OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Quality Platform Engineer at OnePay, your work will directly shape how confidently every engineering team ships to production, building the internal tooling that catches problems before they reach customers of a financial platform millions of people trust. You will:
- Design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services
- Build and maintain infrastructure that runs automated suites reliably at scale, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling
- Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity, embedding quality practices into the development workflow rather than bolting them on afterward
- Develop platform for test environment provisioning, data management, and parallelized execution to keep feedback loops fast
- Define quality standards, provide observability (coverage, pass rates, run times), and maintain documentation and best practices to help engineers write and maintain effective automated tests
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend/backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages, with experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized test environments
- Familiarity with testing across the stack: API/integration testing, end-to-end testing for web and mobile (e.g., React Native)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence testing practices across multiple engineering teams
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Applicants in need of special assistance or accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us at talent@onepay.com.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
Our Salesforce team is at the center of how Docebo sells, renews, and serves customers. We're investing in how it operates, and this is a net-new role we're adding to lead that change. We have strong senior technical talent on the team — what we're adding is a product owner who can set direction, manage stakeholders, and give that talent well-scoped work to build.
You'll own the backlog and the priorities. You'll define the intake and process the team runs on. And you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and admins as an advisor and partner — not to out-engineer them, but to make sure the team is solving the right problems in the right order, with the business bought in.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- The product backlog and priorities. Turn business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize with stakeholders so the team always knows what's next and why.
- Stakeholder management. Be the connective tissue between the Salesforce team and the business — Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and bring the team into solution design early instead of receiving pre-baked requests.
- Process and ways of working. Define and stand up how the team intakes, prioritizes, and delivers work. Set the standard for a good request and make it stick, so work enters the team ready to build.
- Partnership with senior technical leads. Work with the team's architects and admins as an advisor and thought partner. You bring the product and process lens; they own the technical design. Together you keep the org healthy and the roadmap realistic.
- AI-driven innovation. Champion how the team uses AI to work smarter — from AI-assisted ticket triage and intake scoring to identifying where automation and AI can improve how Docebo runs on Salesforce.
- A seat at the table. Represent the Salesforce team when the business evaluates new tools, so decisions that affect the platform are made deliberately, not discovered later.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡
- Platform Depth: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise needed to speak fluent platform and earn instant respect with technical leads.
- Product Ownership Mastery: Strong track record of running backlogs, scoping airtight requirements, prioritizing high-value features, and confidently saying "no" with strategic reasoning.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to align competing business priorities across departments, negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership, and keep everyone bought into the plan.
- Process Architecture: Demonstrated success building lightweight, effective operating frameworks that bring structure and clarity to team workflows without adding bureaucratic bloat.
- Impactful Communication: Talent for translating technical complexities into business-friendly language for executives while keeping developers clear on the mission and priorities.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Natural curiosity and drive to leverage emerging AI solutions to optimize team operations and CRM efficiency.
- Governance Savvy: Deep comfort navigating regulated environments, including SOX controls, structured deployment schedules, and strict UAT standards.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Certified Expertise: Holding active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect track credentials).
- RevOps Synergy: Direct experience acting as the designated product owner partnering with a fast-paced Revenue Operations organization.
- Revenue Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or leading complex billing system migrations.
- Applied AI Experience: Practical background implementing AI-driven workflows or tools within CRM or delivery environments.

Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced sales recruiting leader to drive recruiting efforts across the Americas (AMER). This leadership role will be responsible for building high-caliber sales teams across Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Business Development Representatives, and field leadership roles. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales recruiting and a proven track record of pairing strong people leadership with the operational rigor required to deliver aggressive hiring plans. This person will stay close to headcount and pipeline data and work closely with sales leadership to keep hiring targets on track.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own AMER hiring strategy: Shape and execute the AMER Sales hiring strategy through headcount forecasting, pipeline analysis, and recruiting capacity planning, with clear accountability for delivering against ambitious growth targets
- Protect talent density: Partner with AMER Sales leaders to define exceptional talent profiles, calibrate hiring teams on evidence-based assessment, and ensure every hire raises the bar.
- Influence business strategy: Serve as the hiring subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the GM of AMER Sales and broader Sales leadership team, using talent, market, and recruiting insights to shape business decisions, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
- Team leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of sales recruiters, hiring exceptional talent and providing clear direction, coaching, and development.
- Drive operational rigor: Establish a consistent weekly operating rhythm to review headcount, pipeline health, recruiter capacity, risks, and progress against hiring targets, taking action when plans are off track
- Talent pipeline development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across all sales disciplines
- Shape decisions through data: Leverage headcount, pipeline, market, and recruiting performance data to generate insights, influence business decisions, and shape workforce and hiring strategy.
- Employer branding: Collaborate with marketing and talent brand teams to strengthen our employer value proposition in the sales community
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a focus on sales and GTM roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, growing, and developing high-performing recruiting teams where people do their best work.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with tactical execution
- Hands-on forecasting and analytical capability with experience using headcount, pipeline, and capacity data to manage hiring-plan delivery in close partnership with RevOps and Finance
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior sales leadership
- Knowledge of market dynamics and sales compensation trends
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Web Dependability Engineering team, you'll make sure websites just work in DuckDuckGo's browsers across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android, helping ensure our users have the best-possible experience browsing with DuckDuckGo. Recent projects include:
- Reverse-engineering how sites detect our privacy protections and building countermeasures that keep pages working
- Shimming browser APIs so sites work seamlessly across different browser engines and system webviews
- Building LLM agent pipelines that automatically reproduce and triage reported site breakage
As a Senior Web Compatibility Engineer, you'll be our resident expert on why websites break and how to fix them: owning the webcompat side of our triage process, debugging gnarly issues in code you don't control, distinguishing site bugs from browser bugs from privacy protection-induced breakage, leading the charge when a top site breaks and becomes an incident, shipping durable fixes across every platform, and work on related projects that prevent user churn and keep users coming back to DuckDuckGo.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience building and debugging complex web applications with vanilla JavaScript.
- Detailed knowledge of web standards, web components, and browser APIs. Any additional experience with our stack is a bonus: Swift/Kotlin/C#/C++/Python.
- Advanced ability to reverse-engineer obfuscated third-party code and reduce issues to minimal test cases.
- Passion for hunting elusive bugs and tracing them to their root cause.
- Interest in automating repetitive work and building agentic tooling that multiplies the team's impact.
- Experience triaging issues, leading incident response, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience shipping code beyond the web, like native or desktop clients.
- Ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with little to no oversight.

An Overview about the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) domain within our Salesforce and GTM technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, sales process, and technology owning the roadmap for how leads are captured, scored, routed, and converted into pipeline, and how our broader GTM tech stack supports that motion.
This is a foundational hire one of the first product managers on a team actively transforming from a reactive BSA model into a proactive, roadmap-driven product organization. You'll be both an individual contributor driving your own domain and a mentor helping BSAs grow into product manager roles. You'll have direct influence over how we shape the team's future operating model.
What You'll Do
Internal Product Roadmap Ownership
Define, own, and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for the Lead-to-Opportunity domain covering lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, conversion, opportunity and the broader GTM technology stack integrated with Salesforce
Translate business strategy from Marketing, Sales Development, RevOps, and GTM leadership into sequenced, prioritized system capabilities with clear outcomes and success metrics
Define the domain's strategic priorities each quarter and half, balancing net-new capability delivery, stabilization, and technical debt reduction with transparent trade-off frameworks
Drive quarterly planning ceremonies, partnering with Engineering Managers and BSAs to align capacity with roadmap commitments
Own domain-level documentation: process maps, current-vs-future state lead lifecycle flows, and decision logs that keep stakeholders and the team aligned on scope and ownership
Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements Translation
Serve as the primary product voice for all L2O and GTM Systems initiatives, partnering closely with Marketing, Marketing Operations, SDR/BDR leadership, Sales, and RevOps
Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and business process design sessions translating complex GTM and marketing operations requirements into actionable system specifications
Own the decision layer between "what the business needs" and "what engineering builds," resolving ambiguity with structured frameworks and documented decisions
Run structured stakeholder alignment sessions to surface trade-offs, build consensus, and drive open decisions to closure rather than letting them linger
Represent the domain in cross-team planning and leadership reviews able to explain technical constraints to business stakeholders and business context to engineers
Team Mentorship & Capability Building
Act as a product craft mentor and senior thought partner for the BSA team, actively upskilling analysts in product thinking, requirements structuring, acceptance criteria definition, and roadmap communication
Model and codify what "good" looks like reusable templates, rituals (backlog grooming, roadmap reviews), and a rubric BSAs can grow against
Give BSAs increasing ownership over pieces of the roadmap as they develop, with regular feedback and structured check-ins
Partner with leadership to evolve the team's operating model from project-execution-focused to product-thinking-led, raising the bar for how EntApps delivers business value
Program Strategy & Delivery Oversight
Lead initiatives end-to-end: discovery, requirements, prioritization, solution design review, UAT, launch, and post-launch measurement
Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead-flow and data-flow diagrams that engineering and admins can build against without ambiguity
Manage a healthy, well-groomed backlog intake requests from Marketing and Sales Development, triage by impact and effort, and defend prioritization decisions to stakeholders
Define success metrics per initiative (lead response time, routing accuracy, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, data quality, SDR/BDR adoption) and report on outcomes, not just delivery
Identify and de-risk dependencies across adjacent domains campaign operations, data enrichment vendors, opportunity handoff to sales before they block delivery
Own UAT strategy and acceptance criteria in collaboration with BSAs, ensuring system changes meet business requirements before production release
Systems Architecture Collaboration
Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers on Salesforce and MarTech integration design marketing automation platform to Salesforce sync, data enrichment pipelines, lead scoring and routing engines, ensuring choices hold up to governance, scale, and future roadmap needs
Bring informed opinions on GTM platform architecture trade-offs based on deep domain knowledge
Stay current on platform roadmaps for Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected MarTech tools, identifying opportunities to leverage native capabilities before custom builds
Maintain domain-level R&R clarity, who owns what across US/India technical managers, BSAs, and adjacent pods and update as team and scope evolve
Ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams on API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
What You'll Bring
7+ years in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or Marketing/Revenue Operations technology roles, with demonstrated growth into product ownership
Strong working knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity processes; lead capture, scoring, routing, and conversion and how they connect marketing execution to sales pipeline
Hands-on familiarity with the GTM technology stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud plus marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot), lead scoring and routing tools, and data enrichment or intent providers
Good Understanding of quoting process
Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders
Proven experience leading initiatives end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, especially across Marketing and Sales
Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering on API design, data model decisions, and integration trade-offs — without needing to write code
Experience mentoring or upskilling analysts and BSAs, you enjoy developing people, not just managing tickets
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent technical trade-offs to non-technical executives and translate business asks into clear technical requirements
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure where none exists
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, data governance and compliance for lead data, or prior people-management experience
About the Team
You'll be one of the first product managers on a team actively transforming from a reactive BSA function into a proactive, roadmap-driven product organization. The Lead-to-Opportunity domain sits at the top of GitLab's revenue funnel; the quality of data, routing, and conversion here affects every downstream system and every seller. Getting this right is not an IT problem; it's a revenue problem. You'll have direct influence over how we shape the team's future operating model and how the next generation of BSAs grows into product managers.
