About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical specialist who owns the performance of the Improvado website end to end: how it is found (SEO and GEO), how fast and healthy it is, and how well it converts visitors into pipeline. This is an analytics-driven, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and the browser dev tools as in a keyword report. Because the website is our main product-facing marketing surface, you will also shape how the product is presented on it. In practice, the role covers part of what product marketing would otherwise do.
What You Will Do
Technical SEO and GEO
Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
Website optimization and conversion
Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
Analytics and measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
Product and messaging input
Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.
What We Are Looking For
Must have
3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar). You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
Nice to have
B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.
Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS, plus basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms.
Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
You are
Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
A clear communicator across time zones.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement
Location: Remote-Friendly (Travel-Required) | San Francisco, CA | Seattle, WA | New York City, NY
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every change to Anthropic's software has to reach production somehow: new code, runtime configuration, feature flags, infrastructure changes. Our team builds the systems those changes travel through. Our mission is to give every team at Anthropic a fast, safe, and predictable path from change to production.
We sit within Anthropic's Infrastructure organization and own pipelines, staged rollouts, health-gated promotion, and rollback, along with runtime configuration, feature flags, and the systems that deliver code and artifacts to machines across a very large fleet. You'll own a meaningful part of this end to end, from design through operating it in production.
If you want your work to shape how fast and how safely Anthropic ships, this could be a great fit.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for major parts of the deployment platform and own them end to end: design, implementation, and operations
Build rollout safety into the platform, including progressive delivery, health-gated promotion, automatic pause and rollback, and deploy controls that teams manage themselves
Design APIs and abstractions that work equally well for engineers and for AI agents
Extend the platform to new workload types and runtimes, from Kubernetes to serverless and edge platforms
Build and operate runtime configuration and feature flag systems with validation, gradual rollout, and fast rollback
Build infrastructure-as-code workflows that many teams rely on for safe, routine changes
Scale artifact distribution so code and configuration reach machines quickly and efficiently
Partner with Security so that the path to production is secure by default, with verifiable builds, least-privilege access, and auditable changes
Work directly with teams across Anthropic to understand their deployment needs and bring their workloads onto the platform
Take part in on-call and incident response, and turn what you learn into guardrails that prevent the same problem from recurring
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in at least one backend or systems programming language, such as Rust, Go, C++, or Java
Experience leading the design, building, and operation of distributed systems or infrastructure in production, including technical direction across teams
Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads, such as Kubernetes on AWS or GCP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience building deployment, release, or change management systems at large scale
Experience with production on-call and incident response
Experience with Rust in production
Experience with progressive delivery and GitOps tooling, such as Argo CD or Argo Rollouts
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including controllers and operators
Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code systems at scale, including state management and locking
Experience building feature flag, experimentation, or dynamic configuration systems
Experience with artifact or package distribution, such as OCI registries, Nix, or content-addressed storage
Experience with software supply chain security, such as signed build provenance
Experience building high-throughput workflow engines or control planes backed by relational databases
Experience building internal developer platforms and leading adoption across many teams
Experience using AI agents in your own engineering work, or building systems that agents operate
Representative projects
Build operator controls for progressive rollouts, including pause and resume that preserve rollout state
Design a deployment engine built on fine-grained targets and their dependencies, so each change rolls out exactly where it needs to
Build cluster-health-aware rollouts that steer around unhealthy clusters
Add a new workload type to the platform, including its rollout, verification, and rollback behavior
Design a deployment control plane that handles sharp bursts of agent-driven traffic
Design a distribution system that delivers configuration and artifacts to every machine in the fleet as demand grows

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher) and the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent client-facing skills, empathy, and a sense of ownership for the customer outcome.

Curiosity and willingness to learn the platform deeply in order to deliver fast, effective support.
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, or willing to relocate, and eligible to work in Portugal.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Jira.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
Supabase is the backend of choice for a growing wave of AI-native builders, and we're deepening structured partnerships with the platforms they build on top of — Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable. These partners' teams are talking to thousands of developers and agents who need exactly what we build—a full backend platform with Postgres at the core—without the vendor lock-in. This is an opportunity to get Supabase in front of the right partner SAs and make us the default recommendation for a modern, AI-ready backend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Platform Solutions Architect to join our Success Team and help embed Supabase into the Solutions and Engineering communities with AI Builders.
You’ll work closely with Partner Solutions Architects and Partner Engineers at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, helping us proactively identify builder problems where Supabase is the right solution and closing the gap between partner intent and real developer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions of AI-native apps and agents.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you’ll focus on three core pillars:
TECHNICAL EVANGELISM & EDUCATION
- Build deep relationships with Technical counterparts at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, focusing initially on defined use cases and agent/app-migration motions.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content to give partner SAs the fluency to position Supabase.
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures that make Supabase’s fit with Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable immediately legible.
- Partner with SAs at these companies on active opportunities to move deals forward and feeding technical pipeline intelligence back to the alliance lead.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & ENABLEMENT
- Resolve blockers for partner SAs working on Supabase implementations to maintain their credibility with the builders they support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets.
- Maintain a close feedback loop with Supabase product and engineering teams to ensure technical guidance reflects the latest platform capabilities.
- Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced, influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics across the Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable partnerships.
CONTENT CREATION & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Write technical blog posts and case studies that demonstrate real-world Supabase implementations built on Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable.
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and partner-sponsored events (e.g. Anthropic and OpenAI dev days, Vercel Ship, Lovable community events).
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce the "time-to-fluency" for partner SAs.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on experience building on modern AI infrastructure. Previous experience working at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Lovable (or a similar AI builder platform) or as a partner to one is required.
- Understand how partner SAs at AI builder platforms are incentivized, how they make recommendations, and how the partner ecosystem influences developer decisions.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts with ease.
- Have a strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks like React and Next.js, plus fluency with AI/agent tooling (LLM APIs, MCP, agent frameworks).
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch.
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers building the next generation of AI-native products.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer team owns the Kraken app experience used by millions of traders and crypto newcomers worldwide, the product that turns someone's first crypto curiosity into a long-term relationship with Kraken. We build the interfaces people actually use to buy, sell, manage their portfolio, and interact with their assets. Our stack is React on web and React Native on mobile, and we ship fast, measure everything, and iterate based on real user behaviour. We work agile, globally distributed, and we care as much about why we build something as how we build it.
We're looking for a world-class Senior Frontend Engineer to join our product-minded engineering team: we care about customer problems, measurable outcomes, frontend craft, and fast iteration. We work across web and mobile surfaces, partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Platform teams, and use experimentation, observability, and user behaviour to guide what we build next.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality consumer-facing features across web (React) and mobile (React Native), owning the full experience from concept to production monitoring.
- Own the full lifecycle of product work, from discovery and technical design through release, monitoring, experimentation, and iteration.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategies forming hypotheses, designing experiments, analysing results, and iterating based on data.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Mobile engineers to create coherent experiences across Kraken’s consumer surfaces.
- Make opinionated technical decisions on framework and architecture choices (we want engineers who have strong views on things like TanStack Router vs Next.js App Router and can back them up with real experience).
- Set the standard for high-quality code — functional correctness, accessibility, performance, and testability are non-negotiables.
- Mentor engineers across seniority levels and contribute to a culture of craft and continuous improvement.
- Lead and collaborate on complex cross-platform initiatives, driving alignment across web and mobile surfaces.
- Stay ahead of the curve on React ecosystem tooling, React Server Components, concurrent features, streaming, and bring those insights back to the team.
- Work AI-natively, we use AI tools across the full SDLC and expect engineers to have a structured, opinionated workflow, not just autocomplete.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on consumer-facing web and/or mobile products.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem, you have opinions about state management, data fetching patterns, and component architecture, and you can articulate the trade-offs.
- Production experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development, including App Store and Google Play release pipelines.
- Experience with Next.js — specifically familiarity with App Router, React Server Components, and the client/server boundary decisions that come with them.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar).
- Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for real-time UI updates.
- Strong testing culture Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress, and the judgement to know when to use each.
- Familiarity with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines) and performance profiling.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other high-trust consumer products where correctness and user confidence matter.
- Strong written and verbal English, you can write a clear RFC, give direct feedback in a PR review, and explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder.
- An active AI-assisted development workflow, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or equivalent with the engineering rigour to review and own what gets produced.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.
