lifecycle data, understands various of ways of reaching out to new/existing customers and how they fit together holistically
- Strong technical skills in Python and SQL with experience building production-quality code
- Proven track record in algorithm development, optimization problems, or building data-driven decision systems
- Strong foundation in causal inference, A/B testing, and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership as the data DRI on complex projects end to end, with proactive understanding of business context and how cross-functional teams build systems together
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Can use AI effectively to increase efficiency and depth of the work, while still providing the strategic guidance and critical thinking
- Has full-stack data science experience, comfortable with everything from dashboards and reporting to sophisticated algorithm development
- Can contribute to strategic direction in marketing analytics from day one with minimal ramp-up time
- Thrives in a collaborative, multi-faceted environment with ongoing alignment across stakeholders and data team members
- Is passionate about measurement and understanding what drives business outcomes, navigating the complexities of attribution and incrementality
- Ideally has worked at larger-scale tech companies that develop internal analytics and optimization systems
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and effectively manages complexity in a fast-paced growth environment
- Values simplicity and pragmatism, knows when to build sophisticated solutions and when a simpler approach will suffice
- Is eager to teach and learn. We value making each other successful!
- Is a lifelong learner who's constantly seeking feedback to continue improving their craft

Workplace: remote
Team: Sales Operations
Location: Fully remote, Spain
Reports to: Head of Sales Ops
The short version
Our sales, account management and partnerships teams deal with our most important customers and partners. Sales Ops is the team that builds, improves and maintains the tools and processes they use to succeed.
We are looking for a senior Salesforce developer who will fully own the platform and everything connected to it: the code, the architecture, the integrations, and the pipelines that move data in and out. This is the technical end of Sales Ops. You will decide how things are built, not just build what you are handed.
What you'll do
Own the Salesforce platform end to end. Over 100 users across 7 key teams, a data model that carries real weight, and a growing set of markets on top of it. You are accountable for how well the whole thing works and where it goes next.
Build in Apex and Flow, and know which one the problem calls for. Triggers, classes, async processing, test coverage, and declarative automation where declarative is the right answer. You write code the next person can maintain, and you leave the org better structured than you found it.
Own the integration layer. Connected tools, APIs and middleware. When data crosses a boundary, you know where it came from, what shape it should arrive in, and what breaks when it stops.
Own ETL and reverse-ETL. Getting data into Salesforce and back out to the warehouse and the rest of the stack. You design these pipelines, you run them, and you fix them when they drift.
Keep the connected stack healthy. Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, Hightouch and other tools. You don't need to arrive an expert in each, but you should become the person who understands how they fit together.
Set the technical standard. Architecture decisions, review of what gets built declaratively versus in code, and honest calls about technical debt. You work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst, and you are the technical reference point for both.
Push the vision forward. We want all day-to-day sales work to happen in Salesforce: the data our teams need to see, the actions they need to take, and the AI and automation solutions that multiply their productivity. You are the person who makes the hardest parts of that possible.
This is an individual contributor role. As the platform and the function grow, there may be opportunities for it to develop toward technical leadership, depending on business needs and how the team evolves.
How we build
Three principles guide everything we ship:
Top user experience. Minimise admin work for our users, maximise their productivity. Their time is the point.
Build it right. Efficient, scalable, adaptable. We dislike technical debt and we don't pretend it isn't there.
Security and privacy. Customer and prospect data safety is not a checkbox at the end of a project, it's a foundational requirement in everything we do.
What you bring
5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.
Strong Apex development: triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, testing. You can read an unfamiliar org and work out what is safe to change.
Strong Flow development, and the judgement to know when a Flow is the right tool and when it isn't.
Deep understanding of permissions, sharing models and data architecture in Salesforce.
Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes, not just consuming them.
Experience using AI as part of how you work, preferably with Agentforce or Claude, including at least one project where you delivered clear and demonstrable value to a stakeholder team. You can walk us through what you built, what changed, and how you know it mattered.
You can turn a vague request into a spec, and you push back when the request is the wrong fix for the real problem.
An obsession with making your Salesforce users happy. This is not a back-office role. You will hear directly when something is annoying, and you should want to hear it.
Fluent English. Our team and company include people from many European countries, English is our common language.
You love independence and hold yourself accountable. This is a full remote position and micromanagement is not something we do.
Bonus points
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience with Outreach, Clay or Hightouch.
Experience with Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake.
Experience working in Fintech, banking or other highly regulated environments.
Location: United States
