- Deep understanding of UX, audience psychology, user research, and conversion optimisation.
- Proven ability to independently navigate ambiguous problems, develop strategies, and drive complex initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and lead projects without formal authority.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop original growth ideas.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Job Description
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as an Munich based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across DACH helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
You'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key DACH customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/ adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of DACH customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as a member of CS team, developing EMEA-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/ Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar) in region
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves'' mentality. You are a true team player
Fluency in German and English
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building agents that run real parts of our business, take on real work, and get better based on the results they produce. You'll build them with whatever is most capable right now: our own agents platform, the latest orchestration tools, and frontier models. The hard part is making them reliable, measurable, and safe enough for the business to depend on.
You'll sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to our growth pods, where you'll find the problems worth solving and own the solutions end to end. You might be a forward-deployed builder, an applied AI engineer who has taken agents beyond the demo stage, or a full-stack engineer who is curious about growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- You've shipped production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem
- You've built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail
- You measure whether what you built worked
- Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

The team and its impact
Accounting Core builds the foundations behind Xero’s accounting records, helping ensure that when a business records invoices, payments and other activity, its accounting stays accurate and dependable. You’ll help evolve a mature platform by decoupling key accounting capabilities from the mature architecture and creating safer, more scalable paths for change across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how accounting capabilities can be separated from the monolith and evolved safely. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where accounting-data integrity and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with partner teams to ensure changes to the accounting engine support other Xero teams built on Accounting Core. You’ll also help raise engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Accounting Core team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- Decoupling a mature accounting platform: Help separate accounting capabilities from a monolith, creating clearer domain ownership and safer paths for change without compromising the integrity of the accounting record.
- Accounting correctness at scale: Design and evolve reliable services for critical financial data across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
- Shared foundations for product teams: Build capabilities and outputs that other Xero teams can rely on confidently, so they can deliver customer experiences without rebuilding core accounting foundations.
- Modernisation alongside delivery: Make incremental architectural improvements while continuing to deliver value for small businesses and their advisors.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant work, from design through to rollout and production validation, including the technical decisions that come with it.
- You think carefully about architecture and trade-offs, from API design to choosing the right data store, and you balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Ruby or C++, and you are keen to learn C# and .NET, where existing experience is a bonus.
- Passion for staying hands-on, contributing to production code and technical deep dives, and using AI tools with good judgement to move faster and raise the quality bar.
- A commitment to Go Together by mentoring peers, sharing technical knowledge and helping teammates grow through code reviews, pairing and documentation.
Where and how you can work
This role is based in our Vancouver office, where we embrace a hybrid working model. You will have the flexibility to work from home while joining the team in the office for "boost days" (1-2 days a week) to collaborate, socialize, and solve complex problems in person.
Our Hiring Process
1. TX phone screen: a conversation with your Talent Specialist about your background, motivations and the role.
2. Technical assessments: a coding assessment and systems design assessment, conducted virtually with real engineers, and based on real-world scenarios.
3. Technical deep dive: walk through a past project you owned end-to-end, covering how you thought about it, executed it and led through its complexity.
4. Values / Future Proof Xero: how you show up day to day, aligned with Xero's values and capabilities such as adaptability, ownership, customer thinking and AI fluency.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $205,000 CAD.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs. Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ including Wellbeing days, generous leave, and dedicated professional development budgets.
This is a posting for an existing vacancy.

The role and its impact
Payments Platform is one of Xero’s biggest areas of investment and growth - directly affecting how small businesses pay their people, buy supplies and take on their next opportunity. Here, we build the foundations for collecting and paying money through Xero, helping make payments simple, accurate and secure for customers while supporting multiple products, payment methods, providers and regions. You’ll help evolve a growing platform by building reusable, provider-agnostic capabilities across areas such as payment orchestration, provider integrations, onboarding, risk and compliance, reconciliation and bill payments.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how payment capabilities are designed, integrated and operated as the platform scales. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where customer simplicity, financial control, reliability and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to deliver payment experiences that are secure, trusted and easy to use. You’ll also help shape engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Payments Platform team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- A shared payments platform: Own a capability within the platform, such as orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider support, and deliver it end-to-end. You'll be helping teams launch new payment products faster without rebuilding the same foundations.
- Global bill payments: Make a complex financial process feel simple for small businesses while keeping it accurate, secure and connected to the accounting record.
- High throughput at scale: Design and deliver reliable, secure distributed services that remain dependable under real-world production constraints, with the monitoring and operational readiness to support them.
- Customer impact alongside architectural progress: Improve existing systems in steps, delivering customer value quickly while contributing to a coherent long-term architecture.
- AI capabilities customers can trust: Apply AI to challenging product problems while protecting customer trust, and help evaluate those capabilities with the same discipline as the rest of your work.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

We are looking for a high-impact, proactive
Senior Data Engineer
to join our Data Engineering team in Berlin. In this role, you won't just build pipelines—you will architect the data foundation that powers our next generation of casual games and advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows. You will be in an environment where you can take full ownership of business outcomes, bridge technical execution with strategy, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and scale our data transformation journey.
About the job
Data Architecture & Strategy:
Design and build resilient, scalable data infrastructure optimized for analytical workflows, feature stores, real-time context delivery, and AI-ready, well-documented data for agents and LLM applications.
Modern Pipeline Engineering:
Build, maintain, and optimize robust batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines using Scala, Python, SQL and dbt.
Data Warehousing & Lakehouse:
Architect clean, cost-efficient, and highly performance schemes across our cloud data warehouse platform on Snowflake.
AI-Enabled Engineering & Agentic Workflows:
Use AI as a daily force multiplier, not only for writing code but across the data lifecycle, from design and documentation to testing, debugging, and incident triage. Design, build, and operate agentic workflows (for example, agents that monitor pipelines, investigate data quality issues, generate and validate dbt models, or answer analysts’ questions against governed data), with proper guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
Quality, Reliability & Governance:
Implement automated testing, observability, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee high data reliability and low latency.
Engineering Excellence & Best Practices:
Follow rigorous CI/CD practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), version control, and clear documentation across all data assets.
Cross-Functional Enablement:
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, game teams, product managers, and data analysts to turn ambiguous business needs into high-impact data solutions.
About you
Relevant Experience:
In-depth professional experience as a software engineer or data engineer.
Data Engineering Expertise:
Strong background in senior data engineering roles with advanced proficiency in Python and complex SQL.
Strong Core Programming:
Deep professional experience in a strongly-typed language such as Scala, Java, or Go for building resilient data services.
Modern Stack Mastery:
Practical experience with cloud data platforms (favorable Snowflake), dbt and orchestration tools (we use Airflow).
AI & Agentic Experience:
Hands-on experience applying AI tools in your engineering work and building agentic workflows, including tool use or MCP integrations, orchestration, and evaluation. You know where agents add real value, where human review is essential, and how to keep them reliable, secure, and cost-aware.
Software Engineering Mindset:
Deep familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Proactive & Impact-Driven:
Autonomous problem solver who evaluates technical decisions based on speed-to-market, business value, and ROI rather than theoretical complexity.
Collaborative Communicator:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture to both engineering peers and business stakeholders.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the yoga, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
Project Details
- Location: Remote (based in one of the approved countries below)
- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into Bosnian (Cyrillic)
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools
Additional Key Information
- Successful candidates will be provided with a dedicated device for project work.
- A background check is required as part of onboarding.
- Candidates must be physically located in one of the approved countries.
Approved countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
Why Join Us
This role offers a long-term partnership with global teams on high-visibility products. You will benefit from steady project volume, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing upskilling, and access to established linguistic resources.

You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a core member of our Internal AI team, you will help Rain build leverage and become AI-native. This role sits at the intersection between building and enablement. You will work across teams to fix bottlenecks with AI agents, apps, and workflows and empower those teams with the capabilities to do the same.
This is a cross-disciplinary role for a high agency problem-solver. You will use your expertise in product, data, and vibecoding to drive improvements that will help us accelerate as we scale. Finally, you will support Rain’s foundational AI systems, tooling, and other primitives that will compound our growth over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & Prioritize: Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities. Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI.
- Build & Ship: Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools. Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.
- Drive AI Adoption: Partner with teams to build an AI-first culture. Run enablement sessions, create documentation, and build internal champions who sustain long-term impact.
- Establish Operational Rigor: Define success metrics for every initiative. Track performance, measure adoption, and demonstrate business impact. Iterate based on data and feedback.
- Support Rain’s AI Foundations: Develop the core primitives — documentation, skill/agent libraries, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks — that enable Rain to build and deploy AI agents and tools easily and reliably.
WHO YOU ARE
- AI Native Builder. Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work. You can take an ambiguous problem and ship a working solution without waiting for an engineering team.
- Strong technical fluency. You are fluent with low-code/no-code and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations.
- Analytical and empathetic problem-solver. You can partner with teams to understand challenges, use data to prioritize opportunities, deliver results, and measure impact.
- Excellent communicator. You can manage expectations, maintain alignment, across competing priorities. You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Systems builder. You naturally create clarity out of chaos — writing SOPs, building templates, defining standards, and structuring knowledge so that humans and agents can build on your work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift and you need to figure things out on the fly. You have high agency and don't wait to be told what to do.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar role where you have solved problems with technical solutions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a Series A–C startup or high-growth startup company (or former founder)
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or payments workflows
- Experience with workflow orchestration and integration architecture (webhooks, auth flows, data pipelines)
- Background in change management or internal enablement programs
- Experience with data platforms (Google Cloud, DBT) or data modeling
- Track record of driving measurable adoption of internal tools or processes
- Experience building internal knowledge bases, technical SOPs, or developer-facing documentation
