Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma’s AI Insights team, within Research, is hiring a builder with exceptional design craft and deep AI fluency. You will report to Noam Segal, Director of AI Insights.
You will build internal AI products that help Figmates understand our customers and their needs. These products will scale customer intimacy across Figma and inform product and business decisions.
You enjoy figuring things out by making them. You own products from the first idea through design, building, evaluation, and adoption. You build primarily with AI tools and apply strong design and product judgment throughout. You ship early, improve rapidly, and hold internal experiences to the care expected of customer-facing Figma products.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify where Figmates need better customer understanding. Choose opportunities where an internal product can make a meaningful difference
Design clear, compelling experiences that help employees find customer evidence, understand needs, and make informed decisions
Use AI tools to build and ship internal products. Own the work from initial concept through launch and continued use
Ship focused versions early. Improve them rapidly through feedback, actual use, and careful attention to interaction and visual details
Define a high quality bar for AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability. Build evaluations that expose failures and verify improvements
Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch products and support adoption
Demonstrate what you build, explain your decisions, and share reusable tools and practices. Measure whether the products improve customer understanding
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design, with strong interaction design, visual judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows without sacrificing important details
Build and shipped impactful products by turning ambitious ideas into working solutions using AI tools, demonstrating significant hands-on contributions, strong execution, and sustained value beyond initial prototypes
Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools, troubleshoot failures across prompts and integrations, and translate emerging capabilities into effective products
Exercised strong product judgment by identifying unmet user needs, translating complex customer information into intuitive experiences, and making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, and speed
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hold an academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Bring a track record in customer research or in building research platforms and tools that help employees explore customer evidence
Align teams around product priorities, communicate a clear point of view, and drive adoption by resolving competing needs with clear tradeoffs
Build evaluations based on realistic tasks to verify the accuracy, evidence quality, and usability of AI-powered products
Demonstrate familiarity with Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of Sweden's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at our data center in Dalarna region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers and respect for the people around you.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
Even if you don't match every criterion
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

- Lead, coach, and grow a team of specialists across financial systems, data engineering, integrations, and ledger-related services. Establish clear ownership and develop technical leaders
- Set standards for the completeness, quality, lineage, and ownership of financial data, from source events through transaction and balance records, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting
- Contribute to architecture decisions for ledgers, subledgers, financial data models, APIs, and integrations across fiat and crypto activity. Determine what should be standardized and where distinct product flows need governed treatment
- Partner with Accounting and Treasury to improve account and legal entity attribution, financial controls, reconciliation, exception handling, and the traceability of records across internal and external systems
- Lead modernization and migration without disrupting close, reporting, fund movements, or other critical Finance operations. Define validation checkpoints and criteria for retiring legacy processes and systems
- Establish end-to-end testing, documentation, observability, release controls, and incident response practices that account for the financial impact of upstream changes
- Partner with Product, platform engineering, Risk, Security, Compliance, Tax, and Legal on system boundaries, access controls, resilience, regulatory needs, and auditability
- Evaluate build, buy, and integration options; review consequential designs; and communicate architectural decisions, sequencing, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to Finance and Engineering leaders
WHAT YOU WILL TACKLE FIRST
In your first year, you’ll build the foundations for a more reliable, scalable Finance architecture:
- Move key reconciliations from a monthly to a daily cadence, with clear ownership and a process for resolving exceptions
- Reduce the time needed to find the root cause of reconciliation breaks from weeks to days
- Map and validate the source tables and transformations that actually feed financial statements, establishing lineage and ownership
- Complete the UAT data lake connections needed to test financial data flows end to end before changes reach production
WHAT YOU BRING
- Significant software engineering and technical leadership experience, including leading experienced teams through complex financial systems or data architecture change
- A strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing specialists while creating clear ownership, high engineering standards, and effective cross-functional partnerships
- Deep understanding of ledgers, subledgers, double-entry concepts, reconciliation, settlement, and the path from an operational event to an auditable financial record
- Experience with crypto or digital asset infrastructure and the challenges of connecting on-chain activity, internal balances, custody or wallet flows, and traditional financial systems
- Strong technical judgment in distributed systems, data engineering, APIs, event-driven processing, and integrations across complex platforms
- Experience defining a target architecture and delivering a transformation roadmap across fragmented or legacy systems while sustaining production reliability
- Experience designing for data completeness, accuracy, lineage, reconciliation, access control, and auditability
- Sound judgment in production operations, including incident response, monitoring, debugging, change management, and reliability improvements
- Ability to partner with senior Finance and Engineering leaders and translate financial, operational, and control needs into a practical engineering roadmap
- Ability to lead experts and make informed architecture decisions without needing to be the deepest specialist in every domain; clear communication of priorities and tradeoffs to executives and technical teams
- Experience with Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, or Python; finance applications such as NetSuite, Kyriba, or BlackLine; and SOX or SOC control environments is valuable
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Turso core database team and help bring forward the future of agentic databases. Turso is both an Open Source database that replaces SQLite—with an ongoing project to also support the Postgres interface—and a Cloud offering where users can create databases on demand. You’ll work closely with customers and other teams at Supabase to build the future of what databases look like in a world where users and agents are creating millions of databases a day.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building database technology tools that scale to billions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Driving the progress of the Turso Open Source database, in particular the Postgres compatibility layer.
- Making sure code works, and never breaks, and putting the systems and guarantees in place for that to happen.
- Maintaining the Turso Cloud operations, including the Cloud API and data plane operations.
- Improving the scalability of the Turso Cloud operations to support a 100x larger number of databases
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have written databases before, and/or other high-stakes low-level systems like Hypervisors, OS Kernels, storage devices, etc.
- Have experience working with remote teams and Open Source communities.
- Have a passion and experience for correct systems that work, and have the experience in the tools to make that happen: Deterministic Simulation Testing, formal verification methods, fuzz and differential testing, etc.
- Have experience deploying, operating and debugging large scale software systems in production in cloud environments such as AWS & Kubernetes
- Have experience improving the observability, reliability and performance of complex cloud systems.
- Are comfortable working in Rust.
- Are comfortable with LLM-assisted development and evals.
- Are comfortable working with Embedded databases.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly

The role will provide Group-wide oversight of compliance and regulatory risk, while recognising that the nature and intensity of regulatory obligations will differ across our businesses, products and entities.
You’ll oversee compliance across our products, entities and markets, including regulated parts of the business, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and relevant Boards. You’ll be expected to combine deep regulatory expertise with strong commercial judgement, helping the business navigate complex questions, launch new products, enter new markets and manage regulatory risk without losing sight of how the business operates
This is a role for someone comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from advising leadership on emerging regulatory issues, and assessing where regulatory boundaries apply across new and existing activities, to working directly with teams to solve complex compliance challenges. Given the role’s responsibilities across our regulated businesses, you’ll also be expected to hold relevant individual regulatory roles and approvals.
How you can make an impact:
Lead the Group compliance strategy and framework across our products, entities and jurisdictions, covering both regulated and unregulated activities and ensuring requirements and controls are appropriately calibrated to the nature and regulatory status of each business

Lead the assessment of regulatory implications associated with new products, markets, business models and strategic initiatives, developing practical approaches that enable the business to execute responsibly
Own and continuously develop the Group compliance programme, including policies, risk assessments, monitoring and testing, regulatory reporting, governance, remediation and management information
Oversee financial crime compliance across the Group, ensuring effective and proportionate frameworks for AML/CTF, sanctions, customer risk, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting and other relevant financial crime risks
Maintain effective regulatory relationships and lead engagement with regulators, including regulatory applications, examinations, information requests and remediation programmes where required
Monitor regulatory developments across our key markets and translate changes into clear implications, priorities and actions for the business
Provide clear and effective compliance reporting to executive leadership and relevant Boards, ensuring key risks, trends and areas requiring attention are understood
Let's connect if:
You have 12+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crime, Regulatory or related functions within regulated financial services, fintech, payments or crypto, including significant experience in senior leadership roles
You have operated at Group or enterprise level with responsibility spanning multiple products, business lines, regulated entities or jurisdictions
You have advised executive leadership and Boards on complex compliance and regulatory matters and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when required
You have significant experience engaging directly with financial services regulators and understand how to manage regulatory relationships effectively
You have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to payments, cryptoassets and digital financial services, ideally across the UK, EU and US
You have experience supporting product development and understand how to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions without unnecessarily slowing down innovation
You’re able to operate strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to work through complex or high-risk matters when required
You have experience building and scaling compliance programmes, teams and infrastructure within a growing international organisation
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where regulation and business priorities evolve quickly and where there may not always be an established playbook
You are able to satisfy applicable FCA fitness and propriety requirements and are comfortable holding individual regulatory responsibilities in respect of our UK regulated businesses, including registration as an EMD and MLR Individual.
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
