ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building the Private Equity channel into one of the company's most significant sources of enterprise growth. Sponsors and their operating teams shape how portfolio companies run finance, and when they standardize on a platform, they do it across dozens of companies at once.
This role will be focused on managing the largest funds in the market. You will own a book of the most strategic PE firms Ramp works with, many of which have multiple investment investment strategies, fund vehicles, and GP stakes businesses under a single name. Each one likely has a different operating partner for each strategy, a deal team with its own relationships, and portfolio CFOs who make the final call. Your job is to know all of them, keep every thread moving, and turn that access into measurable adoption across their portfolios.
It is a high-volume, high-stakes book. The work is relentless relationship management paired with genuine commercial discipline, and it carries the highest CP goal on the channel team. There are only a handful of these seats at Ramp, and real executive visibility comes with them.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of upmarket and megafund PE partners, serving as their primary relationship owner at Ramp.
- Multi-thread across each firm: operating partners by strategy, deal teams, platform and portfolio operations leaders, and portfolio-company CFOs.
- Run disciplined portfolio analysis to find where Ramp can create value, and work with Account Executives to convert that into pipeline.
- Generate and own qualified pipeline against an aggressive CP target, prioritizing the large opportunities that move the number.
- Negotiate custom partnership structures where they make sense, including adoption commitments, and hold the line where terms do not work for Ramp.
- Partner with Events, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners and the collateral your partners ask for.
- Build and maintain the operating system behind the book: relationship maps, portfolio analysis, follow-ups and next steps across a large partner set on a tight touch cycle
- Use AI to automate research, portfolio mapping, call prep and follow-through so the book scales beyond what manual effort allows
What You Need
- A track record of carrying and hitting a high quota in a commercial role. Outbound sales development, account executive, or partnerships backgrounds all work.
- Deep working knowledge of how a private equity firm is structured, including the distinct roles of operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across a large, complex organization.
- Exceptional organization and agency. History of managing a large book without dropping threads, continual follow-up, and navigating complex organizations.
- Comfort negotiating directly with sophisticated counterparts, and the judgment to know when to walk away.
- A practical, self-directed approach to AI. You build your own workflows rather than waiting for tooling.
- Strong cross-functional instincts across events, growth, marketing and finance. Ability to work dynamically with others internally to drive results.
- Willingness to travel frequently and to work from our New York office. CT or NJ with an in-office commitment also works, and we are open to relocation
Nice to Haves
- Experience partnering with or selling to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Experience at a company with an established channel sales motion.
- Fintech, payments, expense management, or CFO-software background.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

We're a fast-growing Series A startup ($34M raised, $10.3M ARR, 75% gross margin) building the unified marketing intelligence platform for enterprises like Spotify, Asus, and Colgate. Our Platform Team owns the core data pipeline infrastructure powering 500+ integrations — and we're now rebuilding how that work gets done, with AI at the center.
We're looking for a Principal Engineer who can set the technical direction for AI-assisted engineering across the Platform Team — someone who doesn't just use AI tools, but defines how they're used responsibly at scale.
About the Role
You'll be the architectural voice on the Platform Team, shaping how we design, build, and evolve our core Python-based extraction and load infrastructure. More than that, you'll own the engineering practices shift: defining how agentic coding, AI-assisted development, and LLM tooling integrate into our delivery process without sacrificing reliability or maintainability. This is a hands-on role — you'll be writing code, reviewing architecture, and mentoring engineers, not just advising.
Responsibilities
Own platform architecture: design and evolve data extraction, load, and pipeline systems serving 500+ integrations at scale
Identify architectural bottlenecks and drive performance/reliability improvements at scale (Kubernetes, distributed systems, ClickHouse/PostgreSQL)
Lead modernization of legacy systems into scalable, AI-native infrastructure
Design and implement agentic development frameworks for codebase maintenance and continuous improvement — owning the full loop from AI-assisted development to automated acceptance and rollout, with proper validation, testing, and architectural guardrails
Make and document key technical decisions; set the bar for code quality, system reliability, and performance
Mentor and level up engineers on AI-assisted development practices — help them ship faster without introducing hidden risk
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and AI teams on agentic framework rollout and new integration capabilities
Requirements
7+ years of backend engineering (hands-on programming), with at least 2 years in a principal/architect-level role owning production systems
You've designed and scaled complex systems, not just maintained them
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, agentic coding) — you ship with it, know its limits and where they break, and have built agentic frameworks for code maintenance and rollout
Strong distributed systems background: Kubernetes, workflow orchestration (e.g. Temporal), message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ)
Experience building secure systems that are hard to break, hard to breach, and resilient
Experience with reliability practices at scale: observability, alerting, incident response
Solid SQL and query optimization across PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
Comfortable with ambiguity and high-velocity, fast-shifting priorities — we move like a startup, not a committee
Ability to work within EST timezone
Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Track record of defining engineering standards and driving adoption across a team
Experience migrating legacy pipeline systems
Background in data integration or ETL infrastructure
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Direct impact on platform architecture — your decisions matter
Modern AI-native tech stack with real freedom to experiment
20 PTO days + US holidays
Stock options
Professional development reimbursement
Optional relocation assistance to Latin America after trial period

AI Product Builder
Improvado
is an AI-powered, unified platform designed for marketing teams in medium to large-scale enterprises and agencies, who are looking to automate complex marketing intelligence and reporting to make decisions with ease. Improvado gathers, organizes, and untangles marketing data to deliver instant insights through BI and AI, helping to eliminate complexity, delivering laser-focused insights to optimize budgets, enhance campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.
About the role
As an AI Product Builder you own one product area end to end. Which area depends on where we need you most, and the work is the same in all of them. Our products turn marketing data into decisions, and each of them has the same failure mode: it tells the customer something and stops there. Your job is to find where your area stops short of causing a decision, build the part that closes that gap, and show that somebody acted. You will build hands-on with AI, shape the roadmap, work directly with engineering teams and with customers, and decide what a good recommendation looks like for a different persona on the same data - a media buyer, an analyst and a CMO do not want the same thing.
Responsibilities
Own the product area end to end, from idea to delivery, and define how the roadmap evolves
Close the gap between what the product reports and what the customer does about it: decide what gets recommended and to whom, and build the loop that makes those recommendations better over time
Work hands-on with AI, from mockups and prototypes through to production code for smaller features, alongside an engineering team of three to ten people
Run customer discovery yourself and turn it into roadmap decisions
Define and measure the metrics that prove the product caused someone to act
Build and maintain automated workflows using AI tools, scripting and the modern data stack
Collaborate with Product, BI and CSM teams on architecture decisions and customer data requirements
Qualifications
Product ownership experience
- able to take a problem end to end with minimal hand-holding, and point at things you built that are still in use
Demonstrated use of
AI tools
in daily work: Claude Code, agentic coding, prompt engineering, with a clear view of what you deliberately do not delegate
Experience
building an AI agent
and making it reliable in production
Marketing or revenue data domain
experience, and you have computed those metrics yourself rather than receiving them from an analyst
Comfortable working with engineers as a peer rather than across a handoff
Strong
SQL
;
Python
for data processing and automation
Fluent English
- there are customer calls and escalations in this role
Availability to overlap
US Pacific
business hours (or at least East)
Nice to have
Hands-on
ETL/ELT pipeline
experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse)
Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements
BI tools (e.g. Superset) for operational reporting
Process
A screening call, a 45-minute call with the VP of Product, a take-home designed for 90 minutes to two hours, and a review of it with our product managers.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises

Experience

Marketing or revenue data domain
experience, and you have computed those metrics yourself rather than receiving them from an analyst
Comfortable working with engineers as a peer rather than across a handoff

About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports and independently delivers key elements of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across Tabby's UAE entities, helping the business understand which services must keep running, how long they can be disrupted before customers are harmed, and whether the firm could recover within that time. The role works closely with first-line owners across the business and supports the firm's response to regulatory expectations on operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across both UAE entities, in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and the Group risk framework.
Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments — gathering, challenging and consolidating what each team does, what breaks if it stops, and how quickly.
Support the identification of critical operations and the setting of impact tolerances, working with first-line owners and senior management.
Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping and crisis playbooks, keeping them current, practical and usable.
Coordinate and support the exercise and testing programme, including tabletop exercises, and document outcomes, lessons learned and follow-up actions.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business continuity and operational resilience policies, standards and methodologies.
Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management, risk committees and the regulator, including maturity and self-assessment positions.
Support third-party and technology dependency work where it affects the resilience of critical operations.
Provide practical support to first-line owners on business impact analyses, recovery objectives, continuity planning and remediation actions.
Act as a point of contact for internal audit and support regulatory or external reviews relating to business continuity and operational resilience.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools, maintenance of documentation, committee materials, action trackers and audit-ready evidence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.
Job Benefits
A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.
You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.
Participation in the company’s employee stock options program.
Health Insurance
Flexi Perks: A monetary benefit that gives you the freedom to use it as you choose—whether for health and well-being, education and professional development or travel needs!

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located (or ready for relocation) in the UAE to lead the development and growth of our P2P and local transfer products in Tabby Cash. Since our vision is to become a financial service for daily use, we need a passionate, driven individual to make sending money to friends and family a daily habit for millions of Tabby customers.
You will lead a dedicated team focused only on P2P and local transfers and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance and our banking partners to deliver a seamless and scalable experience in the UAE and KSA.
What you will be doing
Own the strategy and roadmap for money moving between people inside the country: P2P between wallets, local bank transfers and instant payments.
Launch new local payment rails and partner integrations end to end, from discovery and regulatory requirements to scale.
Invent creative, viral social money mechanics that people love to use and share: request money, split the bill, QR, payment links and sending to people who don't have a wallet yet.
Grow the network by turning millions of Tabby app users into active senders and recipients.
Work closely with legal, compliance, risk and core banking teams so products meet local regulations and security standards without killing innovation, because we are about balance.
Lead the launch of local transfers in KSA together with local partners.
Shape how the team works together with the Team Lead: planning, rituals and a predictable delivery cadence.
Set and track KPIs (senders, transfer frequency, recipients per user, retention) and run experiments to move them.
Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour and best-in-class P2P products to keep us ahead of the game.
Plan launches with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.
What you will need
UAE residence or ready for relocation
5+ years
of experience as a Product Manager with hands-on expertise in P2P payments, wallets, instant payments or mobile banking
Proven track record of launching and growing consumer payment products with measurable results
Experience delivering products with banks, payment rails or other regulated partners
Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
