We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Before a gamer buys from Eneba, they look us up online. What they find in the results, such as our Trustpilot score, review snippets and community threads, often decides whether they trust us enough to purchase. Reviews and opinions also shape what search engines show about us, and that shapes what the next customer believes.
The Reputation and Community Operations team manages that. We track how Eneba is perceived, work out what is driving it, and act on it, so that the story people find about us is accurate, current and earned.
ABOUT YOU
As a Reputation and Community Operations Specialist, you will read the public signals about Eneba, respond where it matters, and bring what you learn to the teams who can fix the root causes. You will also help build a community that is healthy and welcoming. We want to strengthen our team with a flexible person who writes well, stays calm under pressure and is curious about why customers feel the way they do.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyse sentiment trends: Identify the factors behind changes in public sentiment and present clear, evidence-based findings.

- Engage with the community: Take part in community spaces as a genuine, recognisable presence. Welcome new members, answer questions, de-escalate tense discussions and pass member feedback on to the relevant teams.
- Report on and improve public ratings: Contribute to regular reporting and, over time, take ownership of initiatives to improve Eneba’s public ratings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Less than a year of hands-on experience taking part in and/or growing online communities on platforms such as Reddit and Discord, along with a background in customer support, community management, social media or reputation management, and a real interest in gaming culture.
- Excellent written English and the ability to handle customers with clear, empathetic and professional communication, staying composed in difficult conversations and committed to resolving issues.
- A structured, organised approach to work, with strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage several priorities and work across teams independently.
- Curiosity about what drives customer sentiment, and confidence interpreting data trends.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a shift-based schedule, including occasional late evenings and weekends, particularly around major game releases and other high-impact periods.
COMPENSATION: €21,420 - €22,260 A YEAR;
Salary ranges may vary. We're seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. An overview of this role
What does software planning look like when people and artificial intelligence agents work together? As a Staff Product Manager for Planning at GitLab, you'll help answer that question and lead the team toward a clear product direction. This isn't just about improving traditional agile planning. You'll rethink how intent becomes actionable work, how that work moves through software development, and where human involvement is needed.
You'll develop a point of view on planning's future and turn it into product decisions with engineering, design, and product leadership. That includes exploring how planning could connect work to business priorities and budgets, rather than assuming the answer is already decided. Alongside that strategic work, you'll share ownership of existing planning capabilities with another product manager.
We're opening this role at Staff level, with flexibility to consider Principal level based on your experience and scope of impact.
What you'll do
Define a clear direction for planning as software development shifts toward collaboration between people and artificial intelligence agents, and help the team move from open questions to concrete priorities.
Shape how users capture intent, break it into actionable work, and determine which work can proceed autonomously and which needs human involvement.
Evaluate whether and how planning should connect software delivery to company priorities, business objectives, and budgets.
Share ownership of planning capabilities, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning, with a fellow product manager. Help define how that scope is divided.
Work with engineering and design to translate product direction into a roadmap and improvements to planning workflows across GitLab.
Communicate your recommendations clearly to senior leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead the team through changes in direction.
What you'll bring
Experience leading product strategy and execution for software development, developer tools, or planning products, with the depth to make decisions in a specialized product area.
A strong understanding of software development and development and operations (DevOps) workflows, including how planning decisions affect downstream delivery.
The ability to form and defend a product point of view in an uncertain, changing market, while staying open to different ideas.
Clear communication with technical teams and senior executives, including experience challenging leadership decisions constructively and building support for a direction.
The ability to connect a forward-looking strategy to practical product decisions and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and design.
About the team
The Planning team builds the capabilities at the start of GitLab's software development workflow, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning. Decisions here affect how work moves through the rest of the platform, so the team's scope extends beyond standalone project management tools.
You'll work alongside another product manager and partner with engineering and design across this product area. The division of product ownership is still being shaped, and you'll help define it. The hiring manager wants you to bring a different perspective, question established approaches, and challenge senior leaders constructively, with room to influence decisions beyond your immediate product scope.
GitLab's mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform brings software development, security, and operations together.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a builder's role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across the UK & Ireland region, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the UK & Ireland region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in English

- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Engineer - Satellite Communications
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Reports to: Director, Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid. 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Engineer in Satellite Communications, you will own the satellite-to-ground link, the core communications protocols, and the end-to-end transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Trend is that our constellation produces an increasing volume of data and we want it down faster and more reliably. As we scale, the communications link sets the limit on what we deliver and how fast customers receive it.
You'll own the end-to-end communication stack: the satellite-to-ground link (X-band, Ka-band and S-band), the underlying protocols used, and the transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Today these decisions are spread across several teams. This role brings them under one technical owner.
The work sits where software meets physics. On one side are link budgets, modulation and coding, and spectrum constraints; on the other are schedulers, distributed systems and production operations. The hardest problems live where the two meet.
You own what you build, from design to production, across a stack that combines cloud, on-prem and real hardware. Our engineering culture is AI-positive, with active use of copilots and LLMs to improve speed, code quality and productivity.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the architecture of the satellite-to-ground link acrossX-band and Ka-band payload downlink and S-band command and control
- Measure what the constellation delivers against its theoretical capacity, and lead the work that closes the gap
- Design how data moves from ground station to customer, including latency tiers and delivery accounting
- Build alongside software engineers, contributing code and reviews, not only architecture documents
- Lead technical initiatives across team boundaries and align teams on link and data path decisions
- Grow satellite communications expertise across the domain through mentoring, design reviews and shared standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Communications engineering on at least one flown mission, including personally diagnosing an anomaly on a live satellite.
- High-rate payload downlink experience in X-band or Ka-band, beyond S-band command and control
- Ability to build and defend a link budget: EIRP, G/T, Eb/N0, margin, rain fade, elevation constraints
- Practical CCSDS knowledge: transfer frames, virtual channels, synchronisation and channel coding, file delivery
- Experience owning how data moves from a ground station to where it is consumed, with latency and completeness guarantees
- Hands-on coding in Python, Go, C++ or similar; you ship code, not just designs.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving
- Fleet-scale contact planning and scheduling across commercial ground station networks, especially leased third-party capacity
- DVB-S2/S2X with adaptive coding and modulation
- Delay-tolerant networking, or other store-and-forward file delivery with completeness accounting
- SDR and DSP work: GNU Radio, FPGA or RFSoC, including personal or open-source projects
- Awareness of spectrum regulation and coordination. We have a separate spectrum licensing team, so this is a plus rather than a requirement
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner Screen Call (30 min)
- Hiring Manager Interview (90 min)
- Technical Interview (120 min)
- Values and Fit Interview (60 min)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (60min)

Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop and operate trusted, scalable data solutions that power decision-making and transformation across Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). Working within Player Data Engineering, you will build reusable data pipelines, integration services and curated data products for business domains including Commerce, hardware, game play, products and services, and accounts.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role. You will partner with engineering, platform, product and business teams. Take end-to-end ownership of complex solutions and raise engineering standards through technical leadership and mentoring. You will help create reliable, governed and AI-ready Player data foundations.
What you'll be doing:
Design, deliver and maintain Player data solutions
Design, build, test and maintain robust batch and near-real-time data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows across Player data systems, APIs, Snowflake Db and cloud data environments.
Develop reusable, well-documented data models and domain-aligned data products, translating complex business logic into reliable engineering solutions.
Lead technical design for assigned initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and cost-effective.
Own quality, reliability and operations
Own solutions throughout the engineering lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment, monitoring, incident resolution and continuous improvement.
Implement automated testing, data validation, reconciliation, lineage, observability, alerting and operational runbooks.
Apply engineering practices including version control, code review, CI/CD, infrastructure automation and appropriate change controls; improve performance and platform efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate
Mentor engineers, lead technical reviews and contribute to shared patterns, coding standards and communities of practice.
Partner with TPM’s, business stakeholders, architects, security, governance, analytics and platform teams to clarify requirements, dependencies and data ownership.
Proactively identify delivery risks, technical debt and cross-team dependencies; communicate progress, options and recommendations clearly.
Enable trusted data for analytics, planning, automation and AI use cases while respecting privacy, security and access controls.
What we're looking for:
Typically 5+ years of professional data engineering or software engineering experience, including ownership of complex production data solutions.
Experience designing data pipelines and transformations using modern ETL/ELT tools and frameworks, such as dbt, Ab Initio or equivalent technologies.
Solid experience with cloud data platforms and warehouses, particularly Snowflake; knowledge of data modelling, dimensional design and data product principles.
Experience with orchestration, Kubernetes, Git-based workflows, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and troubleshooting production data services.
Understanding of data security, access management, data quality, governance and regulatory considerations in enterprise environments.
Experience leveraging AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, and AI-driven development tools to accelerate engineering productivity and improve code quality.
Familiarity with building or integrating AI agents into data engineering workflows would be a strong plus.
Ability to influence technical decisions, mentor peers and communicate effectively with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Desirable Experience
Strong hands-on SQL and Python skills, with experience in distributed data processing using PySpark and/or Databricks.
Experience with AWS services, APIs, event-driven integration and infrastructure as code.
Exposure to AI/ML data preparation, data observability, metadata management and modern data governance practices.

We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're looking for a promising new Product Manager Intern who is excited about gaining hands-on experience in a friendly and fast-paced environment. At 1Password, the Product Management organization plays a key role to ensure our products and features solve the most important customer problems. As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with development, design, and other functions to deliver solutions that have both customer and business value. The End User Experience team is responsible for the daily activities of users across B2C and B2B. We are also stewards of the Family Organizer role. This is a MASSIVE surface area to cover and a huge opportunity for someone looking for a challenging new role.
We'll help you gain valuable experience and realize your potential as a product manager, and hope that you'll leave us with a passion for learning, some new friends, and the self-confidence to take on whatever comes next.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Develop deep customer empathy through interviews, research, and data analysis
- Work closely with your counterparts in development and design to scope and deliver impactful features
- Assist in gathering new evidence of problems in the customer base and market
- Represent Product Management in various meetings such as agile ceremonies
- Perform research on competition and trends as needed
- Use and help mature the implementation of our Product Management processes and tooling, particularly with AI
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience writing and refining detailed requirements.
- An understanding of general technologies, coding tools, and leveraging AI
- Exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or other Product Management frameworks.
- Personal experience using 1Password (or other password managers).
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)
🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs
🏠 Remote-first environment
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
💡 1Password University access and learning sessions
🥳 Monthly internship events and socials

Developer Interfaces builds the tools developers and AI agents use to work with 1Password from code. We own the 1Password CLI and we are building out the SDKs and the public developer API experience. Our goal is to make every one of those surfaces feel like one product that is fast, consistent and secure by default. The work sits where developer experience meets security, so the problems are real and the bar for correctness is high.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Ship features and fixes in the 1Password CLI, written in Go and Rust, that developers use every day in terminals, scripts and CI pipelines.
- Measure and improve CLI and SDK performance with benchmarks and usage data.
- Write a short design doc before you build, get feedback from senior engineers, then carry the work through code review, testing and release.
- Learn how a security company builds developer tools, from authentication flows like OAuth to handling secrets safely.
- Use AI coding tools with judgment. You review and verify what they produce, and you own every line you submit.
- Experience with Go or Rust
- You built a CLI, library or API that other people actually used
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication flows
- Experience with developer docs, OpenAPI specs or static site generators
- Interest in how AI agents use developer tools

About the team
The Fraud Countermeasures team is part of Data Science, and it's how Wealthsimple grows safely. We balance fraud losses with client friction, so legitimate clients can use their money without jumping through hoops. We work in small pods that pair a fraud countermeasures lead with a data scientist and an analytics developer, and we sit alongside Product and Engineering on every new feature launch. We use data to make every decision, and we use AI tools to move faster. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care about craft, you'll fit right in.
About the role
Card fraud is one of the highest-stakes problems at Wealthsimple, and this role owns the strategy for it. You'll set direction for how we prevent application, transaction and account takeover fraud across our card products, and you'll do it independently, with real accountability for the outcome. This is a Staff individual contributor role with manager-level impact: you'll lead through expertise and influence, not direct reports. It's open to candidates in any timezone in Canada.
What you'll do
- Own fraud strategy and execution across application, transaction and account takeover fraud for Wealthsimple's card products.
- Manage the card fraud loss budget as our volumes grow, and guard against the fraud attacks that can blow a budget up.
- Design, backtest, ship and tune detection rules, and set decision thresholds on ML risk scores.
- Weigh fraud losses prevented against operational cost and client experience before you recommend an approach.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build controls that stop fraud without blocking legitimate clients, like step-up authentication instead of a hard decline.
- Guide the data scientists and analytics developers in your pod, and mentor junior teammates on strategy, rule building and problem-solving.
Skills you bring
- 6+ years of experience in fraud prevention, including 3+ years working directly on card fraud (prepaid or credit) at an issuer, fintech or payments platform.
- Hands-on ownership of card fraud strategy across application, transaction and account takeover fraud.
- Advanced SQL. You write complex queries against transaction-level data yourself, without waiting for an analyst to pull it.
- A track record of building, backtesting, shipping and tuning fraud rules, and explaining the precision, catch rate and approval rate impact of each.
- Experience quantifying fraud savings against operational and client experience costs to make a clear recommendation.
- Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and examples of where they changed your output.
- The ability to influence Product, Engineering, credit risk, operations and external vendors toward a decision without direct authority.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules, dispute processes and chargeback rails.
Who you are
- You set direction on your own and take ownership over outcomes for your space, from fighting fraud attacks to minimizing client friction.
- You make decisions with numbers behind them, and you're honest about what the numbers can't tell you.
- You lead through influence. You can get a roadmap conversation to go your way by rallying others around shared objectives.
- You use AI to aide in your workflow, and know when to question it’s outputs
- You share what you know, and you make the people around you sharper
