COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Account Executive you close deals by understanding the customer, understanding the product and making magic happen. Who knew?
The Tennr product is great, but people are stubborn and tend to not talk to strangers.
To help, we’ve got a team of Sales Development representatives working to help you generate opportunities. Also some pretty crafty marketing initiatives (the Tennr Taco Truck really means something to medical providers in Texas)
If you’re good, you’ll get paid an egregious sum, so in exchange, you have to own the whole sales cycle from discovery to close, and keep a tight process along the way. You’ll negotiate pricing. You will never sell what you wouldn’t buy. You must deeply care about your customers and the craft of sales. And since the product is loved, you’ll love selling it.
You’ll have to hit quotas of course. Wouldn’t be much fun otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning: As an enterprise rep it is your responsibility to understand your patch of accounts better than anyone at the company. You, along with your manager, will be responsible for mapping out the accounts that fit our ICP, the key contacts associated with them, and your hypothesis around the value we can provide. It’s your job to test and iterate your perspective throughout an evaluation process.
- Pipeline Management: Use Tennr’s sales process to manage your pipeline. It’s not just putting deals into our CRM, but understanding the reality and risks of the deal based on the exit criteria associated with deal stages in our sales process. When you’re stuck, you proactively ask for help.
- Collaboration: Deal team culture is central here. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Tennr Leadership and channel partners to build, advance and close opportunities. Lone-wolves need not apply.
- Client Relationships: You are responsible for forming a relationship with the customer, renewing that customer, and cross-selling into that customer.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software sales closing experience preferred, with experience selling a complex workflow technology solution
- No less than 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus
- Demonstrated intellectual capacity: this candidate must be able to understand the underlying technology and be able to collaborate with clients on how it fits into their business needs
- Demonstrated motivation and hustle: a high-energy and fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative; past examples of demonstrating grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
- Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred; the candidate should understand how to operate effectively with limited resources selling new products
- Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building: an approach to building relationships that gets to trust quickly.
- Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
BENEFITS
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City, Austin
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About Startups @ Vercel
The Vercel Startups org exists to help founders navigate the shift to AI-native development with confidence. Startups move faster than ever—what used to take years now happens in days—and the decisions founders make early can either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. We partner with startups at the critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support starts to matter most.
We’re a talent-dense team made up of former founders, engineers, and experienced go-to-market operators who bring firsthand experience building, scaling, and supporting modern software companies. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table, making architectural decisions, navigating tradeoffs, and scaling under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every customer interaction.
We operate with a growth mindset and strong shared ownership. We dig deep to understand our customers, work closely across functions as one team, and find ways to win even when the path forward isn’t obvious. Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to push through hard problems are table stakes here.
This is a team for people who want to operate with high trust, high agency, and high impact — alongside peers who care deeply about helping startups succeed.
About the role
You are an expert in Vercel, you have incredible pattern recognition, and are at the bleeding edge of the tech and tools defining how we live and work. In this role, you'll help startups unlock Vercel's full value from adoption through scaling—building relationships with founders and technical leaders who are making critical architectural decisions. You'll analyze usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, and guide teams as they adopt AI-native architectures. By leveraging automation and AI to maximize your impact, you'll help refine early plays into repeatable playbooks that scale across our startup portfolio.
If you’re based within commuting distance of our London office, the role includes in-office anchor days.
What you'll do
Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders by quickly developing deep understanding of their architecture, use cases, and technical constraints
Landing new logos, driving early activation, and making Vercel the default choice before competitors get in
Driving first activation, earning trust fast, and positioning Vercel as the obvious default stack
Focus on pipeline generation, outbound, identifying high-potential startups early
Partner with founders and developers as they adopt AI-native features and architectures, helping them understand how Vercel’s Frontend Cloud fits into a rapidly evolving developer ecosystem and supports new workloads, performance requirements, and scaling patterns
Use automation, agents, and self-built workflows to operate at high leverage and focus time and energy on the most impactful customer work
Operate comfortably in an evolving environment, helping refine early motions and turn what works into repeatable playbooks
What you need
We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and startup mindset. You identify pattern recognition, have founder empathy, and have the ability to speak credibly to pre-seed through Series D companies and beyond who are making fast decisions.
You might be a great fit if you’ve developed this skill set through a range of paths—whether as a builder, founder, engineer, or in a technical go-to-market role—and you bring strong judgment, ownership, and curiosity to how you work.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Learns complex technical products quickly and enjoys reasoning about how modern web and AI-native applications are built and scaled
Can speak comfortably with developers and founders, using their language and earning credibility through insight rather than titles
Has strong sales acumen and experience owning revenue outcomes across a range of deal sizes and complexities
Believes that the best revenue outcomes come from deeply successful customers, not transactional selling
Brings a thoughtful, opinionated point of view on modern web infrastructure, frontend performance, and scaling tradeoffs
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping how a team and motion evolves from early to more structured
Is energized by ownership, accountability, and helping customers make smart decisions
What This Role Is Not
Not a pure Customer Success role focused on reactive support
Not a transactional sales role detached from customer outcomes
Not a highly scripted role with narrow ownership or predefined motions
This role requires judgment, curiosity, and comfort operating across technical, strategic, and commercial dimensions.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA OTE range for this role is $170,000 - $240,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
About the role
Help shape a brand that moves as fast as the platform it represents.
As a Brand Designer on Vercel's Core team, you'll help evolve the foundational visual language of a brand trusted by the most ambitious builders in the world. You'll create systems, experiences, and defining brand moments that are instantly recognizable, creatively ambitious, and built to scale.
This is not a purely static design role. You'll work across brand systems, digital experiences, product launches, social, motion, print, events, environments, and the occasional piece of swag. We're looking for someone who can design, prototype, and use AI-assisted code to bring brand ideas to life.
You're a tinkerer, a visual strategist, and a creative explorer. You create clarity from complexity and actively use AI throughout your workflow to design, prototype, automate, experiment, and write code. You push the work until it's sharp, then ship.
This is craft at speed. It's a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who sweats the details, thinks in systems, and knows when to veer left for a one-off moment that makes people stop scrolling.
We move quickly. The bar is high. Your work ships.
What you'll do
Lead design across key brand moments — product launches, campaigns, events, internal initiatives, and moments not yet defined
Evolve the foundational elements of Vercel's visual identity: typography, color, composition, iconography, imagery, motion, and product-brand expression
Design across mediums, including web, motion, 3D, social, print, swag, and environments, choosing whatever format best serves the story
Move fluidly between Figma and code — writing HTML/CSS/JS and using AI-assisted tools (v0, Cursor, Claude Code) — to prototype independently and explore new forms of brand expression
Build and evolve a brand system that scales without going stale, translating it into tools, templates, and production-ready assets
Work hands-on from concept through final production, including preparing files, specs, and assets for implementation
Know when motion, 3D, code, or emerging technology meaningfully strengthens an idea — and when a simpler execution serves better
Establish a shared visual language across product, marketing, and internal comms — flexible enough to scale from everyday use to major brand moments
Partner with design engineers to polish prototypes into high-quality digital experiences
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product design, and leadership to align on strategy and ship cohesive work
Direct and collaborate with external specialists — studios, freelancers, photographers, illustrators, printers, fabricators — when execution extends beyond your own craft
Present and defend creative decisions, connecting visual choices to brand, product, audience, and business goals
What you need
5+ years in brand, marketing, or visual design — ideally at a SaaS, developer tools, or fast-growing tech company
A portfolio showing exceptional taste, systems thinking, and execution across mediums — not just polished final images, but how you think, build systems, collaborate, navigate constraints, and get work into production
Exceptional typography and layout skills, with obsessive attention to spacing, hierarchy, rhythm, proportion, and alignment
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand systems, composition, motion, and digital experiences
You use AI throughout your process — visual exploration, prototyping, production, automation, and writing front-end code — not just to generate imagery or concepts, but to write, understand, debug, and iterate on code
Comfortable with tools like v0, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding environments to build working prototypes
Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to refine AI-generated code to a high visual and interaction standard
You don't need to be a full-time engineer, but you're technically curious, comfortable in code, and capable of shipping functional prototypes
You think beyond static files and enjoy bringing ideas to life as real, interactive experiences
Strong production knowledge across digital and physical formats — responsive design, asset delivery, print prep, environmental graphics, vendor production
Comfortable moving between conceptual thinking, detailed execution, prototyping, and production
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $156,000-$234,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Role Overview:
At Cargoo we are building the infrastructure that makes Freight reliable and scalable.
Real-time logistics systems, built in .NET.
Problem space:
Logistics operations today are still largely:
manual
reactive
fragmented across tools
incomplete / late data
conflicting constraints
real-time decision pressure
evolving business rules
legacy + new system coexistence
We’re building a system that:
ingests real-time operational data
supports planning & execution decisions
adapts to constantly changing constraints
Design principles:
keep things simple before scalable
prefer explicit logic over magic abstractions
optimize for change, not perfection
avoid “framework-driven architecture”
accept that some parts will be ugly — temporarily
Tech stack:
.NET
Vue.JS
service-oriented architecture
relational + operational data storage
cloud-based infrastructure
What we expect from engineers:
Ability to navigate uncertainty and work in ambiguity
Willingness to
challenge decisions
Focus on
outcomes, not just code
Understanding of
trade-offs and complex systems
Preferring
ownership over comfort
What you wont find here
:
over-engineering everything upfront
unnecessary microservices
“clean architecture” for the sake of it
process-heavy development

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
