WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Tokyo office to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process in Japan and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, primarily supporting Go-To-Market teams, including remote interviews and onsite panels. You’ll balance speed with attention to detail, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively to keep candidates and interviewers aligned. You’ll ensure logistics, materials, and feedback loops are clear and on time, and troubleshoot day-of changes and scheduling conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, talent branding projects, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow, creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, reliable approach and thoughtful attention to detail
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of mistakes, learn from feedback, and refine your processes to improve accuracy and consistency
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills to represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues in both languages
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack, and Notion
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
Our client runs a fast-growing education and software business, and across their channels, his team and him, have built a platform of more than 1.5 million followers.
His job is to be the face of their content and to think about where the company goes next. That takes about forty hours a week of creating, plus long uninterrupted blocks for strategy. It leaves very little room for anything else.
Which is the problem. Projects need chasing. Follow-ups need sending. Hiring needs running. Reports need collecting. None of that happens on its own, and when he tries to do it, the content and the strategy suffer.
That is what this role is for. You'll protect his time, remove operational drag, and make sure the company actually executes.
The Role
A lot of roles with this title are a dead end: no access to the founder's inbox, no seat in the meetings, just a pile of disconnected projects nobody else wanted. If that is your experience of these jobs, he understands the scepticism.
This is not that. You will see his calendar, his inbox, his meetings, and his numbers. You will watch decisions get made in real time and understand why they went the way they did. Done properly, it is the fastest and most complete training in how to run a company that exists, which is why it comes with a defined path to
Chief of Staff over twelve to eighteen months.
The trade is simple, and he would rather be blunt about it. You get total context. In exchange, you do the work he genuinely does not want to do: the chasing, the reminding, the coordinating, the collecting, the repetitive things that protect my creative bandwidth.
If that trade sounds good to you, keep reading. If you want the access without the admin, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
Calendar, first and above everything else
Protect deep work blocks, batch meetings, enforce priorities
Turn a chaotic week into an intentional one that matches company goals
Gate my time, never my people. You are not a human shield and you will never intercept someone who should be talking to me directly
The follow-up engine
Action items, owners, due dates, reminders, escalation
Nothing dies in Slack, WhatsApp or email because somebody got busy
Draft messages, emails and internal updates so I can approve them fast
Project management and accountability across the company
Build and run the company operating system, whether that lives in Trello, Asana or Notion
Every project carries an owner, a deadline, a next action and a definition of done
Hold department leaders to what they committed to, including when that means a difficult conversation
Hiring operations
Run hiring end to end for key roles: an Organic Content Director, a Senior DR Copywriter, an Instagram Copywriter and others
Pipeline, scheduling, scorecards, assignments, Loom reviews, references
Keep it moving fast without dragging me into logistics
Content operations oversight
You will not create content. You will make sure it ships
Track weekly output, deadlines and approvals across YouTube, Instagram and email so I am not chasing anyone
Metrics and reporting
Collect and analyse the monthly P&L, maintain KPI dashboards, run the weekly reporting rhythm
Review payroll, which means you will know what everyone earns, and come back with specific recommendations on raises, comp structure, inefficiency and where we are carrying people we should not be
Projects that do not fit anywhere else
Sometimes real-world and operational, such as managing the build-out of a home studio in Puerto Rico
Sometimes unglamorous. A real example: three or four hours going line by line through my AMEX statement to find software we are overpaying for, then contacting each vendor to cancel. The right answer is to do it once, then automate it, delegate it or own it monthly
AI across the workflow
Using ChatGPT instead of Google is the floor, not the bar
You should be good enough that you are advising other department leaders on how to use AI in their own work
How you will be trained
Nobody performs on day one in this role, and I do not expect you to. Context is the whole job, and context takes time to build.
Weeks 1 to 4, shadowing.
You sit in on everything: calendar, meetings, comms, priorities. You build your own model of how I think, what I care about and how I decide. You start taking small things off my plate immediately, mostly scheduling, notes and action items.
Days 30 to 60, execution and systems.
You take over the follow-up engine and the task system. You run a short structured weekly planning session with me. You start managing hiring operations and cross-functional projects, and you begin enforcing owners and due dates.
Days 60 to 90, Office of the CEO.
You run the operating cadence: reporting, follow-ups, meeting prep. You own major initiatives. You are my execution arm while I focus on content and strategy.
Months 3 to 18, Chief of Staff track.
As trust and competence compound, the work shifts from execution toward leverage: planning rhythms, decision memos, cross-functional problem solving, running high-priority initiatives. This is performance-based, not automatic.
Requirements
Who this is for
You are an operator. You like execution, structure, and turning mess into order
You have extreme ownership. You anticipate rather than wait
You can make good calls without asking me for permission every day
You are comfortable in the background while I am the one on camera
You are discreet, because you will see everything
You write clearly and in detail
You enjoy running a tight system and holding people to it
Who this is not for
You want a strategy-only role where you bounce ideas around without touching admin or follow-up
You need constant direction, reassurance or step-by-step instruction. You are here to protect my time, not to collect free mentorship from me
You avoid conflict and cannot hold someone accountable when they are late or underperforming
You are uncomfortable with high access and high confidentiality
Unglamorous tasks offend you
Tools
Google Workspace, Slack, Trello or Asana, Calendly, Zoom, Loom.
Benefits
Remote work
Flexible hours
USD compensation around $3k-5k/month (negotiable but dependable on seniority)
Fast-track to Chief of Staff
What success looks like
Twenty or more hours a week of my time handed back within 60 to 90 days
He stops doing project management, follow-ups, appointment setting, internal chasing and hiring logistics
The weekly operating rhythm runs without me pushing it
Projects move faster, with fewer dropped balls
The company gets calmer and more accountable, not more chaotic

Manager, Commercial Operations
We are looking for a Manager of Commercial Operations to build and run the transactional engine of the commercial function inside Revenue Operations. ClickHouse runs on a usage-based pricing model, and every deal – direct, marketplace, or partner – has to land correctly in the system: quoted against the right rules, ordered against the right contract structure, and booked cleanly enough that Accounting can bill and recognize it without rework. As we scale the cloud business and widen the product line, that path has to carry more volume, more products, and more deal structures without adding people to the middle of it. This role designs the systems, automation, and controls that make that possible.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will own the quote-to-order path and order management, along with the build behind it: the CPQ and quoting system requirements, the automation, the validation and controls, and marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The goal is a commercial path where the standard deal is self-service for the field, quality is enforced by the system rather than by who touched the deal, and human review is reserved for the cases that genuinely need judgment. You will be measured by how fast and how cleanly a deal moves, how little intervention it requires, and how good the experience is for the rep. You will partner daily with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own order management and automate it. Run the intake, review, and processing of quotes, order forms, and bookings to defined SLAs through quarter-end peaks, and continuously engineer the manual steps out of that path.
- Design the quote-to-order flow. Instrument the process, find where it slows or breaks, and redesign it. You own the architecture of the flow, the exception routing, and the automation that makes the standard case hands-off.
- Own the quoting and order management system build. Write the requirements, design the quoting, validation, and approval logic, drive the roadmap with Revenue Engineering, run UAT, and validate every change in production before the field sees it.
- Own the handoff into billing and revenue. Partner with Accounting so that what leaves your process arrives structured, complete, and reconcilable – and build the controls upstream that keep downstream rework from happening at all.
- Build quality in as controls. Validation rules, guided quoting, required-field logic, and automated reconciliation that make an incorrect order hard to submit in the first place.
- Own the field experience of transacting. Treat the rep as the customer: fewer steps, fewer handoffs, shorter quote cycle time, and a standard path that is obvious and self-service. Measure whether it is getting easier.
- Build and run marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Private offers, CSP transactions, co-sell mechanics, and the tooling and automated reconciliation that keep marketplace bookings tied out across the marketplace, Salesforce, and billing.
- Operationalize commercial review. Encode approval rules and guardrails in the system so routine deals route themselves, and escalate the structures that break the system rather than quietly processing them.
- Build the transaction path for new products and acquisitions. Stand up order management, quoting, and the marketplace path for new offerings and newly acquired products, test the flow through to booking before go-live, and be ready to transact on day one.
- Own the integrity of the commercial record. Products, SKUs, pricing, contract terms, and booking attributes in Salesforce, with the controls and monitoring that keep them clean – the forecast and revenue reporting downstream depend on it.
- Instrument and report on the system you own. Cycle time, touch count, SLA attainment, exception and discount volumes, error and rework rates. Use the data to decide what gets built next.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 6+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, order management, sales operations, or revenue operations, including time owning a high-volume transactional process.
- A track record of building, not just running. You have replaced a manual process with a designed one and can point to the automation, the controls, and the measured result.
- Hands-on depth in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. You write requirements, design quoting and approval logic, configure and test it yourself, and can tell a configuration problem from a process problem.
- Technical range beyond the admin console: flows and validation logic, API-based and marketplace integrations, and scripting or SQL to reconcile and investigate data at volume. You can partner with Revenue Engineering as a peer on design.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based contracts: metering, commits, overages, contract structure, and the downstream billing and revenue recognition implications.
- Experience operating across a shared quote-to-cash process. You know where order management ends and Accounting begins, and you design the handoff so neither side is cleaning up after the other.
- Marketplace operations experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure – private offers, CSP transactions, and reconciliation – strongly preferred.
- Process-engineering instincts. You instrument before you optimize, design for the standard case and route the exception, and measure by throughput and error rate rather than activity.
- A bias toward field experience. You have made a transactional process materially faster or simpler for a sales team and can describe how you knew it worked.
- Comfort partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on order form and contract mechanics.
- Sound judgment under deal pressure. You can hold the line on a structure that breaks the system, and advocate for the field when the exception is justified.
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a commercial rule to a rep in one paragraph and brief leadership on what's at risk at quarter-end.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts a plus; this role is expected to grow a team as volume scales.
- Bachelor's degree, quantitative or technical field preferred.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT GTM ENGINEERING:
GTM Engineering is responsible for the data, business logic, workflows, and agents that enable our Marketing and Sales teams to help customers get the most out of Modal.
Like the infrastructure beneath the Magic Kingdom https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_utilidor_system, much of our work happens behind the scenes. We build systems that anticipate and deliver what customers need to grow on Modal.
We bring a product management, growth engineering, and data science approach to GTM, from centralizing our data platform https://deepline.com/blog/gtm-ai-nyc-chris-modal to building agents for account research https://parallel.ai/blog/case-study-modal.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own our GTM data platform. This role combines analytics engineering with revenue operations: you’ll build the org map, people graph, and data systems that help us discover future customers and support our GTM workflows, partnering closely with our Data team on the shared foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and early-stage startups, including people beyond our existing users and CRM
- Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas so affiliations, roles, and relationships stay accurate, current, and traceable to their sources
- Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt connecting people, companies, workspaces, workloads, usage, and revenue, giving reps and agents a shared foundation for customer context
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for routing, territory assignments, compensation, pipeline reporting, and attribution
- Partner with Data on usage forecasts and account signals; build reproducible reporting that reconciles actuals, forecasts, human adjustments, and credited attainment
- Build reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound, and event outreach, preserving engagement history and campaign eligibility
- Own data quality and system health, from graph coverage and stale enrichment to failed syncs and historical reporting accuracy
- Build the tooling that helps GTM Engineering ship reliably, from development environments, automated tests, and deployments to backups and shared AI agents and skills
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’re fluent in SQL and proficient in Python
- You already use AI coding tools and agents to build, debug, and automate your work, and help teammates do the same
- You’ve built data models and production pipelines with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex
- You have hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations
- You understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue move through a business
- You have high attention to detail and a habit of testing, documenting, and monitoring the systems you build
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with usage-based businesses
Location: New York City, New York
What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the decisions, deliver real impact, and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As Chief of Staff, you will report to the CRO and act as their extension across the Revenue organization. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing revenue team aligned, make sure the commitments made in leadership rooms turn into finished work, and take on the projects that do not have an obvious owner. The role is hands-on: you will chase deliverables, build the tracker, prepare the deck, and follow the thread until it is closed. In return you get a front-row seat to how a revenue organization is run at scale and a direct line to the people running it.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Run the CRO's weekly operating cadence: track commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team, follow up on what is late, and make sure nothing falls through
Act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until they are resolved
Own the Revenue OKR process end to end: planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team, and reporting progress to the CRO and the executive team
Coordinate budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization, from business case through approval with Finance and People
Lead cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal, and manage them through to completion
Work directly with the CRO on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters, and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Inventory Specialist, you'll make sure our engineers always have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time. You will run day-to-day receiving, storage, stock control, cycle counting and kitting for the hardware side of a small, fast-moving team of around 40 engineers building cutting-edge humanoid robots. site, keeping material flowing accurately into prototype builds. This is a senior individual-contributor role: we need someone competent and self-directed who can run the site’s stores with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Boston Site Focus
- Be the first dedicated hands-on warehouse resource in Boston, setting up and organizing the stores area, location structure and labelling, and supporting the site’s prototype builds with accurate receiving, storage and kitting.
- Get the site’s prototype material ready for builds, working with the SCM Lead Boston and the local Senior Buyer on inbound material and priorities, including long lead-time items, so shortages are flagged early.
- Keep stock records and inventory reporting aligned with the other Humanoid sites so material can be seen and planned globally, and help shape how the site tracks inventory as it grows.
- Follow OSHA and applicable Massachusetts workplace safety requirements, including safe handling and storage of materials.
Goods Receiving & Put-away
- Receive inbound deliveries from suppliers, carriers and 3PL partners; check paperwork against the purchase order and inspect goods for damage, shortages or non-conformance.
- Record goods receipts accurately on the day of arrival in JIRA and the site’s inventory tracking sheets, and put material away to the correct, labelled location.
- Segregate and record quarantined, rejected and non-conforming stock, and support the return-to-supplier process with the SCM and quality teams.
- Handle ESD-sensitive, high-value, serialized and lot-controlled components with the care they need, maintaining traceability from receipt to build.
Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- Run daily and weekly cycle counts to the global schedule, investigate variances at root cause, and record adjustments with proper authorization.
- Own stock accuracy for the site: keep physical stock, inventory records and locations in agreement, and report accuracy KPIs to the SCM Lead and global WILP team.
- Set, review and maintain minimum / maximum (safety stock) levels for the site’s consumables, common parts and high-usage items, working with the SCM Lead and the planning team, and raise replenishment requests before stock runs short.
- Support periodic and year-end stocktakes, and flag ageing, excess, obsolete or slow-moving stock early.
- Keep every movement (transfers, issues, returns, scrap) recorded in JIRA and the inventory sheets in real time, so no stock goes untracked.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools where they help, to build and maintain count plans, stock reports and variance analysis, and to automate repetitive tracking tasks.
Material Movement, Kitting & Build Support
- Pick, stage and deliver kits to the build area against BOM and build schedule, and check kits are complete and correct before release.
- Respond to urgent pick requests and shortages from engineering and production, and give procurement and planning a clear, early view of material gaps.
- Manage material issues to builds and returns of unused material back to stock, with accurate records throughout.
- Move material between storage, kitting, build and test areas safely using pallet trucks and other manual handling.
Dispatch, Returns & Inter-site Transfers
- Prepare outbound shipments, supplier returns and rework loops, and arrange collection with carriers or 3PL partners.
- Prepare accurate shipping and customs paperwork for parts and sub-assemblies moving between Humanoid sites (London, Boston and Vancouver), working with the Logistics team so shipments clear without delay.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and chase delays before they affect builds.
Site Operations, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Keep the stores area clean, organised, safe and compliant with local health and safety requirements.
- Maintain location structure, labelling and storage layout, and apply 5S principles.
- Support the site asset register by tagging, locating and verifying tools, fixtures and equipment held in stores, and keeping custody and location records up to date. Ownership of the master asset list sits outside this role.
- Suggest and help implement practical improvements to receiving, storage, kitting and counting processes, and follow global warehouse and inventory SOPs.
- Cover the site’s warehouse needs independently, and escalate issues that need SCM Lead or global WILP support in good time.
Expectations
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, setting your own daily priorities with minimal supervision.
- Act as the site’s subject-matter expert for receiving, stock control and kitting, and a go-to person for colleagues in engineering, production and procurement.
- Train, coach and support colleagues and temporary or contract staff on warehouse processes and inventory tracking.
- Help build, document and improve the site’s warehouse processes as the team grows.
- Not a people-management role: you will set the standard and lead by example on site.
- On-site role in a warehouse and stores environment, including standing, walking and regular manual handling (lifting up to 23 kg / 50 lb, with equipment available for heavier loads).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in a warehouse, stores or inventory control role, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, robotics, aerospace, automotive or a prototype/R&D build environment.
- Practical, hands-on use of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots, simple dashboards) and the confidence to use AI tools to make stock tracking and reporting faster and more accurate.
- Experience of cycle counting and stock reconciliation, including investigating and resolving variances.
- Experience of kitting and material issue to production against BOMs, and the ability to read a BOM and drawings.
- Comfortable using Slack and collaborating digitally with remote teams.
- Able to work safely in a physical warehouse environment, including regular lifting and moving of materials with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be needed to support urgent builds and time-critical deliveries.
Qualifications & Site Requirements
- Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a warehouse or logistics certificate is a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour general industry training is an advantage.
- Awareness of U.S. DOT hazardous materials shipping requirements is an advantage.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.
Desirable
- Experience in a small, fast-moving or start-up environment where processes are still being built.
- Experience of JIRA or a similar ticketing system, or of an ERP or warehouse management system. Not required: full training on our JIRA-based processes will be given.
- Familiarity with handling lithium batteries and other regulated or hazardous components.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (video conference or face-to-face) showcasing how Olo solutions help brands deliver personalized hospitality at scale while driving incremental revenue.
Coordinate customer meetings and deliver timely recaps with associated follow-up materials.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualifying competitive threats to final contract negotiations.
Partner with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches that meet client expectations.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own how Tennr gets found, across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and The Trade Desk), traditional search, and the AI assistants our buyers increasingly ask first. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask ChatGPT or Claude which vendors to consider. Learning how they search and what they respond to is the core of the job.
You'll know you're right for this if you've built a growth channel from scratch, think in pipeline rather than impressions, and want to own a number.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search & Social: Run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
- Programmatic: Own The Trade Desk, including audience selection, account-based targeting, and connected TV.
- SEO: Own keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, and organic growth. Focus on the low-volume, high-intent searches provider operators actually make, and build pages by specialty, workflow, and comparison intent.
- AEO: Make Tennr the answer when buyers ask AI assistants about referral intake, prior auth, and patient onboarding, by structuring owned content for LLMs and earning mentions on the third-party sources they cite.
- Measurement: Build the framework for CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, and keep conversion signal clean so platforms optimize toward qualified pipeline.
- Pipeline Ownership: Carry a pipeline goal shared with Growth and Sales.
- Experimentation: Test new channels and new ways of working, including AI tools and Clay workflows, and decide what to scale.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales on target segments, Content Marketing on paid offers, and Brand and Design on creative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years owning paid programs end-to-end, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. A management consulting background (MBB or similar) before that is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience building enrichment and audience workflows in Clay.
- Quantitative fluency. You think in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, not clicks.
- Builder DNA. You've taken a channel from 0 to 1 and scaled what worked.
- Comfort with AI and a habit of experimenting with it, plus a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Creative judgment that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can show campaigns you've run and explain the thinking behind them.
A PLUS IF YOU...
- Have run campaigns in The Trade Desk or another DSP.
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience.
- Have run Reddit, X, or trade media campaigns.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave
