Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Planner
to run the day-to-day execution of merchandise planning for our growing e-commerce business. You'll own Open-to-Buy and inventory planning for your departments, making sure the right products are available at the right time to hit customer demand and business targets. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role: you'll spend most of your time working directly in our planning systems, managing forecasts, inventory flow, and vendor projections, while partnering closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain on the daily and weekly running of the business.
Who You Are
You've owned Open-to-Buy at the department or category level
and are comfortable managing day-to-day tradeoffs across sales, inventory, and margin.
You're proficient in retail math, forecasting, and inventory planning
concepts and best practices.
You're an Excel power user
who can analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
You understand vendor dynamics
and are comfortable owning vendor forecasts, projections, and ongoing communication.
You bring 6-8 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
You're comfortable spending ~80% of your time working directly in planning systems, maintaining forecasts, inventory positions, and projections.
You're highly tactical and execution-focused, able to juggle multiple moving pieces and priorities at once.
You're a strong communicator who partners effectively with Merchandising and Supply Chain on day-to-day execution.
You're adaptable, organized, and proactive, able to pivot quickly as the business changes and to spot ways to improve existing processes.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy being close to the business.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own Open-to-Buy for your departments, managing sales, inventory, margin, and turn targets through disciplined execution.
Maintain and update forecasts in the planning system, keeping them accurate and aligned with current trends and business needs.
Execute replenishment and order writing for your categories, managing the end-to-end order pipeline so inventory flows in line with forecasts, targets, and capacity constraints.
Partner with Merchandising on day-to-day business decisions, supporting assortment execution and inventory strategies.
Own vendor forecasting and projections, leading regular planning meetings with vendors to review forecasts, flow, and risks.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain on inbound timing, inventory flow, and near-term execution needs.
Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance, flag risks and opportunities, and adjust plans as needed.
Support pre-season planning by building bottom-up forecasts aligned to assortment strategies and budget goals.
Prioritize top-volume and top-registered SKUs to maximize revenue, in-stock performance, and customer experience.
Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy, streamline execution, and cut manual work across day-to-day planning.
Identify opportunities for process, system, or workflow improvements and bring recommendations to Planning leadership.
Why This Role
You'll own Open-to-Buy end-to-end for your departments. This is real decision-making authority over sales, inventory, and margin, not a support seat feeding someone else's plan.
This is a hands-on-the-business role. You'll live in the planning systems and see the direct line between your forecasts and what's actually in stock for customers.
Babylist is growing fast, and planning is where that growth gets managed in real time. You'll feel both the pace and the impact.
The planning function is leaning into AI-enabled tools, so you'll help shape how modern planning runs here rather than just executing a legacy process.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$115,400 to $153,965 + bonus and meaningful equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an ML Engineer to own the production inference stack for our text-to-speech (TTS) and speech recognition (ASR) models, end to end. Our research team delivers trained model checkpoints; you will productionize them as low-latency, real-time streaming services that run cost-efficiently on GPUs. The role covers the inference engines, the Kubernetes infrastructure they run on, and the performance benchmarking and accuracy validation that let us ship changes safely. You will bridge research and production, and own latency, throughput, cost and accuracy as we scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and optimize streaming inference engines for TTS and ASR models, including multi-stage model pipelines.
- Optimize latency (time to first chunk, p50/p99) and throughput using continuous batching, CUDA Graphs, torch.compile and mixed precision.
- Maintain numerical parity with the reference implementation through automated accuracy regression tests, per stage and end to end.
- Deploy and operate GPU inference services on Kubernetes: autoscaling, containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Build CI/CD for model artifacts, with model versioning and reproducible releases.
- Own observability and performance benchmarking: p50/p99 latency, real-time factor (RTF), GPU utilization and cost per request.
- Partner with research to productionize new models.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Hands-on experience deploying, scaling and optimizing ML models in production, beyond consuming model APIs.
- Working knowledge of the full inference stack, from CUDA kernels to serving frameworks, with depth in some layers; expertise across all of them is not expected.
- GPU performance optimization: profiling (Nsight Systems, PyTorch Profiler), memory bandwidth, CPU-GPU synchronization.
- Solid understanding of model serving: continuous batching, KV cache management, request scheduling.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong Python and PyTorch, and a rigorous approach to performance benchmarking.
- Experience with speech or audio models (TTS, ASR, voice conversion).
- Experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM (vLLM-Omni), SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, TensorRT or Triton Inference Server.
COMPENSATION:
When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
BENEFITS FOR U.S.-BASED ROLES:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

An overview of this role
As SEC Manager on GitLab’s Accounting team, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. This isn’t a collect-and-consolidate role. You’ll drive the reporting calendar, coordinate work across Accounting, Legal, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Investor Relations, and improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of our disclosures and reporting processes. You’ll report to the Director of SEC Reporting and work remotely from the Americas.
What you’ll do
Own the preparation, review, and filing of GitLab’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, along with quarterly investor materials.
Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain accountability for deadlines, and flag timeline risks early.
Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information in the earnings release and script.
Own the disclosure checklist and eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) review process, and identify ways to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Improve the SEC reporting process by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual steps, then driving automation and standardization.
Prepare or review journal entries, reconciliations, the equity rollforward, earnings per share calculations, and provided-by-client schedules for assigned areas such as stock-based compensation and stock repurchases.
Ensure compliance with SEC and United States generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) reporting requirements, research technical accounting issues, and lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements that affect disclosures.
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements for relevant areas, support internal and external reporting packages, and lead or contribute to special projects such as process improvements, new disclosure requirements, and merger and acquisition reporting.
What you’ll bring
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.
Experience in owning SEC reporting deliverables, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, in a public company or a public accounting environment serving public company clients.
A record of improving disclosures and reporting processes, not only executing existing processes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to own a calendar, drive accountability across teams, and manage competing deadlines independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and business partners.
Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite is preferred.
About the team
The Accounting team supports accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting at GitLab. In this role, you’ll work closely with partners across Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations to meet public company reporting requirements and strengthen the processes and controls behind our disclosures. QA Engineer
At Rectangle Health, we believe that our team members are our most important asset. We grow our team by hiring best-in-class talent. We encourage all employees to contribute their individual talents and ideas to strengthen our team, our brand, and our services. We promote a culture that serves to empower and motivate employees beyond the standard corporate rhetoric one might see on motivational posters. Employees understand their individual roles in serving our customers, and this clarity of purpose encourages high job performance.
Position Overview
If you are looking to align yourself with two of the largest growth industries: healthcare and technology, while joining one of the fastest-growing companies within those segments, Rectangle Health is the place for you!
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and self-directed QA Engineer with a strong background in automated UI and API testing. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks. As a QA Engineer, you will be an essential part of our Engineering department, helping to maintain and improve the innovative solutions that thousands of healthcare providers rely on every day. Your work safeguards the quality and reliability of our products, giving the organization the confidence to deliver quickly without compromising the trust our customers place in us.
Beyond technical ability, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works proactively across teams, and follows through reliably once ramped up on their product area. Experience in the Payments domain and performance testing is a strong plus. You will receive the training, tools, and support to keep growing as a QA Engineer, including hands-on access to cloud environments and AI-assisted development tools.
Primary Job Duties:
Test Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
Test Planning & Strategy:
Contribute to test planning, test reviews, and the continuous improvement of QA processes: helping decide what to test, not just how to implement it.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Requirement Clarification:
Proactively follow up with product and engineering to clarify requirements when ticket or acceptance details are incomplete.
Defect Reporting:
Execute and analyze automated test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
CI/CD Integration:
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Documentation Ownership:
Anticipate documentation needs and initiate them: test coverage, processes, and automation workflows.
Agile Collaboration:
Participate in sprint ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on automation.
Proficiency in automated UI testing frameworks, preferably Playwright with JS/TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with API automation.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Experience working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate test development and debugging.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Payments domain.
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., K6).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
What We’re Looking For:
Works independently once onboarded and manages priorities with minimal oversight.
Proactive — anticipates needs and moves work forward without waiting to be prompted on every step.
Collaborates effectively across engineering, product, and QA teams.
Highly organized, with strong follow-through and ownership of work through completion.
Resourceful — uses available documentation, tools, and data to find answers and gather information independently.
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth.
