At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
Our Salesforce team is at the center of how Docebo sells, renews, and serves customers. We're investing in how it operates, and this is a net-new role we're adding to lead that change. We have strong senior technical talent on the team — what we're adding is a product owner who can set direction, manage stakeholders, and give that talent well-scoped work to build.
You'll own the backlog and the priorities. You'll define the intake and process the team runs on. And you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and admins as an advisor and partner — not to out-engineer them, but to make sure the team is solving the right problems in the right order, with the business bought in.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- The product backlog and priorities. Turn business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize with stakeholders so the team always knows what's next and why.
- Stakeholder management. Be the connective tissue between the Salesforce team and the business — Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and bring the team into solution design early instead of receiving pre-baked requests.
- Process and ways of working. Define and stand up how the team intakes, prioritizes, and delivers work. Set the standard for a good request and make it stick, so work enters the team ready to build.
- Partnership with senior technical leads. Work with the team's architects and admins as an advisor and thought partner. You bring the product and process lens; they own the technical design. Together you keep the org healthy and the roadmap realistic.
- AI-driven innovation. Champion how the team uses AI to work smarter — from AI-assisted ticket triage and intake scoring to identifying where automation and AI can improve how Docebo runs on Salesforce.
- A seat at the table. Represent the Salesforce team when the business evaluates new tools, so decisions that affect the platform are made deliberately, not discovered later.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡
- Platform Depth: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise needed to speak fluent platform and earn instant respect with technical leads.
- Product Ownership Mastery: Strong track record of running backlogs, scoping airtight requirements, prioritizing high-value features, and confidently saying "no" with strategic reasoning.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to align competing business priorities across departments, negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership, and keep everyone bought into the plan.
- Process Architecture: Demonstrated success building lightweight, effective operating frameworks that bring structure and clarity to team workflows without adding bureaucratic bloat.
- Impactful Communication: Talent for translating technical complexities into business-friendly language for executives while keeping developers clear on the mission and priorities.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Natural curiosity and drive to leverage emerging AI solutions to optimize team operations and CRM efficiency.
- Governance Savvy: Deep comfort navigating regulated environments, including SOX controls, structured deployment schedules, and strict UAT standards.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Certified Expertise: Holding active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect track credentials).
- RevOps Synergy: Direct experience acting as the designated product owner partnering with a fast-paced Revenue Operations organization.
- Revenue Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or leading complex billing system migrations.
- Applied AI Experience: Practical background implementing AI-driven workflows or tools within CRM or delivery environments.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $280,000 to $340,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
You will lead the financial perspective behind the decisions that shape a high-growth business. As a key partner to the CFO and the Executive Team, you will own near- and long-term strategic planning, turn the drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash into clear recommendations, and help shape the company's financial narrative. You bring the rigor of a strong analyst, the clarity of a storyteller, and the judgment to know when a sharper answer will change the outcome and when it will only slow the team down. Perfect imperfection shows up in how you improve the planning model without overengineering it. Give a $h*t means you take ownership of the FP&A operating layer, including sales compensation, and make it stronger.
You will build trusted partnerships with GTM, Product, and functional leaders, turning data into insight that non-finance teams understand and act on. Give More Than We Take means your analysis makes other teams better. Candor means you surface hard truths early and challenge respected leaders with evidence and care. You will build and develop a high-performing team and modernize how we plan and forecast with AI, with the controls that keep our numbers trustworthy. You bring Warrior Spirit when forecasts miss or conditions change, and you stay Outcome-Obsessed by measuring success through better decisions, stronger planning discipline, and a finance function that scales.
Responsibilities:
Own strategic financial planning both near and long term. Identify the drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash, and turn them into recommendations the Executive Team can act upon.
Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team. Shape the company's financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising, and act as a close partner to the CFO.
Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights non-finance leaders understand and act on, and to challenge them with evidence when needed.
Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions. Apply the right depth to each: go deep when precision changes the answer and move fast when it doesn't.
Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development, succession readiness, governance, and controls. Keep what works and redesign what doesn't.
Redesign forecasting, planning, variance, and reporting workflows with AI, with controls that validate outputs and protect confidential data.
Oversee sales compensation administration so incentive plans align with company goals and are executed accurately.
What You Bring To The Team:
15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS, including building and scaling multi-level teams.
Analytical storyteller: a track record of turning complex financials into a clear narrative for executives, boards, and non-finance stakeholders.
Trusted influencer: you build relationships across the organization, give candid input, and challenge senior leaders with evidence and care.
Talent builder: you develop leaders, not just analysts, and have built engaged, high-performing teams.
Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with a bias for finding and implementing improvements.
Strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows, applied with verification, confidentiality, and control.
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.
