Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. We’re looking for a driven, curious, and Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales organization at Wrike. In this role, you’ll engage with prospects and customers across high‑value accounts, build strong relationships, and uncover new opportunities to expand Wrike’s footprint. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving complex customer challenges, and love collaborating with a high‑performing team, we’d love to meet you.
As part of our Prague co‑location strategy, this role follows a 3‑day in‑office schedule. Being together accelerates learning, strengthens collaboration, and helps us build a consistent, high‑impact sales motion across the team.
Team Dynamics:
As a Strategic ISR, you’ll manage a defined set of enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and achieve shared booking targets. You’ll balance inbound engagement with proactive outbound prospecting, identifying customer pain points and positioning Wrike as the solution that helps teams work more efficiently and effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer insight, and execution. You’ll be expected to understand complex customer environments, tailor your outreach, and contribute to account‑level planning. You’ll join a collaborative, co‑located team that values curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement — and where will matters just as much as skill.
Your Impact:
Proactively do calling to all assigned existing customers and new prospective clients (hunting) and generating pipeline and incremental business on both
Deep understanding customer/prospect needs and spot opportunities to expand Wrike within existing accounts.
Research competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods to inform strategy and identify opportunities for cross-selling
Identify new prospects within targeted accounts by analyzing business workflows and leveraging insights from customer interactions to discover potential sales opportunities
Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute account strategy, ensuring alignment on goals and approaches to maximize revenue growth within current accounts
Actively seek out additional contacts and decision-makers in existing accounts through channels such as networking, referrals, and research, emphasizing the value of Wrike
Conduct research on prospects and their organizations to personalize outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, showcasing how our solutions address specific challenges faced by the account
Leverage outbounding and AI tools (ie: Lusha, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Regie) to create a strategic list of potential prospects to target outreach
Proactively build knowledge of the product, new feature releases, changes in market trends and competitors landscape to improve engagement
Partner with sales teams, including other ISRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing, to refine and perfect account-specific messaging, aligning with business workflows needs and solution selling
Your Qualifications:
Fluency in English
2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
Stronger business acumen: to interpret business models, workflows, and operational challenges to identify expansion paths that aren’t obvious.
Account strategy skills: understanding complex account structures, buying committees, and multi‑stakeholder dynamics — not just surface‑level prospecting.
Executive‑ready communication: comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and articulating value in a strategic, business‑outcome‑focused way.
You will stand out with:
Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
Experience with solution selling

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
In case you hadn’t noticed, Anthropic is growing fast. Really, really fast. The People Products team exists to support Anthropic’s mission by defining the blueprint for AI at work. We help hire the best person in the world for every job, ensure manager effectiveness, ramp new hires successfully, and ensure that we apply first principles thinking in how we shape Anthropic’s culture through the tools we build. We cover the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, teamwork, and promotions.
You’ll work directly with Claude, with access to capabilities no external team has, on problems that are genuinely unsolved. You’ll move fast — prototype to production in days or weeks. We believe in cross-functional thinkers who can reason across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and ship constantly. If you’ve experienced the pain of bad people practices and want to be the person who fixes them at the most consequential AI company in the world, this is that job.
Responsibilities
Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
Design and implement AI-native workflows: build tools, evals, prompts, and products. You’ll help define what is possible in applied AI for people processes.
Work directly with internal stakeholders — HR teams, recruiters, managers — to understand problems, gather feedback, and iterate quickly without waiting for requirements to be handed down. No gatekeeping, you are expected to talk to your customers.
Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment: knowing when to cut scope, when to ship, and when to ask for input.
Contribute ideas for how the team works, what it builds, and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
Have shipped LLM-native features or applications.
Derive joy from hard work and the act of creation.
Are experienced enough to build big features independently, and make great architectural decisions along the way.
Are self-sufficient end-to-end: you can go from idea to production without needing a designer, PM, or architect to unblock you.
Move fast without cutting corners: you hold a high quality bar and know how to make smart tradeoffs under time pressure.
Engage directly with users and criticism: you’re comfortable talking to internal customers, hearing hard feedback, and incorporating it quickly.
Are genuinely mission-driven: you care about the intersection of AI and people practices, not just the technical puzzle.
Are a collaborative, supportive teammate: you bring people along, communicate clearly about tradeoffs, and make the people around you better.
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production.
Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment.
Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Figma is evolving the Product Support experience, powered by AI, automation, and integrated systems. The AI Infrastructure & Tooling team helps make that possible by building intelligent, resilient, and integrated solutions that automate workflows, connect systems, and streamline support operations. As a Support Engineer, AI Infrastructure & Tooling on this team, you'll be the technical execution layer that brings our support tools, customer and account context, internal systems, and AI workflows together.
You'll design, build, and operationalize integrations across systems like Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, and adjacent Product Support platforms. Your work will help us bring the right context into customer conversations, automate complex workflows, and optimize both the customer and Specialist experience by applying AI where it can meaningfully improve support workflows, quality, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who can move from ambiguous support problems to working technical solutions: understanding the workflow, identifying the systems involved, building the integration or automation, validating the data flow, and measuring the impact on customer outcomes and Specialist efficiency.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve Product Support experiences for customers and internal support teams
Design and maintain integrations across Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, internal data sources, and adjacent Product Support platforms
Bring relevant customer, account, product, billing, file, or admin metadata into support conversations so chatbots and Specialists have the context they need to resolve issues more effectively
Use LLMs and AI patterns for classification, summarization, routing, recommendations, context enrichment, and workflow automation
Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Security, Programs, Support, and vendor teams to align on requirements, implementation, governance, and rollout
Build quality checks, monitoring, fallback paths, and operational guardrails so AI-powered workflows can be trusted in production
Define success metrics for each workflow, track adoption and impact, and iterate based on customer outcomes, Specialist efficiency, and adoption
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience shipping integrations, automations, or internal tools across customer-facing operational systems
Strong proficiency in modern back-end technologies and languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL), with hands-on experience building APIs, implementing webhooks, orchestrating data flows, and integrating systems across complex workflows.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows, AI automations, or AI-enabled customer/support experiences, including working with operational data to debug issues, improve workflows, and measure impact
Strong product and stakeholder instincts: you can translate ambiguous support problems into practical, adopted, and measurable technical solutions
Proven track record of designing AI workflows with clear guardrails, fallback paths, and responsible deployment practices
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Decagon, Sprinklr, Gainsight, Maestro QA/Rippit, Assembled, Salesforce, or similar systems
Familiarity with agent assist tooling, AI support chatbots, copilot tooling, RAG, AI observability, or monitoring AI workflows in production
Experience building internal Slack tooling, workflow automations, or embedded support experiences
Background in Support Engineering, Internal Tools Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Operations, CX Systems, or Business Systems
Familiarity with customer support metrics such as containment, deflection, CSAT, first contact resolution, routing accuracy
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s..
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP platforms.

Anthropic's production models undergo sophisticated post-training processes to enhance their capabilities, alignment, and safety. As a Research Engineer on our Post-Training team, you'll train our base models through the complete post-training stack to deliver the production Claude models that users interact with.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and production engineering, implementing, scaling, and improving post-training techniques like Constitutional AI, RLHF, and other alignment methodologies. Your work will directly impact the quality, safety, and capabilities of our production models.
Note: For this role, we conduct all interviews in Python. This role may require responding to incidents on short-notice, including on weekends.
Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize post-training techniques at scale on frontier models
Conduct research to develop and optimize post-training recipes that directly improve production model quality
Design, build, and run robust, efficient pipelines for model fine-tuning and evaluation
Develop tools to measure and improve model performance across various dimensions
Collaborate with research teams to translate emerging techniques into production-ready implementations
Debug complex issues in training pipelines and model behavior
Help establish best practices for reliable, reproducible model post-training
You may be a good fit if you:

Have strong software engineering skills with experience building complex ML systems
Are comfortable working with large-scale distributed systems and high-performance computing
Have experience with training, fine-tuning, or evaluating large language models
Can balance research exploration with engineering rigor and operational reliability
Are adept at analyzing and debugging model training processes
Enjoy collaborating across research and engineering disciplines
Can navigate ambiguity and make progress in fast-moving research environments
Strong candidates may also:
Have experience with LLMs

We welcome candidates at various experience levels, with a preference for senior engineers who have hands-on experience with frontier AI systems. However, proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and distributed computing is required for this role.
If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

You will own the financial architecture of the business while simultaneously driving operational excellence across our go-to-market functions. You will be the person who figures out where every dollar should go to maximize growth velocity and ensures we are building a scalable, capital-efficient machine.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and produce reports. We need a builder and operator who can make a dent in the company from day one.
What You Will Own
Financial Strategy & Capital Allocation
Own the company’s financial model, forecasting, and long-range planning with a relentless focus on accelerating growth to $100M ARR
Determine where capital should be deployed across R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize ROI and speed to scale
Build and maintain a capital allocation framework that balances aggressive growth with operational discipline
Lead fundraising strategy, investor relations, and board-level financial reporting if and when external capital is pursued
Go-to-Market Financial Operations
Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leadership to optimize GTM spend efficiency and pipeline economics
Build financial models that connect marketing investment to pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
Establish and track unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number) to inform GTM investment decisions at an enterprise SaaS level
Provide financial oversight and accountability for GTM team performance, headcount planning, and quota/capacity modeling
Budgeting, Planning & Operational Efficiency
Own the annual budget process and quarterly business reviews, ensuring every function is aligned to growth targets
Implement rigorous financial controls and reporting cadences without creating bureaucratic drag
Identify inefficiencies and reallocate resources in real time to capitalize on what’s working
Build dashboards and reporting that give the executive team instant visibility into financial and operational health
Scaling the Business
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on all growth decisions, including pricing, packaging, market expansion, and M&A
Bring a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the levers that drive hyper-growth in enterprise software
Help design compensation structures, commission plans, and incentive models that drive the right behaviors across the organization
Evaluate and optimize vendor spend, technology investments, and operational costs to fund growth
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3–5 years at the VP or CFO level
Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from the $10–30M range toward $100M+ ARR in a compressed timeframe
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the financial mechanics of enterprise software businesses
Exceptional command of go-to-market functions — you understand how sales, marketing, and customer success drive revenue, not just how to count it
Experience managing or providing financial oversight to GTM teams, including headcount planning, territory modeling, and pipeline forecasting
Hands-on operator who builds models, digs into data, and drives decisions — not someone who delegates everything to a team of analysts
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or selling into Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries is a strong plus
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Missionary mindset — you take ownership, think independently, and care about the success of the company as if it were your own
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
Complete a full diagnostic of the company’s financial model, GTM spend efficiency, and unit economics
Deliver a capital allocation recommendation identifying the highest-ROI growth investments
Establish baseline KPIs and a financial reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility
First 6 Months:
Implement a scalable financial planning and analysis framework tied directly to growth milestones
Optimize GTM spend to measurably improve pipeline efficiency and reduce CAC payback period
Partner with the CEO and revenue leadership to finalize the investment plan for scaling to $100M ARR
First Year:
The company has a clear, data-driven financial roadmap with capital deployed against the highest-impact growth levers
GTM team operating at peak financial efficiency with transparent cost-to-revenue attribution
Financial infrastructure is investor-ready and scalable for the next phase of growth
Benefits
Why Flosum
Market Leadership: We are a category leader in Salesforce DevOps with deep enterprise traction and a product that Fortune 500 companies depend on
Massive Opportunity: The Salesforce ecosystem is a multi-billion dollar market, and we are positioned to capture outsized share
Impact: This is a company where one person can make a transformational difference. You will not be a cog — you will be a catalyst
Culture: We value missionaries over mercenaries, ownership over politics, and results over posturing
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus tied to community growth and engagement milestones
Equity participation
Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
Remote-first flexibility with travel budget for in-person executive engagements as needed
Location: Washington, DC
