OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

- Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across unfamiliar customer environments.
- Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria, sequencing, and ROI logic.

NAVIGATE ORGANIZATIONS AND SCALE WHAT WORKS
- Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and the people who actually make decisions.
- Identify upsell and expansion signals during engagements and hand them cleanly to the Customer Success team.
- Feed learnings from every deployment into n8n’s internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions.
REQUIREMENTS

- 📊 ROI and prioritization: You can build value cases, estimate impact, and help customers prioritize an automation roadmap based on business outcomes.
- 🛠️ Technical fluency: You do not need to write code, but you understand technical architecture, can demo convincingly, and can spot when a solution is not aligned with the customer’s needs.
- 🤝 Organizational navigation: You know how to build trust across levels, manage competing priorities, and identify who can actually make decisions.
- 🎙️ Storytelling: You can make complex technical concepts clear, compelling, and easy for senior stakeholders to champion internally.
- ✈️ Travel readiness: You are willing to travel for on-site engagements roughly 30–50% of the time across Europe.

- 🧩 Product feedback instincts: You know how to turn field learnings into crisp feedback that helps product and engineering teams build what customers actually need.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how enterprise customers adopt automation in the real world — not through long consulting decks, but through focused deployments that create momentum, prove value, and make teams more capable. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, operations, and change management, partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn complex customer environments into clear automation roadmaps.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company with strong momentum, a passionate technical community, and a culture that values autonomy, experimentation, and ownership. Your work will shape how we scale enterprise deployments, build customer automation operating models, and turn what we learn in the field into repeatable playbooks for n8n.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

Who Is Wrike and Our Culture
We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. With 1,000+ employees collaborating across nearly every time zone, we support talent through 10 global hubs — Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, India, Ireland, Japan, and the United States — offering flexible ways of working that include remote work, hybrid environments, and co-working spaces across many locations.
While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will work on a single product and be fully responsible for increasing ARPU through higher product value: delivering winning tests in the post-purchase experience that make the product more valuable for each user.
You will own the full cycle from research to a proven result and report to the Head of Growth, with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. The bar is high and so is the upside - strong results are significantly rewarded, with a proven path to career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Competitor Insights: Find where users miss value and why they leave, using product and historical data, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Hypothesis Pipeline: Turn those insights into a continuous, prioritised backlog of product ideas, each backed by evidence and a clear expected impact.
- Product Value: Grow ARPU by giving users more value after purchase: improve onboarding, core features, and the moments where users decide whether the product is worth keeping.
- Specs & Delivery: Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so every test ships fast and works as intended.
- Growth Collaboration: Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so product and funnel tests run in sequence and every result is read correctly.
- Test Wins: Deliver a steady stream of A/B test winners on post-purchase metrics, with ARPU as the main one, and raise the share of tests that win over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Product Management: 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products (web-to-web, web-to-app, mobile apps) or similar markets.
- Proven Wins: A track record of A/B tests or product changes that measurably grew revenue, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- User Journey & Product Sense: Strong understanding of consumer user journeys and of what turns a first purchase into lasting value for the user.
- Research & Analytics: Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics (Mixpanel or a close equivalent) to build the evidence behind every idea.
- Experimentation: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including significance, sample size, and test duration.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work, especially UI/UX design of experiments.
- Lifecycle Experience: Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Results-driven - measures their own work by test wins and revenue impact
- Evidence-led - backs every idea with data, user research, or competitor proof
- Ownership mentality - treats the product as their own: proposes, prioritises, and drives ideas to a result
- Bias for action - makes sound decisions quickly and iterates fast
- Communicates with clarity - explains ideas and results in writing so they can be reviewed without a meeting
