About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
The Encodings Infra team maintains the libraries that engineers and researchers across Anthropic use to encode text and multimodal data into a form that Claude can consume. It also determines Claude’s prompt shape: how a user’s turn is represented to the model, how Claude calls tools and receives tool results, and so on.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll own the design and maintenance of these libraries—keeping their APIs intuitive, their performance sharp, and their abstractions solid enough that most of the org never has to think about encodings or prompt structures at all. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work enabled Claude to learn new ways of understanding the world.
This role is unusually broad: your work will touch systems across the codebase, from pretraining to finetuning to the API, and you'll collaborate closely with both researchers and engineers to make sure new encoding ideas can move quickly from experiment to production.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the encoding libraries used by engineers and researchers across Anthropic
Run experiments to determine the optimal way to feed structured data into Claude without confusing it
Design data structures and abstractions that shield most of the organization from the details of how encoded data works while enabling “power users”
Adapt the encoding libraries to support new research directions as they emerge, and make sure that we can ship these research ideas to production
Optimize encoding performance across the systems that depend on these libraries
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent maintaining libraries, SDKs, or developer-facing APIs
Have familiarity with ML terminology and LLM architecture — you don't need to be an ML expert, but enough understanding to work effectively alongside researchers and understand the results of experiments
Have experience carrying out complex refactors in large codebases
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with researchers and engineers to understand what they need
Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact
Pick up slack, even if it goes outside your job description
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
Tokenizers or other text/data encoding systems
Maintaining a widely-used library over a long period of time
Performance optimization
Python and/or Rust
Reinforcement learning or model training infrastructure
Representative projects:
Working with a research team to ship a new multimodal data type (audio, video, etc) to production
Redesigning a core abstraction so that we can change how data is encoded into Claude without breaking downstream teams
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: Hong Kong (Onsite)
Type: Full Time
The Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who loves games, sweats the details, and enjoys learning new technology. Motion-based QA is different from traditional game QA: you’ll test with your whole body in real-world environments (lighting, room sizes, player heights, 1–4 players, etc.). Prior motion-gaming experience is
not required
—strong QA fundamentals and a learning mindset are.
What You'll Do
Create and execute test plans and test cases for motion-based games and the Nex Playground experience.
Validate core player experience for living-room play: onboarding, clarity, responsiveness, and “is this fun and understandable?”
Test motion-game fundamentals such as responsiveness/latency, recognition consistency, occlusion handling, and edge cases.
Perform functional, usability, regression, localization, and device/compatibility testing across the product surface area.
Write excellent bug reports with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual results, environment details, and short video captures when helpful.
Collaborate cross-functionally: clarify requirements, ask good questions, and flag risk areas early.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in IT or the game industry (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Hands-on comfort with hardware and TV setups, including basic troubleshooting (network, setup flows, updates)
Willingness to perform physical movements during testing and appear in internal test recordings.
A genuine interest in games and player experience—especially party/family-friendly titles.
Nice to Have
Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency
Experience testing camera-based, motion, AR, or computer vision products.
Experience testing multiplayer/local co-op or party games.
Familiarity with Unity, Android-based hardware, or mobile gaming.
Experience setting up consumer electronics (TVs, consoles, streaming devices).
Experience with test automation or scripting (even small personal projects).
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field

Senior Unity Developer - Core Game Tech (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our Core Game Tech (CGT) Team — the small, senior team behind the technology that every Kolibri game runs on.
Our work spans consulting game teams on technical decisions, investigating problems where nobody has defined the requirements yet, and building the systems and integrations that the games depend on. That ranges from compliance features and third-party SDKs to shared systems, standardization and keeping our engine and tooling current.
You'll work in a small specialized team alongside technical decision makers to have strong impact on all the games across our portfolio.
If you like being the person who takes on the technical problems other teams can't, and you don't shy away from constantly diving into new unknowns, learning new skills and driving topics forward, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Design and build the shared systems multiple live games with dynamic events and scheduled content for millions of users run on
Drive third-party integrations and keep the portfolio current: evaluate and integrate SDKs, drive SDK and Unity version upgrades, and understand the impact across every game before it lands
Advise game teams as their technical counterpart, driving standardization and winning adoption of shared solutions on the strength of the work and the argument

Strong written and spoken communication, and the credibility to make teams you don't sit with want to adopt your solutions
Experience building libraries, packages, APIs or tooling that other developers consume, and an instinct for what makes them adoptable
Ability to plan, communicate, and execute technical solutions in a way that is both understandable for other developers as well as non technical stakeholders
Ability to derive requirements yourself from ambiguous or external sources — regulation, platform policy, vendor documentation — rather than working from a written spec
A genuine appetite for constantly learning new areas of the stack
Desirable skills
Experience debugging below the C# layer into Android and iOS platform code, and profiling performance on mobile
Exposure to compliance, privacy or platform policy work — GDPR, CMP, age assurance, ATT or similar
Familiarity with reactive or async programming and dependency injection frameworks, e.g. UniRx, Zenject, UniTask

Lead the integration of onchain and offchain data across savings, funding, withdrawal, bridge, vault, portfolio, notification, and analytics experiences.
Set standards for application architecture, Swift and UIKit code quality, testing, observability, performance, release safety, and incident response
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly for foundational architecture, security-sensitive functionality, complex integrations, and critical production issues

Proven ability to deliver polished, design-precise consumer experiences and collaborate effectively across product, design, backend, protocol, and security teams
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly when explaining architecture, risk, priorities, and trade-offs

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE DESIGN TEAM
Experience Design at OnePay shapes how millions of people interact with their money. The product touches saving, spending, borrowing, and growing wealth – often for people the traditional financial system has underserved. That weight raises the bar on what we ship and how we ship it.
We’re a small, senior team with roots at Apple, Meta, Ford, Airbnb, and leading fintechs – low ego, high craft, and genuinely collaborative. AI is a baseline part of how we work, not a future we’re talking about.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Design Engineer to help define what modern design-to-code looks like at OnePay. This is a first-class engineering role with design fluency. You’ll generate production-ready components directly, use AI coding tools aggressively, and help push the team past traditional spec-based handoff. You’re not executing the current model – you’re shaping what comes next.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You ship in code. Figma is part of how you communicate, but you’re most fluent in the codebase. You generate production-ready work, not just specs.
- You’re AI-native at production velocity. Cursor, Claude Code, v0, similar tools – they’re already how you move. You ship more in a day than most teams do in a week.
- You’re rethinking handoff. The traditional model is breaking down, and you’re excited to define what replaces it.
- You translate fluently. You speak both languages. Designers trust you, engineers trust you, and you make the gap between them disappear.
- You sweat the implementation. A two-pixel drift in production matters to you. So does a token that doesn’t quite map. You catch what others miss.
- You operate in motion. Process is fluid here, and you help shape it as you ship.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. We also embrace AI-assisted development, so engineers have their choice of Claude Code or Cursor to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
YOU BRING
- Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React).
- Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity.
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to code.
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
- Strong communication across both disciplines.
- A track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Applicants in need of special assistance or accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us at talent@onepay.com.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: Director of Product Management, Platform
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $190,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity
About The Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to own a new team focused entirely on Security tooling for the Huntress SOC.
Our SOC is the cornerstone of the Huntress Security Platform, serving SMB and mid-market clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels. It delivers premium, human+AI services at a scale most companies can't match — Rapid Response, Tactical Response, and Hypercare together accounted for roughly 150 engagements in a single recent month. Much of that delivery still runs on an internal SOC platform that does not match analysts' current needs - this includes spreadsheets, Slack threads, and per-engagement documents. Our analysts work on a surface that has never had a first-class experience.
You will own the internal security experience: the surface our SOC works in every day, the tooling that makes our response services repeatable, and the shared investigation and evidence model the rest of the SOC platform is built on. This is the delivery engine behind the margin thesis — the work that enables us to grow the business without growing SOC headcount linearly. It is also the foundation layer, so the interfaces you publish are consumed by our agentic automation team and our partner-facing product team.
Your users are professional security analysts, and they are down the hall. You will get direct, immediate, unfiltered feedback on everything you ship from people who do this work for a living.
You will work closely with SOC leadership, engineering leaders, support, and other Product Managers. To be successful in this position, you need real fluency in how a SOC actually operates — how analysts triage, investigate, escalate, and report — and the judgment to tell the difference between a workflow that needs product support versus not. You will be building internal-facing systems where the return is measured in analyst throughput and time-to-close rather than ARR, and you will need to make that case clearly to executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Director of Product, the Head of SOC, and other relevant stakeholders to set the SOC tooling vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Own the roadmap for analyst UX, Rapid Response and Tactical Response tooling, product support and operations, and SOC platform
Serve as the primary steward of the shared investigation and evidence model — canvas, queues, triage package — and publish the interface adjacent product teams build on
Partner with SOC leadership, analysts, and Tactical Response to turn manual, out-of-product processes into standardized, automation-first internal workflows
Take ownership of the Portal Enhancement Kit and drive analyst-built improvements into the native product so the best of internal tooling becomes the best of product
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous operator needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Protect a capacity floor for resiliency and technical debt, and hold the line on it against feature pressure

Today, XDS is quiet no more.
XDS launched X-LAB in April 2026 as the global consumer brand to take the industry by storm. Three decades of experience building exceptional bicycles have culminated into a unique line of road, gravel, electric, city, hybrid, and soon mountain bikes that riders and shops can’t stop talking about.
X-LAB is the new inflection point for the category.
We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.

The cloud platform underpins how services are built, deployed, secured, and operated across the organization.
As a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will define and drive the governance model and automation strategy for cloud infrastructure. This includes setting policy-as-code standards, automating compliance and cost controls, and ensuring infrastructure is provisioned and operated through consistent, auditable, self-service pathways rather than tailored or manual processes.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level and will set direction for how cloud resources are governed and automated while also building the tooling and guardrails that make that direction real. Success in this role means engineering teams can self-service the build and operation of infrastructure with confidence that it is secure, cost-aware, and consistent by default, without slowing delivery down.
What you'll do
Cloud Governance
Define and enforce policy-as-code standards (tagging, naming, encryption, network segmentation, access boundaries) across cloud accounts/subscriptions
Establish guardrails using tools such as OPA, Sentinel, AWS Config/Service Control Policies to report on and prevent drift from approved patterns
Partner closely with Security/IAM to deliver least-privilege enforcement and access-control requirements directly in our self-service capabilities while ensuring compliance and auditability.
Embed cost governance and reporting (budgets, anomaly detection, showback/chargeback) into provisioning workflows
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
Drive the organization's Infrastructure-as-Code standards (e.g., Terraform/Terraform Cloud, Pulumi)
Establish and maintain reusable, versioned modules and contribution standards that embed governance requirements by default.
Automate environment provisioning, drift detection/remediation, and lifecycle management so policy compliance doesn't depend on manual review
Stay ahead of AI-native tooling and bring forward practical opportunities balancing risk, fit, value, measurability, and alignment to company goals.
Platform & Developer Enablement
Develop golden paths for infrastructure provisioning and service deployment that make the guided path the easiest path
Partner on developer platform tooling and integrations (CI/CD, container registries, managed data services, observability) where they intersect with governance and automation.
What you'll bring
Experience & Skills
8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering, including experience operating at a principal or staff level (setting direction, not just implementing)
Deep experience with major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally across more than one
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and/or Pulumi) at scale, including module design and state/workspace management
Direct experience implementing policy-as-code and cloud governance frameworks
Experience with cloud cost management/FinOps practices and tooling
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, container registries, and observability tooling as consumers of the standards you build
Exposure to applying AI tooling to infrastructure problems (policy review, anomaly detection, automation) is a plus
Collaboration & Communication
Ability to influence across platform, security, FinOps, and product engineering teams without direct authority
Strong documentation and communication skills; able to make the case for standards to both engineers and leadership
Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction beyond your own immediate team
Experience with platform advocacy, working with partners to understand infrastructure needs in collaboration with Product.

– Hands-on experimentation mindset — A/B-тесты вокруг onboarding, pricing, paywalls, retention
– Ownership, low-ego, high-accountability,
