ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
This position is Paris-based, with relocation support available.
TEAM
For this position, you will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.
You will be part of the team building Draft Showdown, a turn-based multiplayer game, working alongside its client engineers and game designers as a full member of the game team. You will be part of a small group owning the backend that this game needs as its requirements become more specific and demanding.
You’ll also be plugged into Voodoo's shared gaming backend platform - the same architecture and patterns that power titles like Mob Control and Block Jam 3D - building on it and contributing back, in close collaboration with the wider backend team. You get the focus and ownership of a dedicated game engineer with the leverage and support of a battle-tested platform behind you.
This is a pivotal hire: Draft Showdown is moving towards competitive multiplayer, which means moving game logic from the client to the server. They are also implementing cheat detection safeguards to the game.
You will be central to that transition.
ROLE
You will design and build the server-side foundation that takes Draft Showdown from a client-authoritative game to a competitive, server-validated one. The current game computes everything on the device - progression, economy, and match outcomes alike, which won't hold up for competitive PvP. Your job is to change that.
Working closely with client developers and game designers from feature design through delivery, validation and iteration, you will:
- Build server-side validation for the metagame - currency, card upgrades, chest opens, and progression - staged by risk, replicating economy and reward logic on the server.
- Move toward server authority for competitive features, where game state lives in one place and can be trusted.
- Implement and improve matchmaking and cheat detection safeguards for a Deterministic lockstep PvP architecture
- Design APIs and player-state management that the Unity client integrates against, and help shape how client and server split responsibilities.
The responsibilities are cross-functional, ranging from infrastructure, API design & coding all the way to client-side integration (we are using Golang).
To succeed in this role, you will need to have passion for everything you do. You love to write code that scales to millions of users, are skilled at requirements gathering, champion new tech initiatives & leverage existing solutions.
PROFILE
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals
- Extreme fluency in Golang (at least 1 year in a professional environment)
- Mastery of SQL and NoSQL
- Background in high-scale systems
- Understanding of Unix-like environments
- AI-first mindset: Comfortable using AI daily and building custom agents or reusable automations to speed up your work
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex problems related to scalability, performance, and integration in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing teams and interfacing effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to be self sufficient and work autonomously.
- A deep interest in game development is a plus.
- Based or willing to relocate in Paris
BENEFITS
- Best-in-class compensation
- Other benefits according to the country you reside

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early
- Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into banks and/or insurers, and navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers
- An established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation (model risk, third-party risk, data protection, consumer protection), which you can speak to without a briefing
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required.
There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.

The role Marketing is your lens; project management is the job. You own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end and carry each one from its kickoff target to the delivered result. Success is measured by the client's key metric, not just tasks shipped on time. You work alongside hands-on media buying, AI marketing engineers, and account leadership. Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
What you'll own:
— Carry the project to its target, focusing on one key client metric such as gross revenue growth, contribution margin, or lower CPI/CPA without losing volume.
— Diagnose what moves the number and translate client and engineer requests into work that serves the goal.
— Run the account and project management tasks including accounting, operations, client and project management, task tracking, documentation, timelines, budget, risk, and paperwork.
— Manage about 10 clients in parallel, maintaining pace and monitoring key metrics week-over-week.
Requirements:
— Ability to communicate with clients at the level of their business results, translating business goals into clear targets.
— Skill in diagnosing and filtering work to focus on what moves the metric.
— Hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid advertising accounts or teams, especially on Meta, Google, or TikTok with accounts around $300K+/month.
— Experience running distributed teams to goals, delegating work, and holding scope and timelines.
— Familiarity with automation and AI agents, having built at least one self-contained automation.
— Engineering background is optional but must be comfortable working with internal AI tools daily.
— Client outcome focus with KPIs tied to client metrics like traffic conversion, revenue, and CPA.
— Confirmed senior, autonomous, and systematic work style managing multiple accounts without follow-up.
— Timezone alignment with CET or west toward the Americas, including late-evening contact with US clients.
— Data fluency in client acquisition, sales funnels, attribution models, data structure, and marketing performance analytics.
Nice to have:
— Agency background with ability to build project plans on the spot.
— Public presence such as LinkedIn, Telegram channel, or conference talks.
— Experience briefing developers and engineers.
Red flags:
— Strategy or media planning only without hands-on account fluency.
— Not systematic or unable to hold process.
— IT/delivery PM without performance marketing feel.
What you can expect:
— Direct influence on client key metrics.
— Work at the frontier of AI in performance marketing.
— AI-first team culture with remote-first work from supported timezones.
Hiring process includes screening call, interview with Head of Project Management, possible test task, and final interview with senior engineer and/or CEO.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
As an Applied AI Security Architect, you will serve as Anthropic's trusted security expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with CISOs, security architects, compliance officers, and technical leaders at some of the largest healthcare and life sciences organizations to address their most critical questions about deploying Claude safely and securely.
This is a pre-sales technical role focused on security, compliance, networking, and data architecture. Your job is to walk into a room full of security professionals and demonstrate deep expertise in enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and data protection. You'll help customers understand Claude's security architecture, data handling practices, and deployment options, and partner with them to design solutions that meet their specific regulatory and organizational requirements.
You'll bring significant experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, and technical pre-sales within regulated industries. Whether you've been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or senior pre-sales engineer at a cloud or security vendor, what matters is that you understand how large institutions evaluate and adopt technology, especially in healthcare and life sciences, and can speak credibly to their security and compliance concerns.
We are looking for someone excited to help define how enterprises should think about security and compliance in the age of AI. How do MCP, autonomous agents, and RBAC work together? If working at the intersection of AI adoption and regulated industries excites you, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary security and compliance expert during customer engagements, addressing technical questions about Claude's architecture, data flows, encryption, access controls, and deployment models.
Partner with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams at healthcare and life sciences organizations to understand their security requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, federal mandates, etc)
Lead technical deep-dives on network architecture, data residency, API security, authentication/authorization, audit logging, and integration patterns for regulated environments.
Support enterprise security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence processes by providing detailed technical documentation and expert guidance.
Collaborate with GTM and Applied AI teams before and after customer engagements to align on strategy, prepare for security discussions, and ensure continuity from initial conversations through deployment.
Partner closely with Anthropic’s product and engineering teams to deeply understand Claude's security capabilities, provide real-time customer feedback on feature gaps and priorities, help assess technical feasibility of customer-specific security requirements, and influence roadmap priorities.
Develop and maintain security-focused collateral, reference architectures, and best practices documentation for regulated industries.
Lead enablement and create content for GTM and Applied AI Teams that helps them inform customers upstream about key security requirements and considerations.
Travel regularly to customer sites for security workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic account meetings.
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales, with significant exposure to regulated industries (healthcare and life sciences).
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise security concepts: network security, identity and access management, encryption (at rest and in transit), API security, and audit/logging requirements.
Experience navigating compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and life sciences organizations (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR).
A track record of engaging with CISOs, security teams, and compliance officers at large enterprises.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP), including VPCs, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a rapidly evolving market.
A collaborative mindset: sales at Anthropic is a team sport.
Excitement about AI's potential to transform highly regulated industries, and a genuine desire to help customers adopt it safely and responsibly.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$315,000
—
$380,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
What does software planning look like when people and artificial intelligence agents work together? As a Staff Product Manager for Planning at GitLab, you'll help answer that question and lead the team toward a clear product direction. This isn't just about improving traditional agile planning. You'll rethink how intent becomes actionable work, how that work moves through software development, and where human involvement is needed.
You'll develop a point of view on planning's future and turn it into product decisions with engineering, design, and product leadership. That includes exploring how planning could connect work to business priorities and budgets, rather than assuming the answer is already decided. Alongside that strategic work, you'll share ownership of existing planning capabilities with another product manager.
We're opening this role at Staff level, with flexibility to consider Principal level based on your experience and scope of impact.
What you'll do
Define a clear direction for planning as software development shifts toward collaboration between people and artificial intelligence agents, and help the team move from open questions to concrete priorities.
Shape how users capture intent, break it into actionable work, and determine which work can proceed autonomously and which needs human involvement.
Evaluate whether and how planning should connect software delivery to company priorities, business objectives, and budgets.
Share ownership of planning capabilities, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning, with a fellow product manager. Help define how that scope is divided.
Work with engineering and design to translate product direction into a roadmap and improvements to planning workflows across GitLab.
Communicate your recommendations clearly to senior leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead the team through changes in direction.
What you'll bring
Experience leading product strategy and execution for software development, developer tools, or planning products, with the depth to make decisions in a specialized product area.
A strong understanding of software development and development and operations (DevOps) workflows, including how planning decisions affect downstream delivery.
The ability to form and defend a product point of view in an uncertain, changing market, while staying open to different ideas.
Clear communication with technical teams and senior executives, including experience challenging leadership decisions constructively and building support for a direction.
The ability to connect a forward-looking strategy to practical product decisions and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and design.
About the team
The Planning team builds the capabilities at the start of GitLab's software development workflow, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning. Decisions here affect how work moves through the rest of the platform, so the team's scope extends beyond standalone project management tools.
You'll work alongside another product manager and partner with engineering and design across this product area. The division of product ownership is still being shaped, and you'll help define it. The hiring manager wants you to bring a different perspective, question established approaches, and challenge senior leaders constructively, with room to influence decisions beyond your immediate product scope.
GitLab's mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform brings software development, security, and operations together.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a builder's role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across the UK & Ireland region, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You'll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the UK & Ireland region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience working across the UK & Ireland market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION MANAGER ROLE ⭐️
You'll be the driving force behind the commercial activation of the Belfius Business network in Flanders or Wallonia & Brussels.
Your mission: help bankers identify the right companies (especially those with 20+ and 50+ employees), introduce the right Alan proposition, and turn our collaboration into measurable growth. You'll combine relationship building, commercial coaching and hands-on field activation, working closely with Alan's Belfius Partnership Lead, Sales teams and Field Marketing.
Your key missions
1. Activate the partner network. Build strong relationships with Belfius offices, zone directors and bankers across your territory. Identify the highest-potential offices and bankers (A/B/C prioritisation) and focus your energy where it has the most impact. Help bankers spot relevant opportunities in their portfolio and generate qualified leads.
2. Enable commercial success. Run trainings, workshops and commercial meetings (on-site and remote). Make Alan's proposition simple: which offer for which type of client, how to handle the most common questions, when to bring in an Alan Account Executive. Equip bankers with playbooks, customer stories and materials, within a compliant sales flow.
3. Turn strategy into action. Translate the quarterly Belfius x Alan commercial plan into a concrete local activation calendar: duo meetings with Alan Sales, focus groups, campaigns, incentives and events. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales so that every lead has a clear owner and a fast follow-up.
4. Own your impact. Track activity, leads, meetings, conversions and premium per customer across your network. Spot what works, challenge what doesn't, bring field feedback back to Alan and Belfius, and continuously improve the playbook.
You'll typically spend half or more of your time in the field, in Belfius offices and at client events.
⭐ Is it you we're looking for?
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, partner or network activation, ideally with distribution networks (banks, insurers, brokers, HR or payroll services, benefits providers...).
- Love building relationships and know how to turn them into commercial results, even with people you don't manage.
- Are at ease facilitating a workshop for 20 bankers in the morning and coaching one banker on a client call in the afternoon.
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with a structured, numbers-driven mindset: you know your funnel and where it leaks.
- Are proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously on a territory.
- Are native in Dutch and/or French and comfortable working in English.
Experience in insurance, employee benefits or healthcare is a plus. What matters most is your ability to activate people, build trust and drive results.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

Therefore, we offer:

- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Personable and easy to work with - someone who builds genuine relationships across the organisation and is trusted by the people around them
- A natural reflex to reach for tooling and automation; fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and quick to adopt new systems
- High personal standards - the kind of person who cares about the quality of their output and holds the bar
- A valid passport and willingness to travel globally ~40% of the time

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed directly with our most strategic customers to solve important, complex technical problems and turn ambitious ideas into production outcomes. FDEs take on the most challenging technical challenges using existing Docker products and patterns when possible, and work across customer, Docker Product and Engineering teams to realize new approaches when required.
As a Docker FDE, you will work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to deeply understand their goals, problems, constraints, and technical landscape; identify the highest-leverage opportunities; and design, build, and ship solutions with them. You own the technical journey from discovery and architecture through prototyping, implementation and production rollout.
The solutions you build may use existing Docker products, extend Docker into new environments, integrate deeply with customer and third-party systems, or reveal capabilities that Docker should build next. You work closely with Docker Solutions Architects to evolve existing patterns, and Docker Product and Engineering to turn new learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build in Production with Customers
- Embed with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from first prototype through stable production rollout. Use existing Docker products and patterns when possible, invent, prototype and validate innovative solutions when necessary.
- Deliver working technical artifacts to customers: custom MCP servers with tightly integrated Docker Sandbox environments for coding agents and containerized agents; Docker Compose definitions for multi-agent harnesses and model-backed applications; Hardened Image standardization and migration; New tools that unblock customer progress.
- Integrate Docker's AI platform with the customer's existing stack, including identity providers (OIDC/SAML/SSO), secrets management, private and air-gapped registries, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Own technical delivery on your engagements: scope the work, sequence it, make trade-offs between speed and quality, remove blockers early, and contribute directly to code whenever progress depends on it.
Make AI Adoption Safe and Governable
- Translate customer security, compliance, and platform requirements into concrete plans and see those plans through from ideation to production.
- Help customers define controls to enable them to adopt agentic AI to solve their unique business problems without compromising security, compliance, data sovereignty or end-user experience.
- Establish quality and performance standards for customers and work closely with Docker Product and Engineering to quickly address issues that fall outside of established thresholds
- Partner with customer security and platform teams to get agentic workloads through architecture review, threat modeling, and change control.
Partner with Solutions Architecture and the Field
- Work closely with Solutions Architects to enable off-the-self solutions when possible and provide technical experience and leadership when a bespoke solution is necessary.
- Feed implementation learnings back into reference architectures, SOW templates, and success patterns so that FDE innovations become standard features and implementation patterns.
- Support the field with technical depth during proofs of concept, escalations, and expansion conversations when a working build is the fastest path to a customer adoption.
Close the Loop with Product and Engineering
- As part of Docker Engineering FDEs work closely with Product and Engineering teams to fold FDE innovations, learnings, and design patterns into existing or new products and services.
- Work with Customers, Product and Engineering to establish quality and performance thresholds, ensuring customer environments meet them consistently, and responding quickly and decisively when they don’t.
- Be the voice of the customer. Deliver data-driven and actionable feedback to Product and Engineering: what works well; what does not; what customers are asking for; and what blocks their adoption and forward progress. FDE experience directly influences the roadmap.
Shape the Practice
- Define the FDE engagement model, delivery standards, and quality bar, and codify them so that engagements are consistent across customers, regions, and delivery partners.
- Mentor and lead other Forward Deployed Engineers, and participate in hiring loops to grow the team.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point on the hardest problems impacting your customers. Every incident is an opportunity to improve Docker products and services.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of the agentic AI stack: LLMs, APIs, MCP, coding agents, model and harness evaluation approaches, performance and quality thresholds, deployment patterns.
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Software Engineer with consulting or technical founder experience.
- Technical leadership across multiple engagements, teams, or domains, with a proven ability to set delivery standards, define repeatable patterns, and influence product direction through field evidence.
- Expert production coding skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript, with a track record of shipping and operating software that other people depend on and of leading technical design reviews.
- Deep, hands-on Docker expertise: Dockerfiles and multi-stage builds, Docker Compose, image and registry operations, container networking and storage, and container security fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents in production, including tool use and function calling, the Model Context Protocol (MCP server and client implementation), prompt and context engineering, and evaluation of agent behavior.
- Working knowledge of software supply chain security: SBOMs, image signing and attestation, vulnerability management, minimal and hardened base images, and secure CI/CD.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems: identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, LDAP/Active Directory), federated identity protocols (OIDC, SAML), secrets managers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to scope and deliver complex work in ambiguous, fast-moving customer environments, making sound trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Excellent communication skills with engineers, security and platform teams, and executive stakeholders, with a low-ego, collaborative approach and the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
- Proven track record of technical mentorship and of raising the bar for the engineers around you.
- High agency and comfort operating autonomously in distributed, remote-first teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Travel to customer sites to build in person with customer teams, estimated at up to 50%.
Bonus
- Experience with Docker Hardened Images, Docker Scout, MCP Gateway, MCP Toolkit, Docker Sandboxes, or Docker Model Runner.
- Experience deploying and operating coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or similar) in team or enterprise settings.
- Experience with air-gapped, regulated, or compliance-driven environments in financial services, healthcare, government, or similar sectors.
- Contributions to open source projects in the container, Kubernetes, or MCP ecosystems.
- Prior experience founding or scaling a Forward Deployed Engineering or Professional Services practice.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
