ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to own the craft, quality, and technical direction of our roughly 50-person engineering organization as we enter our next stage of growth. We expect to approximately double the size of the team, and we’re looking for a leader who has successfully scaled a high-performing engineering organization while maintaining an exceptionally high technical bar.
This isn’t a role focused on adding headcount for the sake of growth. We want someone who can thoughtfully scale the team, strengthen the systems that move real money, and make our engineers significantly more effective as the organization grows. This leader should be deeply technical and genuinely engaged in the code, architecture, and engineering decisions—not operating adjacent to them.
You will lead through a mix of direct reports and a small group of engineering managers and tech leads, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance. You will spend your time on design reviews, incident retros, hiring, and the handful of technical bets that determine whether we can support the next order of magnitude of transaction volume.
If your ideal week is entirely calendar blocks and roadmap decks, this is not the right role. If your ideal week includes a hard design debate, a code review that changes someone's mind, and a coaching conversation that raises a manager's ceiling, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations with card networks and banking partners — including the multi-year technical roadmap that gets us there.
- Set and own Rain's engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, and technical decision-making, ensuring correctness is treated as critical for systems that move customer funds.
- Go deep where the risk is. You won't own day-to-day code, but you will review critical designs, weigh in on the highest-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions, and be technical enough that no one can hand you a bad design and have it pass.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence by establishing SLOs, improving incident response, capacity planning for 10x growth, and designing resilient systems with graceful degradation, idempotency, and replay capabilities.
- Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet PCI, SOC 2, fraud-control, regulatory, and blockchain infrastructure requirements.
- Increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality through improvements to CI/CD, developer tooling, local environments, technical debt management, and architecture that enables teams to ship safely and independently.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads, establishing clear team ownership and boundaries, and owning headcount planning and the performance bar.
- Operate as a member of the leadership team — translating company strategy into technical plans, partnering across Product, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM, and representing engineering to the board, banking and network partners, and customers.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 15+ years building production software, including 8+ years leading engineers and meaningful time leading managers.
- Current technical credibility. You have written or reviewed meaningful production code recently enough that an architecture review is a place you add value, not a place you nod along.
- Deep experience with distributed backend systems at scale: data modeling, consistency and idempotency, queues and event-driven design, and the operational reality of running all of it.
- A track record of raising an engineering bar. You can point to specific practices you introduced and the measurable change in quality, velocity, or reliability that followed.
- Real reliability ownership — you have carried a pager, run incident command during a serious outage, and built the follow-through that kept it from recurring.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or another domain where money, ledgers, or regulatory obligations made correctness non-negotiable.
- You have hired and developed engineering managers, not only engineers. There are leaders you grew who would come work for you again.
- Clear written communication. You can make a complex technical tradeoff legible to a CEO, a compliance officer, and a partner's engineering team in the same week.
- Executive range. You are as comfortable in a board or partner conversation as you are in a design review, and you can hold a technical position under commercial pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You would rather ship something correct this quarter than design something perfect for next year.
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, processing, or the Visa and Mastercard network stack.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, onchain settlement, custody and key management, or EVM and Solana infrastructure.
- Experience operating under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or bank and program-manager oversight.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.

THE ROLE
You'll own a hybrid enterprise territory — a mix of existing customers to grow and net-new accounts to win. The balance varies by territory and shifts over time. You're accountable for the full commercial relationship in those accounts: new business, expansion, and renewal.
ClickHouse is bought by technical buyers. Data platform teams, architects, and engineering leaders evaluate the product seriously before price comes up, so expect to spend real time on technical evaluations alongside a Solutions Architect, and on the security and procurement work that comes with an enterprise purchase.
Expect to build a meaningful share of your own pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Grow your install base by landing new teams and new use cases inside accounts that already buy from us.
- Own renewals and consumption commitments, working with your Solutions Architect and Support to get ahead of usage and churn risk.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Find and develop opportunities in new accounts, including teams already using ClickHouse through open source or self-serve Cloud.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Map the remaining teams and use cases in each account and build an expansion plan against them.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against, across both new business and expansion.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don't need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience carrying a hybrid quota — new business alongside expansion and renewal — and the discipline to work both rather than defaulting to whichever is easier that quarter.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don't report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
- Experience with AI-native companies and their data infrastructure needs is a plus.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Every year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!
Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to bring on Circle’s first Creative Director.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Circle shows up in the world, and define the story of a generational company building the future of digital businesses.
We’re looking for an exceptional creative storyteller who can help us develop strong, consistent narratives across everything Circle puts into the world: product launches, campaigns, ads, landing pages, announcements, partnerships, events, and more.
You obsess over the power of a great narrative. You believe every word, visual, and detail matters. You have an exceptionally high creative bar, thrive in highly collaborative environments, and know how to influence people through the quality of the work itself.
As Circle’s first Creative Director, you’ll first and foremost act as a creative extension of the founders. You will turn their ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across all our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Circle’s founders and across our in-house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate our storytelling and creative execution across every major moment.
Your goal is to help make Circle one of the most creatively distinct and definitive companies in the category of digital businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shape Circle’s narrative. Work closely with Circle’s founders to synthesize, sharpen, and evolve the story behind our long-term vision, and translate it into clear, compelling narratives that can travel across everything we do.
- Own the creative direction of our biggest launches and campaigns. Find the angle, develop the brief, shape the story, and obsess over how we make each moment stand out. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing across launches, announcements, demos, and enablement to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Circle. Doing this well requires developing a deep understanding of our product, customers, and market.
- Be a deeply embedded creative marketing partner to our design studio. You’ll work especially closely with our Design Studio, which is led by one of Circle’s co-founders and won’t report to you. Success here involves shared taste, mutual trust, healthy creative tension, and the ability to move quickly together. You’ll occasionally lead external agencies as well — and when the moment calls for it, write the high-stakes copy yourself: the headline, manifesto, launch script, or line someone delivers on stage.
- Raise the bar on our advertising and creative campaigns. Develop the concepts and narratives behind Circle’s ad creative, partnering up our Paid Acquisition team to turn them into high-performing campaigns. They’ll bring the channel and media-buying expertise; while you can make sure the creative is worth paying to distribute.
- Direct how our stories come to life across video and events. Get hands-on with scripts, structure, pacing, and narrative for launch films, social, ads, virtual summits, and other major moments. You won’t be editing videos or producing events yourself, but you’ll understand the craft well enough to have strong opinions about what works in each medium, and collaborate deeply with the specialists who bring it to life.
- Influence the narrative behind brand experiences people remember across our webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and live events to align with company brand vision. This includes everything from the theme and programming to the booth, talks, slides, copy, and small details nobody else would think to obsess over.
- Turn partnerships into stories. Work with our Partnerships team to make more of our collaborations with creators and customers into stories we can distribute across our channels. You can help develop the concept, framing, name, narrative, and creative execution behind our biggest partnerships, and helping our partners tell those stories powerfully themselves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A body of work you’re genuinely proud of. We care far more about what you’ve made than the titles you’ve held or the number of years you’ve been doing it. You should be able to walk us through your best work piece by piece: the problem, the idea, the choices you made, what you personally contributed, and ultimately, whether it worked.
- Exceptional creative taste and judgment. You know great work when you see it, can articulate why it’s great, and have the conviction to push work until it gets there. Just as importantly, you know when an idea is trying too hard, when something is off-brand, and when your own fingerprints are making the work worse rather than better.
- You’re an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can take something complicated and find the simple, compelling story inside it. You care deeply about language and will happily obsess over a headline, a launch narrative, or a single line of copy until it feels inevitable.
- A strong point of view, and the ability to make it better through collaboration. We don’t want someone who waits for a brief and executes it. We want someone who can tell us what the brief should be, challenge the premise when necessary, elevate ideas coming from the team and our founders, and make a compelling case for a different direction.
- Real fluency in video as a creative medium. You don’t need to shoot, edit, animate, or produce. But you should deeply understand what makes video work, from the script and opening seconds to structure, pacing, emotion, and payoff. You should also understand why a great launch film, social video, customer story, and paid ad require very different creative choices.
- Experience making creative that has to perform. You’ve developed ads and campaigns where the work was ultimately accountable to results. You’ve seen the numbers, learned from them, iterated because of them, and know how to partner with paid acquisition teams without allowing performance marketing to turn into boring marketing.
- An instinct for getting attention without going off script. You understand how to make a brand noticeable, surprising, and culturally relevant without chasing attention for its own sake. Ideally, you can show us a creative risk you fought for that worked, and another you talked the room out of because it wasn’t right for the brand.
- The ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy. There’s no large creative organization reporting to you. Much of your impact will come from getting exceptional work out of designers, marketers, writers, video producers, agencies, and founders who don’t report to you. You know how to raise the creative bar without becoming a bottleneck.
- A great eye for design and deep respect for the craft. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with exceptional ones. Our Design Studio is led by a co-founder and operates with a very high bar; you’ll need the visual taste, vocabulary, and collaborative instincts to be a trusted creative partner to that team.
- Experience working closely with founders. You’re comfortable working with founders who care deeply about the product, brand, and details. You will need to extract the vision, challenge it when needed, and turn it into something better than either of you would have arrived at independently.
- An obsession with understanding what how to tell the world about we do and why it matters. The best creative work here will come from understanding Circle at a deep level: our product, customers, competitors, category, and where the market is going. You should genuinely enjoy developing that level of context rather than treating it as somebody else’s job.
- Exceptional communication skills. Circle is global, remote, and highly asynchronous. You’ll need outstanding written and verbal English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), and the ability to make your thinking clear enough that great work can move forward even when everyone isn’t in the same room.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Why this role is important to Arcadia
Arcadia is building a direct-to–Life Sciences commercial function as a strategic growth pillar of the company. PROSPECT AND BUILD A QUALIFIED LIFE SCIENCES PIPELINE
Proactively build pipeline in a green-field or assigned Life Sciences territory using conference presence, publication monitoring, thought leadership networks, hunting via warm and cold outreach, leveraging of BDR Team, and CRO or consultancy partnerships
Identify and prioritize high-probability targets using a defined ideal customer profile: company size, therapeutic area focus, pipeline stage, and recent approvals
Map multi-threaded stakeholder ecosystems across R&D, HEOR, medical, market access, and commercial teams at target accounts
Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene using a defined qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or BANT) to advance or deprioritize opportunities
LEAD SOLUTION SELLING ACROSS THE PHARMA DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE
Lead discovery conversations across early research, clinical development, HEOR/RWE, market access, and commercial analytics
Translate complex client needs into well-scoped solutions that balance data, analytics, services, and delivery realities
Guide clients toward use cases where Arcadia can deliver outsized value, not lowest-friction data transactions
Align solutions to client budgeting and planning cycles, including annual and multi-year funding processes
CONDUCT CONSULTATIVE, VALUE-BASED SELLING
Lead structured discovery that surfaces business problems and internal success metrics before any product discussion
Build ROI and business cases using the customer's own metrics and language, validated by the scientific or commercial champion
Adapt selling approach and content to the buyer persona and Use Case - modulating message and proof points accordingly
NEGOTIATE AND CLOSE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS
Structure enterprise data agreements—licensing, DUAs, MSAs, usage-based pricing—that protect margin while delivering clear buyer value
Exercise strong commercial judgment on deal structure, pricing, and scope, with a clear negotiating position and walk-away point on every deal
Respond to procurement pressure by re-anchoring to validated scientific and commercial value rather than discounting immediately
Own the full lifecycle:
Opportunity qualification
Solution design and scoping
Proposal and SOW development
Pricing and commercial structuring
Contract negotiation and close
Partner closely with legal, finance, and leadership to finalize terms efficiently
COLLABORATE ACROSS TEAMS AND MAINTAIN FORECAST DISCIPLINE
Partner effectively with data science, medical, product, legal, and delivery teams to configure and present solutions that meet complex customer requirements
Orchestrate internal resources without over-committing them, and manage a clean handoff to delivery and customer success to protect revenue
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and deliver reliable forecasts, distinguishing clearly between commit, best case, and pipeline
Contribute market and competitive feedback that informs product roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience selling into pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies, ideally in a quota-carrying, individual contributor role
Demonstrated success selling data-, analytics-, or evidence-driven solutions (RWD, RWE/HEOR, clinical analytics, or adjacent offerings)
Deep working knowledge of Life Sciences functional area—HEOR, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Payer/Market Access—including how that function makes decisions and purchases data and analytics solutions
Proven ability to engage scientific buyers (PhDs, MDs, biostatisticians, epidemiologists) with credibility on
methodology
, study design, and data fit-for-purpose
Experience structuring and negotiating enterprise data licensing agreements, including DUAs, MSAs, and usage-based pricing models
A disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting, using a defined qualification
methodology
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort
operating
in a build-mode commercial environment

MEDDIC or MEDDPICC certification, or equivalent formal sales methodology training
What You'll Get
Arcadia brings a rare advantage to Life Sciences: a
market-leading, scaled payer and provider platform
as its foundation
For more than a decade, Arcadia has been the trusted data and analytics partner to health systems, physician groups, and payers nationwide. That core business provides deep, longitudinal clinical and claims data, embedded clinical workflows, and durable relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Building on this foundation, Arcadia has assembled a large, de-identified real-world dataset combining claims and clinically rich EHR data sourced directly from provider systems. The result is a longitudinal, research-grade asset with depth and clinical context that is difficult to replicate through aggregation alone
Life Sciences is a strategic pillar built on this foundation. Arcadia has made a deliberate, multi-year investment in:
Purpose-built real-world data assets
Clinically connected solutions that link insight back into provider workflows
A growing research and collaboration ecosystem to expand data use rights
Dedicated leadership, product, data, and operational resources
The opportunity is to sell—and help shape—solutions that connect
data, analytics, and real-world clinical activation
across the pharma development lifecycle, backed by enterprise credibility and executive commitment
This role is a
founding, hands-on commercial leadership role, accountable for building the direct Life Sciences revenue engine, and deeply involved in shaping deals, messaging, and market positioning
This role is not a
channel-only or account maintenance role, a narrowly scoped quota-carrying role with a fixed playbook, and insulated from product, delivery, or execution realities
About Arcadia

We are passionate about helping our customers drive meaningful outcomes. We are growing fast and have emerged as a market leader in the highly competitive population health management software market and have been recognized by industry analysts KLAS, IDC, Forrester, and Chilmark for our leadership. RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial system that converts RevenueCat's market position, product signals, and customer demand into dependable revenue, regardless of that revenue coming in the form of an immediate contract, a self-serve credit-swipe, or long-term expansion.
In the ‘app monetization platform’ category, RevenueCat currently has about a 90% marketshare, ranging from the biggest apps in the world (ChatGPT, Ladder, VSCO) to a long tail of 100,000+ indies and startups vying to make it big. We only power roughly 25% of in-app revenue, though: The majority of apps still tries to build this themselves. Your job will be to show them the error of their ways. Not (just) to close a deal, but because we truly, deeply believe we will help them make more money.
As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the AE and Sales Engineering teams, bringing both teams together in a single, well-oiled machine. You’ll set the functional strategy, develop talent, own forecasting and results, and you’ll personally help move important opportunities forward without becoming the required manager or closer on every deal.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
We have more opportunities than the current team can consistently identify, prioritize and pursue.
Our reputation and market position produce consistent touch points with the majority of potential prospects, without those touch points turning into economic opportunities. At the same time, we’re rapidly expanding into new markets and product areas that need more proactive sales support than we can deliver.
We need a leader who can make several motions work together without forcing them into one generic process:
- Complex evaluations involving technical, business, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Faster mid-market opportunities that require strong qualification and commercial momentum.
- Self-exploration where customer behavior reveals an opportunity before a formal handraise.
- Carefully researched outbound engagement with app businesses where RevenueCat has a specific reason to be useful.
- Partner-sourced and selected regional motions whose economics must be demonstrated before they are scaled.
The foundations exist: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, product and usage data, a respected brand, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Growth. This role will turn those ingredients into a successful Sales function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own the function. Set goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the performance bar across Sales.
- Build a multi-motion Sales system. Define how strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities are identified, qualified, staffed, and advanced, across a growing product portfolio.
- Create qualified pipeline beyond inbound. Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, specific use cases, market events, and product signals rather than undifferentiated prospecting.
- Close the coverage gap. Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals quickly result in a named owner and an intentional next action.
- Build the team. We have good building blocks in place but the team needs to be significantly expanded to take on our current scale. Hire and developer exception talent, and define what makes a great sales team member at RevenueCat.
- Remain close to customers. Participate in customer conversations every week and personally lead or support opportunities with unusual economic, technical, or organizational complexity.
- Make the forecast useful. Establish definitions and inspection habits that distinguish real, qualified opportunity value from incomplete records, existing usage conversions, renewals, total contract value, or loosely influenced demand.
- Help shape pricing and packaging. Bring a clear Sales point of view to cross-functional pricing and packaging decisions, using customer evidence to advocate for structures that support value, adoption, and durable growth.
- Get cross-functional collaboration right. Define how Sales works with Customer Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, TAM, and Support without creating duplicate account ownership or executive rescue as the default operating model.
- Create learning from every deal. Turn repeated discovery patterns, objections, migrations, wins, and losses into better playbooks, reusable assets, Product evidence, and team training.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We help even more apps make even more money, without turning Sales into the standard SaaS “spray and pray” factory
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ Year of experience leading Sales in a technically complex B2B environment, including responsibility for managers or senior team leads as well as individual contributors.
- Success across multiple distinct motions such as strategic enterprise, mid-market, product-led Sales assistance, focused outbound, channel, or regional selling.
- Experience creating qualified pipeline rather than depending entirely on inbound demand or a large SDR organization.
- Enough product and technical fluency to talk to Engineering about a possible migration without relying on Sales Engineering for every conversation.
- Fluency with pipeline inspection, forecasting, conversion data, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, developing leaders, raising standards, and making difficult talent decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and post-sale teams.
- A desire to stay personally engaged with customers and live commercial work as the organization grows (and an understanding of why this matters).
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business where self-service remains an important customer path.
- Understand app infrastructure, payments, monetization, developer platforms, or another domain with meaningful implementation complexity.
- Have built a productive Account Executive and Sales Engineering partnership.
- Have experience with partner-sourced, international, or regional programs.
- Have sold to buying groups spanning engineering, product, growth, finance, security, legal, and procurement.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life.
WHOOP is seeking a Director, Security Engineering & Operations to lead the teams responsible for enterprise security engineering and security operations. Reporting directly to the CISO and serving as a senior member of the Security leadership team, this leader will shape strategy, lead a growing team of managers, engineers, and analysts, and drive measurable security outcomes across a fast-moving technology environment.
This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled security operations in complex, high-growth environments and brings strong security engineering experience. The right leader combines strategic judgment with strong technical depth, staying close enough to the work to set a high bar for engineering quality, guide critical technical decisions, and lead effectively through significant security events.
This leader will play a significant role in shaping the team, operating model, and technical roadmap as WHOOP scales, advancing capabilities across security engineering, detection and response, incident management, security automation, identity, cloud, endpoint, SaaS, data protection, and other enterprise security domains.
As WHOOP expands its use of AI across member-facing products, internal technology, and engineering, and continues to evolve its capabilities in health, this leader will help ensure security scales alongside the company's technology, data, regulatory, and threat landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Security Engineering and Security Operations, defining strategy, priorities, technical standards, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes across both functions.
- Advance a risk and threat-informed detection and response program that connects priority threat scenarios to the telemetry, detections, investigation capabilities, response procedures, and operational controls required to address them, including identity-centric, data protection, and insider risk scenarios.
- Lead security incident readiness and response, including escalation, incident command for significant events, cross-functional coordination, post-incident review, and accountability for follow-up actions.
- Guide the engineering and operationalization of preventive and detective security controls across identity, endpoint, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, data, AI-enabled systems, and other high-value enterprise environments, while setting a high bar for technical design, testing, documentation, maintainability, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the security strategy and engineering approach for AI-enabled products and enterprise AI adoption, including access controls, sensitive data handling, model and application security, third-party integrations, tool and agent permissions, monitoring, auditability, and secure use of AI across the company.
- Drive an outcome-oriented approach to security technology and managed services, maximizing the effectiveness of existing capabilities, making disciplined decisions about when to automate, build, buy, or use external partners, and holding security partners accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Drive disciplined execution across the security engineering and operations portfolio through effective prioritization, roadmap and backlog management, capacity planning, metrics, ownership, and operating cadence.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, engineers, and analysts, setting clear expectations for technical quality, judgment, ownership, execution, and professional growth.
- Strengthen collaboration across Product Security, Security Architecture, Platform, Fraud, Engineering, IT, GRC, Legal, Privacy, and other business functions, creating clear ownership and effective operating relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Partner with the CISO on organizational design, workforce planning, hiring, and development of the capabilities required as the Security organization evolves, while providing clear, data-driven communication on security posture, operational performance, significant risks, and strategic priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with deep experience in Security Operations and meaningful experience across Security Engineering in complex technology environments.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including multiple years managing managers and senior technical individual contributors. This is not a first-time people leadership role. Demonstrated strength in hiring, coaching, performance management, organizational design, and raising the bar for team quality and execution.
- Deep technical expertise in detection engineering, SIEM and telemetry strategy, incident response, and modern security operations, including experience leading significant security incidents.
- Proven ability to drive disciplined execution across priorities, roadmaps, backlogs, metrics, and ownership, while maximizing existing capabilities before introducing additional technology.
- Experience managing MDR, MSSP, or similar security partners and holding them accountable to measurable operational outcomes.
- Experience securing AI-enabled products, enterprise AI adoption, or AI development environments, including risks related to sensitive data, models, agents, third-party services, access, and monitoring.
- Strong judgment and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical, product, risk, legal, and senior leadership teams.
- Experience in health technology or another sensitive-data environment is a plus.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/to determine employment eligibility
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $220,000-$245,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount

We believe in being transparent about compensation, which is why we share salary ranges in our job postings. We also recognize that every candidate brings a unique set of experiences and expectations. If you're excited about this opportunity but the range gives you pause, we'd still love to hear from you.

Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Role
You will help build this business: identify where Intellect can create the most value, develop compelling propositions and secure the partnerships that bring them to market.
Working closely with our Australia leadership and commercial, clinical, product and operations teams, you will turn customer needs into viable services and commercial agreements. Opportunities may include early intervention, psychological injury support and recovery programmes, with priorities shaped by customer demand and delivery feasibility.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial ownership. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposals, negotiation and launch, then help successful programmes grow.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with access to Intellect’s existing capabilities and specialist teams. Appointment at Manager or Senior Manager level will reflect your experience, track record and readiness to take on broader ownership. As the business develops, there is potential to expand your remit and leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and develop propositions
Identify and prioritise opportunities across insurers, workers’ compensation schemes, claims-service providers, brokers, employers and self-insurers, understanding their needs, funding models and buying processes.
Lead customer discovery and develop propositions that address meaningful gaps in mental health, psychological injury and recovery support.
Build commercial cases, pricing and partnership models with input from clinical, operations, finance and other relevant teams.
Build partnerships and win business
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and partners across the Australian insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities, next steps and visibility of potential revenue.
Own proposals, tenders, negotiations and commercial agreements, converting opportunities into paid pilots, programmes and longer-term partnerships.
Launch, learn and grow
Coordinate programme launches with Clinical, Product and Operations, translating customer commitments into clear requirements while specialist teams lead the design and delivery of their respective services.
Track commercial performance and work with delivery teams to demonstrate outcomes, strengthen the proposition and expand successful partnerships.
Recommend the capabilities, partnerships and investment needed to support repeatable growth, informed by validated demand and practical delivery experience.
Requirements
Relevant Australian sector experience. You understand insurance, workers’ compensation or closely related areas such as occupational rehabilitation, injury management or healthcare services working with these sectors.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage leader in the open cloud movement, fueling customer success with cloud storage built purposefully to unlock budgets, unburden administrators, and unleash innovators. Together with our partners, we're helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125M in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
Role Overview
Backblaze is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of the company’s enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. This is a senior leadership role with organization-wide scope — spanning commercial and financial systems, GTM technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of AI agents across the business.
This leader will serve as the company’s architectural authority for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and their surrounding integration ecosystem. Equally important, they will support the governed infrastructure layer that enables AI agents, automated workflows, and headless capabilities to operate safely at a public company. They will partner closely with the CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring systems are compliant, auditable, and built to scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on platform engineering instincts and practical experience deploying AI agents in production environments. This is a build-and-operate role, not a purely advisory one. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team, and will grow a broader platform capability over time.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms.
Own and maintain formal architecture documentation including system topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Establish and enforce architectural governance standards and review processes for all material system changes across the enterprise.
Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data exchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads.
Lead build vs. buy evaluations and establish platform selection criteria — including for AI tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure — aligned with long-term architectural goals.
Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment.
Systems Architecture & Integration Design
Serve as the lead architect for the design and implementation of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise platforms.
Establish and enforce design standards, data contracts, and integration governance across all enterprise systems.
Own the enterprise architecture review board, evaluating proposed system changes for scalability, compliance, security, and alignment with long-term design goals.
Define integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, middleware) and ensure consistent application across the technology ecosystem.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations reflect sound architectural principles and support reliable analytical and operational outcomes.
Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, including iPaaS and middleware platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture.
Architecture Governance & Advisory
Serve as the company's technical authority on enterprise systems design questions, providing architectural guidance to Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering leadership.
Lead architecture review sessions and provide formal design approval for major system initiatives and platform changes.
Produce and maintain architectural roadmaps, standards documentation, and technical decision frameworks that guide delivery teams and stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical design decisions.
Establish strong feedback loops with business teams to ensure the architecture evolves alongside organizational needs.
Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows — ensuring all agents and automated systems operate through governed identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers.
Maintain and enforce change management standards for workflow deployments, prompt changes, and policy updates — including GitHub-backed version control and CI/CD deployment gates.
Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls, data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA), and internal data governance standards.
Build and maintain observability infrastructure in partnership with the security team for agent operations, including real-time dashboards, alerting on anomalous behavior, and audit trail evidence for SOX and compliance purposes.
Team Leadership & Vendor Governance
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems administrators, contractors, providing mentorship and clear career development direction.
Establish best practices for systems lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external resources operate within defined architectural standards and governance frameworks.
Champion a culture of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications
Required
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, including data model design, integration patterns, and access controls.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both an architectural and operational perspective.
Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure in support of automated workflows or agent systems.
Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with experience producing control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years.
Proven track record managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct management of admins and techno-functional resources.
Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly across technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.
Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments.
Preferred
Proficiency with architecture and security frameworks to enable the responsible usage of AI
Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at a design and governance level.
Experience developing master data management (MDM) strategy and data governance frameworks.
Experience managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau.
Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
Experience working in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements.

THE ROLE
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for our Central Operations and Systems organization — the foundational platform that powers "how Docker does Docker", which includes corporate systems, developer AI/SDLC, infrastructure, reliability, and internal systems. This is one of the most impactful individual contributor roles at Docker, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy that enables Docker's transformation to an AI-first company and effectively enables Docker to be "Customer 0" of Docker. Your influence will impact the work of every Dockhand every day.
As Senior Principal Engineer, you will establish strategic technical plans that span the company systems/data architecture and the end-to-end employee experience, make critical architectural decisions that affect Docker's entire internal systems portfolio, and drive technical execution of cross-company initiatives that directly enable every Dockhand. You'll work at the technical intersection of AI, platform infrastructure, developer SDLC, corporate systems, and Docker products, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly to support Docker's most precious resources: our employees.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise across multiple domains. Managing the breadth is both the exciting and challenging part of this role. You'll be recognized across Docker as the definitive expert on employee experience, consulted by executives on strategic technical decisions, and responsible for ensuring that every Dockhand has the right tools at the right time to do their day to day work.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.
