Core Products & Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission. We own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit's ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale. Experiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products. We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters.
The Role
We are looking for Product Managers to join Core Products & Platform and take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. These are high-stakes, high-ownership roles. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features. You'll work in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. You won't be handed a finished playbook. You'll help write it.
What You’ll Own
Product strategy and roadmap for your domain — with clear priorities and the reasoning behind every decision
End-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation
Specifications that engineering can build from — with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria covered
Stakeholder alignment — keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated
Domain health — product metrics, reliability signals, and the right balance between new features, experiments, and technical sustainability
What You’ll Do
Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics
Run structured discovery: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration
Write engineering-ready specs — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left
Partner directly with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery
Collaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements
Track product health and understand what's driving changes — with clear attribution and causal reasoning
Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment
Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Strong delivery track record: you ship complex features in high-pressure environments without dropping quality
Ability to write specifications engineers can build from — precise, with edge cases and acceptance criteria
Data fluency: you define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence
Systems thinking: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions
Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is normal
Nice To Have
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows
Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API/integration complexity
Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity
Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain
AI at Fundraise Up
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

RELOCATION TO MANILA PH Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region. 7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors. Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
About the role:
You'll own the NPV and unit economics model behind Salmon's credit card business — the core logic behind how we price, size, and monitor profitability across the portfolio.
What you'll do:
— Work directly with the Head of Economics to turn model logic into production-ready Python/SQL code
— Build and maintain the datasets that feed the model — cohorts, cashflows, losses, funding, fees, revenue — with help from other analysts
— Automate scenario and sensitivity runs so pricing, limit, and product decisions are backed by real numbers
What you'll own:
— Own the end-to-end NPV / unit economics model for credit cards — clean, testable, versioned logic
— Validate model outputs against actual portfolio performance and investigate gaps when they don't match
— Translate model logic into clear, implementation-ready specs when other teams need to build on it
— Step outside your immediate scope when the work calls for it — we value ownership over rigid roles
What makes you a strong fit:
— 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
— Strong Python (pandas) and SQL — for data exploration and for implementing analytics logic in production
— Solid understanding of unit economics / financial modeling — cashflows, NPV, cohorts — through direct modeling experience or hands-on work with such models
— High attention to detail — small errors break economics in production
What we offer:
— Ownership and flexibility
— Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
— Hybrid-first work environment
— Company-provided tools and equipment
— Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
— Health and time off
— Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
— Access to an internal mental health support specialist
— 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
— 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
— Relocation and family support
— Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
— Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
— USD 2,500 per year for flights home
— Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000/month per child under two, USD 500/month per child aged two to 18
— Growth and team experience
— Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
— Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
— Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
— High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
