ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. You’ll own the long-term relationship and be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue, driving product adoption, and ensuring your customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on Ramp.
You’ll build deep relationships across all levels of your customers’ organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives, and be skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics and product configurations. Internally, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams at Ramp to strengthen our B2B relationships, coordinate strategic initiatives, and feed structured insights into our product roadmap and internal processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
- Deep sense of ownership with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and documentation from 0→1 as strategic customers push the limits of Ramp’s platform and require new, scalable solutions
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at the C-suite
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments
- Operates with urgency, grit, and ownership; thrives in environments with innovation, change, and ambiguity
- Willingness to travel for customer on-sites, events, and internal team summits

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At Figma we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish. Figma is an

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
This role is open to MBA students graduating in spring 2027.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.

These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to design and build the systems behind a modern, AI-powered go-to-market engine. This isn’t a Salesforce admin role, and it isn’t a support function. You’ll be the technical owner of how our GTM stack fits together: Salesforce at the core, surrounded by the data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools our revenue teams depend on.
You’ll operate as an architect and a hands-on builder. You’ll set the technical direction for our CRM and GTM tooling, then ship it yourself with Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that make our CRM a first-class participant in AI-driven workflows. For larger efforts, you’ll partner with our engineering team, scoping, designing, and delivering together as a technical peer.
In this role, you will:
- Own the architecture of our GTM systems: the Salesforce object model and data architecture, how data moves between Salesforce and the rest of the stack, and the standards that keep it all healthy and scalable.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (data warehouse, enrichment, sales engagement, billing/CPQ, internal apps), choosing the right tool for each problem, whether that’s native Salesforce, Apex, middleware, or custom services.
- Build and maintain automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services that power GTM processes end to end, with a bias toward solutions that are intelligent, observable, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows, and define how AI fits into our revenue operations over time.
- Design and own SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting, making sure the numbers leadership relies on are trustworthy and traceable to source.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategy, from stakeholder conversation through design, build, rollout, and adoption.
- Raise the bar for the team: establish best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt, and mentor teammates on systems thinking.
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize the systems work with the highest business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in Salesforce administration and development, with a track record of owning a complex, high-growth org and its architecture, not just maintaining it.
- Strong Apex skills: you can design, build, debug, and maintain triggers, custom logic, and integrations independently, and you know when not to write code.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, or custom services, and designing for failure modes, data integrity, and scale.
- SQL proficiency: you decompose ambiguous questions into well-structured queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end GTM process in your head, trace a field from origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Strong judgment and ownership: you scope problems yourself, make sound build-vs-buy and architecture calls, and drive projects to completion with little direction.
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and earn trust across teams.
- Excited by AI-native systems and curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. You’re already experimenting in this space.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

We are looking for that Swiss Army Knife that brings broad experience to each challenge presented. The Huntress Product team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Senior Product Researcher for our Security Awareness Training product, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. One should have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.

Craft a growing library of common indicators and write new ones when a scenario calls for it.
Comfortable scripting and coding to build proofs-of-concept and tooling with a keen eye for creating pixel-perfect simulated phishing emails & landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & React. Take pride in delivering simulations impossible to distinguish from real tradecraft. The details are the job.
Identify emerging social engineering tradecraft from attack patterns, email metadata, and web expertise. Today ClickFix attacks and variants dominate the threat landscape, but relentless hunger to get ahead of attacker tradecraft will mean translating the shifts in attacker tactics that matter into what the program teaches. Evolve deliverables with the tradecraft.
Automate by default, evolving + expanding phishing content generation as an AI-powered system using Claude Code.
Expand the program into new regions, more languages, more tailored content, and new kinds of learning experiences with the guidance of the Product Manager and Principal Product Researcher.
Triage reported phishing emails, internal and external security incidents surfacing threat insights and trend analysis in the Huntress Threat Report, threat advisories, social media engagements, webinars & conference talks, resulting in strategic security awareness outreach campaigns.
Align with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness Training and phishing program outcomes.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and sense of urgency to deliver an exceptional product under tight deadline pressures.
Eagerness to engage, report, and be accountable to executive stakeholders.
Passion to translate your expertise in technical & nontechnical ways to deliver impactful security outcomes that protect the 99%.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript & React, Angular, or Vue
Proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor with impressive projects to prove it

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense, you will run the day-to-day financial controls, audit program, and executive reporting behind Anthropic's T&E function. T&E touches every employee, every legal entity, and every executive, and it runs on Navan, Brex, and negotiated supplier agreements. Spend and transaction volume have grown several-fold in the past six quarters, and the controls need to scale to meet a public-company standard.
You will report to the Head of Travel & Expense in Finance Operations and work daily with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Talent, Security, Legal, Finance Systems and Administrative Business Partners.
Responsibilities
Controls & SOX Compliance
Own the day-to-day operation of key T&E controls, including approvals, card issuance and spend limits, segregation of duties, and policy exceptions, within the control framework set by the Head of T&E, who owns the overall T&E process
Maintain the T&E process narratives and risk and control matrix, and keep them current as systems and policies change
Ensure correct GL coding and complete, accurate month-end reconciliations across Navan, Brex, and Workday, and support close, flux analysis, and accruals
Act as the preparer for T&E controls and the day-to-day contact for internal and external auditors: gather and retain evidence, support walkthroughs and sample requests, and track remediation, escalating significant issues to the Head of T&E
International Expansion Controls
Set up and maintain entity-level coding and approval flows in Brex and Navan as new legal entities and countries come online
Document and operationalize country-specific rules for per diems, VAT reclaim, non-USD cards, receipt requirements, and local tax treatment
Partner with Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility to ensure compliance
Support accurate intercompany treatment of T&E costs across entities
T&E Audit Program
Help design, build, and run a risk-based audit program covering sampling, anomaly detection, misuse escalation, and remediation tracking
Define and monitor pre-spend rules, duplicate and split-transaction checks, and receipt and 30-day submission compliance
Build dashboards and reporting on policy compliance, exceptions, and control performance for Finance leadership
Partner with the Head of T&E to deploy Claude to review transactions, flag policy exceptions, and automate recurring reporting
Program Operations
Own day-to-day T&E operations, supporting the growing volume of travel and expense activity and platform configuration and automation, so operations keep running without pulling focus from controls
Own transaction-level review and receipt follow-up, and help shape what should be automated rather than staffed
Partner with Benefits, Payroll and Legal to ensure the T&E program is compliant with relevant local and country requirements
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Hands-on SOX or internal-controls experience: writing process narratives, testing or operating key controls, and working with external auditors
Strong accounting fundamentals, including GL coding, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support
Deep platform expertise in Navan and/or comparable TMC platforms, plus Brex or equivalent expense management tools, and working knowledge of ERP integrations (Workday preferred)
Strong analytical skills: comfort with large transaction datasets, sampling methods, and anomaly detection
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work credibly with senior executives and their support teams
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain a control or an exception to Finance leaders, auditors, and employees
An AI-curious, builder mindset: experience automating finance workflows with AI tools, or real enthusiasm for doing so, and comfort creating structure where none exists
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments, including per diem rules, VAT reclaim, and cross-border tax considerations
Experience with pre-IPO or newly public company readiness
M&A integration experience a huge plus

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. Department overview:
The Senior Solutions Architect shapes the technical approach for moving employee technology support from reactive response toward predictive detection, safe self-healing, and higher value enablement. The role turns service needs into cross-platform architecture, reusable patterns, and clear implementation guidance. Working with engineering, operations, platform, security, and architecture partners, this individual makes technical tradeoffs visible and helps teams deliver solutions that can be operated and improved over time.
What you’ll be doing:
Architecture and technical direction
Lead technical discovery for complex, cross-platform employee technology opportunities and define target architectures, integration patterns, and implementation options.
Design the flow from service and endpoint signals through detection, diagnosis, approved remediation, escalation, and outcome recording.
Set reusable standards for APIs, identity, data handling, observability, testing, rollback, and operational ownership in automation solutions.
Assess build versus buy options and emerging AI capabilities against employee value, technical feasibility, security, and supportability.
Platform architecture and integration

Jamf
, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and related services exchange signals, context, actions, and outcomes where those platforms are in scope.
Create reference patterns for API integration, event handling, identity and access, data minimization, workflow orchestration, and reuse across employee technology services.
Partner with platform owners to align solution designs with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and operational standards;
identify
dependencies and ownership before delivery.
Guide designs that combine endpoint telemetry, service history, and employee context without
assuming that
a signal alone proves an
issue
or that automation always
warrants
an action.
Predictive support and AI
Design a portfolio of use cases spanning proactive detection, guided
self service
,
assisted
support, and controlled
self healing
, with criteria for choosing the
appropriate response
.
Define safeguards for AI assisted workflows, including source quality, evaluation, human review where needed, auditability, and paths for uncertain or failed outcomes.
Establish measurement approaches with service owners that separate automation execution, resolution, employee impact, and any verified change in support demand.
Evaluate
new technology
through focused proofs of concept and recommend where it should be adopted, improved, or deferred.
Technical engineering
Design or review advanced Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and API based components when architectural risk or reuse
warrants
direct involvement.
Set expectations for code quality, version control, testing, performance, resilience, and documentation across automation solutions.
Engineering leadership and partnership
Review high-impact solution designs and resolve architectural tradeoffs with platform owners, security partners, and delivery teams.
Provide reference designs, decision records, and guidance that engineering teams can use in delivery.
Prototype selected high-risk elements to validate feasibility and guide production implementation of critical integrations.
Mentor engineers and contribute technical input to the employee technology roadmap.
What we are looking for:
Required
Significant experience
designing and delivering enterprise integrations or automation across multiple teams and platforms.
Evidence of making sound architecture decisions and guiding solutions from concept through production operation.
Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting or software engineering, security controls, reliability, and operational design.
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs and work effectively with engineering, operations,
platform
, and business stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing reference architectures and guiding multi-platform engineering without formal line management authority.
Ability to assess AI enabled automation for safety, quality, maintainability, and measurable service value.
Preferred
Digital workplace and service platforms such as ServiceNow, Nexthink, Moveworks,
Jamf
, Intune, Microsoft 365, Jira, or Slack.
AI
assisted
service workflows, cloud services, and enterprise architecture methods.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate.
Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate.
Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds.
Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort.
Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes.
Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work.
Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows.
Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan.
Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed.
Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically.
Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni.
Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework.

An overview of this role
As a Demo Architect, you'll help GitLab teams and customers get hands-on with our platform faster and with less friction. This role reports to the Senior Director of our Solutions Architecture Center of Excellence, with day-to-day partnership from the current team lead. You'll build and improve the tools, applications, and infrastructure that support field team demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments across the field.
What makes this role unique is its mix of software engineering, infrastructure, and customer-facing collaboration. You'll work like an engineer for much of the role, while also partnering with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, and others to make sure what we build is practical, usable, and aligned to how the field sells.
What you'll do
Build and maintain tools, applications, and workflows that support demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments.
Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation, self-service, and scalability for field teams and partners.
Provision and support infrastructure that enables hands-on customer experiences across
GitLab.com
, demo instances, and internal environments.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, UX, and Engineering to understand needs and deliver practical technical solutions.
Learn and document go-to-market workflows (e.g., how teams run demos/workshops/trials) and automate the steps that waste time.
Create technical workshop assets and enablement content that support pre-sales and technical selling for individual contributors.
Advise on sales opportunities when specialized technical demo support or custom solutions are needed.
Improve the presenter experience by reducing manual setup work and making demo workflows easier to use and repeat.
Support internal teams that rely on demo or test infrastructure, helping keep those environments available and useful.
Troubleshoot urgent demo/workshop environment issues under pressure and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
What you'll bring
Experience building software, systems, or internal tools that support technical users or business teams.
Ability to deliver production-grade software and automation with attention to reliability, maintainability, and documentation.
Ability to work across application development and infrastructure, with comfort navigating provisioning, automation, and service workflows.
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools to shorten investigation time when something breaks.
Comfort communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Marketing, UX, and Engineering.
Understanding of how to design and iterate on solutions for usability and repeatability, not just technical correctness, with awareness that the end user may be a seller or Solutions Architect.
Ability to operate independently in a remote, asynchronous environment, with willingness to travel periodically for team offsites and occasional in-person planning/whiteboarding sessions.
Exposure to technical demos, workshops, trials, or enablement assets, and/or interest in learning the pre-sales context; transferable experience from software engineering, site reliability engineering, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or similar technical paths. #LI-CM1
