BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in London and looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the Nordics/Benelux region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY YOU WILL THRIVE AT N8N?
Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO;
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR;
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) + an additional language is beneficial
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our London office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes.
This is a founding team: you will help us to build technical playbooks and define the processes and repeatable patterns needed for us to scale this emerging motion. You will champion our mission in the field, ensure world class delivery, and bring insights back to our product and research teams on a regular basis.
You'll own engagements end-to-end, from SOW through production deployment. You'll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers who build the technical solution, while you own product scoping, stakeholder management, value measurement, and the organizational complexity that comes with deploying AI agents in enterprise environments. You need to be technical enough to hold architecture conversations with engineering stakeholders and polished enough to run executive briefings with C-suite sponsors.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
Structure SOWs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses. Translate customer business objectives into a sequenced roadmap that FDEs execute against.
Lead technical discovery:
map customer workflows, identify constraints, define MVP scope, and shape the solution architecture for custom agent deployments.
Run day-to-day engineering execution and delivery
across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping for field engagements: d
efine the MVP, author requirements documentation, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope against success criteria as requirements evolve.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery.
Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI:
define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks. Extract what works across engagements and feed field signals back to Product and Research to improve our platform and models.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity: security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change: handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting.
Travel to customer sites to build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership — this could be technical engagement management, technical program management, or technical product management, founders/startups, technical-adjacent backgrounds, professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.

Have executive presence — polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset — you're here to create a function, not join one.
Strong Candidates May Also Have
Experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or pharmaceutical verticals.
Background at a Forward Deployed Engineering company or professional services and consulting firms.
Exceptional understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
Experience with regulated industries and compliance requirements.
Experience managing delivery teams with embedded engineers at customer sites.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool use patterns, and orchestration architectures.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
ICEYE is seeking a Software AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing) Engineer to build the test software backbone of our satellite production in Japan. You will design and develop, from scratch, the test framework used by all AIT activities, own the simulators that enable hardware-in-the-loop testing, and debug flight software behavior during integration. Working closely with Electrical and Mechanical AIT engineers, you will turn manual procedures into automated, repeatable test sequences and give the team the data and dashboards they need to verify every spacecraft. The framework you build is intended to become the reference for ICEYE AIT globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and maintain the AIT test framework from scratch, including architecture, test execution, sequencing, logging and result reporting

- Build data pipelines from test equipment and satellite telemetry into InfluxDB, and create Grafana dashboards for test monitoring, trending and system health
- Support Electrical and Mechanical AIT engineers by turning their test procedures into automated, repeatable test sequences and providing tools for their test campaigns
- Ensure the framework is designed for global reuse: documented, modular, and adoptable by AIT teams in other ICEYE sites
- Contribute to production readiness and design reviews (PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on software testability, simulator and test automation requirements
- Interface with Global AIT, Flight Software Engineering, Ground Software and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on test standards, interfaces and lessons learned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on test automation, test frameworks or tooling for hardware systems, preferably in aerospace, automotive, robotics or other high-reliability industries
- Strong proficiency in Python, including designing maintainable, modular software architectures (not only scripting)
- Experience building or significantly extending a test automation framework from the ground up
- Experience testing embedded systems or hardware, including communication protocols and interfaces (e.g. UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet)
- Experience debugging embedded or real-time software in a hardware context
- Solid software engineering practices: Git, code review, CI/CD, unit and integration testing
- Experience with time-series data and visualization (InfluxDB, Grafana or similar)
- Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with spacecraft software or ground segment tools (e.g. CCSDS / PUS telemetry and telecommand, YAMCS, OpenC3 COSMOS)
- Experience developing simulators or digital twins for hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Experience with instrument control and EGSE automation (SCPI, VISA, programmable power supplies, data acquisition)

- Experience with Linux, Docker and infrastructure as code
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Proficient Japanese (written and spoken)
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- A job that matters in a dynamic Defence Technology and Earth Observation environment with a scale-up approach.
- An independent role with a supportive and diverse work environment.
- Health insurance.
- Time for self-development, research, training, conferences, or certification schemes.
- Relocation support, where applicable (e.g., flight tickets, accommodation, relocation agency support).
- Inspiring, collaborative offices and silent workspaces that enable you to focus.
