Follow up with prospective clients, address objections, and move opportunities toward conversion. Coordinate with the Client Success and Recruitment teams to ensure a smooth transition once a client is secured. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and conversions. Manage a high volume of sales activity, with an expectation of 20+ client meetings per week and a target of at least 5 new clients or staffing seats per month . Contribute to building a consistent and scalable pipeline of new business opportunities. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience within a staffing, recruitment, or remote staffing agency is essential (at least 2 years). A few years of relevant experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of independently conducting discovery calls and closing staffing deals. Direct experience selling staffing solutions for roles such as VAs, EAs, Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, or similar positions. Strong understanding of the staffing sales process, from client discovery and qualification through to closing and handover. Ability to step into client-facing meetings immediately , with minimal training or supervision. Experience handling both inbound sales opportunities and proactive outbound business development. Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport, identify client needs, handle objections, and convert opportunities into paying clients.
