This role is remote, with optional in-person attendance in either the New York or San Francisco office.
About the Team
The Data Foundations team at Patreon builds the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that power both customer-facing and internal data products. The Data Infrastructure function within the team owns the foundational platform — streaming, batch, and data lake infrastructure — that every data pipeline, analytics workload, and ML system at Patreon runs on.
You'll join a small, high-craft team that partners across Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and the rest of Engineering to make sure the platform underneath all of that work is reliable, scalable, and easy for other engineers to build on.
About the Role
- Architect, build, and operate large scale batch and streaming platforms that directly power Patreon product features, analytics, and experimentation.
- Stand up and scale event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and delivery to different data storage systems.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate pipelines with minimal friction.
- Partner with the broader Infrastructure, Platform, and product engineering to drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, deployment, and orchestration to align the data ecosystem with Patreon’s roadmap.
- Build the tooling, monitoring, and observability that gives engineers confidence in the data platform's reliability and performance.
- Mentor other engineers on infrastructure and streaming best practices, and help shape the long-term data infrastructure roadmap.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on data or platform infrastructure.
- Deep, hands-on experience architecting both batch (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) and stream processing systems at scale (Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, or similar).
- Familiarity with data quality, lineage, observability, and governance tooling.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Java, Scala, or Go a plus) and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and broad fluency across data stores: Object storage (S3), RDMS (MySQL, or Postgres, etc.), Key value (DynamoDB), OLAP (Clickhouse, Pinot, or Druid, etc.), search/indexing (Elasticsearch) plus data flow patterns for keeping them in sync with source systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable driving cross-functional infrastructure decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Delta Lake/Iceberg, AWS, or Databricks.
- Contributed to open-source streaming or infrastructure tooling.
- Experience supporting ML/AI workflows, training pipelines, or evaluation systems.
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in French.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior GRC Engineer (Security)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Product Security
- Reports to: VP Product Security
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Senior GRC Engineer (Security), you'll mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program across a multi-country, multi-regulator footprint, including Finland, Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK and Greece amongst others. ICEYE operates at the intersection of commercial space technology and sovereign defence, so our compliance posture (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and national frameworks) has to be credible to customers who include governments and defence agencies. You'll be the person who keeps that posture accurate, current and audit-ready, maps client and national requirements to internal ICEYE requirements, as a senior individual contributor. This role will be working closely with all the ICEYE Security team domains, ICEYE IT, ICEYE product management and the Program Management Office, Engineering and Sales.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- Awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act) as well as NIST frameworks
Nice to haves:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Experience in defence, space, aerospace or another regulated/sovereign-sensitive industry.
- Exposure to classified information handling frameworks (EUCI, NATO equivalents, or national security clearance regimes).
- A well-rounded skillset of using language models for automation.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition
- Technical/competency interview with the VP Product Security
- Scenario-based exercise on requirements discovery, mapping and prioritisation
- Final interview with senior stakeholders including a behavioural interview

• Technical risks, discrepancies, and gaps are identified early, escalated effectively and resolved proactively through structured coordination across software, hardware, operations, and QA teams.
• Cross-functional technical teams operate in alignment, with clear ownership and system-level perspective maintained across all reviews, delivery milestones, and readiness checks.
• Technical documentation—including CONOPS, ICDs, verification matrices, mission analysis, and acceptance reports—is delivered on time and kept current with the actual system implementation.
Role-Specific Competencies
• 5+ years' experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs in advanced technology environments (e.g. space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT)

• Degree in engineering, systems engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances
Nice-to-have

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
- Fluency in German.

About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing, including attribution and management of Meta and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with AI coding agents to build workflows and automations. Systemic thinking focused on repeatable pipelines and automated analysis. Proficiency with Git for version control of queries and workflows. Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable decisions. Professional-level English and reliable overlap with US business hours.
Preferred: Python for analysis beyond SQL, experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), ETL/pipeline work, web/measurement tools (GA4, GTM, server-side tracking), experience with complex funnels and LTV-driven models in sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
How to Apply: Fill out the application form at the provided link; no cover letter required.
