About the Team
The People Strategy & Transformation (PST) is PointClickCare's HR strategy, organizational design, and portfolio management pillar. The team includes HR Business Partners, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, People Experience, and the HR Strategy & Enablement function, with a dotted-line partnership to Internal Communications. PST is responsible for ensuring HR's work across every Center of Excellence is planned, resourced, sequenced, and tracked against business outcomes — spanning a portfolio of Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups delivered across all four HR solution groups.
Position Summary:
The Director, People Strategy and HR Portfolio (Project) Management s is the VP, People Strategy & Transformation's strategic thought partner in building and running PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO) — co-designing the strategy, governance model, capacity methodology, and dashboard reporting that let HR plan, resource, and track its work against business outcomes. This is a net-new function: no HR PMO currently exists at PointClickCare, and this role will design these mechanics in partnership with the VP rather than operate a system someone else has already built.
Operating with significant design authority but without direct reports or final decision rights on cross-functional trade-offs, this role earns influence through the credibility of the mechanics it builds and runs. It operates across all four HR solution groups without formal authority over any of them, serves as the VP's thought partner on HR strategy and the HR SLT prioritization process, and convenes HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications to coordinate how HR's work reaches the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics
Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including the heat map model and the oversubscription thresholds used to flag resourcing conflicts across HR COEs
Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end — intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, and close-out
Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy across every active Pillar Initiative, Cross-Pillar Project, and Program Roll-Up
Example deliverable: a quarterly Portfolio Council capacity heat map showing every HR COE’s current initiative load, used to approve or defer new initiative intake
Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation
Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria used to evaluate and sequence HR initiatives each planning cycle
Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture — what gets measured, how it rolls up, and the cadence it runs on
Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page, contributing independent analysis before it is finalized by the VP
Example deliverable: a documented HR SLT prioritization framework — criteria, weighting, and process — adopted for the FY28 planning cycle
Own capacity management and project plan oversight across the full HR initiative portfolio
Track progress against committed business outcomes, not activity completion alone, across every active HR initiative
Maintain consistent project plan structure, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping in partnership with each initiative’s named Delivery Lead
Proactively surface cross-COE capacity collisions and resourcing conflicts before they reach Portfolio Council
Example deliverable: a consolidated project plan view across all active Program Roll-Ups, flagging dependency risk before it affects a committed milestone
Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
Establish and run a recurring go-to-market coordination cadence bringing together initiative Delivery Leads and Internal Communications
Sequence the timing and stakeholder readiness of HR initiative rollouts to the business, avoiding duplicate or conflicting messages landing in the same window
Maintain a shared go-to-market calendar visible to HR SLT, showing what is launching, when, and to whom
Example deliverable: a quarterly HR go-to-market calendar sequencing every planned initiative rollout to the business, reviewed and approved by HR SLT before the quarter begins
Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Strategic Delivery Office, aligning HR’s initiative classification and intake practices to enterprise taxonomy
Represent HR’s initiative portfolio and capacity picture in the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning cadence
Flag enterprise-level dependencies or conflicts affecting HR’s ability to deliver against committed priorities
Example deliverable: HR’s consolidated initiative and capacity submission into the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning sprint, reflecting current Portfolio Council status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO leadership capacity, including demonstrated experience designing — not only operating — portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, with evidence of shaping that leader's thinking rather than only executing direction
Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority over the teams being coordinated
Strong data and dashboard fluency — comfortable architecting reporting tools and the metrics model behind them, not just maintaining an existing build
Executive-level communication skills — this role prepares materials for and interacts directly with VP-level stakeholders across every HR pillar
Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate sequencing and alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Experience building a PMO or governance function from scratch, in a design capacity, rather than operating within an already-mature one
HR domain experience, including familiarity with COE structures and business-outcome-linked workforce initiatives
Experience partnering with internal communications or marketing functions on coordinated, multi-stakeholder rollouts

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).

UAE is Capital.com’s largest and most complex MENA market, and you’ll be its single, accountable owner. You’ll run UAE marketing performance like your own business, managing the day-to-day plan, local channels and partners, while also supporting performance activity across the wider region. Strategy, brand and regional budget sit with the Head of Marketing, MENA, and your job is to execute against them with judgment, speed and full ownership of results.
Responsibilities:
Own UAE’s marketing performance day to day, treating local commercial outcomes as a
direct personal accountability, not a shared regional metric.
Execute the UAE portion of the regional marketing plan agreed with the Head of Marketing,
MENA, adapting tactics to local market conditions within agreed budget and brand
parameters.
Manage local brand, OOH, TV, radio, podcast, affiliate, and influencer relationships in UAE,
in coordination with central Centres of Excellence, who retain authority over execution
quality and standards.
Track UAE-specific brand health and digital reputation signals, surfacing issues early
rather than after they show up in the numbers.
Recommend budget reallocation and channel trade-offs for UAE to the Head of Marketing,
MENA, with clear rationale, rather than requesting sign-off without a point of view.
Escalate regulatory, cultural, or reputational risks specific to Dubai to the Head of
Marketing, MENA and relevant CoE leads, early and factually.
Build and manage the day-to-day relationships with UAE-based agencies, media owners,
and partners that make fast, well-judged local decisions possible.
Coordinate agency or junior marketing resource dedicated to UAE where the market
requires it.
Support Head of Marketing MENA with other markets as and when required with a
particular focus on supporting performance marketing across the region.
Requirements:
Industry Knowledge

Understanding of the SCA framework and UAE marketing rules, and the habit of checking before assuming
Problem-Solving
Able to spot which local opportunities fit agreed strategy and risk tolerance, and which don’t
Make quick, sound calls within your remit and know what needs Head of Marketing, MENA sign-off
Look for the root cause when a channel underperforms instead of adding spend
Collaboration & Influence
Work with Centres of Excellence on execution standards, not around them
Manage agencies, media and partners like someone who owns the outcome
Escalate risks early rather than explain them later
Mindset & Style
Treat UAE as your market, while final sign-off sits with the Head of Marketing, MENA
Comfortable working within set boundaries while still pushing for what the market needs
Low ego, high accountability: own results and misses alike
Fluent Arabic and English required

We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
