About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.

THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. And on the social side, you're the one actually making the content: filming, shooting, editing, posting, and chasing the next trend before it's over.
If you love:
- creating content as much as helping plan it
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- making pretty things convert
…and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
📱 Social Media & Content Creation
- Actively produce content for posts - photos, video, edits, captions, all of it.
- Order and unbox brand product boxes (company-covered) and turn them into content: filming, photographing, styling.
- Bring new content ideas to help grow our following and hit engagement targets.
- Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.
- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.
- Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).
- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.

We’re not into boring corporate marketing.
We like:
- smart ideas
- quirky personality
- strong execution

Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space.
Interview -A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
up to € 1,400 euros after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.
❕Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Codeless, our internal Server-Driven UI (SDUI) platform team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team bridging mobile/web frontend engineering and core platform backend systems.
While this role is deeply rooted in modern UI architecture, its mission goes beyond standard UI development: Codeless empowers product teams across the organization to ship dynamic, native UI experiences dynamically from the backend—eliminating app store release bottlenecks, dramatically accelerating feature iteration, and establishing a unified UI schema across iOS, Android, and Web.
What you’ll be doing
This is a role with broad impact, from hands-on technical guidance to championing web and mobile accessibility across the company. We're looking for a leader who excels at fostering collaboration and can confidently guide a concept from initial idea to robust implementation.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Team Leadership & Strategy:
Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team responsible for our core Server-Driven UI platform ("Codeless"). Foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture.
Platform Architecture & Evolution:
Oversee the design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
Developer Velocity & Platform Adoption:
Partner with product feature teams to drive internal adoption of Codeless. Ensure the platform provides exceptional Developer Experience, clear tooling, robust design system integration, and seamless debugging workflows.
Technical Execution & Quality:
Set high technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching strategies, backward compatibility, and graceful offline/fallback behavior across client devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align the Codeless roadmap with broader company initiatives and global design paradigms.
What you’ll need to thrive

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us on our mission to help everyone shape the tools that shape their lives.
At Notion, we believe in building software that adapts to how people work, not the other way around. As we scale globally, we need someone who can ensure our revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes to succeed across every geography while maintaining our core values and approach to customer relationships.
We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to own the development and implementation of global enablement programs that scale seamlessly across regions. You'll spend 50% of your time developing and locally implementing these global programs, and 50% tuning enablement initiatives to meet regional needs—all while maintaining a globally aligned selling process that honors local market nuances.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring someone who can think globally while acting locally. You'll leverage AI and automation to build scalable enablement solutions that empower our revenue teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences worldwide.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
Global Program Development & Implementation (50%)
- Champion our global operating cadence to ensure the Japan and Korea region is successfully executing our GTM strategy as an extension of the Global Revenue Operations team
- Design, develop and manage comprehensive enablement programs that can be deployed globally while maintaining consistency in our selling methodology and GTM goals
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to create scalable training curriculum, design content, program manage SME stakeholders, develop certification programs, deploy continuous training frameworks frameworks and more
- Build and maintain our global sales playbook, ensuring it reflects best practices that work across diverse markets
- Leverage AI tools and automation to create personalized learning paths, real-time coaching recommendations for revenue team members and leverage the work of our Enablement team
- Establish measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and ROI across all regions — you'll close the loop and report out on progress
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product releases, go-to-market strategies, and enablement rollouts
Regional Tuning & Localization (50%)
- Collaborate with regional sales and GTM leaders to identify local market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior patterns
- Adapt global programs to address regional needs while maintaining core methodology and brand consistency
- Create region-specific content, case studies, and competitive battle cards that resonate with local markets
- Build feedback loops between regional teams and global program development to continuously improve our approach
- Support regional team leads in coaching and reinforcing enablement initiatives within their teams
ABOUT YOU
Experience & Expertise
- 7-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar go-to-market roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs across multiple geographies
- Expert in adult learning methodologies and creating compelling multimodal content
- High proficiency with the enablement tool stack including emerging AI and automation solutions (ideally AI is already embedded into your workflow)
- Experience working with global sales teams and understanding of diverse market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring program impact and ROI
Skills & Qualities
- Strategic thinker who can balance global consistency with local relevance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with senior leadership
- Natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Data-driven approach to decision making with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
- Passionate about developing people and helping teams reach their potential
- Fluency in Japanese and English
Technical Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), learning management systems, and sales enablement platforms
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and process automation
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable with sales analytics and performance metrics
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company
- Background in sales, customer success, or revenue-generating roles
- International work experience or familiarity with diverse cultural business practices
- Experience with Notion or similar productivity tools
- Certification in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Fluency in Korean

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.

About the role
As an Economy & Balancing Game Designer at CoolGames, you take ownership of the economies inside our casual games: the sources, sinks, progression, and reward systems that decide how players earn, spend, and advance. You will design systems that are fun, fair, understandable, and commercially effective. And you own the outcome: not just the analysis behind the numbers, but the retention and revenue they produce.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary agile team. Together, you will work on new titles, improve existing live games, and help shape the models, tools, and processes that make good economy design scalable across our portfolio. Because our games run on a range of platforms with different monetization models, you know how to make an economy work whether it is driven by in-app purchases, ads, or a subscription platform.
On new games you are involved from the very first design sessions, so that the economy, its sinks, and its progression are designed in from the start rather than balanced after the game has been built. On live games you take the economy apart per title, in enough depth to say what a change will do before it ships, and you model and simulate that change rather than shipping it and reading the result afterwards.
You are comfortable working both creatively and analytically. You can feel when a progression curve or a reward loop is right, but you also know how to validate that instinct through models, simulations, A/B tests, and player data.
About You
You are proactive and thrive on taking ownership and responsibility. You care deeply about how players feel when they play, and you know that a healthy economy and a great player experience are the same goal, not a trade-off. You know how to design systems that motivate without manipulating, monetize without frustrating, and reward without devaluing progress.
If you are:
An experienced Economy, Systems or Balancing Game Designer
Ready to work on long-lasting casual titles, and to move between them when needed
A strong believer in teamwork
Are not afraid of innovation and learning new tools on the go
Then you are on the right track to be a great match with Coolgames.
Responsibilities
Design and balance the economy, progression, and reward systems of our casual games, from the first design sessions of a new title through live operations
Own the revenue outcome of the economies you design
Build and maintain the economy models, balancing sheets, and simulations for each title, in enough depth to say what a change will do before it ships.
Use player data and A/B tests to find friction points, progression bottlenecks, and monetization opportunities, and to show, with data, where balancing proposals from game and level designers will take retention and revenue.
Design motivation loops and a cohesive ecosystem of LiveOps events that work together rather than compete for player attention
Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to the team and the studio, and take ownership of a title’s economy when moving between projects.
Research how comparable games in our genres structure, pace, and price their economies, and keep that as the reference we balance and price against.
Requirements
Requirements
5+ years designing, balancing, and operating the economies of successful, released free-to-play games on mobile and/or HTML5, including casual or puzzle titles.
Comfortable being accountable for a title’s KPIs: you make and defend decisions
Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills: balancing, simulation, and forecasting models, and fluent use of AI tools to build and analyze them faster.
Strong analytical mindset: you design and evaluate data, translating it into concrete design changes.
Deep understanding of player motivation, retention mechanics, LiveOps, and monetization design, and the empathy to feel what our casual audience will and won’t accept.
Independent and proactive, quick to get up to speed on a new game and its audience, with excellent English and experience working in remote, multidisciplinary teams.
A habit of benchmarking: you know the economies of the leading games in our genres well enough to say where ours sits against them.
Benefits
What we can offer you

Work closely with some of the biggest upcoming game platforms in the world on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of players;
