About Onedome
We're a UK fintech building high-throughput digital infrastructure for the mortgage and property space. Recently acquired Trussle. We're taking our platform to the next level: fully automated, self-healing, observable, and built to handle real traffic spikes (we have a TV launch coming up).
The role
You'll be our senior platform engineer. Not a traditional ops role. You'll treat infrastructure as a product, build the internal developer platform our engineers deploy through, and bring SRE discipline into the application tier when it's needed.
You won't have a platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability. We know exactly what we need.
What you'll do
Own 5 AWS accounts across the organisation (QA, Prod, Infra, plus two others)
Architect and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform. Replace the click-ops that's still around
Stand up CI/CD pipelines engineers actually want to use. Blue/green and canary where it makes sense
Run releases reliably and reduce key-person risk on the deploy process
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so we catch issues before customers do. Define SLIs and SLOs that map to real user journeys
Lead incident response as the primary infra responder. Run blameless post-mortems
Patch and harden the platform. We're a fintech, this matters. IAM least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Lead infrastructure work for the TV launch: traffic spikes, autoscaling, capacity planning, runbooks
Partner with backend engineers when production issues cross into the app tier. JVM tuning, connection pools, async patterns, memory leaks
Architect multi-region DR. Drive the platform toward self-healing
Optimise cost across DynamoDB, Lambda, and the wider AWS footprint
Set architectural guardrails with tech leads and SWEs. Mentor engineers as the platform capability grows
You must have
6+ years hands-on AWS in production (VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
Production Terraform (Terragrunt a plus). Multi-environment state management
Production Kubernetes and Docker. EKS specifically
Strong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. GitOps practices
Strong infrastructure security: IAM least privilege, secrets, patching, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Observability from scratch: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
Solid backend competency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node. Understanding of JVM, concurrency, async systems
Comfort being the senior infrastructure person. Self-directed, opinionated, disciplined about documentation
B2/C1 Level English
Nice to have
Fintech or other regulated industry experience
DynamoDB at scale (we run many tables with PITR and S3 exports, Lambda-driven daily incrementals)
AWS cost optimisation track record
Past experience as a first infrastructure hire at a small team
Building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
AWS DevOps Pro, Solutions Architect Pro, or CKA
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd) and DevSecOps practices
Firebase or GCP exposure (we have a small footprint there)
What you won't get from us
A platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability
Click-ops everywhere. You'll be replacing what exists with IaC
Ambiguity about the work. We know exactly what we need
Working setup
UK working hours.
Fully remote across the EU
Tooling: Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Nuclino, GitHub
aws-vault with MFA enforcement on all accounts
Sustainable on-call rotation
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month
Location: Spain

You will engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders to position Action1's patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution. You will own the full sales process, from pipeline generation to close, and play a key role in helping Action1 expand its enterprise presence in the Spanish market.
Requirements
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or adjacent technology solutions
Proven success selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
Experience engaging IT buyers, including IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and technical decision-makers
Strong ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals in expansive territories
Excellent discovery, consultative selling, and value-alignment skills
Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene
Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
Curiosity about cybersecurity, endpoint management, and the evolving needs of modern IT teams
Benefits
Fully remote work, giving you the flexibility you need in the modern world
A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities

Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow

We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our product and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.

Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.

Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.
Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Principal Product Cybersecurity Assurance Engineer with deep expertise in product security, threat modelling, and risk assurance for highly regulated electromechanical systems. In this role, you will lead the delivery of product cybersecurity across Humanoid's HMND 01 platform family — the Alpha Wheeled industrial robot and the Alpha Bipedal home robot — both powered by our KinetIQ VLM/VLA-based AI framework. Working alongside product, firmware, autonomy, and hardware teams as part of the Systems Engineering and Architecture Team, you will define and maintain the cybersecurity assurance strategy for all product security activities from first concept through post-market deployment. Security at Humanoid is an engineering discipline inseparable from functional safety and central to our mission of creating the world's most reliable, commercially scalable, and safe humanoid robots. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate the authority to influence security architecture decisions across complex, cross-functional programmes, the rigour to build defensible security cases for novel cyber-physical systems, and the leadership to grow and guide a cross team of security engineers operating at the frontier of robotics.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Team Leadership & Product Security Delivery
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of security engineers, maintaining accountability for the delivery of product security services within product teams throughout the HMND 01 development lifecycle.
- Define product security requirements and advise development teams on suitable implementation standards, techniques, and toolchains for embedded and AI-enabled robotic systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop security protocols, tools, and processes that keep HMND 01 technologies ahead of emerging threats — including attack surfaces specific to the KinetIQ AI inference pipeline and cloud-to-robot communication architecture.
- Own and maintain key security artefacts for audit-ready cybersecurity documentation including Security Management Plans, Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) reports, Risk Assessments, and Remediation Action Plans across both platforms.
Security Assurance & Certification
- Drive security assurance through the full product lifecycle, ensuring every HMND 01 design is robust, compliant, and resilient. Contribute to the continual improvement of security engineering capability across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity obligations under the EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 where cyber controls intersect with safety-critical functions and compliance to IEC 62443 (for industrial/OT product security), and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

- Represent Humanoid's security posture in customer and partner engagements, including regulatory consultations and certification body interactions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven, hands-on experience with ISO 27001/27004/27005 and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), applied to regulated hardware or embedded product programmes.
- Experience owning a security risk management system for highly regulated, safety-critical products — with background drawn from automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial automation environments.
- Working knowledge of IEC 62443, with the ability to adapt ISO/SAE 21434 lifecycle methodologies to robotic or electromechanical product context.
- Solid understanding of engineering development lifecycles and how the product cybersecurity specialism aligns with systems engineering, functional safety, and hardware/software co-development.
- Ability to interpret Penetration Test reports and author Remediation Action Plans that address identified vulnerabilities in a structured, risk-prioritised manner.
- Clear, structured communication skills — able to articulate complex security risk arguments to both technical engineers and executive stakeholders with equal confidence.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) or equivalent threat modelling methodologies (STRIDE, PASTA) applied to embedded or OT/IT convergent systems.
- Understanding of secure-by-design principles for AI/ML-enabled systems, including securing inference pipelines, model integrity, and cloud-to-edge communication paths.

- Prior engagement with certification bodies (TUV, UL, BSI) or standards development organisations (ISO TC 184, IEC TC 65, SAE, IEEE RAS).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
About the role
We're looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, responsible for building, operating and continuously improving all of our infrastructure services — from core services to observability and private clouds.
Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 300+ physical servers, running predominantly on Ubuntu. The stack ranges from core services like LDAP, PowerDNS and NTP, to an observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, Jaeger) and private clouds based on OpenStack and Kubernetes, as well as services such as GitLab, Artifactory and Vault.
You’ll work in a team of experienced infrastructure engineers, using Scrum and Agile practices, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.
The position is full-time remote, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST.
Why this role?
You’ll be part of the team responsible for the production environment behind products used by millions of users, working directly with development teams, helping them troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and keep their services running reliably in production.
It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation and making infrastructure more reliable and scalable, rather than simply maintaining servers.
Tasks
Oversee various services and associated infrastructure components, including DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, Prometheus etc;
Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring;
Manage and support private clouds (Openstack and Kubernetes);
Design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems across different environments, including bare metal, virtual machines and containers.
Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis;
Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs;
Work towards reducing operational effort;
Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously reduce manual effort;
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues in production;
Keep infrastructure documentation and operational procedures up to date;
Engage in constant upskilling to stay updated with industry best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer, with a focus on infrastructure.
Extensive experience in designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across various environments (bare metal, container, cloud);
Experience with Linux server configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting in production.
Understanding of process control, logging and Linux service management.
Experience with infrastructure services such as Vault, Artifactory, DNS and similar platform components.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Salt;
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized environments;
Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools like Grafana, ELK, or Graylog;
Experience in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud solutions such as OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, or public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and Python;
Familiarity with configuring various servers and databases, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL DB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc;
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
At least C1 in Russian and B1 in English.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting workloads and cluster-related issues.
Hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deployment, configuration, maintenance or troubleshooting of private cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Chef.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Experience working with fintech/trading, or other high-load and mission-critical systems.
We offer
Full-time remote work (service provider contract).
Competitive compensation (EUR).
Flexible working hours.
Corporate AI subscriptions (Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc.).
Access to a rewards marketplace offering products and language courses, redeemable using the company’s internal currency.
A strong team of engineers.
Positive and friendly atmosphere.
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in New York to own our larger deals across North America. You'll sell to marketing, SEO, and growth leaders who are watching their organic traffic get absorbed by AI answers and need to show their own leadership what to do about it. Your job is to build that case with them.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts in North America
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progression
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
- Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Transparent comp with a 50/50 base to variable split, plus equity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
EEOC STATEMENT
Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $141,500 annually with anticipated on-target earnings being $242,000-$283,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
