About the Company
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark, Lightspeed, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
Rain operates around the world and services global businesses and platforms with embedded financial products and services. We work with some of the biggest businesses in the world and serving them means servicing their end users around the world. Getting there usually means expanding our licensing coverage either through direct force projection or through strategic partnerships. Once we’re in a market this work transitions to getting our products and services up and running to ship local products.
Market Expansion is a high impact, small, SWAT-like team that owns launching local financial products in each of our target geographies. We like to work in person and we work on every market Rain decides to enter. As part of this team, you will go exotic places, meet exotic people, and build exciting products.
The team is, by definition, heavily cross functional requiring team members to work with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Go To Market.
We are accountable for the outcome, not for the project plan. The model is deliberately temporary in each market. A launcher deploys into a market, launches the product, hires and hands over to a local GM, and moves to the next one.
A market launch is a complex project that runs 3 to 12 months, touches around twelve cross functional capabilities and more than ten internal functions.
If you want a clean, independent role inside one function, this is not for you. If you want to be personally accountable for making an impact on one of the fastest growing financial technology companies, keep reading.
What you’ll do
- Be Global: Spend significant time, in person, in each market you launch.
- Be Autonomous: Own a market launch end to end, from the point the entry decision is made to the point the business runs without you.
- Operate Across the Company: Work with our legal team to manage the local regulatory and legal processes for licence expansion or transfer where we go direct.
- Define and execute the operationalization strategy for each market, meaning the specific decisions about how Rain's technology, team and systems get deployed in the local market.
- Identify and solve blockers to quick market launch.
- Coordinate and drive a 100 day plan for each market, including the workstream owners, the sequencing, the reporting cadence, and the escalation path when a workstream slips.
- Identify and hire the key local roles, usually a country lead and their first two or three hires, and ramp them up / coach them through the first few weeks at their roles.
- Detect what is missing before it becomes a problem. Additional licences, gaps and remediations that nobody has scoped.
- Own and improve the playbook.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- Background: roughly 5 to 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, or an operating role in a regulated fintech or payments business.
- Communication skills: you can independently write high-quality formal documents, and represent Rain in high-stakes meetings (e.g., with regulators, investors, partners, customers…).
- Business and tech acumen: can work through complexity across different workstreams (e.g., pricing, tech, legal, compliance) identifying what matters in a context full of noise.
- Project management experience: you have driven complex projects to completion, particularly when task owners don’t directly report to you.
- Practicality and effectiveness: you get things done quickly despite challenges, and are able to deliver a high amount of output when required.
- Intellectual curiosity: you are eager to go deep into technical topics, particularly when the response is not obvious.
- Desire to travel: you are interested in spending significant time in person in the target markets to launch the product, hire a local team, and solve problems.
- Location: you are based in New York or Madrid, or have a willingness to relocate.
- Languages: you speak native / fluent English.
Bonus attributes:
- Direct experience with regulatory approval processes, market expansion, post-merger integration, on either side of the table.
- Experience in payments, card issuing, e-money or banking, whether at an operator, a regulator, an adviser or a network.
- Having expanded a business into a new geography, including taking a product or a programme live in a new jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of the payment / crypto regulatory landscape for payments and digital assets.
- Familiarity with stablecoins and how onchain tech interacts with traditional payments.
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Arabic.
- Experience building a function from scratch, including hiring the team who came after you.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a (Senior) Software Engineer, you’ll build core features for our flagship product, turning complex tax scenarios into simple, reliable experiences. You’ll bring a builder-first mindset: staying close to customer problems, using AI and modern engineering tools to move from idea to impact quickly, and taking ownership of outcomes—not just code.
You’ll work hands-on in a cross-functional team and bring deep expertise in either frontend or backend engineering, while collaborating effectively across the stack. You’ll help us raise the bar for scalable design, quality, maintainability, and AI-first software development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to understand customer problems, shape pragmatic solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own work end to end—from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
- Turn ambiguity into action, make sound trade-offs, and deliver valuable increments without compromising long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to technical direction and strategy in support of the long-term product vision.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.

- Improve developer experience through tools, automation, and engineering practices that enable reliable, frequent delivery.
- Collaborate across product and platform teams, and contribute to an environment where people learn, grow, give constructive feedback, and raise challenges safely.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Professional software engineering experience (React, Node.js) and designing reliable backend services and APIs. Experience with React Native experience is a plus.
- Able to work effectively across system boundaries and collaborate with engineers outside your primary specialism.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Able to evaluate and troubleshoot AI-generated output, use effective prompting where relevant, and share practical learnings with teammates.
- Experience working with a public cloud environment such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices, including CI/CD, observability, and operating software in production.
- Understanding of core application and backend concepts such as authentication, databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- A builder-first, pragmatic approach: You turn customer problems into shipped outcomes. You take initiative, test and learn quickly, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality, maintainability, and risk.
- Passion for writing maintainable, elegant code and continuously improving how software is built.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a willingness to challenge ideas constructively.
- You have a builder mindset. You thrive in environments where things are still taking shape, take initiative to move ideas forward, and find ways to create impact even when the path isn't fully defined.
- You embrace trying things out over waiting for perfect conditions, ship early to learn fast, and treat iteration as progress.
WHY TAXFIX?

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
We are seeking an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will own the marketing budget for our games and partner with various teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy. You will spend millions of dollars per month across multiple platforms in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance through testing, experimentation, and innovation.
A key part of the role is to continuously develop and test new hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives, and the user journey, turning insights and data into actionable experiments and scaling successful learnings. You will work closely with Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and other teams to develop and test new ideas that drive acquisition and overall game growth. In addition to managing UA campaigns, you will support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports and insights for executive management and the wider marketing team.
About the role
Take responsibility for allocating our marketing budget for your respective networks. Participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size and allocation of our budgets.
Develop and continuously evolve UA strategies through ongoing testing and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale successful learnings across markets, platforms, and campaigns.
Collaborate internally with the User Acquisition team as well as externally with the Playtika organization to share knowledge and drive best practices across teams.
Advance our internal tools and processes using dedicated engineering and analytics resources.
Strengthen our relationships with advertising partners, including Applovin, Google, and others.
Identify and evaluate creative growth opportunities for global expansion.
Partner closely with the Creative Production team to develop, test, and iterate on creative concepts, translating UA insights and performance data into new creative hypotheses and opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Ad Monetization and other teams to identify and test opportunities that can improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
Support game teams through structured experiments and advise Product teams on features and improvements that can positively impact user acquisition and growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation by continuously challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning insights into actionable tests.
About you
Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps (gaming experience is a big plus).
A professional background in quantitative analysis.
Up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and use data to figure out what's actually working.
You proactively spot issues before they become problems, and don't wait around for someone else to flag them.
You bring your own ideas to the table, back them up with data, and know how to find consensus.
You are comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines, prioritizing the best idea over being right.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Be yourself, we like you that way!

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, Delivery, and Consulting teams.
