Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager Account Executive to lead our pursuits into the largest and most complex global enterprises. This is a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for an elite enterprise seller who excels at high-stakes, multi-year deal campaigns.
Rather than managing high-velocity pipeline across a wide territory, you will hold deep ownership of a curated portfolio of Checkout’s most strategic targets (e.g., Fortune 50 / global tier-one accounts). Deal cycles on these accounts are transformative, measured in quarters and years rather than weeks, with contract values spanning tens of millions in revenue and billions in processed volume.
You will act as the "CEO of the Pursuit," orchestrating cross-functional deal squads—spanning Solutions Engineering, Product, Treasury, Legal, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership—to architect bespoke, mission-critical infrastructure solutions for sophisticated global buyers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Account Orchestration: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year account penetration strategies for a select target list of mega-cap enterprises. Map complex, matrixed global organizations to uncover systemic inefficiencies in their existing payment stacks.
- Multi-Threaded Stakeholder Alignment: Build sustained, credible relationships across diverse buying centers within the enterprise—including C-suite executives, Global Heads of Treasury, Chief Technology Officers, Product Leaders, and Enterprise Procurement.
- Deal Team Leadership (Virtual GM): Mobilize, lead, and coordinate a dedicated cross-functional pursuit team (Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, Legal, Commercial Strategy, Integration Specialists, and C-level sponsors) to deliver high-impact proposals, deep-dive workshops, and executive briefings.
- Complex Commercial & Technical Architecture: Translate complex technical, regulatory, and financial mechanics (e.g., cross-border interchange, scheme routing optimization, local acquiring, unified commerce) into quantifiable ROI models and long-term business cases tailored to board-level evaluation.
- Multi-Year Pursuit Governance: Drive sustained momentum through complex, 12- to 24-plus month procurement, evaluation, and proof-of-concept cycles. Maintain discipline, milestone progression, and executive-level alignment despite organizational shifts, market changes, and competitive pressures.
- High-Stakes Contract Negotiation: Lead master services agreement (MSA) negotiations, complex pricing frameworks, service-level commitments, and risk/regulatory alignments in direct coordination with top-tier corporate legal and procurement teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven Track Record in Mega-Deals: Substantial history of quota attainment within enterprise software, fintech, or payments, specifically characterized by multi-million-dollar ACV or platform-scale commercial contracts.
- Multi-Year Cycle Mastery: Demonstrated ability to originate, navigate, and close 12- to 24-plus month enterprise procurement cycles with Fortune 100 or global top-tier digital enterprises.
- Executive Gravitas & Technical Acumen: Comfortable commanding the room with C-level stakeholders, corporate treasurers, and technical architects; able to synthesize complex payment infrastructure nuances into clear business outcomes.
- Internal Leadership Without Authority: Exceptional ability to align internal executive stakeholders, prioritize cross-functional resources, and influence product roadmaps to win tier-one logos.
- Strategic Endurance & Analytical Rigor: High intellectual curiosity, strategic patience, and structured account planning skills (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent enterprise methodologies).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in enterprise payments, financial infrastructure, cloud platforms, or complex transaction processing is strongly preferred.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of 1Password’s Performance & Paid Media team, you’ll help grow our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Self-Serve business across Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences. You’ll manage paid marketing programs across the funnel, turn performance data into clear decisions, and help build efficient ways of working—including through artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows. Your work will help more people discover and adopt 1Password as we build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. Reporting to the Director, Performance & Paid Media, this role is remote in the United States and Canada.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition, ideally supporting PLG or Self-Serve business models.
• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing channels such as paid social, affiliates, display, programmatic, app-focused, influencer, or other emerging channels.
• Ability to use advertising platform data and marketing analytics to evaluate performance, make decisions, and improve campaigns when attribution data is incomplete.
• Experience connecting marketing activity to outcomes such as signups, trial starts, activation, paid conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention, or revenue.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, creative partners, and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting B2C or prosumer audiences, SaaS products, or self-serve customer journeys, along with familiarity with lifetime value (LTV) and CAC analysis.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automated workflows to improve campaign execution, reporting, analysis, or decision-making.
What you can expect:
• Contribute to the PLG and Self-Serve performance marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage assigned paid channels and programs from awareness through conversion, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Launch and optimize campaigns, evaluate channel performance, and identify opportunities across audiences, messaging, creative, and funnel stages.
• Build productive vendor relationships, manage account partnerships, and negotiate for stronger performance and value.
• Monitor leading indicators such as clicks, signups, trial starts, activation, and cost per acquisition, as well as outcomes including paid conversions, subscription volume, revenue, and retention.
• Design, run, and document experiments across channels, audiences, creative, offers, pricing pages, and other parts of the customer journey.
• Use AI agents and automated workflows to improve execution speed, reporting efficiency, and the quality of performance insights.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and other partners to share learnings and make informed recommendations.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

We value curiosity, thoughtful engineering, and practical progress on problems that matter to the business.
As Engineering Manager, you’ll own the team’s strategy, priorities, delivery, and people development. You’ll work with product and platform leaders to decide where the team can make the biggest difference, balancing immediate production needs with lasting improvements. You’ll use your technical judgment to challenge assumptions and assess risk while giving engineers room to lead.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Coach and develop production engineers, including experienced technical leaders, through direct feedback and opportunities to shape technical strategy and lead work across teams
Set priorities and guide delivery for the team’s embedded work with Figma’s product and platform organizations. Align partners on outcomes, responsibilities, and tradeoffs, and resolve competing demands
Guide improvements to observability, incident response, and production tooling that reduce recurring toil, surface actionable signals, and make services easier for product teams to understand and operate
Partner with engineers on long-term technical direction, design, and production reviews, supporting their ownership of technical decisions and holding the team accountable for delivery
Anticipate reliability and scaling challenges alongside partner-team leaders, and prioritize improvements that support upcoming product goals
Turn lessons from work with product teams and production incidents into reusable tools and practices that strengthen partner teams’ ownership and make on-call more sustainable
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing engineering teams and developing senior engineers, helping them grow their technical judgment, leadership, and impact
Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale, with the technical judgment to guide decisions across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems
Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners, earning trust beyond your reporting line, resolving competing priorities, and delivering shared business goals
Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations, with clear communication and respect for engineers’ technical ownership
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building shared reliability platforms, observability or distributed tracing systems, or tooling that reduces toil across multiple engineering teams
Familiarity with traffic management, service discovery or service meshes, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or capacity and performance engineering
Experience improving incident response processes and reducing on-call burden
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About the job
We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be responsible for working constructively with our customers and partners to resolve billing issues and fraudulent misuse of services.
We are seeking a sharp, highly data-oriented, and tenacious Fraud Specialist to join our team. Unlike a traditional billing or collections role focused on routine outreach or simple invoice review, this position is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation. In this role, you will look for billing discrepancies, investigate Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) or IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud), dig deep into messaging and call data, project manage high-value customer and vendor disputes, and build data-backed cases to resolve discrepancies. You will build dashboards to communicate key metrics and drive action. If you love solving complex data puzzles, negotiating with external parties, and finding win-win outcomes, this is the role for you.
You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact. If you have an extreme owner / founder mindset and a desire to solve big challenges, you’ll find yourself at home.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes
Negotiate with customers and carriers with an understanding of resolution levers available as per contractual terms and industry norms
Identify, analyze, and handle fraudulent misuse (such as Artificially Inflated Traffic) and billing errors (such as rate differences) with both vendors and customers
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and vendor disputes from intake of disputes to initiating disputes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, documented resolution
Uncover and resolve discrepancies, overcharges, and unpaid balances with carriers and customers due to quantities, rates, currency, and other root causes
Dig into call and messaging data to identify why bills don’t match or find evidence of fraud
Build dashboards that communicate key metrics related to the lifecycle of disputes
Read contracts and interpret what should be the invoice versus what it is
Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate dispute resolutions, settlements, and payment terms in accordance with company practices
Partner closely with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
8+ years of professional experience in telecom operations, fraud operations, customer success, vendor management, procurement, collections, or consulting.
Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
Experience negotiating disputes constructively with customers or vendors.
Experience in collections, dispute resolution, or billing analysis.
Experience in project management.
Experience wrangling data with Excel / Google Sheets, Looker or SQL.
Desired:
Understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem, international traffic routing, international revenue share fraud (IRSF), artificially inflated traffic (AIT) and the ecosystem profit chains.
Understanding of industry standards with respect to AIT and fraud handling such as frameworks from i3forum, GSMA, MEF or ITW Global Leaders’ Forum.
Understanding of Call Detail Records (CDRs) and ability to build strong dispute case files.
Experience working with workflow platforms like Airtable or building dashboards.
Experience in telecom, technology, or consulting industries.
Experience with advanced data analysis like Python or scripting
Experience with AI and automation tools to accelerate productivity.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- Support the recruiters in your region with Ashby and workflow optimisation: optimise interview plans, set up automations, make sure comms are correct, and unblock recruiter issues as they arise.
- Process documentation: write SOPs and policies for TA and keep the knowledge base up to date as things move forward.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Mural Compose team is ambitious and fast-moving. We are passionate builders who love to experiment and iterate. Our project is seeking to leverage the latest technology in AI to acquire new customers and expand our revenue base as broadly as possible. This team is at the front of our product strategy and future growth.
YOUR MISSION
You'll lead the team behind one of Mural's most important bets. In the near term, you'll take our AI native product from early access to a product that customers rely on every day, raising quality, reliability, and speed as more users come on board.
Expect a very hands-on role. You'll review PRs, set the technical standards the team builds to, and stay close to the code and architecture decisions. You'll also keep the team's pace high and sustainable while building a high-performing team in a remote-first way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, hire, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, coaching, and performance management.
- Own delivery end to end with a fast, experimental loop: ship early to real users, measure what works, and iterate quickly without losing reliability.
- Partner with Product and Design as co-owners of the Compose roadmap, using customer feedback and usage data to decide what to build, cut, or double down on.
- Raise engineering craft across testing, observability, and AI-assisted development, and model Mural's remote-first, work-in-public culture at a sustainable pace.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years managing software engineers directly, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- 5+ years of prior experience as a software engineer building and operating production applications, with hands-on technical work in the last 3–4 years.
- A solid technical foundation, enough to lead architecture discussions and review code with credibility.
- A bias for experimentation: you make sound calls quickly, learn from data, and change course when the evidence says so.
- A people-first approach: you lead with empathy, listen first, and build the trust and psychological safety that help each person do their best work.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to product, business, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team that shipped LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation, quality monitoring, and cost management.
- Experience building AI agents, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, or familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

WHY SDK ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
YOUR WORK WILL HAVE AN OUTSIZED IMPACT.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month. When you ship a new integration or improve SDK performance, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they'll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels. Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible.
The SDK is often the very first thing a developer touches when they try Langfuse, so your work directly shapes their first impression.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM-applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers in the world and that leverage Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible SDK experience and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Owning our SDKs. We maintain SDKs in Python and TypeScript both built on OpenTelemetry. You'll be responsible for their reliability, performance, and developer experience. These SDKs run inside our users' production systems, which means they must never fail, must have minimal impact on CPU and memory, and must work flawlessly across every environment — from serverless functions to long-running agent loops. You'll think deeply about the exposed interfaces, error handling, batching, async flushing, and graceful degradation.
- Designing APIs that developers love. How are functions named, how are parameters structured, how are breaking changes communicated, how does the documentation read? Developer experience is a core differentiator for Langfuse and you'll own every detail of it. When we shipped the Python SDK v3 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-06-05-python-sdk-v3-generally-available and TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga, both were full rewrites on OpenTelemetry — that's the kind of thoughtful, high-impact SDK work you'll lead. Apart from tracing, we also support core workflows of engineers building with LLMs with our SDKs, see our Experiment Runner SDK https://langfuse.com/docs/evaluation/experiments/experiments-via-sdk#experiment-runner-sdk for example.
- Integrating with every major AI framework: Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You'll maintain these integrations, ensure new Langfuse features are supported across all of them, and add new integrations as the ecosystem evolves. When a new framework gains traction, you'll be among the first to instrument it.
- Maintaining our OpenTelemetry endpoint: some users send traces directly to our OTLP endpoint https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otlp/ instead of using our SDKs. You'll ensure this path is robust, well-documented, and supports the full range of Langfuse features. This also extends our language support to Java, Go, and any language with an OpenTelemetry SDK. You can work with the OpenTelemetry community to steer the GenAI conventions.
- Writing public documentation: you'll own the SDK docs, integration guides, and migration paths. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new SDK version or integration, the docs ship with it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong engineer who gets excited about developer experience, API design, and writing code that runs reliably in other people's production systems
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs, client libraries, or developer tools — ideally in Python and/or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of performance: you know how to profile, benchmark, and minimize CPU/memory overhead in hot paths
- Someone who can manage projects themselves — you know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it
- Thoughtful about versioning, backwards compatibility, and migration paths
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their integration challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source SDKs or developer tools
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
