Location: Nicaragua
The Role
You'll own paid media end to end for a set of DTC and e-commerce accounts: onboarding a new client, building their accounts from scratch, and running live campaigns against revenue targets. You're the person the client speaks to about their spend. You explain what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.
This is a hands-on seat, not an oversight one. You run the accounts yourself.
What You Own
Onboarding a new client
Lead the kickoff: budgets, targets (CPA/ROAS), audiences, and reporting cadence
Audit existing ad accounts, tracking setup, and creative libraries before anything goes live
Agree what good looks like in month one, three, and six
Setting up
Configure ad accounts, pixels, CAPI, and conversion tracking
Build the account structure: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budget splits
Brief creative and feed requirements to the studio team
Running the account
Launch, monitor, and optimise daily against KPIs
Manage budget pacing and move spend where it performs
Run creative, audience, and bidding tests, then scale what works
Own the weekly and monthly client reporting and walk clients through it
Flag risks early. If a target is slipping, the client hears it from you first, with a plan
What You Need
3+ years buying paid media, hands-on, across Meta and Google (TikTok a plus)
A track record in DTC or e-commerce where you owned ROAS or CPA and can talk through specific accounts
Comfortable running client calls solo, including the difficult ones about performance
Strong on tracking and attribution: GA4, pixel, CAPI, and reading the data behind a result
Able to run several accounts at once, start to finish, and keep each one on plan
Nice to Have
Agency background running multiple clients
Feed management and Google Shopping experience
A creative testing framework you've actually used

We manage over $850M in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, run 80,000+ creator partnerships every month across a network of 400,000+ influencers, and use Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, to power discovery, outreach, whitelisting, and creative decisioning at scale.
We are trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives drives meaningful bottom-line impact through performance creative, paid media, influencer marketing, and CRO.
Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder and own the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will take ambiguous, high-stakes problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them to completion across teams, from scoping and research to execution and review.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You are the Founder's force multiplier: the person who protects their time, sharpens their decisions, and makes sure what they set in motion actually ships. You think like an owner, you move fast, and you are comfortable operating with limited direction.
You are structured and analytical in equal measure. You turn a loose idea into a clear brief, use data to pressure-test it, and keep a fast-moving organization aligned on what matters most.
What You Will Own
Strategic project delivery.
Own cross-functional initiatives from the Founder's agenda end to end. Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics, then drive them through to completion.
Founder operating rhythm.
Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, decision logs and the cadence that keeps leadership aligned.
Research and analysis.
Run market scans, competitive reviews, process audits and financial analysis that inform strategic decisions, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
Communication and briefings.
Prepare briefing materials, board and investor updates, and internal communications. Speak on the Founder's behalf with teams and partners, with clarity and conviction.
Risk and blocker removal.
Spot risks and opportunities early. Bring solutions, not just problems, and clear the obstacles that slow teams down.
Systems and playbooks.
Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards so initiatives run without constant oversight.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from research and analysis to automation of recurring work.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-6+] years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles. You know what it means to context-switch fast across projects without losing the thread on any of them.
You have led complex, cross-functional projects to completion, and the work had a measurable effect on the business. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are analytical. You can take messy information, pull out what matters, and turn it into a decision or a plan. Spreadsheets, dashboards and basic financial modeling are second nature.
You are a strong writer and communicator. You write clear briefs, give honest feedback, and present your thinking to leaders with clarity and confidence.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. You hold a high bar for quality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and stand your ground respectfully when you disagree.
Nice to Have
Experience in a founder-led, high-growth or agency environment
Experience in performance marketing, DTC or creator-driven businesses
Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Location
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.

Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like ASUS, Docker, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance. We're a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
You join a customer's marketing data problem and stay until it runs in production. One month it's a pharma brand that needs validated files delivered to its agency every night. The next it's a DTC brand that wants attribution it can defend, or an agency running forty client dashboards on one model. You own three to six accounts end to end: the discovery calls, the data model, the pipeline, the dashboard, the handoff. Claude Code is your pair, not a checkbox.
What you'll do
Run weekly customer calls and turn what you hear into a scoped build with dates.
Design and maintain the models: SQL and dbt on ClickHouse, BigQuery or Snowflake, kept correct as sources change.
Write Python pipelines on Temporal when the platform doesn't cover the case: SFTP feeds, validation rules, custom joins, audit emails.
Ship dashboards in Looker, Power BI or Tableau, whichever the customer already runs.
QA your own delivery before the customer sees it. Send platform gaps back to Product with a reproducible case.
You'll fit if
You have 3+ years shipping data work for people outside your own team: an agency, a consultancy, professional services, or an in-house analytics team with internal customers.
SQL is your first language and Python a comfortable second.
You've used Claude Code, Codex or Cursor for real work and can say where they go wrong.
You can hold a call with a marketing director and a data engineer in the same hour and both leave with a decision.
English C1 or better.
Helps
Ad-platform, GA4 or CRM data. dbt in production. MMM or attribution. Temporal or Airflow.
What we offer
Remote-first environment

About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
Improvado is a marketing data platform for enterprise brands and agencies. You will own how our revenue runs and how it is measured. That covers Salesforce and the GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports leadership decides from. You work closely with the analytics team: you don’t have to build the data models yourself, but you must read them, spot what is wrong and say what to change. You work through AI agents daily, doing the work of a bigger team.
What you will do
Salesforce and GTM stack
Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing).
Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that block mistakes. Manage licences and vendor renewals.
Maintain the Salesforce manual and RevOps SOPs, and train new hires.
Contract to cash
Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep agreement, opportunity, and invoice consistent.
Run the closed-deals and billing check with Finance. Fix errors at the source and add a control so they don’t repeat.
Audit invoices, track and chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
Revenue analytics and data model
Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, the forecast and pipeline coverage (including CS renewal inputs).
Track funnel conversion, explain why deals move, stall or slip, and keep attribution correct with Marketing.
Query ClickHouse daily, trace any number to its source, and write specs for model changes. Give each metric one documented definition and add data quality checks.
Build leadership dashboards, retire unused ones, and end every analysis with a recommendation, a number and an owner.
AI and automation
Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries, scripts and Salesforce automation, and always verify their output.
Automate manual work (invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, call analysis) and measure hours saved and errors avoided.
Ownership
Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product. Turn each request into a task with an owner, date and success metric.
Requirements
4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric). dbt is a plus.
Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use.
Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.
Nice to have
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse, and any BI tool.
Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, API).
Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools.
Billing, CPQ, or accounting systems.
HubSpot to Salesforce migration.
Attribution or CS health score data.
Martech or analytics company background.
